What an incredible spot to dine. Our server, Sherhan, was so kind and had true quality within his recommendations! The service is unmatched here!! And the food was made with true love & care. Both the chef and staff are passionate about their food. We got two different steaks, and some apps. Both absolutely incredible. We suggest the “filet migon wrapped in applewood bacon”. They also accommodated to the style of how the food was presented (family style compared to individual designed plates). And last but not least the one dessert they have is absolutely KILLER (in the best way possible) If you’re thinking about dining here… drop any other options you’re juggling and come here! The only feedback we have is that they should get a light up sign for customers driving along the road so more people can find this treasure :) <3

First off. AMAZING! Second thing that needs to be addressed. The company I was with. Not as good as the restaurant but somewhat close! Not sure who the random beautiful gentleman was that joined us, but he spoke perfect Spanish and ordered everything for us! I added a picture of him. We wI’ll be back again soon. The food was really good. My wife loved their potatoes (even more than her steak was really good). My Ribeye was also very nice. Everything was cooked perfectly. However they need more dessert options. they have churros and ice cream but that wasn't what we were looking for this evening.

Unfortunately was one of the worst burger I ever had. Absolutely overpriced “Wagyu” beef was beyond over cooked, dry, the bun was falling apart. A Wendy’s burger would be a better choice for sure. The beer?! Not even cold, not even a millimeter foam on the top, not even carbonated, a beer what you have left on your table for hours… that’s the beer what we got! Steakhouse? Whoever thinks this is a steakhouse, have issues for sure! Yes! The pricing is definitely following a pure steakhouse, but that’s it. NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Unfortunately was not listened that how weirdly empty the place was on fully dinner time.

This was the absolute best experience. Gabby was our server and so amazing. She was so kind, attentive and helpful. We loved her! The appetizers, entree and dessert was some of the best I’ve ever had in my experience. Highly recommend this place if you are ever in Islamorada!

What a menu! Couldn’t decide on one thing so I had to order the churrasco, brussel sprouts, fries, an avocado green salad, and churros for dessert. Everything was delicious! Gabby was amazing & took really good care of us. Will def be back.

Pork belly was great! The kitchen messed up my order, misread the tix and cooked half an order of meat. The second portion arrived 30min after the first was finished. We were the only table. Steak flavor is good, but arrived pre-sliced when served. This should be stated on the menu. I don't like having my food manipulated for me. Maybe it's just easier for the kitchen to cook rare, and get it to the correct temperature by pre slicing and then flashing under the broiler to temp. The wood planks they serve the meat on cool off the meat quickly, and are quite worn and didn't seem hygienic to the diners at my table. Last.. $$$ for what you get. Service was fine.

Come here if you want a break from all the fish in Islamorada. My family thought it was fantastic and the price was not bad for what you got. The steak was cooked perfectly and the sides were delicious.

Tasty and delicious food! The atmosphere inside is nice and classy. We just didn't have time to dine in, so we had to do ours takeout, still fresh. Staff are friendly and easy to order ahead. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for spectacular tasty food!

The roast is of average quality, the meat is of high quality, but the delivery does not justify the price. It's an option, but nothing out of the ordinary.

They've got the best skirt steak around. The brussel sprouts are excellent. The kids I was with had the Waygu burgers and they loved them.

(And I have put a lot in my mouth from all over the world) This place is located in a strip center and if you blink you will pass it right on by. From the outside it doesn’t look like much, but in the inside is a total different story. The team travels from Miami most days and the effort and attention that goes into each and every detail is extraordinary! Every single item is made in house and they pride themselves on keeping the Brazilian Spirt alive and well. Order the Pork Belly appetizer & the Brussels Sprouts!!! The pork belly has a slightly sweet Asian Sauce and the pork cracklings literally melt in your mouth 👄 It seems they roast it then deep fry or pan fry at the end leading me to an instant “Food-Gasm” yes I said it! The world literally stopped for a moment………all my troubles melted away and I was in the middle of this explosion of flavors. The umami from this dish is absolutely perfect. Thank you so much chef & team……..you got me good 😊 The Brussels are heavenly! Every single leaf is perfectly fried to almost burnt, yet they hold back just before that could happen and boom……….💥 it’s stunning!!! Absolutely top restaurant🤩 There were five of us there and we all ordered different main courses. The meat was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Everyone ordered a different side dish. These were absolutely unique in taste. Be sure to try the Brussels sprouts and yucca fries. Insider tip: if you still have room, don't forget the dessert. 😉

Brazilian steakhouse, good food , nice service. Not very special but in the right balance

This place has gone down hill! Picanha was over cooked, dry and hard. The lamb chops was so small that I would be embarrassed to serve that. Lamb was also hard and dry.

I’ve been around the world and to many restaurants on a every day basis. This restaurante is one of the best ones I’ve been to. The service is customized and respectful. The care and wanting to make sure your meal is great is awaiting here. Food is done in detail, looks like art. Danny and Justin are amazing !!

Admittedly I am a bit hesitant to leave the review they deserve. I still want to be able to get a table when we come back! For the past 8 years we have been coming to Islamorada and always go to the staples, Square Grouper, Kaiyo, Bayshore Gourmet, Bad Boy Burrito. Didn't think a restaurant would be as good as Square Grouper, until a friend recommended Off The Hook! Wow! It takes a lot to wow this family but the short rib appetizer, skirt steak or picaña entree, French fries!! (Trust me) Brussel sprouts and DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT TRYING THE CHUROS!!! All I can say is, you're welcome. Enjoy and please don't tell a friend as we want to be able to get a table!

