The food and service at the Mediterranean Grill is amazing. A small family business with 5 star service and inexpensive dining. I will be coming back for more…excellent!

I was enjoying it so much that I got this photo half way eaten😂The chicken and lamb kabobs were so delicious and had authentic persian style taste that I was missing so much. So glad found this place near Ocean City so I dont have to drive to Rockville for some good kabobs😁 The owner is very nice and accommodating👌

The food is amazing! I had the chicken, lamb and beef kabobs - all were cooked to perfection and well seasoned. The veggies were well steamed and seasoned and the hummus is clearly homemade. I found my new favorite spot!

Hello my people ....This is blackceaser the world traveler here at an AAAAMMAZZZING spot called the Mediterranean Grilll...what can I say ...Praised be heaven and the habitations of the earth for being blessed to have a great cook like this I tried the stew and I almost went back and kissed the owner the stew was warm comfort food on a lonely Monday. The spices were a fusion of Greek, turish, Armenian, and Indian and the Chai tea was to die for he was very generous with the rice and the price was very fair...May God bless the owner and all his house vets are welcome and its carryout only .....mashallah!!!

We picked up a large order while family was in town and it was delicious! Fresh falafel, and the kebab wraps were very filling. I couldn’t wait to have Kubideh again because I haven’t had any since Moby Dick’s in DC — Mediterranean Grill did not disappoint! Keep in mind that it’s pickups only, so call your order ahead and you won’t be disappointed.

The place is very unassuming but I was greeted with a smile and the food was better than expected. I will go back soon and if you have any hesitancy about this place go and try the food you will be surprised as well. Oh and the prices are very reasonable.

I am on a strict diet. After I saw the salmon wrap in the menu, i made my way there to try it out. It was worth it. Also the Greek salad was great too and very beautiful looking. It was like everything I made have the right flavors and seasoning. I've been there twice so far

Love the chicken and shrimp kabobs here. They give a serving big enough for 2 meals. The parking can be a little tricky in this shopping center but it's worth figuring out to pick up some take out from here!

I stop here every couple of months while working at the University. The food is topnotch, don't be turned away by the seating area or the sign out front. Try the falafel, and the Lamb

The Food here is excellent, a nice different taste from the ordinary flavors around Salisbury, the people there are very professional and friendly and the food is super flavorful.

Finally got lunch from here on a work day after I've heard people raving about it, and none of them were wrong! I got the lamb wrap and naan with tzaziki sauce and it's hands down one of the best lunches I've had in the area. Will definitely get food from here again.

I got the chicken kabob platter and the best word I can describe it as is confused. I have never had chicken kabob’s smothered in green beans and broccoli. I couldn’t find any Mediterranean flavors or seasonings. Chicken tasted like it was marinated in lemon pepper. 2 stars for tender chicken and because the rice was cooked properly.

Fresh crisp salad and hot pita bread with a side of cucumber sauce....just delicious. Beef & Chicken combo was great, comes with greens, everything made to perfection.... have been coming here since they opened up and food quality has not changed. A must stop for people looking to taste Mediterranean grilled dishes. Wish Rahim(chef/owner) all the best in these hard times of Covid Pandemic😊👍 A certified Halal food place.

This place is off the charts awesome. I live part time in Ocean pines and will drive to Salisbury for my favorite...chicken kabab and side of humus. The bread the salads...superb. Give this place a try. you will not regret it. I was there this week and it's only carry out still.

This restaurant has the best Iranian food I've ever eaten. Be sure to try the fessenjan (chicken in a pomegranate walnut sauce). The chicken kabobs are excellent as well.

One of my favorite places to eat on the Eastern Shore. A true hidden gem. Food is authentic, fresh and (always) delicious. Anytime an out of towner ask’s me for food recommendations, this is usually #1 on my list. The owner is also hardworking, genuinely friendly and “good people” all around. Highly recommend!

One of the best meals in Salisbury. Owner is kind and accommodating. Short menu, but great food, tasty, not overly spiced. Kabobs are all good as well as the Greek Salad. Good portions too, enough for two people

I don’t know why everyone says the owner is so nice. We have been ordering takeout for years and every time it’s such an ordeal. The food is pretty good but every time you call you have to be ready to deal with someone who is a complete jerk. Today was the last straw. My husband, for the past few years, Asked me to call so he didn’t have to deal with the owner. If you ask for the soup, he is so annoyed and it is so much like the soup Nazi. My children like to eat the bread with hummus on top but if you ask for extra bread he will say, “we do not do that. You cannot buy bread. It comes with the meal.” I offer him whatever he wants, five dollars, whatever for the bread. He just says no. If I ask for falafel on my Greek salad, he says he cannot do that. Be flexible and be willing to make a customer happy. We are happy to pay whatever extra cost but you say you can’t change something in a minor way is ridiculous.

The menu is small, but everything is prepared fresh and is always delicious. It's a great place for lunch. Even when it's busy, things move quickly. My favorite is the lamb kabob, but everything is great.

The salads are so fresh and the foods are very tasty! The service is excellent! I have been a few times and love it! My son and girlfriend go once or twice a week and would rather eat there then anywhere else.

Unique. Personable. Simple. Delicious. The establishment is nothing fancy, but it is clean and well maintained. The staff is quirky. The food is delicious. The Kubedh Kebab is my 'go to' but everything I've had there is delicious. I'd say it is Persian/Iranian rather than Mediterranean, but I'd also say it is the equivalent of 'home cooking'.

I have dined here at least twice a year for several years. The kebab or kebob dishes are scrumptious. That's not something on a skewer; it's the meat of your choice on a plate of rice well buttered or something to make it delicious. I always get the lamb kebab. The food comes promptly, the quantity ample. All the reviews below seem to match my experience. I doubt the host is the chef, though.

I love thus place and so do my friends. This is an intimate cozy place with fresh delicious middle eastern/American food and a welcoming warm host. I love the Mediterranean sampler platter and the shishkabobs- especially shrimp and salmon..tziki sauce is wonderful!

Consistently flavorful and fresh dishes. Kind owner who is always on site and takes your order. I enjoy the chicken kabobs, the rice and seasonal vegetables, greek salad, the bread and hummus. Even my picky 7 year old loves the food and only place where he'll clear his plate. Nice quiet place to eat and clear you head over a nice meal.

When we travel through the DelMarVa peninsula, we always look for crab cakes. This time we wanted to try something different. We found Mediterranean Grill on Trip Advisor. Since it's in a strip mall, you wouldn't find it easily unless you were guided. We were so glad we stopped here. We had one of the best stews we ever had made with chicken, walnuts, and pomegranates. The basmati rice was perfectly cooked. Koresht Fesanjan is the name of the dish. The recipes are mainly Iranian. I will be seeking out Iranian food again!

Because it’s in a small strip mall it is easy to overlook or ignore. Do yourself a favor...DON’T! This is one of the best kept secrets in Salisbury. This family run gem has excellent food served in very large portions! If you leave hungry, it’s your own fault! The owner is your host and he bends over backwards to provide a quality meal with great service.

I love this place. The food is most delicious and the servings are hearty. You won't go hungry here. Step out of your comfort zone and try the stews. The kabobs are delicious. Actually, I have never had anything from here that wasn't. I would love if there were a few more persian dishes on the menu. Rahim, the owner of this little gem, is a great host and practically a one man show. Try this place. You won't be disappointed. They are not open on Sunday and they close at 8pm I believe. So you will want to get there early. No alcohol is served but be sure to get the hot tea.
