Stopped in for a cupcake and a few thumbprint cookies and they were delicious! The entire place is so cute, the treats are sweet, and the owner is sweeter! Great, local, black and woman owned business serving up some impressive sweet treats and custom cakes! Love it in every way and highly recommend! :)

I called Mer-Mer’s Bakery last minute for a 30th birthday cake and I could not have been more impressed with the overall experience! I was met with such professionalism and kindness and the cake was SO delicious! I cannot recommend this business enough!!

The owners are amazing. The food is delicious. I would recommend this place for any occasion you need sweets. The Brownies are a favorite of ours.

Last minute a different bakery canceled my daughter's smash cake order, so I googled Bakery near me and started calling down the list. Everyone said they couldn't do it with only a weeks notice, until I called Mer Mer's. Her schedule was booked and she wasn't taking orders but she made time anyways to make a smash cake super last minute so my daughter could have one. I told her she didn't have to do anything extravagant, she could just do pink icing and sprinkles but she went above and beyond and made the perfect cake for my daughter's donut and sprinkles, Sweet 1, themed party. When I picked up the cake everyone was so kind, I felt more like a friend then a customer. I will most definitely order again and recommend to everyone I know that needs a cake.

Ordered a retirement party cake and they over achieved by any means! I was very happy with everything. The lady’s are sweethearts. The cake tasted so good and looked amazing. They will continue to have my business!

They may very well have delicious cakes. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t know because they never get back to me when I submitted a request online for a cake. This is the second time now, and I also emailed them. Disappointing, at least in the customer service arena.

My only daughter passed away a year ago and I have been searching for her favorite cupcake (caramel apple) for months with no luck. My husband called Mer-mer’s Bakery and described what we were looking for and I was so happy at the appearance when I picked them up! The taste was even better! Will definitely make it a tradition to get these every year for the celebration of my daughter’s life!

Okay I know how the cupcakes looks but that was my fault lol! Anywho these cupcakes tasted so good & moist, perfect whipped icing and all the kids loved the designs and she gave me an extra personal smash cake for my daughter! Love it

This bakery is amazing. The specialty cakes are beautiful and the caramel cake.which we bought is equal to the "popular Mimi's caramel cake" which was sold in Knoxville for years at Ham and Goodies. I was told she had stopped making them. Fairly recently I found that cake ( that I had looked for years) being sold at Seafood dock. But. the price was exorbitant. AND To me, The caramel iced cake at Mer-Mer's is even better and with much better/ fairer price. Even more beautiful are the Mer-Mer owners, Chandra and Chrissi. They have huge smiles and hearts of gold. Meeting them was as much fun as eating the goodies. It was worth our drive from Farragut area

They have the best pound cake I have ever eaten, the cupcakes are magnificent (especially the Key Lime), and the frosted brownies are also pretty awesome. I would bee 10 lbs lighter if it weren't for this place, but it is well worth it. We love the food and Ms Chandra is pretty great too!

We contacted them about a pie promotion for PI day. We purchased approximately 50 fruit pies. This qas an easy process and everything was ready at the designated time. We have received numerous compliments on the pies. If we do another promotion, we will be sure to use them.

Wow, this bakery is just so amazing as far as the cakes not only LOOK good, but they taste good as well. The staff here are always friendly and smiling with good energy and vibes! I will always come to this bakery for my cakes!

She is the best!!!! She made me a FABULOUS German chocolate cake, one of her famous pound cakes and thumbprints sugar cookies for my 50th Birthday. Everything was wonderful! I am a baker myself at home but she can bake for me anytime! Just want to say she helped make my day very special! She puts the magic into her baking....THE MAGIC IS LOVE...THANK YOU!!!!

Love Mer-Mer's Bakery. Known Miss Chandra for a long time, she is one of the sweetest and kindest people I know. She has the best cookies and five flavor pound cake I have ever ate. Would highly recommend this bakery to anyone and everyone.
