Best portions and taste for Bobba tea hands down! The Red Guava slushees are amazing! Our favorite spot!

Ordered a boba tea here and was very happy with the customization options and service at Merge Cafe. Prices are very reasonable for boba tea. The cafe has a humble curb front but is nicely furnished inside with a pleasant ambience where it would be quite enjoyable to sit and chat with friends. Looking forward to trying more of the menu items here!

I do not normally leave reviews but I really want to shout out Merge’s customer service! The manager is extremely kind and professional! This is why we keep coming back

The food is good, gotta say. The service was just fine. I enjoyed the KPop playing on the TV’s. The only issues are that the place is fairly small, the seats don’t feel great, and then a couple of small things are a turn off: Double open sign. “Unavailable” stickers on all the things that look good, haha) Still, the taste makes it worth it.

Large Menu. One of the few places that has Taro flavor, and it isn't watered down. Boba does cost extra, but so does most other Boba shops here. Parking is hard to get in and out because of all the adjacent Walmart traffic. It matches its high 4.9 out of 5 star rating. Will come again.

Good boba lots of options, tea, lattes, and slush. Shaved ice was not available at the time I went. The sandwich was yummy. Quick ordering, some time to serve drinks and food. Good decorations and a calm atmosphere.

It's a pretty busy place depending on the day and time! This is my go-to boba place in Stafford. I have tried many boba shops in the area, and this is the best one I've had so far. I highly recommend it! Same with the one in Quantico!

Honestly the best sandwiches in Stafford, which is crazy for a Korean fusion place. The bread is soft and fluffy, both banh mi bulgogi pork and beef are to die for, and they have a pretty extensive selection of bubble teas as well as regular ones.

I’ve ordered from here multiple times and everything is always perfect. I like the peach rose green tea with strawberry poppers. The Banh Mi pork sandwich is amazing, kind of small but great for a lunch break. All of the employees are kind and helpful.

Does this place play K-pop all day on the TV? Yes Is the Banh Mi Sandwich the best you ever had? Yes Will I be back one day? Definitely

A wonderful cafe located inside of a strip mall right off I-95 that serves some delicious Bahn Mi sandwiches. Their Bulgogi beef and pork Bahn Mi sandwiches were delicious and I would highly recommend them. They do have lots of milk bubble tea options. It was definitely on the sweeter side, so take note of ordering one of their sweeter drinks, one should ask for a sugar reduction. The staff are incredibly kind, the cafe is clean, and there is plenty of parking.

I ate here today and I will definitely be going back the tea and sandwich hit the spot.

Oh this place hit the spot! Tried the Banh mi sandwich for the first time - I had chicken and husband had pork, and we both loved it! I loved the flavors so much that I had to look up how to make it online!! Got their infusion bubble tea - FRESH!!!!! Not like the other bubble teas with sugar and not so fresh brews. Impressed! And trust me I don’t get impressed easily. And it’s cute hangout spot.

The beef bulgogi banh mi was delicious. One of the best banh mi sandwiches I had in a long time. It would be great if I could order through Uber eats. I also had the honey dew milk Boba. It was a bit overly sweet but good.

This place is so good. When I first came here I got the banh mi beef sandwich. I was so impressed, I came back for the same sandwich 3 times in one week. Its that good! We also had our first bubble tea experience here and it was very tasty! The staff is always friendly and makes you feel welcome. So glad I found this place!

What a fun little shop! All the food is so good, they keep it simple and true to the roots. So many options for drinks.

They have the absolute best Korean sandwiches, and Boba Tea’s. Have not found a place that even compares.

Everything was way better than average. The “snow” desserts, the frozen boba drinks... Note that you save maybe 4% on the bill if you pay in cash. They charge extra for card payments. Ok

We ordered sub sandwiches and hand crafted drinks. All delicious! Thr drinks were flavorful with just the right amount of sweetness. Our sandwiches were tasty and satisfying. The staff were polite and full of smiles, The café was full of natural light and very clean.

I've been visiting this place since they opened in 2019. They've been my comfort place through thick and thin. Its so nice to have a cozy spot like this with friendly staff so close by. These guys deserve only the best 5 star reviews!

I gave this cafe about an hour after opening. It wasn't too busy and the seating areas were clean. I didn't have to wait long for my order either! The grilled chicken Bahn mi was delicious with the sweet pickled veggies and crispy bread. As for the grilled chicken, it didn't have much salt for me and the most notable flavor would be cumin just on the crust (I'm not sure it was marinated). Still, I ate it all because it was tasty! The Moon Cloud drink was wonderful! It was very refreshing and not overly sweet or pungent with the lavender milk. It had yogurt poppers that provided a tangy pop of sweet/sour flavor too. Overall, I had a nice experience. The food was delicious and the staff were very welcoming too! I'd recommend you give them a visit, at least to try one of the many drink combos they offer!

Delicious and fresh ingredients and the staff is always friendly. Their boba is the highlight of my day. I would have taken a picture, but it’s so good I didn’t even get the chance 😁

This was a breath of fresh air when it comes to dessert. Korean shaved ice, cornflakes, ice cream, cheesecake, and mochi with any of the four flavors you choose. Every bite was amazing and different with the various textures. We will be back!! PS: mediums can be shared! They are huge portions!

It's an ok spot. My husband had been craving Vietnamese sandwiches so we decided to try it out. Decently priced food and beverages but after experiencing legit California Vietnamese sandwiches I was expecting a different taste to the banh mi. Ordered the beef bulgogi and the chicken. I was super excited based on the rave reviews of the bulgogi banh mi but it was just ok. I couldn't really place the taste as it didn't taste authentically Korean while the chicken tasted more Mediterranean spiced than Asian. For both sandwiches we also expected more of a pickled flavor to the veggie toppings but they were just basic. Ordered a horchata boba as well since it's rare to see that on a boba menu. Boba was nice and chewy and the horchata flavor was mild but had a weird aftertaste. Might go back if ever I'm in the area to try a different flavor and maybe a sandwich.

We’ve been in Stafford, VA for about a year and had not been to Merge Cafe. Our loss. The kids loved it! We only tried the boba tea, have not tried other items on the menu. We had the taro, strawberry, and mango flavors and none of them disappointed. I recommend visiting this place if you like boba tea! We will try the sandwiches next time!
