Great attentive customer service, the food didn’t take long and was amazing! 10/10 I would recommend and plan to come back.

I paid $66 dollars grubhub yesterday for 2 lomo saltado plates that were disgusting the rice was mushy, the fries were mushy and the lomo which ain't lomo was cooked to long tuff like a shoe..No flavor what so ever.. what a waste of money.. I definitely won't be ordering from you again... if I could give Zero stars I would... Travel a lil further and go to Pollo Inka instead much better food and worth the price....

Location: Outstanding. Service: Fantastic! Jesus is so handsome and kind. He let us sample the different Flavors of juices. Food: Exquisite. Atmosphere: Welcoming and Comfortable. The cook is cute too! A wonderful dining experience.

First time trying Peruvian cuisine with the family and found this restaurant hidden in a small plaza. The food and service were amazing. We ordered a variety of dishes and each was delicious - especially the fried rice, spaghetti, and flan!

Small mom and pop Peruvian restaurant, I had the mar y tierra plate, beef with shrimp, meat and shrimp was full of that Peru food flavor and a good portion plate to fill you up, place is small and cozy, definitely will come back again

They’re not Peruvian, I asked one of the workers and she mentioned that none of them in the kitchen or the restaurant are Peruvian. So please my best advise is to never come here. They’re all from El Salvador so don’t expect the food to be good because they’re not authentically Peruvian at all.

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants until my son and I were subjected to systematic racism here. I happened over a year ago but it effects me still to this day and I am sad that my son had to learn racism first hand outside of history books at this restaurant. We came into the place, I was very pregnant and needed to use the restroom badly, I rushed to the counter and asked for restroom key and the lady said it's only for customers. My son and I were coming there to eat from the jump, she gave us menus and my son had a seat and looked at the menu while I used the restroom. My son is a picky eater and he decided he didn't like anything on the menu and wanted McDonald's (🙄) instead. So I tell her I apologize but my son doesn't want to eat here and we will not be staying. She began a tyranny, saying I used the bathroom it's for paying customers only and I can't do that. I'm like ok?? I'll buy a diet coke? She proceeded to tell me they don't have diet and just regular and wanted to charge 6 dollars for a can of soda I can't even drink. I told her I wasn't going to pay that and I'll only give 3 for that. I tried to leave and not get the soda and she locked me and my 10 year old child inside the store and threatened to call the police if I didn't buy the soda. We went back and forth for a bit. I was at the point of calling the police myself because I felt so humiliated and violated. My son was scared. It was absolutely terrible. She let us out eventually. I loved eating here the food is great. This made me sad to have to depart this way. I had to explain to my son what racism is that day. I am crying right now recalling this traumatic event.

The food is absolutely amazing, Jesus was our server the night me and My Queen came. We truly appreciated his service and his recommendations were top tier. I have been to this place multiple times since because the first experience was was so great. 100/100 highly recommend ‼️

Absolutely amazing and authentic Peruvian cuisine. Came in 40 mins before they closed and was treated like a member of the family after being greeted with a life size arial photo of Machu Pichu. Ordered the soup - Aguadito de Pollo and it got the spot. Extremely savory and well seasoned. Also got the shrimp ceviche and the citrus was perfect with canchis and corn. Lastly ordered the Lomo Saltado with Yucca. The Lomo was traditional, delicious and really large portion. The Yucca was crispy and the aji verde was spicy and complimented the entire dish perfectly. Next time we’re in LA this is a must to stop and enjoy the meal and share with family and friends. Muchas gracias por todo.

Great food and customer service.

I’ve eaten lots of Peruvian food in my life and I was very disappointed in this place. The steak was extremely dry, hard, overcooked and flavorless. The yuca fries were overcooked as well, too hard to even chew. Wouldn’t try eating here again. My beef chaufa was also overcooked.

As a Peruvian, the truth is that the food is delicious, there is no loss, I highly recommend it to everyone and the service is spectacular.

