Ours showing open but it was closed after I drove the way !!!

Very friendly staff, food is hot and reasonably good prices. One of the guys gave me a loaf of hot bread and it was delicious!!!

Today was our first time to eat here and we were quite pleased! We had a large deluxe pizza and it was very good! It was hot and loaded with cheese on top. Brandy was a great server. We will be back.

We just picked up another Awesom stuffed pizza with add ons of Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Pineapple and Black Olives and a large container of made from scratch Marinara, which is some of the best that I have had in a long time. Kudos to the cooks, the pizza was cooked perfect. Thank you for an outstanding, delicious pizza.

I was not pleased with my service today. One of my friends said the pizza here was really delicious, we decided to try it. Our waitress BRANDY was really friendly with other guests when we arrived. I heard her talking and laughing with them , telling them about the deserts and just being really friendly. So I was excited to get the same service and friendliness, but I DID NOT RECEIVE THE SAME ENTHUSIASM OR FRIENDLINESS. She came to our table, never introduced herself nor did she acknowledge that we waited a bit before she even came to ask us what we would like to drink. She took our order and that was it, but she was still very enthusiastic and friendly with other customers. I won’t be eating here ever again. I had to ask the guy who bought our food to the table what her name was. I guess he told her I asked , she came back after he told her I asked and pretended to be a good waitress. I was not going to give her a tip but my husband said don’t treat her the way she treated us. Brandy you need to treat all customers with the same enthusiasm, friendliness and respect, you have no idea who you are serving..

We were greeted with a smile and a great attitude as we entered 5 minutes before the kitchen closed. The food was good and the service was really good. We will visit again in the near future. My husband had the barbecue chicken pizza, and he liked it. It is larger than I thought it would be. I instantly thought that this would be a cool spot for a large gathering.

Lord have mercy on that cook in there this lasagna was a step from death what a nasty dish take it off the MENU NEOWW!!!!

I was traveling through Southaven and let me tell you guys this is by far the best Pizza spot in Southaven and Memphis! The customer service is outstanding and the food is beyond Amazing! If your in search of great Pizza or Pasta In the area this is the spot to come to!

Went here for the first time in years tonight. It was definitely way better than I remember! I couldn't even decide what to order because everything looked amazing, but I ended up having the chicken parm stromboli and it was fantastic. Quality ingredients at a fair price. I'll definitely be back.

I will def. never shop here again. I called in an order at 2:12 p.m. and was told my order will be ready in 30-45mins and I get here at exactly at 2:30pm to see a sign that says closed from 2:30pm-430p.m. And the door was locked!! I called three times and nobody picked up. I wanted to see if my order was still placed or cancelled because yea maybe someone didnt look at the time I called and they would be closing at 2:30…but this is Unprofessional….because someone could have called and said hey we will be closed during that time. This will mark the second time ive pulled up to this establishment with the same sign saying the 230 thing but the first time I pulled up so I couldnt order nothing but this time I actually spoke to a young lady and ordered something over the phone and was told 30-45mins. I loved patronizing them but this was very unprofessional!

The service was excellent, the food was delicious. I almost ate a whole pizza by myself that’s how good it was.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery through Door Dash. Pizza was extremely overcooked, and door dash delivery had the wrong address. I love your food, but didn't expect to get such overcooked pizza.

The parking lot was very nice however they do close it 9:00 p.m. at night so I never made it inside to eat maybe the food was good I don't know I know it's really good on cleaning I deserve that from standing outside the door looking in maybe next time

I'll always miss Lonnie, but I believe the new ownership has imporved on what had been started. Not sure what they changed but it's amazong. You can never go wrong witht he pizza, but the lasagna is spot on. Keep up the good work.

I had been seeing this restaurant on Uber so I had the lasagna delivered and I was pleased it was really good and so I can't wait to try some of their other dishes like the calzone and pizza. I just hate the menu from Uber is different from the website menu.

Food was good but it was 50 degrees outside and not much warmer inside. We had to keep our winter coats on to keep from shivering while trying to eat our dinner. I'm the PAYING customer and i should be able to eat my dinner in relative comfort in you restaurant.

I tried Italia for the first for my teams Christmas party. The food was delicious and the service was great! Love the garlic knots. I will definitely become a repeat customer!

Every detail about this place was outstanding. Our waiter, Blaze, gave us excellent suggestions: we tried the Pinnelli pasta, lasagna, garlic knots, veggie pizza, Caesar salad, and tiramisu. Only got a few pictures…the food was so good. Delicious food, excellent service, great atmosphere. I only wish we lived closer so we could eat here regularly. We will return the next time we are in the area.

Had the Big Mama today 28" pizza. This thing is huge and delicious. Definitely would get it again for the family.

Last time i was here was a long time ago and its not what it use to be but thats to be expected when its under new ownership. Pizza was good and came out in an appropriate amount of time. Garlic knotts were honestly just bread with oil on it. Did not taste at all like garlic and they were dry. Server was very nice and he was keeping with the whole dining room by himself! Probably wont go back but who knows.

I got there to pick up a togo order and paid the girl goes over and looks at an order that is ready and says not yours so after waiting 10 minutes I go up and it was mine! So the food was cool by the time I got home with it. The calzone was soggy. The turkey sandwich gave my son a stomach ache and my salad was ok.

