Really authentic Thai food, loved the salmon red curry

Really delicious and fulfilling food. We ordered the Vegan Tofu Red Thai Curry and the Pineapple Fried Rice, both of which had really great flavors. My friends ordered the chicken yellow curry which was very nice, but they liked the red curry more! Overall an amazing place to eat thai food in Alaska.

One of the best Thai food places in the Alaska and maybe ever I had. Had lunch here and also picked it up for dinner. Can’t go wrong with coming here at all.

So delicious that it has become our weekly dinner destination. I’ve had 7 or 8 dishes and all have been scrumptious, my faves are the Green Curry and Pork Basil. Open seasonally, roughly May/June-mid September.

Good food. All entrees are $20+. Porta John for bathroom.

Best thai food i ever had seriously! We dined in 2times but did take out and ate 4times while our way up and back from Denali and Talkeetna. We had best pineapple fried rice with tofu, panang curry, red curry, veg fried rice on repeat. Pineapple fried rice topped all! Amazing vegetarian options! Dining area is outside, we dined in summer so was good.

The taste was the best in Alaska, real Thai foods from original. We had twice : dinner and lunch next day during road trip

Best Thai dishes ever! We tried Red Curry, Veg Fried Rice, Yakishoba Noodles. All of them are awesome with good quantity.

Great tasting Thai food! I love the firecracker shrimp and the pad Thai. My husband loves their shrimp fried rice (which has plenty of whole shrimps). The food is flavorful and comes in good portions.

Amazing fresh curry! They are small family owned restuarant - straight from Bangkok. Taste and service is superb! Loved how fresh the curry was. Went twice to this place during our visit. Highly recommend !!

Stopped by multiple nights and food was great. Very good option in town it always had a good amount of people picking up food and taking out. Green curry is very tasty

After being served a hot spicy red chicken curry and pineapple fried rice on a rainy evening after a strenuous hike I was feeling like this was the best Thai food I have had a in a long time. Next morning thinking with a clearer head my thoughts about the food didn't change much. :)

We had our meals here whenever it was open while we were in Talkeetna. We love the food especially the drunken noodles, be it just veg or with shrimp it was so good. The appetizers fried spring rolls and chicken dumplings were good. The shrimp fried rice was better compared to the chicken fried rice. The fried rices are tad bit dry but hey you are in Talkeetna and if you crave some Asian food & Thai (my savior cuisine in any new place) this is your holy grail. Do check if they’re open before going there. Its an open seating with just 2 large table and a small table if I remember correctly. And layer up accordingly since it’s an open seating but I’d noticed the take outs for this place is insane. I’m sorry for not posting pictures we were so hungry that I forgot to take pictures both the times.

Their food is really good. We usually call in a to-go order and it takes about 20 to 25 mins to be ready. The flavors are consistent and the veggies are fresh. I would eat food from here everyday if I could swing it!

A small quaint shop, likely family run with very flavorful Thai food. They have a separate vegetarian section in the menu which was great for us though some of the options weren’t available. There is limited outdoor seating and the food is all served with disposable cutlery. Somewhat overpriced with the price matching or exceeding what you would pay in a sit-down, fine dining restaurant.

My sister rented out a cabin for my weekend early birthday and told me about this thai place in Talkeetna I had the tofu pad thai 😋 It was amazing Everything on the menu looks great If I ever head back out this way I would try more on their menu

Ordered the tofu panang curry soup. A perfect meal for dining on the restaurant patio on a rainy day.

This little Thai food spot was fantastic, the combo fried rice was fantastic, tasted great and the portion size was huge, the combo fried rice alone could feed 2 or 3 people easily! All the other dishes we ordered were also delicious! Just note, there is only outside seating (which is covered by an awning don't worry) but depending on the weather, it could impact the eating experience. We came the one day it was raining, but they have plenty of steaming hot soups to enjoy for the colder days if you visit. Overall, I would definitely recommend stopping in and getting some hot, fresh made food from here!

Ordered the pad thai with tofu, the drunken noodles with tofu, and the tofu soup. Everything was absolutely delicious. Very vegan friendly!

I would recommend take away, as there is only minimal outdoor seating.

The food was really good but there was a bunch of mosquitoes everywhere so some of us had to eat in the car

Great local Thai restaurant. Food was high quality and the service was super. We did have to eat quickly to avoid the mosquitoes, but that is not their fault and adds to the authentic experience. 😂

When you are hungry in Talkeetna or Willow, and Everything else is closed, My Moms will warm your tummy. They stayed open til almost 11 on a Monday night, past there closing time. I guess because they were still busy. Friendly. If the mosquitoes aren't too thick, you can eat outside in the waning sun. Otherwise you will want to eat in your car, or take it to go. I just happened to find an eagle feather in the parking lot.

Great looking authentic Thai food. Both ladies lovely and the daughter very เซ็กซี่. But. Very expensive food. I suppose in Alaska you pay a lot for rice. $25 for fried rice is over the top. Same dish in Thailand would be about $2 or in Australia about $10. Ladies I would have brought more if a lot cheaper. Bring down prices by 20% and you will sell more. Pity I didn't wait for the Iga 1 min down the road.

Best pad Thai we have ever had. Amazing green curry with salmon too! They are friendly and pretty fast. Sort of expensive ($20 for each) but it was so good that I'd 100% recommend.

i’ve eaten thai in every major city you can think of and this is some of the best i’ve ever had. first stop had drunken noodles, shrimp fried rice and egg rolls. second pass i has pad thai. everything was top tier, and the service was also great. will be back

Could be the best Thai in Alaska! We discovered it almost by accident and the food was great (though not cheap!)

We loved the drunken noodles w/ chicken, egg drop soup, yellow curry w/ chicken, fire crackers shrimp, Thai iced tea and Thai iced coffee. Amazing find on our way back from Denali National Park to Anchorage. The service was very efficient and fast.

We had Red Curry and egg rolls. Both were AMAZING! I would recommend without hesitation.

I was excited about this small local restaurant by the reviews... however my experience was disappointing. It took over 10 minutes for the first dish to the last meal to arrive. The bean sprouts were not very fresh. My soup took ~30 minutes to arrive, and it was served dangerously hot. It took me another 30 minutes just to finish it without burning my mouth off!

Thai food in Alaska has ruined Thai food for me in Illinois :) This food was so amazing, so authentic. The owners were very nice and they were done with the order pretty quickly despite the rush on the 4th of July. I ordered Thai curries for us and the kids loved the Pad Thai Noodle. Unlike the Pad Thai we get in Chicago, the noodles were wet and tasted amazing.

So thankful for this place! They’re open late, and we had a delicious Panang curry. The staff were kind and accommodating. It was the perfect end to a late day of hiking in Denali State Park.
