The food is so amazing and fresh. Loved it so much!!

Went in to get a beverage. They were friendly and quick. Going back Friday for food. Atmosphere is very welcoming. They were handling dining room guests, take out, and ordering kiosk/register very well (all at same time smoothly and politely). I even got s hug from the owner in between bagging the to go orders and making meals. Very family/friendly atmosphere!

This places rules. They have hustle at the counter and the prices are right. The gyro is very good, the bread is amazing, and the sides are quality

I arrived a little early before opening, didn’t know it and I was still treated wonderful. This is my second time here and my second time requesting vegan food and this place was spectacular. Love the staff, love the atmosphere, very clean every time! Thank you and sorry I didn’t take any pictures of my falafel wrap that was stuffed with so many fresh veggies. After living in Europe and having gyros from food vendors in Turkey, Cyprus, and Greece, this is the most authentic representation of that food I have found in America. This evening I had a bad experience. This account posts its closing time as 8pm. I hate when these accounts post their closing time but shut down their grill 15 minutes earlier. Why not post that you close at 7:45 pm. To walk into an establishment you patronize regularly to at 7:45 to be told WE'RE CLOSED is bordering on rude. I may stay away for a while.

These folks work hard to create an array of delicious Greek food options. I have slowly tried many of the dishes over the years, and I am never disappointed. The fresh taste of the seasoned meat and tasty feta make the pitas a great choice. The service is quick and friendly. They have also done many upgrades to the interior, and the place looks and feels great.

This restaurant is perfect for college students and takeout - not for older adults. The food was just okay - we had to eat with plastic utensils - not acceptable! Flank Steak salad was not very good because the small amount of steak was tough and dressing was not really a good Greek dressing. Atmosphere was zero. We were surprised to be charged for extra sauces - not expected in good restaurants. Feta cheese was not good - don't recommend! Baklava was dry with very little honey inside. Overall, this not what we considered a good experience in food, utensils and atmosphere for the cost. We will not return - compares to what we would expect for a very expensive fast-food restaurant.

Dined out..the food was out of this world..Amazzing fries with feta and Philly cheese steak on top sooooo goood. Service was excellent and quick. She mentioned the rewards program..AFTER.. she rang me up..then told me I had to wait till I came back again to join...sheesh perturbed me a lil..but after I ate my food...I was okay with it...

1. ordered a side of sauce and did not receive it. 2. falafel are too large and dry in my opinion 3. Fries were over fried and very dry. overall was not satisfied.

I’ve been to The Greek Pita countless times over the past 15 years, and every time the ownership and staff go out of their way to make it a great experience. As if I even need to mention the food, but it's always amazing. My whole family looks forward to our Greek Pita take out night! Best Greek food on the shore. Authentic. Fantastic. Everything is top quality. Salads. Spanakopita. Fresh ingredients. I love their dolmades. It's healthy food. You could travel to Athens and not find a better gyro than the one at the Greek Pita Place. Try it. You will like it.

we found this place on a whim, as greek food lovers we were excited to see what they got goin on. the feta fries are everything and more, they are perfect. i got a gyro w tzatziki (classic) and it was the greatest gyro ive ever had. the avocado sauce was phenom as well. all of our food absolutely ruled. the staff is friendly and chill, the prices are reasonable too. i have lots of love in my heart for the greek pita place.

I walked in to pick up my wife's lunch. She loves their food. But when I walked in, you look in the back kitchen area and you see missing tiles in the ceiling, The tiles that were there are caked with grease. The ceiling fan has not been clean in at least months. Looks like the whole place needs a total clean up job. I will not eat anything that comes out of that kitchen until they clean...........

Me and my husband wanted to try this place for the first time but was disappointed when we got our food. The food was disgusting it literally made me throw up and my husband couldn’t finish his it was super salty and the meat looked like it had gone bad also everything we asked to not have on our food they put on our food will never eat here again

Oh my WOW! The food is outstanding. This was our 2nd visit and I can understand why they have been in business for so long. The Creamy Greek dressing is so good! They should bottle that! I got a small Chicken Souvlaki Salad. Full of feta cheese, cucumber, tomato, red onion, lettuce. I can’t imagine how big a large is as the small was much larger than expected. Yummy!!

