Mona Lisa was not worth the very long drive our party of 6 had lunch and dinner on Wednesday 7/24/24. Three people ordered off of the lunch menu and 3 others ordered of of the dinner menu. Well 1st of all if you don’t like chunky red gravy (sauce) this is definitely not your Italian place to eat. The chunky red sauce was on a $35 dollar dinner entree consisting of shrimp and lobster Fra Diablo that also had a bowel full of liquid red juice sitting under the pasta. The entree had no taste & was not good at all. I even told our excellent waitress that I didn’t like it and the chef doesn’t know how to make gravy (sauce). Two other dishes at our table that had a red sauce that was consistent of a orange looking tomato soup in color, taste and texture. It ruined the homemade gnocchi and a chicken dish that was served. We had three appetizers that we split and they were the bruschetta, stuffed eggplant, and the crab cake! Well The crabcake was totally filled with everything, but good crab meat and you know good crab cakes if you ever had a Bobby Chez crabcake. The eggplant was OK and how can you go wrong on the bruschetta. The Sweet eats cake on the dessert menu was very good. So it’s sad to say that 5 of us did not enjoy our meals at this Italian restaurant who definitely needs much more work on all of the red gravy (sauce) entrées. The restaurant may also take into consideration the plates they are using for their lunch entrées. The plates are way too small and your food is spilling over onto the table no matter what entree you order. The prices were in line with other restaurants if only the food was good. There is one exception, I asked what the market price of the crab grave over linguine and I was told it was $52 in the middle of crab season. So needless to say our $50 apiece meals we’re not worth the 40-60 minute trip we all made.

The food was Great, as was the service. It was a bit loud for our liking , but that was to be expected since it was crazy busy. Their O rix fixe menu was terrific , and at under $30 per , a super bargain . Going again !

Great Italian at reasonable prices. The staff and friendly and the setting is quietly elegant.

What more can I say, but incredibly delicious food and excellent service. We are always greeted and made to feel welcomed! I wish I could give this more than 5 stars! If you have never been here, make it a point to go!

Their chicken franchise was great, the chicken was so tender! I can be extremely picky with chicken, but I was really impressed with their chicken here. Got the 4 course special, you honestly can’t beat it. The appetizers were great as well. The staff is super friendly, definitely will be going there again.

We went to hear our friend entertain during dinner. Service was slow, management was rude, but food was delicious. It's wonderful to have live music. I don't understand why he constantly was told to turn it down. It's obviously advertised that there will be a singer. If you don't like it, come another time

From the time we walked in and were seated, until the time we left, we had an overall excellent experience. Our dinners and desserts were fresh and delicious. & Our waitress Nicolette was kind and attentive to our larger party of 7 on a busy Saturday. We will be back to enjoy again soon!

The definition of "don't judge a book by its cover". Being located in a shopping center with pizza places gives you a preconceived notion of what you might expect here. I can tell you that you're wrong and I was elated we decided to dine her. The food is wonderful and the service is spectacular. The interior is dated and quite small. Due to its size it does get quite loud very easily. However, this will not keep us from returning and we're happy to have such a quality restaurant so close to home.

Had my daughters baby shower here with 58 guests. It was flawless. Food was incredible, as always, and the staff were exceptional.

A really good restaurant with authentic Italian food. There are restaurants that claim to be Italian places, but unfortunately aren't at all. You won't need to worry about this place as it's as real as it gets. My BF and I had their homemade gnocchi, which was absolutely savory and delicious. It's a BYOB spot and we brought along a bottle of Chianti, that was really good. It's kind of a crowded place at dinner and you can literally hear the conversations of the people sitting near you. Other than that, this is a really nice place.

Excellent food and service once again. Never disappoints. Plus, BYOB. Gluten-free menu.

I was underwhelmed with my last visit to Mona Lisa. We had a reservation but still had to wait. After we were seated it took a while before we were able to order and then was about an hour later until we got our salads. I was disappointed with the home made gnocchi since it was a lot bigger than what I'm used to, it was sticky, and plus the sauce wasn't that good. The wait was not worth it. Although I had a taste of my friends salmon and it was good. The picture included is my leftovers after it was in a fridge

Yesterday, we had about 100 of our friends and family at Monalisia for a fixed menu, and the staff handled everything amazing. We all showed up and were seated about the same time, and they were extremely friendly. Our servers were outstanding, and when they found out that I had Celiac's and can't have gluten, they brought me my own, specially made, courses separately. I don't like to make a big fuss about not being able to eat things (especially with a fixed menu), so I'm used to just eating what I know I can. They made sure the salad didn't have the house dressing on it, brought me gluten free pasta, and prepared the fish without the sauce that had flour in it. They even hooked me up with ice cream for dessert! The food (which was great) and the service (which was over and above expectations) will make us come back again.

