We have been going to Nannie Annie's since we moved here in 2022. Very friendly atmosphere and the entire staff is great. The food is delicious. Would recommend it.

Packed, packed, packed. That's what it was when we arrived with 8 or 9 people waiting for a table to come available at 11 am. But we only waited about 15 0r 20 minutes, and it was worth it. There seating is for about 35 - 40 people. But they hustle when someone leaves, to clean the table and seat the next guest. This is home made cooking, this ain't fancy stuff. Just good food, pleasant staff and affordable prices. We both enjoyed their coffee, and pot roast special which came with the choice of 2 sides and dessert or three sides. My friend had homemade mashed potatoes, can't remember the second side & chocolate cake for dessert. I had corn on the cob, butter beans, cucumber salad. Everything was delicious. Next time I'm in the Conway area I'm heading back.

Food was delicious. The service was quick and friendly. The sweet tea was good. The place is small and there were a lot of cars in the parking lot, but there were tables available with no wait. Overall good experience for a inexpensive and quick breakfast.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. From being greeted at the door with smiling faces to the amazing food. We had a party of 7 including 3 small kids and all of our food come out perfect!! The bathrooms were super clean. The prices were amazing. We will definitely make this a routine stop when we go to the beach!!!

We stopped at this local favorite for breakfast on the way back home from Garden City. We pulled up to a full parking lot. Being a small restaurant, we got on the list and sat outside to enjoy a beautiful morning. The tables turn over pretty quick, so show a little patience. We waited about 20 minutes. Well worth the short wait. We were seated and had drinks in a matter of minutes. My wife is a light eater, so she went with the Kid's Plate with egg, bacon, and 2 large "silver dollar" pancakes. Biggest dollars that I've ever seen. I had the 3 Meat Omelet with cheddar and grits. Throw some Texas Pete on it and you have a very good plate. Really good coffee. Cecelia provided awesome service. I believe that they cater to military regulars based on the wall decor. There's a really cool corner display honoring POW and MIA servicemen. See the pic.

The drive through is just a pickup window if you ordered ahead. Still, I did not wait long for takeout. Everyone is super friendly. Food is great for a good price!

Good place to eat, but VERY small. Still quaint. Love the corner dedicated to veterans of war. Staff nice (one of them keeps me laughing by what they say). Great tea. LOVED the chicken bog!!!!

Walked in with a party of 3 and waited for about 30 minutes. They literally sat people who came in the door before us. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Customer service was horrendous

This place was fun, and GREAT FOOD at a very fair price. It's just what I call a small family run restaurant. Great service, but the food was some of the best I have had .Only open for breakfast and lunch. Always packed best time to go is between 10 and 11am.

Plenty of food. I ordered the fried chicken with onion rings, mashed potato and gravy, and lima beans. I had high hopes for the lima beans because there was bacon in them but they didn't have much flavor. The onion rings and the chicken were both well done, I joked the cook put them in the fryer when he started working there years ago *lol*. The chicken was not dry inside, but the batter on the chicken again didn't have flavor. The mashed potatoes were definitely homemade and with salt weren't bad. I was alittle let down this visit, but I'll go back and try something else next time - I've had better visits in the past. The staff was friendly and very attentive, no complaints there. Oh, the prices are fantastic!

The food was excellent! The rye bread was amazing and the French Toast may have been the best I have ever eaten. The coffee was fresh boasting of flavor! The service was friendly and welcoming! Will go back again and again. Eat well, live well!!

I decided to take myself out to breakfast today and I stopped at Nanny Annie's on highway 90. I ordered my food I had two eggs two pieces of bacon hash browns and gravy which came to $6.99 this was a great deal. Unfortunately, I ordered a glass of chocolate milk and when I got the bill the milk alone was $3.99 kind of a shocked that it was that expensive. Overall the food was kind of disappointing when I have always really liked eat here. When I questioned the price of the milk the girl said it was because the milk is expensive so they had to up the price I understand things are getting more expensive but you can buy a whole gallon of milk for what that cup cost.

My wife and I went to Nannie Annie's for breakfast on a Monday morning. The food and service were both great. We were surprised that the restaurant was still packed when we left around 10:00 am.

This is plainly a kitschy country local joint. I love that I know the servers and they know me. It's just that kind of homey place. The offerings are comfort food at its best. We love it here but stay away if you're only looking for glitz or fast food. This isn't the place for you. PS they honor our military and law enforcement communities with a discount. Nice!!!

