My son is hooked! He loves the Strawberry with Strawberry boba; says it tastes like Strawberry Quick. LOL

This is our favorite Boba spot. They make the best boba and the workers have always been nice.

Mi Boba is a quirky little shop that offers a great variety of drinks, baked goods (Macarons!!!!), and rare candy. It's usually the best stop on my trips to Kalamazoo.

The Blueberry milk tea with Blueberry poppers is very good! A+

We love coming to MI Boba when when visiting friends in Kalamazoo! The staff has always been super helpful and friendly, but today was sadly an exception. The person making drinks was very nice and gave us lots of smiles :) However, the girl taking our orders was very rude. We also heard her complaining about our friends young daughter behind the counter. We will still come back, but were saddened by the rudeness of this employee.

First time trying this place today. While the shop itself wasn't bad, was not impressed with the staff. The boba I ordered had a hair sealed into it. When we told her, she wanted to argue. She took the seal off and tried saying her hair was sealed into the top, not in the drink. She resealed it and tried handing it back. I said, no it was indeed floating in it. She remade the drink but rinsed the tapioca pearls and reused them since the hair "wasn't touching them, they're fine." It shouldn't be that big of a problem to remake a customers drink when your hair gets in it. While the other staff member who finished remaking it and handed it back to me wasn't unfriendly, I just couldn't enjoy it. Definitely won't be returning.

They have Boba tea as well as a large selection of loose leaf tea. We love that they are stocking Rise bakery items from Grand Rapids. Rise only bakes gluten free, vegan and soy free. My daughter who has multiple food allergies is thrilled that she can now get Rise in Kalamazoo!

I had a great experience here today, getting a Mi Matcha drink along with a macaroni. The shop is so inviting and cute, lots of great menu items and little treats to choose from. The staff made a good recommendation and I got the mi matcha with strawberry and lychee crystals....it was very delicious. Stop in for a tasty drink next time you're craving some bubble tea or boba!

Best boba I've had in the Kalamazoo area.

I don’t know why this place has so high rating. Their rules sound very cheap. Have you been ever charged extra for asking “no ice” in a drink? Well MI Boba does. I asked why would they charge more for no ice, they said it’s because they have to put extra amount in it. I mean…. just put the amount you are supposed to with ice, I am not asking to fill all the way of the cup. The whole thing sounded really cheap to be honest. I have tried couple of drinks from them. Among them Strawberry was good (i personally not a big fan strawberry flavour, that's totally my issue), taro too. Coconut average. mango is big NO. I didn’t like the Thigh too. I have tried the brown sugar flavor. But that tasted like it was sugar free. They don't have too much space for seat and have drink or something. Not going there anymore.

I love the small but neat and tidy tea shop. The staff are really friendly. There are both hot and cold drink options. I had taro ice boba milk tea medium 16 oz size. My friend had matcha. It's a bit too sweet though.

Love MI Boba. Hard to find Boba anywhere near us anymore since Shwe went out of business in Battle Creek. We try to stop anytime we're in Kazoo. The owner of the shop served me this morning and she was very nice. I ordered a Matcha with tapioca pearls and she asked if it was a classic or a Mymatcha. I am always looking forward to trying new things at this shop, and since I was getting two I said one of each! The Mymatcha with strawberry jam at the bottom was so good! Can't wait to try different kinds of it.

The staff are so nice and has such a short wait time and it was delicious!

The order taker/cashier, Mercedes, was very helpful in giving descriptions of what the drinks would be like, and made a great recommendation when I told her what I liked/didn't like. Thank you!

How does a place called MI Boba, run out of Boba today????

Kaitlyn, please train and empower your staff. HORRENDOUS staff behavior. There were four young women working when a customer with a gift card (who seemed to be a regular) approached and attempted to pay for her small (around $10) order with a gift card. The swipe function for the card did not work. Manually entering the card number did not work. Meanwhile, a line with new customers was forming while all four tried to “problem solve”. They tried calling Kaitlyn; she did not answer. As the error was on the store I suggested they apologize by giving the order for free to this customer. However, they all exchanged dear in headlights looks at each other, dumbfounded by such an idea. The customer was very nice and offered to pay cash herself, but I was absolutely shocked and appalled and their inability to remedy this situation. TERRIBLE customer service 101.

