Kristen was the best! Service and atmosphere rocked. I would recommend coming here just for the hospitality alone

the atmosphere is nice, but it's too bad the male bartender was so rude when all we did was ask for a food menu. my boyfriend and i just left without even waiting for our drinks. definitely won't be trying this place again.

I called in an order so it would be ready when I arrived. I said I'd be there in 30 minutes. When I got there, about 35 minutes later, I asked the one server about my order. I told her I was eating there and wanted it plated. She readily asked what I was drinking. Unfortunately the attentive server was no longer working my order. The girl working the bar apparently took over the order. She asked if the order was to go. I told her it was for there. She stood there for a minute looking confused. I asked if that was a problem. She answered "no" and it would be a few minutes. That wasn't a problem and I waited. The meatloaf plate came up. The meatloaf serving, which is usually very generous, was quite a bit smaller than usual. I told the woman who was working the kitchen, who happens to be one of the owners, about it. She immediately addressed the matter and had some more sent to my table. 5 stars on that! I asked the server, who happened to be same girl who took over my check, if I could get a little more sauce to go over the meatloaf as it was brought out dry. She responded she'd bring it in a minute because she can't be going into the bar and out to the patio all the time for this type of stuff. Now it's time to pay. I go inside and actually bring in my plate. I go to the area to pay which is where take outs are cared for. I'm stared at and ignored for quite a while. The same girl asks if I need anything. I told her I haven't paid and would like to pay. More time goes by before she gathers my card and takes it outside with her. Next she come in and starts filling drink orders and talking to the customers at the bar. She also can't hear what I'm saying because a speaker is over her. Instead of coming over to me she decides to talk to me from where she can't hear my responses. At least 15 minutes has gone by before she hands back my card with the bill to be signed. Unfortunately I left my phone in the restroom. I was told by a customer that it had been brought to the cash register close to the front door. I tell this girl, the same girl, working the bar that I had left my phone in the restroom and it was returned to the bar. She starts saying "the phone, the phone, what about it" .She acted like she didn't know what I was saying and couldn't hear me. Even though I was right in front of her. I kept saying I'm retreiving my phone that I left in the restroom and was taken to the bar. Now she kept walking back and forth as if bewildered. I see the phone and tell her it's right by the register. She still takes her time to retrieve it. The phone is in arms length of her. Now she starts. "How do I know it's your phone?", which can be easily established by me opening up my screen. After playing that scenario out for a bit she finally delivered my phone to me. It was ridiculous. Often in establishments where staff, workers, whatever, who have been there for many years, start to get comfortable treating customers any way they feel like treating them at any time. It's THEIR home. They feel or are untouchable. They're there for the cash. They treat their regular, loyal tippers well and forget treating the less familiar faces with coutesy. Well those less familiar faces could have turned into regular customers as others tend to disappear. Remember words are like ripples that often turn into waves. People are attached to the food/hotel industry and other businesses who employ many people. They work closely with members of the Chamber Of Commerce and other Government Offices. Treating customers with courtesy and respect should never be standards that are thrown to the curb. I wasn't going to write a review until I saw other scattered reviews where people were being treated similarly. There were just too many of these isolated instances being posted. I'm sure there are many more that customers didn't take the time to send a review. I had to comment. Attitudes In Service Need To Be Addressed.

The very best cheeseburgers around! We always come here to get our burgers. It is a very casual bar inside and a great outdoor porch (where we ALWAYS sit)!

This is a small business owned bar. They have some really good selections of food for good prices and you can not beat their pours! The servers are friendly. Friday nights are a treat having a DJ there to dance to.

I've been coming here for years. Servers always try to do their best, though occasionally there aren't enough of them staffed on busy nights. The atmosphere can be a little loud at times and parking can be tough. Food is always good. The great service and strong drinks are what keep me coming back.

Blond bartender was rude for an unknown reason. Her demeanor toward those who I perceived as "regulars" was noticably different. We exchanged less than 30 words, all of which were related to my order. Food was what you'd expect from a sports bar.

The only gripe I’ve had with mulligans is inaccurate hours. I live in the area, and would love for this to be my late night bar… however both times I’ve decided to checkout my local late night bar, they’ve closed early. If You’re going to close at 12, just make that your posted hours.

The place was not crowded but we still had to wait a long time for the food. When the food came it was burnt. The waitress was gracious and she had it replaced. The burgers were also overcooked. Overall not a good experience.

