I was skeptical I love brisket Love love love brisket I got a brisket sandwich I was thrilled I have had Maple Block Definitely go here I mean I am not a fan of their potato salad but I cook so it is what it is it’s made for everybody not just me The greens are fire Happy to have a place I know I can get excellent brisket This place is better than a plethora of restaurants in Howland Niles and Cortland Actually that’s not a hard bar to step over Go here for brisket This would be my second to Maple Block Also the price is excellent a better choice over fast food Also they have outdoor dining I love that

We recently had Mission BBQ cater our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the initial consultation to the day of the event, everything was perfect. A special thanks to Stephanie, who made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, and the set-up was beautiful. The staff went above and beyond, taking care of everything so we didn't have to worry about a thing. We were served table side, while our guests enjoyed a buffet line, which worked out wonderfully. The staff also handled the clean-up and even packed our leftovers for us, making the end of the night stress-free. On top of all this, the pricing was very reasonable, providing excellent value for the high-quality service and food we received. Mission BBQ exceeded our expectations in every way, and we highly recommend them for any event. Thank you again to Stephanie and the entire team for making our wedding day unforgettable!

Catered a wedding reception I attended and it was the best food I've had in a while!

We had the team at Mission BBQ cater our twins’ graduation party and were extremely happy with not only the delicious food, but the exceptional service! Stephanie and her team (Paige, Kerrie, Brya, Chissy B., Stefanie) went above and beyond to make the twins’ celebration special. They took time to talk to the twins about their future plans, gave them each a signed card and wrote a short message of advice for them. ❤️ My guests were just as impressed as we were. The team kept the food warm and trays full, bussed tables, brought plates of food to some of the elderly guests, and made sure the trash was emptied. Do I recommend Mission BBQ catering from Niles? Absolutely!!!

Finger licking great! Awesome staff allowed us to sample before purchase. Very pleasant attitudes from service staff. They never rushed us to make a decision and were very informative in regards to the tastes, texture, ingredients and level os spiciness of the foods and sauces. I think I've found that perfect place for the home cooked comfort food feeling. The atmosphere is simply amazing. In my opinion you will not be disappointed.

First time here. All staff Is awesome, they all greeted us when we came in. The lady at the register was very nice and explained the whole menu to us and checked on us many times at the table. Then she came over and gave us free cookies and 2 coupons for free sandwiches! All food was delicious and we will be back!

Phenomenal Staff. I walked in during a slow hour and every single staff member behind the counter put their arm above their head, waved, and said hello the moment I walked Inside. Food is great, exactly the right quality for the price they charge.

The food here is always amazing.

I am only in town temporarily and for work, but stopped in for some supper. HANDS DOWN, THE BEST SERVICE I THINK IVE EVER HAD! Helpful waitresses with awesome attitudes, management and cooking staff in sync and seem to genuinely care and want to make everyone's visit stellar. Food was very good and great sauce selection. Management went above and beyond to ensure everyone left happy on a Friday evening I don't typically write reviews but dang, I am impressed. Oh and great baked beans with brisket too!

Our first time last night March 20,2024, we wanted to try something new rather than going next door. the food was wonderful I just love the smell as you walk in. Each and one of you were so nice to us. I just love how this place is about first responders and about the troops, my dad is a retired firefighter, and my half brother ( same mom) is a veteran ( 3 tours in Afghanistan and surrounding area) who served 7 years in the army as a infantry soldier. I love all the bbq sauces and even the mustard . The manager is awesome

Youngstown Ohio is know for it bar b que but over the years quality has been declining. When I visited Youngstown this weekend a family member suggested Mission. I was pleasantly surprised! The brisket was amazing, the ribs were delicious, the pulled chicken was flavorful and the turkey tasty. The staff was friendly and engaging. The manager Timara made use feel like we were family. She made suggestions and checked on us often while we ate. I am on my way back to Los Angeles and I hope you have a restaurant there. Good Job mission!

We always get great BBQ and great service here. The food always taste great and the staff is super friendly. The prices are very good for what you get and if you get a chance to try the Black Plate Special burger, do it!

We were somewhat disappointed that they don't actually bq any of their meats. On table is 6 bq sauces to dip the meats in. Turkey was dry even dipping in sauce didn't help it. The cheese potatoes where very greasy

I was a little skeptical as it is a chain but it really is very good. Prices are reasonable for BBQ and it's good quality. I had them cater my son's birthday party. The mac and cheese, moist brisket, pulled pork, and pulled chicken were excellent. The BBQ sauce selection is great, there are so many and all are very good. The service is uncommonly good. It seems like they make a point of having good service and it shows. The only negative I have is the green beans with bacon were kind of weak, they were like canned green beans in water and not that baconey. I was expecting fresh. They weren't terrible, but definitely not at the level of the other stuff. Also, it may be against the vibe they are going for, but it would be really nice to have a cold beer when dining in. However, neither of these are enough to impact the overall quality and it deserves 5 stars.

