Came on for dinner had two empty tables for two empty tables. Don't go this restaurant they honor reservation but don't care if you leave. We explained that we come in several times a week and are a good customer Where is loyalty and integrity

Service is good when day bartender works. Frank at night is the best. Girls who work at night might as wall go do dishes. You cant get a drink and when you do you can't get a tab. Door man who worked on 8.8.24 was high on power, no personality and seemed like he was there for tail.

This place is suppose to be a karaoke bar. 8/1/24 It wasn't so crowded last night and I thought I could practice a few songs. The DJ or whatever title he prefers to be addressed as, refused to do his job stating the place wasn’t crowded enough for him to use his expensive equipment. Unbelievable !!!! I really hope the management sees this post and finds another DJ that actually preforms the job he was hired to do !!!!

Love this place. Good drinks and specials. Large karaoke selection with DJ Mike :) Eva is the best! Drinks are always on point! I always leave smiling

My co-workers and I went to Mona Lisa for some drinks after work. We had a great time it was actually karaoke night. We didn't order any food but it all smelled and looked really good. I really think the one downfall about this place is the fact that they only had one waiter serving the whole restaurant all night he was serving drinks and serving food and every once in awhile he was behind the bar making drinks. He did a great job but there was no getting around everyone having to wait for him.

The bar was packed, and the dining room was half full, but Nina handled the whole restaurant by herself. I heard someone called off. The food was great, and we appreciate the hustle and making sure food came out hot and drinks were kept getting filled.

Worst experience I've ever had at a karaoke Bar! My fiancé and I always frequent Mona Lisa for their karaoke night. Went there Friday and the server was extremely rude and unfriendly to the point of me being in tears, I couldn't even get a chance to sing, I was so choked up and left. To add insult to injury, it was my birthday and I went to Mona Lisa to have a good time, not be scolded about my form of payment (wanting to pay with cash, not a credit card) I won't be coming back anymore. I found another karaoke bar that was nothing but kind, warm and inviting.

My husband and I have been going here for years after a really good friend introduced us to this unusual atmosphere. There is typically not much to do in SWFL but this lovely little gem leaves very little disappointment. I discovered the joys of LISTENING to Karaoke during our Cruise Life Vacays and soon embraced the joys of PERFORMING after much persuasion from my best friends and what DJ Mike likes to call "Liquid Courage." And we've been hooked ever since. I even have a stage name- Bambi! ;-) We've grown to know Eva as we became quite the regulars and her "spoiling" really never disappoints. She is a fantastic server and has become a sweet friend. And DJ Mike not only spares his late nights to entertain us SWFL amusement seekers :-) but he encourages no-pressure opportunities for all to have a song length's moment of fame. And he is an excellent performer himself. We now have a group of 3 when we attend regularly known as "Captain Keith and Crew" but alas "Bambi' is not "Dead and Gone."

Mona Lisa is great for karaoke. We enjoyed good and bad singers while we had a few cocktails and beers.

This place is awesome. The servers remember your nane and what you drink. The host of karaoke is great although I miss him singing a song to open the night of karaoke. Pkease bring that back. We have a group of at least 10 people every Friday night that come abd have a great time. This is why we come every friday night. Mike makes it so much better

DJ Mike who runs the karaoke is absolutely incredible. He deserves all the praise and many tips. Make sure you bring extra to tip him because he makes the karaoke that much more incredible and fun.