Everytime we have gone in here we have had to wait cause we usually have a big party which I'm completely good with. Their food is delicious, the people are amazing. Keep up the good work everyone

This is a mom and pop local eatery that specializes in breakfast but also serves a good lunch. Call a head to reserve a table and avoid the wait that sometimes occurs.

Food lacked good taste and quality. Not sure I would recommend this Establishment. There was a wait when I arrived and they were very busy. Maybe the owners should consider expanding the building.

This place has really gone down hill. Waited an hour for a table and when we finally got our food it was lukewarm and bland. Servers were less than friendly at best. This used to be our favorite go to. Sad.

We walked in and were instantly greeted by the host and with the mom and pop signature look and feel of a quality breakfast spot. The staff was great. Our server was friendly but not overly friendly (just the way I like it). And the prices are very reasonable. My wife had the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs and I had the 3 cheese omelette with grits and rye toast. Would love to try a couple other items so we will 100% be back.

Great little Diner and Veteran friendly. Good food, a bit small but that gives it charm. Every person that works there is a gem. You may have to wait during busy season when all the tourists are in the area but its worth it. Best pancakes I've had in a long time, all around excellent!!!!

The people and food has always been great despite the small eating space. If it's your first time going don't let the "full stack" of pancakes fool you, they are literally the size of plates. I haven't had a bad dish yet and love going here when ever we get the chance. The service is awsome and everyone is so nice even the guy who cuts up with customers. If you decide to go here for breakfast make sure to call ahead because they run out of space quick. Don't let that sway your opinion of this place the service is fast and they get tables open pretty quick. The longest we have waited was maybe 45mins and that was with 10 other parties before us.

Have passed this place MANY times and always wondered how it was,finally decided to stop in and try it.Was so glad I did,the food was Fantastic, everyone was friendly and helpful,was a nice fairly quiet atmosphere,Well worth the stop....pricing was very good and you definitely get your money's worth, couldn't eat my entire meal and had to carry some home for a snack later

Do you want that old school diner feel? Country home cooking at its finest! Service that can't be beat at a low price that you wont believe. They offer a wide variety of breakfast and lunch choices. If you are hungry and near hwy 90 dont hesitate one bit because you will not be disappointed. 2 thumbs 👍🏽👍🏽 up and even my big toes too. 🦶🦶

Excellent service! Fantastic staff. We stopped in before we went back to Ohio, we got breakfast, got 2 shirts to take home and ordered 2 of the souvenir cups. They had to have the cups made for us and sent to our house in Ohio! Highly recommend!!

We discovered this place about 3-4 weeks ago, and we absolutely LOVE it! The food is good and reasonably priced and the service is excellent! Highly recommend. Just wish they were open on Sundays. Conway needs a good breakfast place to go to on Sundays.

While waiting for a table we found out you could reserve a spot by phone and online. Therefore if you are one that walks in you are put behind people that call in. Okay. Heard people outside talking about how good the food was so once we ate, it was a big let down. With that being said. They allowed people to crowd around the door, on the inside, while waiting to be seated. Making the doorway very congested. Tables are crowded in, in my opinion, making it a tight fit. Seems like take out a few tables and have faster service, getting people in and out quicker, would be better. Food was substandard. Biscuit looked like it was out of a can and home fries out of a bag. Pancakes, well let’s just say mine at home are way better. I will have to say the best think about this experience was the service. The other was knowing not to go back. I hope there lunch is better. Most definitely not an Eggs Up, or other like it. Nor as good as the cafe’s around home. We went as we like trying new places. Ready for our next choice.

There was about a 20-minute wait to get seated. It was well worth the wait!!! The food was scrumptious. We both ordered the Southern Comfort with a side of 🥓. It came out 🔥. The portions are pretty decent sized, as neither of us could finish it. Our server was friendly and constantly checking in on us. Great place for a single person, a couple or a family meal. We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Thank you for a great Saturday Morning breakfast!

First timer very good food breakfast till 2 pm

This place was recommended by my mom. portion sizes will fill you up. Food is good. Waiting to get seated took for ever. We were originally told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. Took more like 45-60 minutes. I was told that if you call ahead you will be seated first, before the people who have been waiting. I don't believe this is how call ahead seating is done at other places,usually when you call ahead they reserve a table for your party, not give you the first available when people have been waiting. That's more like favorites...

We love this place. My husband and I go every Saturday that we can. Delicious food and amazing severs.

The staff was so friendly and the food was really good and so were the portions (if you're really hungry I highly suggest one of the pancake options)!