Our server, Brandy, is always amazing! Great food and amazing atmosphere! Will return!

Caesar salad was premade, and the lettuce was wilted all through the salad. I returned the salad, and they made it fresh, even opening up a new bag of lettuce. It was delicious and plenty to share. My goto for a good Caesar Salad.

Great Italian food that carries on the recipes created by Lonnie Tant when he owned the restaurant. The Fettucini Alfredo is my favorite dish. I get mine with spaghetti noodles.

Currently 8pm on a Saturday and I have been calling and calling and no answer to order a pizza. Highly disappointed and upset

8:30 on a Saturday night , walked in the door to be told we are closed , understaffed and kitchen is overloaded ! Waitresses standing around with two tables with customers ! First time back since Lonnie Tant passed ! He’d roll over in his grave if he knew his customers where being turned away ! I won’t be back ! To many other businesses that are customer friendly ! Hosea you need to get it together !

Pizza was loaded with cheese . Pizza was bland . Pasta was plentiful but limited shrimp . Not a favorite place.

Wow! Simply a wonderful place to get great, authentic Italian quisine! The staff, including management, are Superb and Genuine!!! I travel from South Memphis to visit this restaurant and it's well worth it!! The ingredients are fresh and the portions are hefty! You will NOT be disappointed! Oh and the Stromboli is too much!!! I've become addicted to the Philly steak and cheese Stromboli but they offer several versions of it! Sorry for the long review BUT I'm so happy to offer my critique of this AMAZING restaurant!! 👍

I am very impressed with the quality taste, ingredients, and the home made dough. Compared to a slice from NY, it was damn near similar. If I were to rate my experience, I would probably score them a 9 out of 10. A must try. I am a native New Yorker, and my family and I were very pleased. The staff was absolutely wonderful, very kind and warm welcoming. They truly provided customer satisfaction. Next time I am visiting, most definitely I'll be there. Till next time, my new friends 🙏🏼

This place is as legit as it gets. It's a shame it took 4 years of being in Southaven to discover this gem, but better late than never.

This is a very casual dine in or take out restraunt. Reasonable portion/price ratio. The staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered the large lasagna with garlic bread to go. It is very good, and I will definitely be back!

Had pizza and a calzone. The Greek salad was very good. The local beer was cheaper than a domestic. Michelle was an amazing server, the dining room was very busy and she handled all of it. We will be back.

Wife and I try to eat here once a week. Amazing food, great people, and not bad prices. Wanna take a girl on a date? Italia Cafe. Quiet dinner with your spouse? Italia Cafe. INSANE FOOD CHALLENGE? Italia Cafe. All around one of our favorite places to eat and I don't see that changing anytime soon!

I do not recommend this place at all! I came in this week and the Hispanic that was there at the register and serving were extremely rude and acted like they hated their job! They have horrible attitudes and had the nerve to roll her eyes at me when I asked her a question! SMH!!! I miss the two servers they used to have there at night. I will not be back.

I dine here often and even held a party for 30 people and everything was on point. Great as always.

Wasn't sure what to expect but really love this place! The more food we tried, it just kept getting better and better. Vegetarian pizza, some kind of meat pizza, several salad options, cannoli options, oh my goodness! Employees are all very nice! Helpful when deciding on options. Food was made fresh upon ordering. Clean establishment. Will definitely be back!!!!

Everything was so delicious. The pasta is made fresh every day. We recently got back from a trip to New York and had Italian in Little Italy. I think this restaurant in Southhaven beat New York City all day long. And we didn’t have to drop $200. Authentic.

Easily some of the best Italian ever

I've eaten there a couple of times. Employees are more than friendly ,and the food is fantastic.

The food was delicious and filling. The waitress and staff was friendly. I felt like the food came out at a reasonable time and the waitress didn't leave my glass empty which I really appreciated. I noticed while I was dining someone was leaving with an enormous box. I inquired about it and discovered that they make a huge 28"pizza. I ordered ultimate meat with one quarter just cheese, to go for the family. It fed 5 other people and had lots of left over. If you do order this ensure you have a way to transport it. It barley fits through the front door of the building and filled my trunk space. I recommend this place and will be making my way back again soon.

My husband and I stopped in for the first time, but definitely not our last!!! He got the Stromboli and I got the stuffed bell pepper, and Tiramisu. All was delicious and fresh!!! Michelle was an excellent waitress, very friendly and checked on us numerous times. Thank you guys for a great experience. We’ll be back soon :)

Absolutely scrumptious meal and the customer service was exceptional. Jackie was our exceptional and friendly waitress but others were constantly stopping by to check on us also.

Went in on a Tues night, first time in awhile. No one ever came to our table, girls passed us a BUNCH of times. It was very warm in there. We eventually left, called back to speak to a manager and he said call back tomorrow.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!Waited for an hour and nobody came to wait on us but instead they stared at us the whole time after the people up front told us to seat ourselves and they wouldn’t bring the menu. We waited and waited and all they did was point at us and stare at us like we were stupid so we left and will never go back there

5-27-22. Ordered 1 full sized lasagna but soon realized that wasn't enough and ordered 2 more!!! It was JUST that good! Food was ready promptly and was piping hot and fresh!! Service was friendly as well. My family will most definitely be returning, thanks!
