**ALL YOU CAN EAT NOT WORTH IT** Absolutely disappointed with my experience here, came in hyped for all you can eat sushi… Waitress was not happy at all that we decided to do all you can eat. Thought the menu would be a wide variety with a $30 price… I was wrong… Limited menu… rolls were poorly made… crab Rangoon not included!!! Even though I called early and asked and they said it was included!!!! Waitress was very odd and didn’t communicate well with us at all… The menu included “hibachi” but it was just fried rice… RIDICULOUS FOR $30!!! Stay away from here if you want all you can eat sushi! I recommend See We Roll just 15 minutes away! Much better selection.

My husband and I absolutely loooove this place. Any and all food we have ever tasted has been fresh and delicious. What can I say about the servers? All servers and even the owner has spoken to us kindly and the service has been wonderful. Super attentive to our needs Sodas refilled without us even asking. Do I say we looove this place?? HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😁

Well the food here is always delicious, but as soon as my friend and I walked in the door asking for “all you can eat” we immediately got a long “sigh” like the server was put out about that answer… Well I let it go during the visit because it wasn’t worth sweating over. Got done eating, fantastic as always and asked for another soup and salad, and immediately got laughed at for asking for another… Server to server you don’t treat your customers that way. It’s a little ridiculous as to why we got the attitude we got from the waitress this evening. I love this restaurant, the atmosphere is always great and the food is good but the service was below average tonight. I drive almost 45 mins to eat here because I love it but I honestly can’t say I’ll be back with how we were treated this evening.

I ordered Mizo from doordash. I got a chicken hibachi and my boyfriend got a chicken and steak hibachi. the chicken on my plate was slimy. I understand that chicken hibachi comes with sauces and certain ingredients but this was way too slimy to be that. I ate a few bites and it just didn’t sit right with me. I have had stomach problems since then and come to find out I have an infection in my stomach. this was the only food I had that day so it couldn’t have been anything else. just a fair warning so no one else develops any type of issues.

***In no way is the review made to deter you from going, this is just my experience to help you in making a selection.*** 1) One Waitress is horrible, has language barrier, invades personal space, finger in food upon delivery to table. 2) $29.99 all you can eat is a scam; will only bring 1 roll per 10 minutes. 3) To go orders will take precedence over dine in orders if you order all you can eat slowing your service and meal down 4) I was only 6 people at 7pm on a Friday night Went into the business there were 6 people total on a Friday evening dinning inside. First the waitress is leaning over the table and violating personal space to talk, maybe nervous idk, but I'm a chill guy I was explained there is no pressure. So I tried the all you can eat for $29.99, once I selected 4 items on the all you can eat menu the waitress told me that I can only chose 1 or 2 because they will be making to-go orders. *To go orders take precedence over dine-in customers** Never knew this was a thing but I took a chance I figured it was a technique to slow you down from eating to make a bigger profit. Fast forward 20 mins later I only received 1 roll while no other people came into the business. Also there may be a language barrier looking back on the visit. The waitress explained this to me poorly, if they were short staffed then have your employees say that and now Customers can make an informed decision on how to order. Hated to leave I really wanted to enjoy the place but the customer service and speed was not worth the price at the time. The one roll I did get was pretty tasty. Also if you can teach the waitress to not lean over the table to talk to take orders, and not point or touch everything on the table. And work on bringing food to the table with a thumb in the rice or soup 🤦🏾‍♂️ I guess the 6 people inside was an indicator of service. Ordered chicken fried rice on Doordash and was not disappointed. Very flavorful! Nice chunks of tasty chicken. Good portion. Very well worth the taste and flavor. Nice dish!

Mizu was not busy at the time we arrived and was served immediately. Nice atmosphere and service. The owner was very friendly and personable. Will be going again next time in area.