Everything was wonderful from the moment you walked in the door. Warm greetings, attentive wait, staff, and the food was delicious. I definitely would recommend and most certainly will go back again

Food was extraordinary, and the plate sizes were just right. As a handicapped individual in a chair, they were very accommodating.

I recommend reservations (we did have). Thursday 6:30 and just about a full house. Our waitress and other staff were great. Everything was served and cleared timely and the food was delicious. The double espresso was more like coffee as it was served in a coffee cup that was not preheated and there was no crema on top at all, but that wouldn't discourage me from returning.

Very good food and relaxing atmosphere

Friday night at 6 we called to see if we could order a family style dinner. I wasn't expecting to be able to, since you are supposed to order ahead, but they allowed it. We ordered chicken Parm with light sauce. Since my husband likes it light and I like heavy sauce, I asked for sauce on the side. They told me it would be an additional five dollars, but since I had sauce in the fridge from dinner the previous night, I decided to not pay extra. The dinner came with bread and salad. The dinner for four fed three adult women, two children, and a man. I still have about a third left. It was delicious, the salad dressing was phenomenal. The only thing I was not happy with was the fee we were charged for not using cash. My sister gifted us a gift card for Christmas. She paid with a card and was charged the non cash fee then. When we used the gift card, we paid another non cash fee. It was only a couple dollars, but we are trying to save every cent we can right now. We didn't dine in, but I peeked around the restaurant. I was surprised to see how cute it was. I worked in mostly Italian restaurants when I was younger and for some reason they are always a bit outdated. This restaurant was trendy and cute

The food at Mona Lisia is amazing. My wife had the Fresh made Gnocchi and it was delicious. I had the seafood risotto and we will definitely be back to get it again to get it. I would recommend saving room for their desserts as well. The turtle cheesecake and tartufo were spectacular. Do not let the outside of the place deter you from coming. Their staff could not have been friendlier, there was a little mix up with our reservation time but they called us ahead of time and were very appreciative and apologetic that we were ok with the change in time. We will be returning customers.

Very good place to go and get a nice casual dinner but feel fancy enough to be dining in. Loved the food, atmosphere, and service. Very nice place overall and would recommend for a good night out. Friendly staff. Hope to come again when I can!

We had a wedding rehearsal dinner for 34 people. We arrived 45 minutes early and we’re brought right into the room. They accommodated our every need from the moment we walked in. Staff was super friendly and efficient. The host Debbie was on top of everything and was very helpful in making this dinner a success. The food was delicious and brought out hot. Everyone loved it. They made what is a stressful part of the wedding for us very easy to handle. Great place. Great food. Exceptionally great staff. Highly recommended. Thank you for making this a great memory.

A hidden gem of South Jersey. The service and experience is equally as fantastic as the authentic Italian dishes. Just returned from the Italian Riviera, and this delish meal brought us right back. BYOB!

Fantastic 4 course meal. Had the chicken picata with eggplant rollatini appetizer. The eggplant was the best I have ever had. Our server was enthusiastic and prompt. A great evening out in Williamstown.

Always a safe bet for a casual, consistently good dinner. We’ve been here several times and always enjoy it. Chicken parm is really good here! Parking fills up fast and definitely get a reservation before you go (we’ve tried walking in and have never been successful - always call for the reservation). BYOB so pack accordingly.

This was our first visit after numerous friends recommended we dine here. We arrived exactly on time for our reservation and we were seated promptly. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The food was very good, as described by our friends. One issue was that it took over an hour and 15 minutes to get our entrees after we order them. We had small children with us and that's not a good combination. The other issue is the 4% surcharge for using a credit card. We'd like to return but probably won't.

Great little Italian restaurant with great food! I don't remember our waitresses name but think it was Keyapichu. She is an amazing server that is super attentive, friendly, and efficient. The 4 course meal is an incredible value so don't forget to tip extra to your server!

I was here for a baby shower. The restaurant was adorable and the space provided was perfect for our small intimate shower.

We love Mona Lisia’s four course dinners so much we decided to host our rehearsal dinner there. Planning was made incredibly easy by staff and the dinner ran perfectly. Everyone loved the food and the atmosphere was warm and cozy. We loved Mona Lisia before and we love them even more now!