One star is too much. This is the second time I ordered food to pick up I work across The street from this establishment and I submitted an order at 5:30pm I get out of work at 6 I get There at 6:05 and no one seems to care that I’m standing by the take Out spot near the bar. I ask someone hi I placed an Oder - they come back and say yea your order will be ready in a min -15 minutes pass I ask again I get a response” I AM NOT THE COOK” and she walks away - so I ask the bartender - hello I am waiting on an order and Her reponse was “I DIDNT TAKE YOUR ORDER SO ITS NOT MY PROBLEM” it is sad to say that I ordered cheese burger deludes to Take Home so I won’t have to cook. In the 35 extra minutes I waited at the restaurant I saw at least 6 orders going out to The tables when I placed my order one hour ago - this is a very racist establishment and if you are a person of color this will be how Your treated - hence this has happened to co workers as well! So sad

Terrible service! The server finally came to us and took our drink orders. Never came back. We waited 20 minutes, she was serving people at the bar, and those sitting outside. She came out from the bar to talk to someone, she had to see us staring at her. Went back behind the bar and was serving others. We just left.

Hubby and I meet up with neighbors and friends at Mulligan’s every Friday night for our TGIF relax time. We always have a good laugh while experiencing great service with a smile (Carmen, Kim, and all!), good food, great drinks, and very affordable prices. We’ve had several birthday celebrations with 15+ people and the service was still amazing! They will store your birthday cake in their frig and serve it! Hope to see you there! The fairy hair lady 😁

This is our favorite day of the week! Bingo Wed at Mulligans! We are new to Longwood but the staff treats us like locals! Love the food! Love the drinks! Love the outdoor seating! The service is amazing!

I have been going to mulligans for four years now since I work and moved to the area. I Went there after work last night for a much needed few drinks and some food. The mushroom swiss burger was top notch and the bartenders Carmen and Kayla were awesome as always with great attitudes,super friendly and always on top of there game...the owners are great too...I highly recommend mulligans to anyone who lives local or in town visiting.....

Called in take out order. Was ready promptly and was delicious. Published menu needs to be updated (both items and prices) but I will definitely be back for food.

A decent spot for a drink and some good old fashioned bar food. On Wednesdays they host bingo tournaments, but they also have an arcade machine or two in the bar itself. The service is decent, though there have been times where our table was forgotten a bit. Still, it’s a place I will happily go back to once a week.

As always, Diamond was amazing. I always receive amazing service and consistent, high-quality food. Diamond even fetched fresh oranges for my drink! I come here weekly and couldn’t ask for a better local spot.

First time. The bartender suggested the burger. It was cooked the way I ordered it MR, and was tasty. The chicken wrap, dry. The lighting where we sat was non-existent. Had to get the flashlight on the cell phone to read the menu, pay the bill. Sorry we weren't there to slam 3 pitchers but wanted to try the food. Thank goodness there's many other spots in this plaza

Went there for a work lunch which typically goes about 90 minutes here. But this was the last straw. This was 4th time in about 6 months coming here (the food is great) that we got no acknowledgement, no service, no drinks after sitting for about 25 minutes. The bar was full (@ 3pm on a Monday) 1 cook and 1 old bartender pushing late 60s easy. But yeah as other reviews said, it smells, and the lack of any service is too much even when the food is good. I'm done.

Maybe next time a new customer walks in, might be worth addressing them and offering a drink as opposed to taking shots with customers. Sitting there without a drink, but the other bartender has time to talk about the guy walking in with cologne on. Bad service.

My favorite hangout since the mid 90s. Food is great and so are the girls at the bar. They have high quality liquor and pour awesome drinks. Also, it's a great neighborhood bar and safe for women to go to alone. LUV MY MULLIGANS!

Even during the aftermath of a hurricane, it was great service and amazing food and drinks. I had the Philly cheese steak and as a self-proclaimed big man it filled me up and was very very tasty. The meat was super tender it felt like a great reward for surviving a hurricane.

Good bar ,good prices, good pours, good food

I started working at a place near Mulligans about four months ago now, and I have had two after-work coworker outings for drinks and bites so far. Both times, we have gone to Mulligans, and we have had no issues. The atmosphere is small, quaint, divey. You know that the majority of patrons in there on a weeknight all went to high school together. And that's ok. I like it. Reminds me of my small hometown. The food is pretty ok. The apps are all exactly what I want from them, and they aren't too greasy or anything. Fried pickles, tater tots, mozzarella sticks, boneless wings, fried mushrooms, etc. All very solid. But their wings. Their wings are actually surprising top notch. They have some meat on them, And they're super crispy on the outside, ANd they're covered in the perfect amount of sauce, AND their flavors are actually flavors and not just Franks or Sweet Baby Ray's. Big fan. Come by and see this place if you're nearby.

Been there only a couple of times. But both times it smelled so bad, musty and moldy. Kinda like sewer. Couldn't get food. Had a beer and left. If they can get rid of that they may be busier.

Thursday meatloaf special = worth driving a long distance for

First time in. Pros: Decent "sports bar" kinda place, good staff, they have Guinness. Neutral: Food Cons: Limited Beer choices (Bud, and a few other Walmart brands). It's a sports bar.