I had the 19.95 all you can eat sushi. It was fresh, delicious, and all I could eat

If you're looking for value and service, look no further! They have all you can eat sushi. The food is absolutely FANTASTIC! The sushi rolls are fresh, and perfectly bite sized with the perfect balance of ingredients. The spring rolls are fried to a beautiful crisp. The gyoza was perfectly steamed on top, with a beautiful crisp on the bottom. The egg drop soup was the star of the show. While typically considered a looked over appetizer, it was beautifully savory, thick like a comforting hug, steaming hot, and the eggs in it were perfectly thin and silky in texture. The service was top notch, with no wait on refills or dishes. The staff is kind and polite.

First time trying since I’ve moved to Gulfport. I ordered on DoorDash and it got to my house quick and hot! I tried the 228 and Cherry Blossom rolls, they’re my all time favorites. The Cherry Blossom was savory and creamy. The 228 is a bit bulky with the ingredients but I enjoyed it nonetheless :)) I got the spring rolls and they were super crispy and delicious, and some chicken yakisoba on the side for later. The chicken is super tender and the veggies are cooked just right, not too soft and not too hard. I definitely recommend this place! It is my favorite so far out of all the japanese restaurants I have tried around here! will be eating again soon!

Very disappointed in today's customer service. I go here weekly and I've never had an issue but today my husband found hair in his food. I politely asked to speak with a manager to address the issue. I actually called back twice both times told the manager would call me back. Never received so much as a call back! This is not ok ! And nasty might I add that means no hair net is being worn. You have lost a customer today.

I had lunch here today 11/24/2023 and was asked to move while I was still eating after a bigger party showed up. I was there first and feel that was very rude! Crab Rangoon was bland, It took forever to get waited on after waiting and finally getting my food. I was asked to move. I'm so upset.

Use to be the go to place in Gulfport for good sushi, in the last few months the fish cuts have gotten smaller, messy cuts, old tasting and service down right bad. They will forget about you and make up blame on others not doing job. Food at a table comes out at different times . Use to love this place hate to give bad review but this place needs an awaking.

I have gone to mizu for years! I haven't been in a couple of months and just ordered shrimp teriyaki because it comes with no onions for years. And today it was full of onions and I do mean full mostly onions a little bit of shrimp $20. It did NOT tast like teriyaki at ALL. You just lost your best customer 😪

The food was tasty. Not over the top good, but tasty. They no longer have the hibachi tables, which was disappointing.

Only reason it's 4 stars for me is I didn't care for the egg drop soup. Besides that we loved the all you can eat menu and the robot server.

The same server is there every day. He was very knowledgeable when it comes to food allergies as he has allergies himself, so he takes it seriously. Sushi is very fresh. They don't have GF eel sauce or soy sauce, so I just bring my own. My fiance had a dish from the grill side and he said the flavor was great! If you have kids, they deliver food via a talking robot, so they'll get a kick out of it. This will be somewhere we frequent. Hidden gem.

Gyoza are great if you get them deep fried. Egg drop soup needs more flavor. Order was wrong and when I told waitress she argued with me that I didn’t order it a specific way, although I did and the people at the next table even noticed and stated they heard me order it that way I said. It was not made correctly nor taken off my bill. Very disappointed because I couldn’t eat it at all. I won’t be going back.

My daughter and I were looking for a place where we could be able to talk and grab a bite to eat. The server was a very nice gentleman and did his job well. Thank you, Mr. Server . I had the steak and chicken lunch with rice and veggies. My daughter got the steak lunch . It was very tasty. Not bad price at all. We will be going back in the near future.

They have decent food at decent prices and I usually get take out.

We have enjoyed this restaurant for years. Have had excellent servers over the years but something has changed...in a bad way. I love the remodeling, all the improvements are wonderful, even saw a robot delivering sushi. .amazing! However the last few months it has gotten horrible. I have eaten at the location with terrible service and have placed carry out orders with that exact same service. I noticed all the familiar servers are gone and 1 main clueless woman running around not knowing the menu and being extremely rude for no reason. I am understanding that she doesn't speak English but she sure sounds very fluent. She clearly doesn't know the menu and should learn it. Also passive aggressive guest service is easily spotted by a person in the same type of guest service. However, I am a customer so simply be nice, I am when you visit my location and tip nothing but eat for free.