I was seriously craving Peruvian food and I had this place saved for months as something I wanted to try. I was truly delighted with the service , the FOOD was very well seasoned and filling 😍🔥🤤🤰🏾. It was affordable and I will definitely be going back. The seafood was fresh and delicious. The calamari and ceviche were top notch 🤯. I couldn’t finish my food and took the rest to work for lunch and I was fulllllll 🤯

The service at Natalie was great but I was a little underwhelmed by the food. I’ve had a lot of Peruvian in Georgia and Florida but this was my first experience in California. It just wasn’t as good as other places I’ve had it. I got the ceviche appetizer which came in a beautiful glass. Expect it to be SUPER tart with the lemon sauce. The Lomo was good. Steak was on the drier side by the gravy, rice, and fries were perfect. Overall, I would go back and try different dishes. Service, again, was so great.

I was craving a taste from home. And this hit the spot. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted by some delicious smells. I had the Chicharrones de Calamari and the Arroz chaufa de pollo. Both were amazing, and I’ll definitely be returning to try their other dishes. SN: I also really enjoyed their photo of a Quechua woman. 🇧🇴🥰

This is a small but very good restaurant! We had PARIHUELA and SIETE MARES. These are, actually, just two version of Cioppino. Both are excellent with PARIHUELA having more pronounced flavor and SIETE MARES being more delicate. They are really as good as you get in San Francisco and Monterey. Recommended

This is the original Natalie's. I usually go to the one in Glendale and the ambience and parking are better but the food is the same deliciousness. The servers at both places are very cordial. Highly recommended.

I went to this Hollywood location with high hopes to get a tasty meal. The parking lot was small so I parked on the street at meter. Place is very small, and hot! I was told AC was not working. Ordered a fish dish for almost $20, and waited and waited. Finally got my plate and saw only rice and a couple of calamari. I asked the waitress where's the fish? She said it's in there, and hiding under the calamari was a tiny cookie sized fish filet. I laughed when I saw it. It didn't even taste good, it was bland. Never again will I go to this place. Too much hassle to get awful food. Waitresses were the highlight of this place.

This is the best Saturday lunch spot! The ingredients are so fresh and the service is great. I always get the lomo saltado which is amazing, the leche de tigre and the yuca a la huancaina. I’m never disappointed and will keep on coming back

I am Peruvian. I know what Peruvian food is. Would I call this "traditional"? Absolutely not. Does that mean the food is bad though? No. It's good. It's just not traditional. Worth a visit if you're far from home, in terms of Peruvian cuisine, but if you desire some good Peruvian food, go to New York (or wherever there's a sizeable Peruvian community in California).

Very decent food and prices. No air conditioning, so it was warm when I got there around 6 PM and only a few tables. Soon as I sat down, it got super busy and didn't let you until we left around 8:30, the two girls were running around and did their best. Other than a long-ish time to get the food, it was good. If you can, visit the Glendale location. Less crowded.

We are visiting from Miami, and found this small Peruvian resturant online. What a Treasure! My wife is Peruvian and eating at this resturant was like having homemade food back home. The service was great, and the staff super friendly. Highly recommend it.

Food was good, clean place, good latin music on the restaurant,i just would recommend improve the service a little bit by checking more often on the tables, also be a little more friendly. I highly recommend this place, food was really good and also they serve you bread that was nice! Don’t forget to tip your servers!!!

Ordered from DoorDash. The food came cold, flavorless, portions any kid would love not so much an adult human. Seafood dish cost $20 had one mussel a few pieces of octopus mediocrely cooked rice with bland vegetables. The fish dish came with fried fish and rice nothing else also for $20. I’m a Chef, it’s a diss appointment to Peruvian Cuisine.

I placed and order through MenuStar and when I call the restaurant it had not gone through, they didn't receive any orders that's the answer from the restaurant employee, she can't help about it. If they have contract with the company online name MenuStat they must to helping a customer I did the order about 4.41p.m. and almost 6p.m. and they Natalie peruvian restaurant employee just tells o well call the company is nothing with can do. By 6.30p.m I have to call another restaurant yo have a dinner for me.

Ok, but not great... I recognize that there is a Restaurant labor shortage problem; this is being treated as as Surprise to the Gov't, which it's anything but... People need a living wage so if; For/by Paying living wage, Please support restaurants and staff that do this, Patronize them. If it's not up too snuff let Them know, why, and Calmly.. Yelling, screaming, being Nasty, Does Not Set you Apart, Definitely Does Not Make your point! Either don't return, or wait until you think they've had time to improve.... I worked for $2.01hr, and Lies, Manipulation, Force were used to Justify, a Near free LABOR??