This is a review to establish some truth about a recent review bashing the DJ. I was there that night that Rob, husband of Lori, (who left the review about 2 weeks ago) wasn't allowed to sing because of a previous heckling and taunting incident involving two singers on stage because the singers they chose to heckle sang a rock song at 9:30 in the evening. There are also established "quieter" areas around the restaurant that are not directly between two speakers, like in the booths aka "The sound tunnel" they chose to stay in anyway. *Of which they were made aware upon first complaint. After the DJ got set up and inserted everyone's song, except for Rob & Lori due to the soft ban* (meaning you can't sing for "one night" due to breaking the established rules of karaoke that are posted on the side of the sign up booth) he ran a round for a very diverse crowd of all ages. Immediately after the FIRST round was over, "Rob" ambushed the DJ at the booth and proceeded to scream at him at the top of his lungs with spittle flying into the side of the DJs face and neck area, eventually threatening the DJ with bodily harm. All in front of about 20 patrons, regulars, and also the rest of the staff with no regard for anyone else. Everyone in the building was in shock. You would think that these people who supposedly DJ'd before, would have enough class to at least ask him to step outside or something to discuss a qualm like adults should. (*All of this altercation has been documented in video should anyone need to see the incident for any reason.) The DJ stayed completely calm during the entire verbal bashing, and promptly and professionally asked the one with the anger problem to leave, his wife yelling at him *Rob to shut up as well. There are many witnesses to attest to these events taking place as stated. I wish there was an easier way to combat this kind of hatred and manipulation, but there isn't. This was posted in the defense of the DJ, there are always two sides to a story.

Realmente el servicio en días de karaokes no es el mejor, Dj no te presta atención si eres Latino o no desea buscar la canción que deseas cantar porque es en español ( Racismo ) dejando eso de lado es un buen lugar para comer pero para ir en grupo de Latinos no se lo recomiendo

Great food and prices. Look at this giant calzone - fed me for two days. Only downside is this place gets loud and louder with everyone trying to talk over the loudness.

We've enjoyed going to Mona Lisa for the yummy pizza and drinks for a few years now, and would bring our friends and guests there. We also love to sing. Karaoke is advertised as starting at 9pm. Before that starts there's music but you can still converse with your friends. Once the KJ eventually shows up and begins - tonight it was 10pm - forget speaking as the music is too loud for the environment. Later, with a full, young crowd, louder is fine! IF they get 4 singers they will begin, then he will take a 3-4 song break while staring at his computer or going outside to ?? We ran a KJ business for many years, and as someone else said you need people singing to get others to join in, and if you don't start until you have 4 while the ones signed up sit and wait, that's not good business. And you have to read the crowd! Last year we mentioned to the server how painfully loud it was and spoke to the manager. We're back and thought we'd try it again as they do have good food. Tonight we were the first to put our song requests in, but after only 4 singers (and not us) the music break started. Loud, hard rock music. At that time there was an older crowd and we could see they were uncomfortable. Basic karaoke etiquette is getting all your singers up for a round, and only playing a song between if you have less than 5-6 singers or have a request. After the 3RD break song we were done waiting an hour to just get skipped. We won't be back unless they find a KJ that cares and has a personality. There ARE better ones out there.

The pizza is really good, but the service has gone downhill. The kitchen doesn't seem to know how to push out orders. If you have 2 hours to kill, this isn't the worst option.

This place must be the best kept karaoke secret in Fort Myers. There seems to be a good mix of regulars and newcomers. The atmosphere was great and the beer cold. As good as it gets as far as karaoke bars.

Roger, as a boss, is amazing, he's present and busy. Ava is our regular waitress, and her memory is incredible, she's absolutely lovely and unbelievably fast. Sarah was new to us, and proved her brass on a table of 14 with flying colors. We love Friday night Karaoke 🎤! Hope to see you there. It's less "spotlight competition" and more "friendly bar sing-along", so less nerve wracking.

1/2 off pizza on Halloween. Very good. Calamari was crispy & came with 2 good sauces. Roger pours a good size drink. We will be back!

This is a place that you get great Italian food as well as any kind of drink you want. They run many specials and their prices are great. It is on the noisy side, especially when games are on and large crowds. It is worth the stop

The DJ actually had the nerve to say, “ you can go to another bar.” I called him out because he was catering to a certain group and refused to play other songs by ppl waiting for hours to do something other than a certain genre! Worst DJ ever!!

