New ownership! Mike and Jackie are great, and their quality is EXACTLY the same great way it was with the previous owner. (Sept. 2024) Great place for breakfast. Definitely feels cozy as the name says. Menu is simple and delicious. The staff are wonderful people. I'm a regular. 👌 And still stands till this day. (Dec. 2023)

A very nice place. The new burger is a nice size and the service is excellent. It is one of the best places I like to be.

I been ordering from here when it was Terry's was the owner, for about 6 years ordering from him. He had his temper sometimes but food was great. Its ashamed that this is another business im going to stop ordering from, under new owners. I feel like there's no more customer service, and the customer is always wrong. I am just going to stop ordering out and cooking at home. Save me to get frustrated and money. First off, if you have a business understand the English language. I ordering Taylor Ham sandwich with home fries and a Bacon Cheeseburger with fried onion and onion rings. I received the home fries in the Taylor Ham sandwich, and the burger, no onion ring, no fried onions, no bacon. The first time around even though it was for being a mess up order it tasted good. I spoke to the owner about it and he said would replace the whole thing. I tried to order one day and he was busy to replace my order. Two months later ( which l order today) l tried again and the owner didn't know what l was talking about. Had to have my wife to speak to him to remember. He was replacing the whole food, except the onion rings. According to him, "the grill wasn't open until 11am." He food less than 10 mins. I had a feeling that the food wasn't going to be made right l, just by his demeanor on the phone and how quickly he made it. And l was right! Horrible!!! The home fries wasn't even cooked and burgers old lettuce and not even the same quality of meat l had before. Rip Terry's!

I’ve been having my breakfasts here over 20 years. You can’t get any better omelettes at any diner. Prices have always been inexpensive or at least reasonable and fair. And what makes this plece really special is very warm and sincere hospitality. Not like you experience with a nice and courteous business owner. They make you fell that you are one of them, and you are the member of a family. It’s much more than just a delicious breakfast with reasonable and fair prices.. Just go there and experience it, and find out for yourself..

Excellent Taylor Ham egg and cheese sandwich.

My son and I visited for the first time this past weekend. The spot is actually in a cozy corner. We were greated with a smile and I loved the grill right there where you can see. Thank you.

Came here to get breakfast and ordered bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with a side of fries and the cook tells me no French fries now only home fries. Smfh if it’s on the menu make it and sell it!! If it’s on your menu you have to make it when ordered ! No post stating what to order on time of day!

Over the years I have found this cozy little corner place to be one very charming breakfast and lunch establishment. Most of my transactions here have been of the grab and go variety, but the couple of times I have actually been able to have a sit down, my experience has been most pleasant. The service has always been tremendous, and not monotone businesslike. My favorites here are the omelettes and scrambled eggs, and the french toast. The coffee is quite good too. They put a lot of effort into their work and it shows. Too bad they close early.

I first found this place when I lived in Lyndhurst several years ago. I continue to drop by from time to time despite having moved, and it is still one of the best local diners I’ve gone to. The owners are super friendly, the food is on point and affordable, and the portions are good. If you’re looking for a cozy experience and diner, this is the one.

Best taylor ham,egg and cheese on a roll I ever ate! Taylor ham is always juicy, not pre-cooked, or over cooked like some places. Get breakfast here. This guy is THE MAN WITH THE HAM!

I had a very pleasant breakfast and experience at Terry's Cozy Corner. Of the homefries, scrambled eggs, and sausages, the homefries were the best. Coffee is fresh, and good. The chef does not overload the food with salt, so that's a plus. It's a small place, and you can see the chef cook your food from start to finish. The booth was comfortable. This place opens a little earlier than anything else I found nearby, so it's the place to go if you're a hungry early bird. Like I said, I had a nice breakfast here, so I would definitely recommend it.

I kindly appreciate the service of Vera and Anthony. However, the landlord of the place Mr. Steve is very rude guy. He might get nasty with the customer, apparently without any reason. Heads up guys.

Family owned and run with a Delicious breakfast while offering an exceptionally warm atmosphere. Perfect tone for morning and non morning people. Can't wait to try lunch. Prices look good too. Plus, only place open at 5am around here with a full blown diners arsenal. It was a pleasantly unexpected yet most welcome Cozy Corner.

I am so glad I found this luncheonette, I have been coming for years- the husband and wife team are the dynamic duo, the food is always served with a smile and everything on the menu is good! My favorite is the French toast!

When given the choice between Dunkin Donuts and here, I decided to pick this corner shop. The menu has a surprisingly generous selection for a "mom and pop" style restaurant, with reasonable prices for the quality you get. Visited by lots of regulars, and you're treated like family too. Definitely a must-see for Lyndhurst!

Terry's Cozy Corner is a true, old school mom and pop shop. If you find yourself on Ridge Road in Lyndhurst, you need to stop on for a Taylor ham egg and cheese, or a whole host of breakfast choices. It is also a great quick lunch stop for burgers, hotdogs and full compliment of sandwiches. You cant go wrong with Terry's!
