Best ice cream in town. Flavorful and tasty. My daughter loves it, the owner are so sweet. Give it a try next time you are near by.

Ice Cream has no flavor! We got home with our ice cream and while we all had different flavors, the ice cream had none. Also, horrible overbearing smell of Fabulouso they clean the floors with.

We‘ve tried here twice and it wasn’t good either time. The ice cream doesn’t seem to be stored right? And has crystals in it. Don’t recommend this place at all.

I absolutely love their lucuma ice cream. Just chef’s kiss 👩🏻‍🍳💋. Also their pastries as great. But I am staying with the lucuma ice cream because I cannot find it anywhere else when visiting Naples.

I really like the ice creams here, especially the rum raisin and lucuma ice cream. Its atmosphere is calm and the service is excellent. Highly recommended.

It has a variety of ice creams...! The place is very clean. The lady who served us was a little serious, I politely asked her if I could try one and she seemed uncomfortable. I was surprised that when I asked him if they make ice cream here he said no 😦. The ice creams are good even though they are not made there, but the staff should be more friendly...!

They are late opening up they wasn't even there until 20 minutes after they were supposed to be open. The bowls are not big enough the ice cream drips all over you because the bowls are small.they are very slow serving you only one person serving and there was 2 there. There brownies are like a year old and very hard

I'll give you three stars only because I think the brownie that was in my ice cream was possibly and I mean very possibly a little bit less than 6 months old.

If google reviews had an option for zero stars, this would be the time for it. My family stopped here after having ribs at Michelbob’s for a dessert because it was the closest ice cream shop and had a ton of 5 star reviews. Upon entering the building we were immediately bombarded by a lady asking if we would buy her ice cream. She was considerably larger than I was, and got straight in my face within inches of me, asking over and over if we would buy her ice cream. I politely said no and went over to the freezer where they keep all the flavors of ice cream. While attempting to look through the flavors they offer, the woman was standing inches behind me looking over my shoulder, breathing down my neck. The employees did nothing to stop this woman, who was clearly homeless and loitering, from harassing paying customers. The girl working behind the counter just looked at us and said nothing. Eventually, I got so uncomfortable, I went over to my boyfriend and the woman followed, repeatedly asking for ice cream. My boyfriend finally gave in and bought her some. The girl working said “don’t worry I’ll only charge you for two.” We felt too uncomfortable to enjoy our ice cream in the shop or at the tables outside, despite it being 90 degrees. The homeless woman followed us outside. We ended up getting in our car and leaving, eating our ice cream on the go. 0/5 stars. Will not be returning.

I dacher and went to get an order from a customer and they never prepared it. Furthermore, they treated me very badly, they did not even try to help me or give me an explanation. The client was left without his order, because it had to be canceled.

This is the nicest, most welcoming ice cream shop I've ever been at! Is clean, warm and cozy and well decorated. Service was really out of this world 🌎 We will be coming back soon and hopefully can do some football fundraisers to support a great small business in Naples!!

Delicious! Unassuming from the outside, but clean and fun inside. My husband normally doesn't love ice cream, but he loves their chocolate chip cookie dough! I loved their birthday cake!

This ice cream shop has a wide array of ice cream flavours, including Peru’s most popular ice cream flavour, “Lucuma.” They also offer desserts from Peru and treats for puppies. The owner is a nice and kind person that explained the sweets delights from Peru to us! My family and I enjoyed this place and highly recommend it for a sweet and enjoyable time. This is a perfect place for people who are looking to try delicacies from Peru.

Great visit to Naples Ice Cream Shoppe. We get down here on vacation a few times a year and always make it a point to come here. A ton of options for ice cream in Naples, but this is the best.

My girlfriends and I go there after our monthly dinners. Owner is very friendly. The place is very clean; seating available inside or out. Great selection of ice cream flavors and add-ones. My husband loves the fresh strawberry sundae! I can’t wait for my grandchildren to visit, so I can show them our “new” ice cream parlor!