I usually like to go to mizus for take out or dining, however I called today to place an order, and it was taken, they said come pick it up around 20-25 minutes and which I did. Upon arriving, I realized no one was parked out side the restaurant, and my husband got out to go open the doors and they were locked. So we called the number and asked if this was mizus number, to which they said yes, and they asked for our number to check the order, and she said they have our order ready and if we were at mizus across whataburger, which we were, she then says she will get someone to do something and hangs up. Then we call again after 10 minutes because the restaurant is closed even though it’s open. She then says what’s the phone number and then says actually we are closed and you didn’t come in time to get your food. So yea.

This place is a hidden gem in Gulfport. You can come here on a Saturday night and it will not be insanely packed like a lot of other places in town. I really don’t know why, because the food here is amazing. The staff is always very attentive and their all you can eat sushi is the best. I’d highly recommend the filet mignon roll. It literally melts in your mouth. I moved 2 hours away to Louisiana and when I come back to Gulfport to visit family I always stop here for the all you can eat sushi. Oh and I forgot to mention…your food gets served to your table by a robot! How cool is that?!?

We came in for suppernone evening and had a great experience. My wife and I enjoyed the robot that came to drop off our sushi! It was a very nice experience and very clean.

Nice people, but the sushi variety is lacking, and all you can eat sushi prices is too much. Sorry, I love the place, but Seaweed at the mall is cheap with a better variety.

Tried this place once and everything was a disappointment, I thought maybe it was a bad day let me give it another go. I called in 50 min before they closed. Ordered $80 dollars worth of food they told me 25-30 min I live 5 min down the road. I arrived 10 min to close and guess what? The entire place was closed down!! All cars gone, all lights off. I have lived here for 4 years now and I attempted to try to give them another shot. That’s ok there are better options

My husband and I come here regularly. Not sure what some of these post are talking about being nasty because I never have issues with any filth and always super friendly people. Best sushi we’ve found and we’ve tried it all over.

Saw a post on Facebook about this place an old employee said it’s gross and they don’t wash their hands or anything, they don’t even wear gloves 🤢 and when stuff falls on the floor they don’t even throw it away they put it in the containers.

The place has chewy chicken. The all you can eat isn’t really that bc the owners make you do it at their pace and after the first round it’s only 1 roll at a time and they take forever to make them so if you don’t have hours to sit there the price isn’t worth it. One time it was 3:30 and they stopped serving me right at 4 when they closed even though it was all you can eat. They don’t advertise that fact when you get it so you’re already locked into the price. Owners are rude and turn off lights on you when they’re closing.

This is the nastiest place I’ve ever been too. Nothing is clean, flies in the windows, roaches on the floor by the bathrooms. The people making sushi cough the entire time. Fish isn’t fresh.

I am stuffed. Three people @ $60 and while some of it wasn't my style, all in all it was a positive experience. It is a little chaotic but there were no nasty surprises despite that.

The person making sushi coughs the whole time. I’ve never wanted to be back in mobile faster. The food taste like it’s been sitting out. The sushi isn’t fresh. We have way better food in mobile.

If you are a sushi/sashimi lover this is the place to go! I’ve tried so many restaurants here, Alabama, Louisiana and Tx and they by far have the best quality of raw sushi! I have been several times and it’s always the best experience and never disappointed! The owners and staff are so awesome and you will not need disappointed! They have everything including hibachi!

The food is always fresh, the staff is super nice and the robot server is really cool. Always a great time when we eat here. I always forget to take pictures because we dive in on the amazing food as soon as it hits the table.

Mizu is a hidden gem. Don't let the outside fool you. Their food is great and customer service was great! Our waiter has been working there for years and always has a great attitude when communicating. They have remodeled on the inside and it's nice! We always get the all you can eat option.

