When I received my Alfredo noodles I began to stir it and found a “best used by” sticker in my food. I was really disgusted…As I was waiting for my waiter to come back to the table my husband finished his food by then and he found a chunk of PLASTIC in his food. Once the waiter came back we showed him the plastic and the sticker. I did a 3 star because it was immediately rectified by the manager. She comped our meal and got us one to go. My issue is the fact that no one in the back realized there was a bright red sticker in my food and a chunk of plastic in my husbands. Please make sure to check your food when you eat because you could possibly choke on something.

I didn't catch the name of the lady that took my to go order on Sept 9th 2024 but she was extremely kind. I will not forget her. Compassion goes a long way in today's world. God bless her.

I haven't been to Olive Garden in a while, but a friend and I went last week. The food was so good. I went again on Sunday and again today. I went to 2 different locations, and the service and food were great at both locations.

The first area I was seated in, I wasn't greeted and completely ignored by the male serving, although he was a black male. His primary concern was checking his tips from the guest who left as I was waiting. I asked the hostess to place me elsewhere. That girl did greet but was also very cold. They all assume that women they perceive as black don't tip well. The new waitress did bring out the food in a timely manner but never offered refills, only containers when I asked for to-go items. I asked for the bag and bagged up my food and left before getting halfway finished out of disgust of rude treatment. The bill was $50 but I left a $20 tip even though she didn't deserve that. The hostess was very professional, she even brought me more dressing for my salad and happily checked on me. If I revist, it will be next year, if that. Better management and training is needed for wait staff. Stop stereotyping people of color! I gave the hostess $10 for just simply being a kind sweet woman but she deserved the entire $30.

08/25/2024 Southaven MS Mya was our waitress, and she was FANTASTIC We didn't have to wait for nothing. She was on it & it was her second week working there Make sure she stays around b/c we will be back for her to be our waitress again I had Shrimp Scampi with Angel hair pasta & added Broccoli & Salad with No Salt breadsticks , Water 2nd person had the same but without Broccoli & unlimited Soup, salted breadsticks & slice of chocolate cake Bellini drink & water

My friend and I were visiting from Georgia and it was amazing. Our server, Sheena H., was top tier. She was absolutely amazing. Everything was excellent. If you ever get the chance to go, please visit the Olive Garden 6615 Airways Blvd Southhaven, MS.

Wonderful Italian/Mediterranean food!

Got here on time when food was ready and didn't receive it till almost 20 minutes later. Great food just terrible time management when told food would be ready by 7:30 and wasn't ready till around 7:50 when barely anyone in the parking lot and no one waiting for curbside pickup besides me.

I love the new waiter name Clinton Dean very nice sharp at taking our orders. He also made sure he didn't forget exactly how we placed our orders and brought cheerfully joy to our table.I will give him and the restaurant a double 10.

Good soup and salad every time!!

It was a let down the Commercial says unlimited super salad they fail to mention that that's an actual menu option of $12 the salad had gigantic onions in it which I'm highly allergic and the salad's are pre-made so I was not able to participate in the salad but the steak was really good they make it sound fancy but it's a normal family restaurant with birthday parties for kids

As always, you can’t beat Olive Garden a quick inexpensive Italian meal

It is what it is. The food was okay- it wasn’t terrible. It did what it was supposed to do for a cheap meal. Service was good. Food was served piping hot in a timely manner.

My go to restaurant almost anywhere

Sheena was an absolute wonderful server. We were a party of 11 and she was on top of everything while balancing her other tables! She was prompt, friendly and went out of her way to give outstanding service! Thank you Sheena for a making our dinner spectular!

I wasn't sure at first...The older maître d' with a mask was about the least welcoming I've ever encountered. Then our waiter also had a mask and seemed preoccupied most of the time. Felt as though we were inconveniencing both of them by being there. At least the food (Ameritalian) was good. Then, the ?Ziosk? froze up before I could pay and when it woke up it had charged me for a table game without telling me. It was buried in the itemized bill. Took 10 minutes to get it cleared up. We love Olive Garden. This one just doesn't measure up.

They always pile us into the loud section and if we get there early when nobody is there they pile the loudest people on top of us. They have no respect for people paying $80+ for a meal and intentionally ruin our experiences and they don’t learn. They don’t ever change course. I have had to get up and move myself in this one. I only ever went a second time and subsequent times because my wife and kids keep insisting. Whoever the GM is is going out of their way to persuade the tipping kind of customers to stop showing up.

Maybe it's just me but the older I get, the more Olive Gardens food is just mediocre at best. Definitely over priced. I do remember when it was delicious but things change over time. The waitress was great and her service was superb.

I love Olive Garden. They have new cooks and they appear to still learning about presentation. We were gracious and staff was apologetic. Still my favorite eatery. We will continue to go. Sometimes you have to struggle with people. Be kind.

