I went here for the first time today and it will not be the last. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Our waitress was very attentive. The food was just enough and cooked exactly how we asked for it. I highly recommend the cream cheese stuffed French toast with fruit. It was incredible! I loved the "down home" feeling I got being in there. The racing theme really brought a connection to the place. Check it out on your way to or from the shore, you won't be disappointed!

Nice little breakfast and lunch spot. The food is just average. Haven't had lunch there in a while, but recently had breakfast. I don't understand why a breakfast place would serve small eggs with a small amount of potatoes.

My wife and I go there all the time absolutely fabulous and the people that work there are the greatest

Me and my granddaughters love this place we hit every year on are way home from Vaca they get so excited whn they knw it's our last day they start yelling n fussen Nanny are we going to Steve's 47 cafe for breakfast!!! The BEST

Go back to the 70's in this local town favorite. Great , friendly service, great priced,, homey feel and best breakfast around, and they butter your toast! A big plus for me!

We had seven people at breakfast. Everyone said their meal was good. They service was quick and efficient. We were seated quickly. Prices are very reasonable.

Small roadside diner we have passed so many times on the way home from Wildwood. Finally stopped last year and was not disappointed. Quick service, great atmosphere, and tasty food. This is our second trip.

Young girls working ,don't have a clue how to be good waitresses, french fries are always soggy

Not just a waste of appetite. Plastic plates, flies, Paid 12.50 for an orange juice (not freshly sqeezed) + 2 coffees. These reviews were probably purchased.

The motto is fresh food fast. This gleaming luncheonette means it too. This is the fourth time I have been there and it is fantastic each time. Homemade everything from coleslaw to the catch from local waters. Drum fish from Delaware Bay will arrive soon. I had blackened prime rib sandwich. Thinly sliced, lightly charred and juicy. Very reasonable prices and friendly fast service. They have counter service, tables and picnic tables outside.

We Walked in Steve’s at 11:30am and tables were full so we sat at the counter. A young girl (hostess) came over and gave us silverware and menus. One waitress was in the corner counting her money, another was serving food, another was writing out a check. At 11:40 we were still waiting for someone to come take our order, while the girl that was counting her money kept checking her cell phone, and passed us a dozen times. At 11:45 another customer came and sat at the counter. We sat there and watched the same girl that kept checking her phone go to the lady that had just sat and take her order. It was like we were invisible. We got up and left. It amazes me that cell phones are allowed while people are working and keeping customers waiting. We patronize Steve’s daily and this was the worst experience ever. The cooks only had two tickets up and most tables were served already.

Got here around 10. Wasn't many people here at the time. Food was great and extremely quick. Waitress was pleasant and very attentive. Place was packed by the time we left and were still putting food on tables in record time. Definitely would come back.

Well I traveled 77 miles to be here and very dissappointed Steve wasn’t their the roll was soggy and the pancakes were BLOODY RAW however wasn’t that bad check them out guys

Visiting Cape May area. First time here, won't be our last. Very good food. Lots of cars in the parking lot, still had booths inside. Small but very good.

Great little restaurant. Breakfast was delicious nice old time feel to the place. Half portions for kids were the perfect size.

You MUST get the blueberry pancakes. Everything they make is delicious and you should try both the sweet and savory breakfast options. I'm more of a savory breakfast person but I will never go there again and not order the blueberry pancakes when they are available. Unfortunately, I can't remember our server's name but she was sooo friendly and welcoming. She was attentive and polite and even showed us pictures of her pet pig! She really made the experience even more awesome. Will be back asap!

Greasy spoon type diner. It smelled like sweaty people. We did not stay to dine as no seats were available for a family of 5.

Amazingly delicious breakfast. Amazing prices..service is top notch, and the quality of the food is unlike any of the touristy Shoebee places over on Route 9. You want to know what real Jersey is like? Eat here!

Finally tried this cute little spot and was not disappointed!! So good the chipped beef was awesome the staff were on point down home friendly and family like atmosphere.

Best breakfast around. So friendly, and really nice. I got the crab omelette. And coffee! The meal was made fast and was soooo good.

This place deserves a 10/10! We had a DELICIOUS breakfast! The waitress was very nice and the food was phenomenal. The pricing was great too! You could tell the locals go here and that is an indication of how good it really is. Best of all, they open EARLY!! We may even go here tomorrow for breakfast!

This place is a GREAT diner. Everyone at the table had very good food, except for the fried chicken which was fantastic! The portions are generous, and the prices are lower than you can believe. The wait staff is super friendly, and rightfully proud of their place. I'll be back for sure

Easy special of the day $4.50 of four silver-dollar pancakes with bacon and two eggs over easy (my choice). So friendly. Seating at the counter or plenty of booths with social distancing.

I had fun here! 3 of us had breakfast, it was thirty bucks. They had 3 specials and i had grits that I really enjoyed. Plus its a local joint and its down the street from the farm where I work. :) and the waitress was really nice!!

Bananas Foster French Toast...beyond delicious!!! Excellent service, fast tasty food...we will certainly be returning to try more of their menu.

The Denver omelettes were good, the food came out hot and quick. The coffee was weak. A few more umbrellas at the outdoor tables would be appreciated.

Inexspensive delicious eats. Went for breakfast and no sooner did we order , are food was out. Good portion size with great taste. Now I no why parking lot is always full. Only downer is , its small so you can not escape not sitting by a door and it being cold. So dress warm in winter.