The best way to introduce yourself to Greek food. The atmosphere is super chill, but I will recommend trying to get there before or after the lunch rush just because it's a little crazy as you would expect. But after you have the food you'll see why, I love their spanakopita and despite my hatred of olives (which is totally me, not them) I will pretty much eat anything else and just pick the olives out because it's that good 😂

Today our boss placed a big order for our lunch. The door dash driver cancelled our order after pick up. The owner personally reached out to us to check the status. After we still didn’t receive the order, he remade all the food and personally brought the order to us. He was extremely apologetic, even through we knew the situation was out of his hands. We really appreciate all that he did and his excellent customer service. The food was perfect, as usual.

If you’re talking about the Cheesecake Factory, it was fantastic and I just bought myself a celebration Cheesecake ( as a celebration of my birthday.)

Always consistently delicious. The owner refuses to serve anything but the best and makes sure every meal that leaves the kitchen is picture worthy. Service is always top notch. My favorite spot in Salisbury. The only place I eat lunch when I come through town. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing chicken and Greek salad

Small place that has great pitas. The gyro is what you'd expect. Vegetables were fresh. The feta fries were great.

We just ordered 3 gyros (only 1 was supposed to be without tomatoes but all 3 ended up without) and while it was a bit pricey ($32) , they were good sandwiches. I personally love cucumbers but this was new on a gyro for me and they were big and chunky. I'd skip those and definitely get tomatoes the next time. I'd try it again, but based on price, not as often as I'd like.

My husband and I went for lunch! I ordered the small Greek salad and a Gyro. He ordered the Chicken Souvlaki salad and feta fries. Everything was delicious! Super filling and so much flavor. We want to buy the Greek dressing for home and put it on everything. I forgot pictures bc we devoured everything.

I have been quite a few times and always have the same qualms with this restaurant. The flavor is there do not get me wrong, the Tzatziki sauce is yummy, the meat is well seasoned and the greek salad (tomatoes, cucumbers) always taste fresh. The price point is understandable but not reasonable; we are in Salisbury MD - a low income, college town but in that same respect the bigger issue is inflation. The customer service is as expected, no one goes out of their way to be extra nice but no one is outright rude (at least in my experiences). I have many friends that work and have worked there so it is nice to see a familiar face behind the counter taking your order but do not expected to be dazzled by the customer service. The dining room kinda looks haphazardly thrown together, a few tables and chairs placed in no particular order with some pictures on the wall but it is 8/10 times clean. My biggest complaint is the way the ingredients are prepped. Every time I have ordered from this restaurant, no matter what it is the cucumbers and tomatoes are sliced entirely too big to enjoy in a sandwich and the meat is not tender enough to tear apart for an average bite. This forces you to either take massive chomps of your dish or have the whole thing fall apart, not a very user-friendly experience. I suggest a revision of the prep-work and grill-work. The flavor and uniqueness/lack of competition makes me want to revisit but the experience is often times disappointing. Hopefully changes are made so I can continue my patronage!

Today ordered food after hearing about great food from my husband ordered 4 Lamb Souvlaki Sandwich & large feta fries which make five orders but received 3 lamb souvlaki sandwich & fries to go after coming home saw the order was incomplete tried to call but store was closed . We had to share as we r four people but food was less

In town for business. Picked this restaurant based on Google reviews. Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Simple menu. Food was ready in a timely fashion and packaged nicely for take out. I appreciate the environmentally friendly touches. I really enjoyed my gyro, orzo pasta and baklava. Until next time…

Really enjoyed my lunch here today. Just a small place with surrounding stores. Wife and I both had the gyros with fries and a drink. The gyro was well made with fresh cucumbers and tomatoes on it. The fries were nice and crispy with just the right amount of salt. We'll be back again.

Paid $16 for this. They used to give good portion sizes, but the quality has gone downhill. It’s too bad too, they were one of my favorite places to go.

This food is always great! The best falafel in the area. The staff works hard to make the food and you can see them prepare it.

1st visit food was good, gloves worn, and staff was nice. 2nd visit was extremely disappointed. Food wasn't as good and smaller portion. Tasted like it was rushed and not any care put into the dishes. When I arrived to pick up order, it wasn't ready. I noticed none of the staff wore gloves and were running around touching everything. Staff wasn't nice at all on 2nd visit.

Always a great experience! The owner bends over backwards to make you great food and give you great service! So, admittedly, I was nervous walking on the door and not seeing him working. Instead, three or four younger folks were manning the shop today. Everything was perfect! In glad the owner was able to get some time off and have his restaurant in capable hands!