I did the curbside service. I checked my order before pulling off, or so i thought i did. I had a taste for salad & breadsticks. I be dammed if I had 1 [ONE] dang olive in my salad, so disappointing I went to the store, got the OB salad dressing, black olives, parmasan cheese, salad mix, somethings are better made at home. They lost a lot of money with me because I made A LOT of homemade inspired olive garden salads. Lol 🫒 😞 🥗

Went during a slow hours. Waiter took ten minutes to get to us. Another ten minutes for water and bread. Waiter had incredibly poor attitude and rolled eyes. Only came to check up once other than handing out entrees and check. Low key demanded a tip despite being one of the worst waiters I've ever had.

Putting tips in ur bill don't make any sense 18% is to much tips let me decide 2 leave a tip don't add it in my bill!!

What we ordered was very delicious, and very full, I ordered a spaghetti Alfredo with chicken and broccoli, I really recommend it, the only bad thing is that they only served salad once when they serve as many times as you want, however everything was good.

My friend took me out to dinner for mother's day. It was a very nice and enjoyable atmosphere.

We came to eat on mother's Day as we normally do. It was busy as usual but we were seated quickly and our server, Kelly, was fantastic.

We had a large group [10] for an after college graduation dinner. They sat us right away even though the restaurant was busy. Our waitress [Sheena H] was extremely friendly and engaging and provided great service. Food came out as ordered, quickly and tasted as expected. We were pleased with our evening.

I don't know maybe they were short staffed and we have one server he was pretty decent overall I give it three stars

We had the best server tonight. She was courteous, observant, and helpful to everyone around. She made an ordinary Olive Garden experience a really pleasant one. I have not felt this good about Olive Garden in years. Kudos Olive Garden for a great hire. Our food was timely, hot, and tasty.

Most importantly, our server Malinda was amazing! Prompt, attentive, friendly and thoughtful. It’s a busy Saturday night, but we got seated right away! Salad and breadsticks came fresh and hot, respectively. The entrees came out faster than usual. The shrimp scampi and chicken Marsala were excellent.

Erin was a very good server. Very sweet & attentive! The chicken & shrimp carbonara was excellent!

The food so Gross !!!! The spaghetti is awful they put Italian sausage on it because I wanted to try it. Never again!! It was awful y'all! And it looked like poo on spaghetti. The salad was dry.. so the best thing there was there bread sticks. I promise. The fettuccine is a lot higher than the rest and it's not even that good I tried my daughters.. This is the worst restaurant I've ever been too as far as food goes! They probably upcharge on fettuccine because it's the only thing there that isn't disgusting but still a 1 to 10 and a ten being the best the fettuccine was like a 4. And it's 17+ dollars ?!?! Hell no

Olive garden was one of my fav restaurants,until this night happened. 1st off I guess I ordered too late to get curbside which I feel should have been specified when I ordered. What if I couldn't go in for some reason. Anywho. secondly I was still charged over a $1 after completing my order online. That has never happened before. I purchase my food online,& it is brought out,but for some strange reason they said they couldn't get the full amount which I had over the amount on my card,& if I didn't I would not have been able to complete my order online Lastly there was hair in my God mom pasta. Disgusting!! I was so grossed out. I was enjoying my food before she pulled a long piece of hair out her mouth. I'm getting sick just thinking about it. Couldn't finish mine,threw it all in the trash,so I was only able to take a few bites after spending almost $50. I'm done with olive garden for a long while.

My waitress/ server was exceptional

Long wait time, . But the food is good and fresh and waitress are available and continuously made sure we had our refills and fixed anything wrong.Expect to pay over 10 for a plate though but it’s worth it by the time your sone eating your salad you’re full.If you want fine dining I do recommend this location.Just expect to wait a little.

We were there for about 15 minutes sitting at the table, nobody had come to give us drinks nor were we even acknowledged. We walked out.

Love this location! I typically order curbside to-go . My food is always hot , delicious, and most importantly correct . The curbside attendant is always prompt and polite . Making every visit a pleasant experience .

This is by far my favorite chain of eateries, but this visit was horrible food wise. The chicken was so thin and hard that I was able to bang it off the bar counter and it didn't even break.

The BEST Olive Garden we have ever been to. The wait time less than 10 minutes. Service fast, courteous. The portions were huge and the server kept our drinks full.

An enjoyable experience and delicious food

This was the worst experience I have had. The waiter just seemed like he didnt care to be there. When we were ordering he was looking all around instead of looking at us. The steak i ordered was burnt when i order medium well. There was no pink in the center at all. I didnt even eat i couldnt. The plates were dirty for the salad. We asked for more. The new plates were dirty that he brung. Like are you kidding me. So we didnt ask for anymore. Didnt want to keep complaining he just seemed annoyed so we just paid and left. We still tipped a little something because we were serviced. But over all this was a terrible experience. I spent 80.00. Argh

Olive Garden is always olive garden. Prompt friendly service, and I always feel like I'm welcome. When i spend my money here, I feel like it's worth what I went through to obtain it and valued as it's transferred

Crowded on Sunday night but it was expected. 40 minute wait time...sat in 30. Service was quick and adequate. Saw other customers leave. Might have been looking for more professionalism, but at least it wasn't bad service; gave full tip. Good foods not above-and-beyond experience. Would go again and temper expectations.

