OmG Mrs. Donna is the most amazing person she so full of love joy and happiness. We had 5 different snowballs and everybody was happy their picks of flavors. I can honestly say this place been my best experience in New Orleans after all my years of coming. Thank you 😊 Mrs Donna and the crew

Great place just wish their cups were bigger😋 Update: went in 2day can used my debit card n the lady said there would b a service fee. I don't remember them ever doing that b4. I guess it's necessary now. The ice wasn't very soft 2day but the flavor was FANTASTIC! O. And be very careful on the streets they're terrible! Potholes the size of craters literally EVERYWHERE

The snoballs are always some of the best, however, the customer service could be better. I don’t ever remember coming to this snoball stand and experiencing a rude employee, but you can obviously see no one wants to work there on a holiday. They were complaining about working on Father’s Day and proceeded to be unfriendly to the customers celebrating their dads. I’ve been coming to this snowball stand since I was young and I know y’all are better than this. Either close on the holidays or get workers that are actually willing to work the holidays without taking their anger out on customers giving you business.

Prices have gone up a bit but it’s always worth it. Best snoballs in NOLA!! Thank you Plum!

Awesome old school snoball stand - feels like you're stepping back in time. Situated in a quiet neighborhood setting. No frills or fancy decor, but a huge variety of delicious flavors and really nice staff.

We have been going here since childhood. The snowballs are always refreshing and delicious, especially on the hot, Louisiana summer day. The people there are always wonderful and gracious. I've tried other places but Plum Street will always be my favorite snowball in New Orleans.

At the end of the St. Charles line is one of NOLAs hidden treats… snowballs here are simply better than anywhere in the world.! The owner greets you with a smile and warm welcome.! add cream to your choice and be ready for a treat.!

Everything at plum st is amazing

Delicious. I got half pina colada cream and half orchid cream vanilla topped with condensed milk. The woman was very sweet and also gave us free souvenir cups. She was super friendly and chatty. She kept giving us free stuff for no reason and I wished I could pay more! Highly recommend stopping by here if you have any interest at all in icy desserts.

We were really excited when we heard that Plum Street Snoballs did wedding events, so we asked them to serve snowballs at our wedding. Our ceremony was outdoors in May, so it was already pretty hot by the time the ceremony started. Our guests loved the chance to cool down and have some delicious snowballs. A must-have for any event in the New Orleans heat!

Took my husband to get a snowball from Plum Street. We were amazed they had a large pail. Our snowballs were filled to the top of the pail. There are a lot of flavors to choose from and you can get your snowball stuffed with ice cream. Give them a try.

I read online that this was a must visit while in NO. I mean, it's good. Loads of flavors, which is surprising, but not sure what all the fuss is about. Might just be me.... I have never been big on snowballs (snowcones)

They don't add much juice anymore. I had praline and cream and it was not as flavored as it should have been

For me, it’s not a trip home without a good snoball and Williams Plum Street Snoballs is always a great choice! One of my favorite snoball stands to bring people who are visiting the city for the first time.

I used to loveeeee plum street snowballs growing up. Brought my boyfriend here from out of town so I could show him my favorite snowball stand… but the lack of organization and the wait was a huge disappointment, so we ended up leaving snowball-less. There was a young girl doing her best to pass out snowballs to those who had already ordered, but no one was helping take NEW orders despite the growing line in front of the “Order Here” sign. No acknowledgment of the line from employees. We waited for 20 minutes to place our order until finally deciding to leave since no orders were being taken. I would estimate that there were 12 people in line waiting to place their order, and about 20 people waiting to receive their snowball today. It was a wild sight. Not sure how a relatively simple preparation of shaved ice & syrup can create such a scenario. Hopefully I’ll have a better experience next time we visit. Will update if so.

Got my order wrong but it was still good! A yummy, cooling treat on a very hot day. They had a canopy set up so you could sit in the shade while you wait.

My family has been coming here for longer than I’ve been alive. The interior had not changed from my earliest memory. This place knows Snoballs. Across Nola, this place has some of the best ice. As in the finest and texture. Personally this place is my favorite.

I have been going here since the late 60s.Great syrups,lots of flavors. My favorite I chocolate.I think it is made w/Hersheys ! The ice this visit was super fine,like real snow,such a delight. There are benches to sit on ,no inside service. This is family run business. SUPPORT LOCAL.

Great snowballs, but confusing hours. I’ve been four times over the past month at various days/times and they’ve been closed each time. I love their snowballs but getting one has been difficult!

We visited this place with a native of New Orleans, who told us it's been around since she was born. I understand why - this is like nothing I've ever had. Being from up north, we have snow ones, but snowballs are different. They're creamy and delicious!

LOVED the experience at this place. Such a variety in unique flavors made ordering a difficult but fun adventure. The flavors were delicious, and some sizes come in Chinese takeout containers instead of regular cups, which is fun and unique as well. Great for kids and adults alike!

what would normally come in a Chinese rice/fried rice container comes a snowball. this has made them stand out and maintain popularity in the snowball business. SNOWBALLS only. no pickles/nachos etc. depending on what time you go you may experience a wait. it’s located in a residential area so parking is free. no bathrooms available to public. there’s a bench if you decide to sit and enjoy. the neighborhood is also beautiful for a nice stroll. not far from st charles st / streetcar line

His knowledge is only surpassed by the impressive man stache that creates his namesake. Why isn’t this man the model of some Head & Shoulders equivalent for mustaches? The world may never know, but the legend is alive on Plum Street.

I've been going to this snoballs stand since I was a kid. They have the best snoballs in my opinion and I won't eat snoballs from any other place. I try to get a snoballs every time I come to visit home. I always get too much snoballs but my intentions are good.

A must-do when in New Orleans! The peach cream was the best one. But we also loved our root beer and cookie dough flavors! Our 1 year-old was not discriminating between the three flavors and our picky 4 year-old also loved all three flavors. Something for everyone, truly!

Snowballs were served in a leaky Chinese food box wrapped in a plastic bag. Not a great experience if you're in a car. Snowballs were already partially melted when they handed them to me. A very odd snowball experience, but my wife loves this place...

Absolutely fantastic snoballs in the Carrollton neighborhood. They have a ton of really amazing syrups, including cream flavors and real fruit juice flavors. Their prices are super good, too! Come here to beat the heat.

Excellent sugar free flavor's. Rasberry Sugar Free & Clear Sugar Free Strawberry, Tiger Blood and Nectar, and a Cotton Candy 🍬 & Bubble Gum with Gummy Bears..... All Larges. Delightful and Refreshing.

The roads around Williams Plum Street Snowballs are under construction or in need of being repaired but make your way there anyway. If you think this is the same as a snowcone, you have another think coming. It is refreshing and full of flavor. Have the condensed milk on top of your favorite flavor and you will not be disappointed!
