**Review:** The Tequeños saved the night. After ordering a grill and finding the meat cold and flavorless, I was ready to give it a star. The grilled meat was sweaty and nothing like the meat on a stick from Venezuela. But the tequeños were warm and toasty, so I give them 5 stars just for them. Attention today was a little compromised; The girl I asked if there were any specials answered no with a laugh. Until the owners of the place invite me to try a meat on stick like the one from Venezuela, I only recommend the Tequeños.

I had a great experience at Mister Cachapa. The staff was welcoming and friendly from the start. They served our food quickly and accurately, and their menu recommendations were perfect. The place has a great atmosphere, making it a nice spot for a meal. Overall, Mister Cachapa offers delicious food and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Yesterday I went with my husband and my baby to eat at Mr Cachapa and we really had a while without going. We love it but I don't know what happened yesterday... I ordered a cachapa and my husband wanted some meat arepitas. When they brought us the order the girl made a mistake saying that my husband had ordered pork but he very well told her meat when he took the order. The rude girl gave us no solution and my husband had to eat the arepas like that, apart from the fact that the pernil was not good at all. The service really has to improve.

I arrived and wanted to eat at the place and there was only one person to take the order, serve, and without politeness even indicate that you order first and less to say hello. When the cats are not there, the mice have a party.

I ate on Saturday, May 4, I wrote privately waiting for a response since I didn't get one, I'll write here, the cachapa was good but the meat seemed parboiled, the chicken was super salty, the price was super expensive 2 trays with mini cachapitas meat and chicken and one serving of tequeños for $114 all change in that place

“They robbed me and without a gun” Where do I start… I had the hope and expectation of tasting good Venezuelan cuisine, one night after a long day of work. I am extremely disappointed, to say the least. Will my eyesight fail me? I bought 2 meat empanadas, one chicken and one cheese. It says there that the price is $3.50. Why did they charge me $3.64 (without tax) per empanada? Not if they know these things are crazy but this is a crime... Don't be so expensive and even change the price. Too expensive for what it is. And it's not just that, I also ordered a papelon with lemon, which I expected to be natural and tasty (they don't specify) and it turns out that they give me a bottled papelon that tastes like river water. As if it were as difficult to make a papelon with real lemon as all the other places do. And that's the least important thing, let me tell you. The person who serves has the worst attitude in the world, 0 hospitality, 0 day of his life and his work, I commented on the price of the empanadas and he told me “they are $15.58” ignoring the scam. You will say “Well, what are you complaining about” but calculate how much they will be taking $$ from you for each order. And the portions of sauce, too tiny. They taste good but please, overrated…. I came from a trip from far away and I was super excited to eat a cachapita, they were divine!! Buuut, the customer service is super bad 🙁. At least I had a good time and the Cachapas were delicious!! Btw, I ordered a papelon with lemon (I didn't know, nor does it say that it's from a bottle) and I asked if it could please be without ice, to which the girl answered "It's from a bottle" in a very bad tone and she freaking rolled her eyes on me.

The service is bad, the person who serves is extremely hateful. SWEET FLAVORS / BITTER PRICES It pains me to say that my experience at the Venezuelan cachapas food truck was disappointing. Not only were the prices high for the small quantities of food offered, but I was surprised to discover additional minimum charges that were not reflected in the menu, which unfortunately resulted in an expensive and unsatisfactory experience. Customer service left a lot to be desired, with unfriendly service, and the waits for food were noticeably long. Overall, even though the food is nice I would not recommend this place due to the value for money and lack of transparency in pricing.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK. The taste of the food is good but the portions are laughable. From the food and the sauces. We ordered a $36 dollar plate and an empanada to share between 2 people thinking it was going to be enough food. I could have eaten the dish by myself without a problem. We ended up so hungry that we had to order 2 more empanadas. The total was +$50 and we were hungry. Let me clarify, we are a couple of average height and weight. I hope it works for somebody

La comida excelente cómo Siempre, solo un pequeño detalle, quería llamar para ordenar pero no atendían el teléfono, de hecho en oportunidades desviaron la llamada. Luego de un rato me atienden la llamada, logré ordenar y le pregunté a la chica que si estaban muy ocupados por qué me costó mucho ser atendido, y me dijo que no. Total llegue al sitio y me encuentro a la Chica hablando con unos clientes pero por curiosidad a ver si mi teléfono tenía algún problema decidí llamar estando allí. Y que tal ? La chica desviaba la llamada y llame más de 5 veces estando allí, sin contar las 9 veces que llame cuando iba en vía. Se puede entender que podemos estar ocupados pero Si revisan las cámaras el Negocio no estaba lleno cómo para Que ella desviara la llamada, que lo pueden corroborar. y por otro lado puede atender y decir espere un momento. Pero cualquier otra persona o pide en otro lado o Cree que el negocio está cerrado. Entonces presten atención a eso.

La comida es muy rica pero últimamente el servicio es pésimo las chicas discriminan alas personas de una manera horrible creo que tienen problemas y maltratan a los clientes todo depende si eres de su agrado o no las comidas para llevar siempre faltan artículos nos ha pasado muchas veces y ellos culpan al personal de delivery optamos por recoger personalmente y pasó lo mismo

The service was horrible. Nobody greeted us, we had to order at the counter and watch to get a table when people left. They charged a mandatory 15% tip without notifying. The table we got was never cleaned. The cachapa was overpriced and not good at all. The arepas had way overcooked meat and just a splash of cheese. Over priced, horrible service and the food is not good. I would not recommend or come back.

Terrible este lugar, pedimos una cachapa con Porkbelly y el porkbelly eran cubos de grasa, le comento a la persona que nos atendió y su respuesta fue que no podía hacer nada, que era la porción que sacaron porq así lo tienen divididos y esa tenía más grasas que otras🙄🙄🙄 no los recomiendo más. La clientela se mantiene y mas cuando se tiene tanta competencia.

Las mejores cachapas del mundo. No hay nada que se comparen pero lo mejor de todo es que todos los platos son increibles. Siempre recomendio Mr Cachapa y nunca fallan

Mr. Cachapa es de los restaurantes que más he recomendado a amigos acá en Miami desde 2020 (cuando los conocí), pero lamentablemente las últimas veces ha venido bajando la calidad de la comida, la atención siempre es muy buena. Sin embargo, hoy ha sido peor aún. He pedido dos combos de arepas asadas con carne a la leña para llevar y sinceramente no sé parecían en nada a lo esperado y a la calidad acostumbrada luego de haber comido por decenas de veces acá. La cantidad en general es mucho menor a lo normal en todo (carne, salsa, queso, pico de gallo) y nunca encontré el sabor de la carne que era lo que las hacía especiales y únicas. Sinceramente espero que este comentario los ayude a retomar la calidad que por años han ofrecido.

Me encanta la comida de aquí peeeero vengo con críticas que espero que tomen como constructivas: 1 llegaron a las 7 (se supone que ABREN a las 7, es decir a las 7 se debería estar listos para atender) 2 luego de esperar 24 minutos exactos, decidimos ordenar, pero en ese momento se pusieron a limpiar la plancha 3 luego de esperar 57 minutos fue que recibí mi orden, considero que deberían llegar al menos media hora antes o simplemente estar disponibles a partir de las 8pm 4 al recibir el nestea, le faltaban unos 3 dedos de cantidad al vaso (imagino porque no le pusieron hielo) En verdad son unas cachapas excelentes y súper amables, pero considero que son bastante prósperos para pagarles 30 min mas a los chicos y puedan atender a las 7. Espero mejoren porque sus cachapas son muyyyy buenas 🫶🏻
