Pizza was larger than expected and delicious

Pizza, calzones and Stromboli prepared the way they should be! Authentic NY style!

Customer service and the quality of the pizza was very disappointing. The 2 girls working the counter couldn't bother to even act like they were even remotely interested in taking your order or bringing your food and the pizza had hardly any sauce or cheese and the flavor just wadnt there at all.

I ordered the two piece special and the pizza was very delicious and I would recomend this meal to anybody that really wants to enjoy a great pizza experience.

This place use to be really good, but service has clearly left this business. RUDE employees at the counter and even the cook, even after you tip them 25%. Now I see why the place was empty when we pulled up. Highly disappointed.

This is definitely not New York Pizza. Extremely thin. Horrible taste and super small. No one is waiting on you but they have tables for you to order at and when we did finally go up to counter to order they acted like it was a burden to have the order and bring food out. Will not be back again.

How can you call yourself a NY style pizzeria when you don’t sell eggplant parmigiana ?

Ordered a pizza 7:30 for pickup on a Saturday night, they said it would be ready in 15 minutes and it was. It was the large size and was good. The restaurant had a friendly atmosphere.

Wasn't too happy about the 3.5% up charge. Cazoli seemed to be uncooked on inside. Not the place it used to be. Sorry.

It used to be a lot better and must have a new owner. Quality is not as good as it was before.

Pizza was meh at best. Have no clue how this place has this good a rating. Sauce has no flavor. Soda machines were not working.

Came and ordered takeout. I was excited to try here based on good reviews. Ordered my good and it came out quickly. I double checked everything when in my car while driving off and I noticed I had the wrong order. Turned around and went back in. The girl at the counter seemed annoyed by me coming back. They gave me another person's order. She just kind of dropped my correct order on the counter and walked off. Service was a serious meh. Food likewise, a bit bland and lacking flavor. It is cheap though, so good price.

Worst pizza ever! The sausage was tasteless and looks like dog kibble, and the bacon looks and taste like bacon bits! I would not recommend this pizza to anyone! The price was more than on the website as well!

Unfortunately I have to write this is the worst Pizza I have ever had, crust was dry and hard, seemed to have little to no flavor, my wife went and ate something else. I thought based on what the website menu prices were, I would owe about 28 dollars, when I got there they told me 38 and change, I asked what was the difference and the cashier said the website had not been updated since 2017. Pizza hut or domino's are better. Ruined my night.

I've been coming here for years. The pizza is good. It could be better with a little flavor on the bread besides the pizza sauce and toppings but the prices not so bad

One of my favorite pizza places in the area. I love a basic pepperoni and Milano’s is my go to for it. Their white pizza is also good, but it does come with tomatoes and spinach. I’m sure you could ask for it without those toppings if you’d prefer. The marinara sauce that accompanies the mozzarella sticks is surprisingly good. I’ve only done take out orders so far, but I’ve had consistently good experiences. Will definitely try a calzone next time.

Pretty good pizza for the money... They must have alot of people not come for call in orders. This is the 3rd time I've come after ordering on the phone and they tell me 20min. They never put in the pizza until i get here and pay... WHY TELL ME 20min if they are going to precook it before I get there????

As a Pennsylvanian who loves New York-style pizzas, subs, and pastas, Milano's is as good as it gets. Hand down. The food has an exquisite mouth and quality to it, in my opinion.

Reminds me of a local New York pizzeria from my hometown in NY.

I go there to eat pizza that is freshly made not to admire the walls. Pizzas are large so is pricing.

Love it! Spinach calzone was awesome and plenty to eat. NY style for sure, I'll be stopping here when I'm in town from now on. 🙏 update: most things I've tried are great. Only thing I can say after eating here 4 or 5 times, the marinara sauce they give you isn't enough for the calzones they sell. Most times they just give you another one, but every once in a while they charge you extra dollar something.

Got 2 slices. Could not eat them. Cheap greasy cheese and poor quality ingredients. Maybe whole pie is better, who knows?

Glad we came to this place. Great food great service. The portion is big . Price is reasonable. The photo shows pepperoni pocket, sausage roll and meat pies. They all gave chewy crusty dough with hot melted mozzarella. Sausage roll has onion and peppers. We definitely come back to try the pizza.