The staff is so helpful and accommodating!! They have an amazing menu with lots of variety! My daughter absolutely loves this place, their Boba, and Macaroons! Highly recommend if you love good Boba!!

My family loves coming to get boba tea. We even take home poppers for the kids to snack on in the take home jars! Service is always quick and wonderful. We also love checking out all the candies. It is our favorite sweet treat spot.

My favorite Boba place! I've tried many different Boba stores and this one is THE BEST!! So many flavors to choose from. The peach smoothie is amazing 🙂 Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable of the products on menu.

Super cute place. My daughter is a boba nut and has to try boba in every state. She loved her macaron and the boba was gone in 15 min or less. She loved it. She always gets a milk tea with brown sugar boba so we recommend that!

This is a neat little Boba tea shop. They offer many specialty drinks as well as delicious desserts. With a variety of vegan, gluten free and nut free options there is something for nearly everyone. Mi Boba also offers unique candies, teas, cups and more.

I was visiting from out of state for the weekend and when I tell you MI BOBA changed my life I'm not being dramatic. My kiddos wanted to go, I've always avoided boba. The staff was so helpful in guiding me to a drink with a topping I LOVED. Not to mention they have a great funky candy selection and I got a great sweater to bring back to KY! I have tried 2 of 3 boba places within a mile of my workplace at home and MI BOBA has outshined them all. I wish we had KY BOBA. Thanks for the great experience!

I’ve never been to a boba place where I’ve had to add boba to a “boba latte”. Also, the Thai flavor was weird, in a way I can’t explain, and I wish I would have asked beforehand if it was Thai tea, but I have never heard of Thai flavor before. I’ve had Thai tea before (many times) and it is one of my favorite teas, so it was quite sad to me. I wish I would’ve gotten something else instead. The macaron I got was delicious, and the only reason I gave more than 1 star.

GIVE JACK A RAISE PLEASEEEEE! Jack was so helpful and made the experience so fun and you can tell they like their job!!! 10/10 recommend! Also, ask for Jacks recommendation!! It’s so good and eats the girls up!

Our recent hangout place 😊 Awesome service 🔥 We have tried (Boba tea) Rose flavor, blueberry flavor, Taro flavor and coconut flavor. Moreover, we have tried (Macarons) Caramel, dark chocolate, pistachio, rose lychee, espresso and birthday cake. We loved all of them 😍

The chocolate frappe with added cold brew coffee was amazing! So good!

Just had their taro boba at 50% and it was outta this world ! Good service and polite and patient staff always !

It was my first time and I was so pleased with my visit! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There are a TON of options! I had matcha rose with lychee crystals and it was DELICIOUS! Would definitely recommend!! And they support small businesses in the area, which I also love ❤️

My daughter and I love coming here as one of our things to do for our shopping trips. I love the tea options, and she loves the Boba! Staff is friendly and well versed on the options, helping make our choices a snap. The atmosphere is cute and never really overwhelmingly busy.

My partner and I have become boba-obsessed recently and this place has us coming back over and over again! My favorite is the lemonade with blueberry poppers, so YUM! The macaroons are also so tasty with a perfect texture to them. Highly recommend visiting here :)

Lots of flavors and many different kinds of drinks. They carry my favorite flavor in bubble tea, honey dew, and they make it really good.

I have not had food from here, so I can not rate it. My daughter loves the boba tea, though, and I get plain tea. Both are very good! They have caffeine free and dairy free drink options.

I have been coming here for months and months now, and I truly love it! The owner is absolutely fantastic (: However, more recently, the employees have had a very bad attitude whenever I come in. Additionally, on my last visit, I was told that they weren't going to make any more tapioca pearls for the night, even though they were open for another two and a half hours. So if you want tapioca pearls, make sure you go early in the day!

I recommend the pina colada milk tea with coconut milk and cherry poppers.