Excellent option of Italian food, I highlight the attention they gave us, in addition the food was delicious, the portions are large, a negative point would perhaps be the waiting time for the table (45 min), although I think it can be easily prevented by making a reservation

Not one to come on here and complain but i stopped here to order carside pick up since i have my baby with me i got bread sticks and alfredo sauce been waiting 25 mins on it. it wasn’t raining when i first got here and i watch someone bring another lady her food so they call me saying they can’t bring my food out because they only have one to go person and cause it’s raining and they have a policy to not send anyone out in the rain i asked if she was really going to make me and my baby get out in the rain to come get it and she said no one was coming out so i just left😡🤦🏼‍♀️

The food and service was excellent. I went in a little late, and the team was accommodating and respectful. I know close to closing, people are ready to go home. They had a smile and served me without any issues! The food came out fresh and delicious! I recommend this location if you are in the area and want great service. Had dinner here tonight. Issues from the door. My sister made a reservation online which btw they claim even when you make a reservation online & it says no wait, it doesn’t matter because when you arrive they still tell you it’s a 45min wait. What is the point of having an online reservation system when it doesn’t comport with what is actually occurring in the restaurant? To add injury to insult, the hostess -both of them- the blond & the dark-haired females were rude & condescending multiple times when we were trying make sure we understood the conflicting reservation system. We observed them both of them rolling their eyes at us during & after speaking with them. After telling us it would still be a 45min wait, with 6 groups ahead of us, they immediately proceeded to try & seat another family who came in stating the same thing we stated about an online reservation with no wait. We heard the hostess tell the family that it would still be a 45min wait but she proceeded to grab menus & act as if she was planning to seat the family. Nope. Not on my watch. It was absolutely disgraceful & condescending to tell the other family they had to wait but then try to seat them before us. After all that our entrees were cold. They ran out of cheese. The coffee was cold & weak. We asked for mints which they didn’t have. The overall experience was awful & unnecessary starting with the dismissiveness of the hostess. Fire both hostess who worked on 12/29 night. Either way we won’t be back & won’t recommend it to anyone else.

The server was nice and helpful. The only issue we have is with Olive Garden's policy on reservations. Apparently, when you make a reservation and arrive at the restaurant with any less than half of your party. You are NOT allowed to be seated. You can only be seated if half or more of your party are there. That being said, what is the point in having a reserved table if you can't be seated when you arrive. I'm disappointed in a policy that doesn't make sense. Olive Garden needs to do better. I did ask to speak with the manager on duty before we left. I explained that all we wanted to do was be seated. The manager smiled and repeated it is Olive Garden's policy. But had she known she would have seated us. That's interesting bc if she can amend the policy to each situation, then shouldn't the hostess/host be allowed to do so as well. Without having to involve a manager.

My wife and I went here for lunch and had the best customer service experience! The food was good, nothing too special, but our server Paris did a fantastic job! We had a great lunch.

My severs name was Marical and she was the best server I have had there EVER!! We were seated in a timely manner and greeted as soon as we sat down. I ordered a glass of wine and she offered me a taste test and then poured me a glass. She brought out a big enough salad for everyone at the table and for those who had soup she made sure refills were given for the endless soup. I had the steak medium with Alfredo and it was cooked perfect. My drinks were kept full Togo boxes were given. It was an all around amazing experience.

I'm not a big fan of the food but the atmosphere is nice. We went for my Mom's birthday recently because she LOVES Olive Garden. The two lady's assigned to our table provided AWESOME service and were very accommodating. Not that we ran them or anything, they were just nice, patient, and kind with our group of 10. We didn't linger but they also did not rush us. I wish I'd gotten their names but it was on November 13th around 5:30. Even tho I'm not a fan of the food the salad always hits so when Mom wants to go, we go! Thanks for helping to make her birthday special at her favorite dining place 😊

Olive Garden is usually really good. It's a decent place that gives you a higher life feel for a decent budget. The food is consistently good and service is fantastic most times. I have yet to been and not been satisfied. The restaurant is clean and orderly. I think you'll enjoy this if you go.

Hosts ignored us for 10 min. Blonde bartender noticed us getting upset and took pity on us, got us on waitlist, but server took FOREVER to get to table. After 10 min, just got up and went to eat at the bar all 5 of us. After that, everything was great. This is the 2nd time we’ve tried to eat here and from now on only eat at bar area. Would’ve left if it weren’t for Amy acknowledging us when no one else did. TWICE!! Food was good but need better servers for dining room and better managers because 2 just stood around talking the entire time we were there and Amy running around doing everything. Sit at bar for best service and don’t order steak. Get the salmon and spike strawberry lemonade and donuts.