Ok at best. No hibachi but it could be cooked in the back for same price isn't part of that price the show!?. Food was not anything special. Did not receive my food until 20 minutes after everyone else. We had not gone to Mizu since the start of the pandemic. We went back last night everything has changed. There’s a new floors and all the hibachi grills were gone. Kind of disappointed because the show was part of exciting part of the dining experience. The food was good though still has the hibachi food from the kitchen. All in all we still enjoyed ourselves. Thank you mizu🥰

The food wasnt very good and the wait was horrid. My waiter served us as if it was her first day working. She was nice but cussed with kids present which i think is quite immature. We git all you could eat sushi and we had to use separate menus without descriptions and images it was as if we were kept in the dark about the sushi. I got sashimi and it was dry hard and gross. No way it was fresh. Two of the rolls me and my family git were fried and there was no warning for it. No spice warnings, No ingredient list. Nothing. Overall not a great experience but good jokes were made.

Mizu is SO GOOD! I go there all the time for sushi which is priced pretty good between $6-$10 and their lunch is always fresh. Good sized servings too.

The food is descent. We did all you eat sushi like we always do. I put am order in for 4 rolls and they brought me 3 and told me if I eat the 3 rolls they'll bring the other out. If this is how it was advertised (order max 3 at a time) I could understand. I wasn't even given the option of which rolls I got first. I've spent a lot of money here but I won't return anymore. False advertisement.

If I can give it a zero I would this place is trash we was there for 30 minutes didn’t even get asked for drinks or a menu and all their food is mid dressed nice and taste mid kinda like an overrated instagram model the waiters are non compliant and they didn’t ask us for anything we seated ourselves so all in all the Caucasian’s that rated this above a 1 star is cap or they bots

Called a to go order in and waited an hour. I really felt like the delay was the waiter yet he blamed the kitchen staff. There were 3 guest that came and went while I waited at the bar. They arrived after I got there and left before I got my food. The only reason I waited really is for my husband since that’s what he wanted. Next time I will drive to bay St. Louis to the hibachi we were recommended. Sad because we have ate here many of times.

This restaurant has gotten rid of their sit at hibachi grill and didn't not tell me when I called to reserve for the hibachi grill. They also no longer serve ginger sauce. The hibachi rice from the kitchen was dry and a bit hard. They didn't bring out the thot ea pot when I ordered hot tea. We had to ask for regular drink refills 3 times. I also had to ask for the to go box twice.

I have eaten at every sushi place from Gulfport to diberville, I decided to stop in this place and try it out. At 8:34pm right before closing. The guy at the counter was pretty awesome, I asked his opinion on which special sushi roll to get, and boy am I not disappointed. I wish I could rate this place 6 stars. Best sushi around!!! The Hibachi Chicken and shrimp was amazing too! The guy and the counter was so personable also, I truly felt like I was talking to a good friend! Thank you for this amazing Wonderful experience guys!

Great food and great service! We were greeted promptly when we walked in. The Chef cooking on the Habatchi table was very engaging and fun! The food was fresh and vibrant! The waiter was very attentive to our needs the entire time we were dining. He even gave us tips on how to treat our leftovers. We will be returning to Mizu and we highly recommend this restaurant!

This is by far the best sushi I have ever eaten!!! It all was so fresh!!!! I was blown away and completely impressed!!! The burning roll and the filet mignon roll was our favorite!!! Of course we did the all you can eat sushi!!! Worth every penny!!!!

this place is where you go if you want good sushi/sashimi. the rolls are perfectly balanced with the rice ratio to ingredients, the quality of fish is excellent and the sashimi is delish. they also have all you can eat to include sashimi pieces. they have a hibachi grill but I haven't tried it other the. the hibachi noodles.. which are excellent the seating is limited so be aware it can get busy.. definately will be our go to sushi joint
