The North Jetty is better than the south side. More parking, more space and beaches.

Very nice beach kinda Shelly the sand isn't the best according to my wife but the views are great theater is very blue and there were dolphins and a Manatee.

We love visiting when we are in town. The sunsets are gorgeous and we usually see dolphins and of course multiple different types of birds. There is always people fishing and the water is so beautiful it’s breathtaking!!

Always a great visit, even with this cool weather, just stay close to the parking lot as there is a berm closer to the beach that keeps those high winds out!

I will forever be a Nokomis girl. I was raised here,the beach us fine,fishing is great locals are friendly. The camp has beer and the new place has snacks. And just across the bridge ,dinner! Win,win

Awesome place to go to see manatee and dolphins. However Dogs are not allowed and smoking is banned as of October 1st. Strict fines to be given if caught. So just a heads up.

We hunted the north jetties all the time about once a month maybe 2 we love that we can get together with our family and have barbecues picnics birthday parties holidays all at this location we plan on coming there the night before the Fourth of July so we can get a spot reserved and have our fourth of July party at this location there's always fun shells to look for sharks teeth to look for fun things to buy at the tiki bar

I just love this area. The beach, the jetty, the park. It's just a great place to spend some time. Bathrooms and a snack shack to get drinks or food.

Beautiful place. Nice people. It does get crowded. We would spend the day here an go back to the campground after the sunset. Lovely town ❤️. Service dogs only allowed on beach.

Fun place to watch the boats, the people, the ospreys and the DOLPHINS! I recommend the v fries from the fish camp store right on the jetty.

Love this place, pull up, and watch the boats. It was the first time I had seen dolphins, and I first time I saw a manatee. Walk up the walkway, and you're on Nokomis Beach . It has a ton of parking, but you still need to get there early so you can park by the water. Oh, and the video is from last year. This guy caught a black tip shark.

Old Florida. Great place to put in a kayak or SUP. Super showers, bathrooms. Nice walk along Casey Key Rd or Nokomis Beach.

A great place to chill and read and relax or get mesmerized by the water. The downside is the blatant display of political flags. Should be banned!

Nokomis Beach North Jetty is my favorite beach by far! It's clean, the have a lifeguard stand, they have concession stands and it's easy to get in and out of the water.

Nice breakfast. Not fancy but good. Easy dinghy pull in.

Whenever I come to visit my mom in Florida, I always come to this place at least once. I don't fish, I just love to hang out all the way at the end of the pier, watching birds, feeling the breeze, listening to the sea far below. A few times I've seen some really cool fishing action happen here too - like someone pulling out an ENORMOUS grouper the size of a grown man.

Public place for the people with everything you could want from the beach .Not many beaches left public, gets hard to find parking

Greatest place around , new owners I cooked there for a year I had it jamming and I would love to hear how the food is. I'll go there tomorrow and check it out .

I love the beach. This was awesome. This is the first time I've been in the water in March. It was great! And I've never seen so many shells in my life. Tens of thousands of shells on this beach. We saw several dolphins. And got to watch the sunset. I loved it here!

Very nice experience! You can buy wine/beer for very reasonable prices and you can carry the drinks as you walk along the jetty. We easily found a parking spot, even though it was kinda busy.

Our favorite beach in the area. Even when it's crowded there's tons of space for us and our little daughter. Tons of shells to pick up for our little one too.

There are a lot of shells on the sand and going into the water. But overall it is great to bring kids (for the beach part) and to fish 🎣(on the jetty)