I came in for lunch expecting a good vibe and atmosphere from a pizza place with such a cool name. I appreciated the cleanliness, the art work and a minimal wait time but let me tell you what I didn't appreciate; the service. Our server was the most nonchalant, uninviting, unhelpful person on the floor today. For starters he comes to the table and doesn't even introduce himself, hands us our menus and walks off, comes back looking more clueless than when he walked off/doesnt ask if we have any questions or anything of the sorts, refills would take 15/20 mins( wasnt a busy shift) we would watch him walk around our table and instead of serving he'd go sit on his phone.Overall horrible experience he had us experience for our first time here.

Decided to meet our friends here for dinner and karaoke. The food was horrible. I order the ribeye and my wife ordered chicken marsala. Both plates were very under seasoned and bland. The waitress was very nice, but extremely slow for how busy it was. Website say karaoke starts at 9pm by 930 the KJ just showed up and had to get setup. We left before we could even sing a song. Overall not a great experience. No need to come back. They also charged my card twice. Once for the original amount and once including the tip. Will update once transactions are no longer pending

Reminds me of restaurants in Italy, happy talking going back and forth, great food, good atmosphere. Like a big family kinda. Eva was our server, very nice and professional but also funny and has a sense of humor when I kept joking around. Also she was very prompt and attentive during the entire meal, which lots of places you feel like you wait too long or gotta flag down the server, but Eva was not like that at all, she did great job.

If you’re black don’t come here. Very rude “uppity” type.

Ordered a pizza to go, while waiting we got to experience the Karaoke night. People were having a blast. Pizza was incredible even after a 10 minute drive home. I've had the calzones in the past and they are huge, highly recommended.

Our bartenders on a Friday night were incredible. Bar was busy and they kept fast, attentive service with delightful conversation. They had karaoke and the sound system was bass forward and a very clean sound. Kj was quick as he could be with the rotation and lyrics are on a big screen. Food was very tasty and no delays even with a large late night crowd. Absolutely recommend and will be back!

One of the best places in Fort Myers for Karaoke - never thought it would be some hole in the wall Italian restaurant. This place does get packed on the weekends so come early if you plan on singing more than once. The garlic knots or whatever was probably the only thing I’ve ever eaten here but it was pretty dang good

We went for dinner and karaoke. Food was good but when I asked for extra sauce for my leftover meatball they charged $1.50 which for the small size of the container was a rip-off. I enjoyed the karaoke it was fun

Last night I ordered a “white pizza” their white pizza, was, garlic and mozzarella cheese. That’s it. The mozzarella cheese was hardened so you can imagine what that was like. I called to say I was confused on the pizza I received. Woman who answered said they also use ricotta ..where? Maybe they dropped mine and forgot to add it. I said I want a different pizza because this is not what I ordered. (Also gave back the mozzarella cheese pizza) They sent a “meat lovers” pizza out and guess what…they didn’t add the sauce ! You can’t make this up! Dough was undercooked and just gross. I would NEVER order here again, someone claimed the owner is from NY lol I highly doubt that. This is no where near a NY pie. Please don’t order here, you will be highly disappointed, like I was 🤮

A perennial Fort Myers favorite. It gets a little boisterous on karaoke nights, but a lot of fun and consistently good food.

We ordered, on line, a gluten free pizza they advertise on web page. They confirmed order and 45 min delivery. Over a hour + later, I called to ck on pizza, they said they didn't make a gluten free pizza. No one bothered to call us or let us know. We would have waited all night for a pizza that would never show up, but is on the web menu. Now it's too late to order from another place, and we have no dinner. THANKS A LOT MONA LISA !!!!....

My second visit was as great as my first. My new go to for family style Italian! Not a place that you need to dress up to enjoy.

Very chill restaurant with a bar. The pizza I had was on par with pizza you would get in NJ and taps were nice and clean for a tasty yingling. The staff were very friendly and attentive.