I stopped in tonight for a quick meal and can say I'm never disappointed. I got something different tonight because Paige suggested it the last time I was here. The food is always very good but the people are better. How many retail and restaurant businesses can you say have the same faces working over the course of a year? This place does. Paige, Hanna, Hunter, and Faith make the visit fun. They know the menu, the flavors, and they know their familiar faces. That makes a customer feel welcomed. We have choices. I chose this Mission BBQ!

Mission BBQ is one of the best companies to work for. I have never worked for a company that has really cared about their teammates like they do here. Coming into work every day being able to completely and utterly be yourself is amazing thing to be apart of. Being able to move up so quickly is absolutely mind blowing. Went there today with a friend and had an amazing experience. Hanna was an absolute sweetheart along with the rest of the team. It was my first time there and everyone was so welcoming. We went there today for lunch. Restaurant is really kept clean... Atmosphere is very welcoming you won't feel more comfortable if you went to your grandmother's house. Staff is super friendly and Management is great...Food is excellent this is definitely are new place to go for BBQ....

Last minute, I needed a family pack. You’re supposed to order ahead for this and I did not. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating. They not only got my super delicious order together while I wait, they also offered me a drink to enjoy. Mission BBQ, your food and staff are the best!

This is one of the few places I will give 5 stars to. This is my favorite restaurant to eat at. Can't really beat the prices and the serving sizes are perfect. If you make your meat choice a combo you won't leave hungry.

My first time here but the food and service were fantastic.

Went to mission BBQ today for lunch and had the pulled chicken sandwich with French fries. The chicken was amazing, the bun was super fresh and the fries were hot and delicious! The sauces I tried were very tasty, would highly recommend!

Food was great, staff was amazing, atmosphere was the key of it all 👌🏻. I dined in and they gave me a card for a free sandwich for next time. Will definitely be back!

Love the food here! The meat is so flavorful you almost don’t need the sauces. Sides are good too - though I do wish they offered to banana pudding year round! The service is fantastic and everyone is really friendly and helpful. I also can’t say enough great things about how CLEAN this restaurant is! Even the high chairs are spotless, which is a rarity even at high end restaurants.

Stefanie came to a facility I work at and provided us with the best catering experience I have had in a long time. I'm used to CityBBQ, and to say I was blown away by the quality is an understatement. The food is perfectly complex, the sauce selection is diverse, and Stefanie was incredibly helpful and passionate about the business. I will be a repeat customer.

Our favorite restaurant is Mission BBQ. We are so glad you opened in Niles, Ohio. We bring our friends and relatives in often and are always greeted. I ordered Mission BBQ catering for my husband’s 40th birthday, and I couldn’t have had a better experience! Stefanie was very easy to work with, and answered every question that I had. She was very accommodating and was extremely easy to communicate with. I had our order delivered, and it was incredibly prompt and our delivery person set up everything. She brought all of the cutlery, plates, and table cloths, that we could meet and explained everything. The food was fantastic and everyone loved it. It was also extremely affordable for what we got. I will definitely be using Mission BBQ catering in the future-and the new Niles location is fantastic.

Cut down on the salt in your rub. Purchased three racks yesterday and could not enjoy because they were extremely salty.

Food was all perfectly done, rib meat falls off of the bones. People that I was with all there food meats were great, green beans, BBQ beans all tasted great. Definitely recommend for everyone great for family, friends, its an everyone restaurant. Thanks

We was there on 9-2-23 for lunch your restaurant use bleach it was really strong made us sick smell of it . When we went home our clothes smell like bleach plus we threw up from the bleach we was sick all day and night . The smell of the bleach could be in our food.

First time trying and was not disappointed. First off I love that they honor the military and first responders. Second the food is top notch. I sampled all the sauces and the Smoky Mountain was my favorite with the Texas Twang being a close second and the KC Classic a strong third. Definitely recommend this place.

We went for lunch about a week after opening and the staff has to be some of the nicest people ever!!! Not to mention all the free samples we got during our visit! I love how it honors America and the people who have served! At noon each day everyone stands to sing the star spangled banner! The food was delicious and quick! We loved it here!
