I’ve lived near this place for years and never been by. My dad suggested it for lunch and it was great. The server was super friendly and knew the menu inside and out. It was clean and best of all, the food was awesome. I had a French dip with fries. I’ll definitely be back for breakfast.

Great location.. I was taking my clothes to the dry cleaners next-door and saw it otherwise I would’ve kept missing it.. the food was cooked perfect.. Great deviled eggs..place is spotless I had the eggs Benedict they definitely know how to cook an egg here.. looking around everybody was enjoying their food the other dishes looked amazing.. bathrooms are clean.. I will definitely be back..

Bright, cheerful, clean restaurant with friendly, hard-working staff. Everything was great. I tried a bite of the pancakes my dad ordered and I'm not one for pancakes, but wow! These were extraordinary and I'm still trying to figure out the secret. My dad has lived in the area 20+ years and I only wish we'd had a better breakfast/lunch option like this sooner! We'll definitely return!

This small place had excellent food, great service and a homey atmosphere.

Been here before and always enjoyed the experience. Our waitress initially lacked any personality, but came on strong in the end. The thing that really turned me off is the filthy door going to the kitchen. Really gross!

We’ve been coming here for a year or two any chance we get and it’s always great! My favorites are the quiches, veggie burrito, and the home fries. Definitely try the home fries, they are some of the best!

Absolutely love Nesting Grounds! The service is unparalleled. The food is amazing; they have the best omelets and pancakes. And the music is perfect for the laid-back atmosphere. I'm so glad they went back to their earlier hours, opening at 7am. My husband and I love to get breakfast together before going to work.

Well, my husband had the breakfast burrito and lit was a good size and he loved it. I ordered the skillet or bowl and was quite disappointed at how small the portion was, but it was really tasty.We have been checking out restaurants in the area for breakfasts, and the other places have bigger portions. The restaurant was really nice and the service was great, and its close to our home.Why such small portions?

I stopped in here first time thinking it was going to be a greasy cafe. I was very wrong. Delicious flavored food. Very clean. I'll be back. The pumpkin pancakes and home fries were incredible.

I come in often and every time I do I watch the servers struggle to do everything. The managers don’t seem to help the servers, only constantly critiquing them to the point of one of the servers walking out during her shift. The older male manager especially seems very rude and standoffish

My favorite place for breakfast when I am in town. From the time you walk in you are treated like family. Hayley provided outstanding customer service. I had the western omelette which was loaded! Definitely will be back to try one of their many specials.

I found it to be mediocre & over-priced for what they offer. Nothing notable in atmosphere or creativity in preparation or presentation. Had eggs & ham on 1 occasion and chicken salad for lunch on a 2nd visit. Better alternatives in the area for b'fast / lunch

I'm going to say, best kept secret in East Lake because I didn't realize this gem of a cafe was here! Was busy enough that I'm thinking it might have just been me. Homemade food. Home cooked. Pancakes made with a secret recipe. Corned beef hash made from real. Not out of a can. Omelettes with real cheese. Worth the price! Worth the wait! Worth making creating a regular customer out of this fan.

A wonderful family owned breakfast place. Food was great, service was exceptional 👌 My wife loved the Avocado toast while I enjoyed steak and eggs on a bagel and some HUGE pancakes. Very cozy place, we will definitely be back!

Overpriced. Without asking, and fruit on my plate, Waitress grabbed my plate by sticking her arm in my face. No go for me. Stuck my husband and I in back by kitchen. Not worth the $.

What a cute diner. The staff felt like family, and the food was very quick. The portions were appropriate for the price, which felt just a little small for my hunger levels, but used to brunchy places having a little bigger portions. Quality food, quality service, and a welcoming atmosphere - we will definitely be coming back!
