We live so close, but didn't even know this little gem was there until a friend asked us to meet him there for dinner. Great little local business that we will gladly support!

Much better since the Chef bought it! Keep up the subtle, but needed improvements and changes from the old owner. We notice them. Don't be afraid to make it more your own. Please consider adding hand breaded chicken tenders and fries to the menu! Other than that, we love it!

Delicious food! The alligator bites, salad with shrimp, & wings with homemade sauce we're incredible! Friendly staff & nice atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend

We always go early so we are there when they open. Everyone is always funny and friendly and the food is sooo frickin good.

We were well taken care of by the entire staff. Enjoyed all of our food and specialty weekend Bloody Marys, this time with teriyaki kabobs! Would definitely return.

Woody's Bar & Grill is a small local bar and grill with good burgers, fish fry, and a personal favorite, fried pickles. They also have a cheese curd flight for cheese lovers. This establishment is small with limited dining seating so it's best to go during off times to avoid the crowd and if you’re going for Fish Fry Friday, go early. Woody's, where the staff is friendly and the food is good. We will be returning!

We split the fish sampler and all the fish was great. Plenty of food for the two of us. It was our first time there so our waitress sat with us and explained the menu. Parking is limited on a busy night but we got lucky when someone left as we pulled in.

Consider what the review is for - it’s a bar and grill. It is in my opinion a 5 star bar and grill. The food is exactly what it should be - high quality ingredients, great tasting options, served hot. Decent beer selections. It’s not a big place so there are limited places to hang out while waiting for one of the few tables. There are some great burger choices, with a few distinctive combinations. Cheese curds were very good and were melty as they should be. What sets the place apart is the exceptional service. The blonde waitress we had two times there is one of best we’ve had around in Lake Country. Funny, pleasant, and attentive - even while being the only waitress for the whole place.

It reminds me of a cross between a sports bar and corner bar. The food was good, on the pricier end. Small venue with tables close. Only one server in table area and it was slow. Staff was friendly.

Best blue cheese burger! Darla is the best server - when I came in today and order a glass of wine, I asked for a "tall". She said "I remember you!" She knew that I dislike 5 ounce pours and if other drinks come doubled as a "tall", then I could do the same for the wine! Love her and her service!

Stopped in with a friend for a Saturday lunch. Not too crowded, with many people talking in the afternoon football games. Marienna invited us to take any open table. She is a very attentive server, providing recommendations and quickly getting anything we needed. I had the Woody's signature pub sandwich with grilled chicken. The chicken was moist and tender, done perfectly. For a quick bite in a comfortable location, Woody's is an excellent choice.

Delicious hamburgers. Been here many times and there's always a delicious meal coming out of the kitchen. From the fish fry to a burger to the salads and sandwiches, it's just plain ol' delicious!!!

I have had over 20 years of experience as a chef as well as extensive restaurant management. As such I can say that this is not the way I would have handled the following problem! I was at Woody's Bar and Grill (Hartland / North Lake, WI) on 01/14/2023. The Homemade chips were fried too long which made them as hard as bricks. I asked for them to be replaced with fresh chips that were not overcooked. My request was ignored and I was told that they could no do that as they had too many already made ahead that they did not want to waste. I then tried to eat what I had but that was a huge mistake. The chips were so hard that when I tried to chew them I heard a cracking sound and it felt like my crown was now loose. I later found out that the tooth was cracked below the gum line and required me to have it surgically removed. I was told I would also need to replace it with an implant! When I informed the manager (Tina) that I had broken my tooth on the food and requested to talk with the owner she responded (with a condescending tone) saying she was aware of the situation and would tell the owner when he gets back in town. It took 6 weeks and several calls to finally get the owner (Joe) to respond . When he finally did he told me that he was not responsible for my rotten tooth! He did not even request to see the tooth or ask what I wanted him to do about the situation! To be clear the tooth was not rotten in fact my dentist was surprised that that tooth broke as it had a gold crown and did not have any tooth decay! To this day the owner refuses to even discuss paying for part of the cost that my insurance will not cover. At the very least he could say he was sorry that it happened and he will correct the problem in the cooking process! In my opinion the the manager was condescending and the owner was rude. I have lived in the area for 35 years and before this owner took over I was a regular customer twice a week but I will never return again. I also know that the local residents that I have talked with will never eat there either!