STUFFED PIZZA HERE IS LIFE CHANGING!!!! You won't regret a pizza from here. Authentic flavor and great service. The ziti was not very authentic unfortunately, don't reccomend it.

I’ve been eating a lot of sense. I was a kid living in Memphis and going to the Raleigh mall Milanos pizza. They’re arguably the best in the city. A couple years ago it seemed like this particular store was going downhill a little bit, but it seems like it right back on top. Are there, Stromboli‘s and calzones and pasta salad are unbeatable. The cheese sticks suck. Such a small little serving definitely go with it. Pepperoni sticks instead. The pizzas they’re all good. I love this restaurant is always exciting to bring somebody there. That’s never ate there before because you know it’s gonna be a real treat for them. I wish I had frequent flyer miles or one of them stamp things that after your tenth pizza you get one free

We come a few times a month and grab the specials. We have tried their amazing Calzones. The cheese quality on the pizza is so delicate and delicious in taste. Super melty! The dough in any form at Milano's is great. My boyfriend brought me here. It's our fave now.

Illegal surcharge for using a credit card it’s not said on the statement and it’s not said before they charge you 3.5% extra. I’ve been a long time customer contemplating not going again.

Food is precooked and reheated to serve. The canoli was tasteless and hard as a rock. We threw them away.

Great! Took granddaughters, everyone loved it. Only thing I ordered what I thought was 3 cheezy bread sticks. It ended up being 3 orders of 3 bread sticks! ....took them with us. They were yummy!! Bruschetta!!!WONDERFUL!!

Yep—excellent NY style pizza—right amount of grease, oregano on the pizza if you ask, garlic salt, crispy iceberg salad with all the right fixing (tomato/mozzarella/black olives) home made Italian dressing overdone but available to dip garlic knots! Yum! Don’t go if you expect Pizza Hut.

First of all......this place is very hard to find......when you go to the address it is not there....it is in the same building but behind, facing a different street that runs parallel to Airways Blvd. The pizza was OK, but nothing special. And.....they will not tell you.....when you get your credit card receipt they have added a processing charge...."CUST FEE".......THIS IS POOR BUSINESS. They should at least ask if you want to pay cash or pay the fee.....

Best pizza around. Tastes like it was made in the city. Only place I order from now.

Good food, MASSIVE portions for a low price, slightly overcooked but it was fresh so worth it, and very good. The staff were very nice. Do recommend, definitely a good local business.

Pizza wasn't what I expected..ordered 2 slices Italian sausage..there was not enough sauce or cheese and the Italian sausage was salty

Best NY style pizza in the Memphis area.

It might not be 5 stars if it was in NYC, but for the land of BBQ, it deserves 5 and a half stars for sure. Everything tastes fresh, the dough is flavorful, the cheese you can tell is shredded in-store, not brought in a bag caked in cellulose powder. The sauce might not be fresh, but it gets the job done.

This place right here.... I'll tell ya it's a little slice of heaven.... My comfort food so I go here at least twice a week

Something has changed. This used to be THE place for calzones. I didn't mind the long drive to come get one. My last two trips have changed that mindset. They aren't the same at all. The first time I thought maybe it was a fluke. The second, no. The flavor is different, the size is different, the amount of ingredients have decreased, but the price has gone up. The pizza is still pizza, but not worth a special trip from the other side of Memphis.

If you don’t like this pizza, you must not like pizza at all!! Great New York style pizza and great tasting ingredients. I will definitely be having it again while I’m in town for work!!

The display case has beautiful pizza to look at, what they sell you is garbage with 1/10 the amount of toppings compared to what they show you. In business, that's called FRAUD to deceive the customer and sell something different than advertised. Forget this place.

Real New York style pizza..taste,size,when you walk in it smells like a NY pizza shop..I felt like I was back home..

I really wanted to like this pizza after reading the reviews, but it was the worst. I would choose DiGiorno grocery store frozen pizza before I ever order pizza here again. It's overpriced ($40+ one large pepperoni and sausage and one large pepperoni) I could have done better anywhere else. I'm from Atlanta and my husband is from Queens... This is not New York style pizza. I'm not sure what it is but it's not New York style!!! He was offended.