Another excellent dinner at Monalisia! During the time of Covid, we've been ordering family meals from different restaurants, but the most amazing is Monalisia! Tonight for Christmas Eve we had their Seven Fishes dinner for 4. Well there's 5 of us, we like to eat,, most of us had seconds and there is still some left over!! Lobster, scallops, crab meat, mussels, clams, calamari and shrimp were all excellent! Came with pasta, peppers, salad/dressing and bread. Definitely doing this next year! Wow, what a great dinner! We came for our 26th anniversary and was not disappointed. We had calimari and stuffed mushrooms for appetizers followed up with jumbo crab cakes and Louisiana seafood jambalaya for our entrees. I normally finish all my food at most restaurants but at Monalisia I always come home with leftovers. Kristen was our server, she was friendly, attentive and despite having a huge party next to us, always had a smile on her face! Definitely one of the best restaurants around. FYI it is byob but they are happy to chill your wine etc so . . . go, you won't be sorry!

Debbie was very kind to my parents when they visited recently for my mother's birthday and my dad forgot the wine. She saw to it that they had a nice bottle of wine and made sure my mom had a lovely birthday dinner.

2/3/23 first time there - on a recommendation. Excellent all around. Server was A+, busboy very quickly and kindly cleaned up some wine we spilled (BYOB) and the chef/owner came out to discuss my Cajun jambalaya - not expected on an Italian restaurant’s menu - it was excellent - loaded with shrimp, mussels and clams. Thee others were dining - veal Oscar, Chickem Monalisia and chicken parm for entrees. Lobster bisque, calamari, flatbread hots - all plentiful and delicious. I can say nothing but good things about this place. We dined on a Thursday and I called at noon - they had a 4 and a 7 slot for 4 people so call ahead.

Went on a first date here. The staff was short-handed but you couldn't tell. The one waiter and one waitress covered the whole floor and were extremely efficient. I could not have asked for a better night. I highly recommend this place.

Great meal and service, massive portions, great taste.

The food was very good. Sever was very good, but the food delivery was slow. Took one hour to get a salad. That was unusual. But overall, very good.

This restaurant is the best of the best. It is run by the most incredible people. Their food is impeccable. Their service is also top notch. They are a diamond in the rough. Get there early because parking can be rough, but it's worth it. The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD GOOD!

Im disappointed and mad This is worse than a T.V dinner, supposed to be Chicken Parm. No way this was lightly breaded and cooked fresh or topped with cheese, Its soggy and yet hard, really cold in the middle, is there even cheese? IDK? Gross. About 5 percent more money 50 percent less portions and 100 percent yuck. Never again. I feel ripped off. I cant believe real paying customers are rating this place so highly. Waste of money. Shame on them.

Absolutely disgusting. Not edible at all. Got chicken marsala. Took almost an hour to make and one bite and straight to trash. Even presentation was horrific.

Food is relatively good, service not so much. The staff had half of our party’s food in doggy bags while the other half were still eating. They were not waiting for our table. I felt rushed and stopped eating. Staff seems trained to immediately clear the table. It’s rude

This classy Italian restaurant isn't too bad. The food my lady and I had were delicious. However, there is a longhaired darker guy who was working there while we dined at this place 2 weeks ago on a Friday night, and he walked up to put his hand on our plates when we weren't even done eating. We let him know that we were still eating, just resting between bites. He understood us, but it still was rude of him.

First timer. We were not disappointed at all. Mussles, scallops as appetizers. Special grilled chicken and crab stuffed flounder was right on point. The wait staff very pleasant and friendly as well. BRAVO

How this place has almost 5 stars baffles me!!! We got takeout and it was absolutely the most bland, tasteless food I have ever had. I had stuffed flounder and my husband had fettuccine alfresco and none of it had any taste. No flavor whatsoever. The side of veggies were absolutely plain not a sprinkle of salt or anything for that matter. What was supposed to be Italian dressing for the salad was super sweet and disgusting…who eats sweet Italian dressing?? I don’t understand how the ratings are so high, unless people truly do not know what good Italian food should taste like. This was a big waste of money. Don’t bother.

I did take out. The meal was slightly overpriced for mediocre sauces. The facility looks like a pizza joint that has lights out on the front of the building and a sign written in sharpie that requested 'Appropriate Dress Required.' That doesn't exactly scream formality.

Secret Gem!! Wow!! Simple dining room, with a well placed Musician. The service was so streamlined that it just flowed. It was a perfect midweek surprise. And to top it off the meals were ideal.Well done!! Will be back. THANK YOU.

Delicious and very reasonably priced food, with an emphasis on quality and rustic Italian cooking. Our server was wonderful, and our food came out very well-paced and hot. One of the waitresses needs an attitude adjustment though; I overheard her being pretty rude to the table behind us and rushing an older group due to a party that reserved the side of the restaurant we were seated at. It's a shame I couldn't catch her name, but I refuse to let this reflect on the overall view of the restaurant.

The food was amazing, the service was amazing, and everyone was friendly. The food was reasonably priced. There was also a person singing in the background. The singing made the experience 2 times better. I definitely recommend coming here.