So rude, unprofessional. We walked in, asked if we could sit outside, bartender said "ya anywhere"..in other words he knew we were out there. Sat there about 20 minutes as we watched customer and another employee smoke and chat right next to us as we sat there without menus, drink etc.. thinking "maybe" they will remind the bartender we are out there.. nope! Waited another 15 minutes, no service, got up and left. I get it, many places are short staffed, but even being acknowledged and saying" I'll be right with you " would have been wonderful! Not to mention he knew we were out there. We frequent this establishment often and with large crowds at times and have even had the owner as our server. We are great tippers! Unfortunately we won't be returning after today.

Update: Been here 3 times now. All great experiences. Food is great and very reasonably priced for these times. Original review: Cozy pub with grill. Can't believe the bad reviews because our experience was great. Great food at affordable prices. Very clean, comfortable. Server was very nice. Only 1 server for lunch, so some waiting occurred, but nothing to complain about. I'll be back.

Tuesday $5 Burger was delicious!!

Went for appetizers and bingo. I had the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. It didn't have much flavor. The waitress graciously took it back and I ordered a side salad instead. It was huge and priced great for the amount given. The man hosting Bingo night was rather rude at times to his guests. If asked a question by anyone, he rudely answered them. I personally asked what the game was and he replied with, "I'll say it again another five times".... He was at times, hard to hear. Another guest won. The host yanked the card from her hand and didn't look or acknowledge her in any way. My friend ordered a bacon cheeseburger and said, "it was delicious"! Service was fast and friendly. My friends and I will go back but, doubtful we'll return for Bingo night.

Soooooooooo …. I like this place. People are here just eating, talking, relaxing. The only thing is it gets crowded AND waiting to be served by someone took us a minute. No one came back to us to get refills on drinks or if we were okay but the owner helped us out and was very friendly. Times are hard nowadays so maybe short staffed. Food: OMG. Can we say delicious. I am so picky about my wings and I LOVED their wings. I would go again today but ima relax lol. I tried my dude burger and that was GOOD as well. Drink: I had tequila with cranberry, pineapple and sprite mixed…listen…delicious I played BINGO as well. I would def go back; met some nice individuals. Sorry about the picture. Lol. I started eating and forgot to take picture.

Walk in and take a whiff. This place smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. We walked in and immediately turned around and left. Try somewhere else nearby that is actually clean.

Went there on a crowded day. Beautiful atmosphere with nice bar area. Food is not the best for speciality items. Great service for friendly if you are a drinker. Otherwise drink selection other than beer n chasers no fun tropical drinks. Happy bright place.

We liked the tvs and friendly staff. The food for St Patrick's Day corn beef and cabbage was lukewarm and hard for carrots. Drink selection good on beer and bar food. My friend got bad reaction after from the meal. Nice area for seating inside and out.

The first time we came was nothing to write home about. We came back for another try and... WOW!!! Tiffany (our server) was outstanding! Kind, attentive and quick. The food was much better than the first time as well. But what really made this place a new favorite was Tiffany. We will make sure to come anytime she is here!!! Next time you come by, make sure to ask for her.

Tonight was meatloaf night served with mashed potatoes and green beans. I enjoyed it. Good service. We had a corner table located under a speaker. It was a little loud. That is my only negative. I have been there many times and always enjoyed it. I fell a couple of years ago and suffered a traumatic brain injury. Tonight was my first visit since before my fall. It was still as good as my memory said it was.

The food is very good for pub food. They pour generous shots too. Good selection of biers as well. If in the area, it is a good choice as far as bar/pubs go. Classy people seem to be the norm here so it's a safe bet if you desire intelligent conversation as well. We will be back for sure.

A friend highly recommended this place for their cheeseburgers, so I gave it a try! Not the absolute best burger I've had, but really good Was even better as Tuesday is their cheeseburger special for $4.99! The burger was cooked a perfect medium, which is hard to find. It came with fries, which were good but nothing spectacular. My biggest issue was the lack of Covid precautions. The ONLY employee wearing a mask was an older lady who delivered my food. As I was leaving, I thanked her for doing so. Those behind bar did not have masks. Although some customers came in with masks, the vast majority did not. There were no "closed" tables or other obvious signs for distancing. As for the service, it was ok considering the bartender was also the server. Although I indicated it was my first time there, she did not offer me a menu. As I understand, it's a locals place, but I made it clear it was my first time there. Had I seen a menu, I may have gotten an appetizer or desert. All in all, I was happy I tried it. If I was a local, it could well be a "go to" place.

This is the ultimate neighborhood pub! The bartenders and wait staff are awesome, and the food is fantastic. Tuesday night they have cheeseburger baskets for $4.99, and they are some of the best burgers you will find anywhere. And they have bingo every Monday and Wednesday evening. Great fun!!