Excellent meat selections, but sometimes they run out of certain meats. Mostly steak choices-no kids menu. I recommend this place if you like meat! Tostones, fries, brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes. Service is very slow though.

It is a little pricey than $$; you will find BIG numbers in the menu and they charge you for every single item (sides too) so I am not sure why the reviews says $$. The food is great, fresh and delicious.

AMAZING!!!! I never write reviews but this was THE BEST STEAK EVER!!! Great customer service, great environment, and the food is to die for. The wagyu picanha has left me speechless. The most flavorful and tender meat I’ve ever had. The filet mignon was very good too. Definitely will be back!

The food here is delicious. I recommend getting a reservation. The mashed potatoes are great and made in house. There was nothing disappointing about this restaurant. Our waitress, Gabby was very kind.

My goodness!!! What a gem!!! We came to Islamorada to celebrate our 8 year anniversary!! We wanted an exquisite dining experience and we found just the right place! Appetizers were fantastic, and man our waitress guided us right to the most amazing cut of meat picanjo Waygu. Beyond a flavor explosion! The chef is fantastic!!! But let me tell you what made our night! Gaby!!! What a wonderful, professional, kind, woman she is! These days there is mediocre service more often than great service. But not here. Gaby was exceptional!!! She was hard working, on it 100% no matter what we needed. She worked hard and gave everyone the same wonderful service. A restaurant can succeed, with good food and atmosphere etc. but for it to have longevity it comes down to the people. I would come back because of Gaby, yes the food ofcourse too!;) But I will always remember her and her kindness !! Please give her a raise she deserves it!!! You can’t go wrong eating here! Enjoy it, savor it and come back! Thank you!!

An absolute gem! We drove passed and decided to stop in for Father’s Day. Our waiter Victor gave us a history and details of the restaurant. He was able to recommend some excellent choices for our preferences. We were unbelievably impressed with the quality of the service and the food. Victoria informed us that all of their food is made from scratch, so bonus for that! Their prices were amazing for the types of meats they offer including Waygu and A5. A must if you are in the Keys!

Wow everything was absolutely beyond delicious. Alejandro was our waitress and was so friendly and not a single issue. We had the pork belly app, OTH platter, and ribeye with yuca fries, mashed potatoes, and Brussel sprouts. Then the churros and ice cream. Literally everything was fantastic.

We stayed at a nearby hotel and this place was just a short walk. The food had great flavors and quick service.

The food was really great! The service too! We ordered the large meat platter and therefore had the pleasure of trying different types of meat. Everything was really delicious. The service was quick and courteous. If we didn't live in Germany, we would be there every week! :-)

I think this place is a little overrated. The chairs were very comfortable and service was good. The churro ice cream is worth it. It's freshly made - the churros ooze caramel when you bite into them. But the meat came in measly portions and was overcooked. It was fine, just not for the price. The fried green plantains were enjoyable. I spent the most money here out of any of the restaurants I visited on vacation to the keys, and only got 8 oz of meat, one side, a glass of wine, and dessert. Other places I'd get double the food for close to half the price.

OMG the food here is OFF THE HOOK! My husband and I are staying at hawks cay and googled steak in the keys and decided to take a chance, I’m so glad we did. The food is so good we talked about how good everything was while eating it! This place does not disappoint run to off the hook 🪝 you won’t regret it.

This is a hidden gem in the keys, it looks unassuming and hidden in a small strip mall. But rest assured the food is next level! Everything was served family style. The restaurant was impeccably clean. The meat was plentiful and perfectly done, the staff was friendly and welcoming. In an area of Florida where every restaurant is just conch fritters and fried fish, this restaurant is a sight for sore eyes. By far the best place we have found in the keys.

Just wow! Incredible experience, great ambiance for the location, fantastic food and service as well. This place is the real deal. The chef knows what he's doing and it shows. The foods are quality and creative. Much more innovative than your everyday Churrascaria menu. Definitely my favorite keys restaurant when it comes to the food.

Wagyu burger and brisket burger. French fries are crack. The burgers are dynamite. Wife and I struggled to slow down and enjoy the delicious food.

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE for the food you get… You can tell it’s all about the money for them. I have no idea how they have such good reviews… They give you the SMALLEST portions of food. Burger wasn’t good at all. When you have to pay, the server brings over the payment device with 25% automatically selected. Never had a drink filled. I rarely leave a restaurant feeling taken advantage of… today I did.

The picanha was delicious, Angus burgers taste good, they are not the best but they are good value for money. The fries had too much oil and their appearance is not the most appetizing.

Upon entering the restaurant, we anticipated a subpar dining experience. To our delight, both the service and cuisine exceeded our expectations. Relying on the Google rating proved to be a wise choice. Our main courses included the Burger, Picanha, and Ribeye, all impeccably prepared and bursting with flavor. The sides, particularly the brussel sprouts and french fries, were exceptional, with the fries standing out as some of the best we've ever had. However, attention is needed regarding the lack of ambiance, overly bright lighting, and peculiar music selection. Improving these elements could transform the space into a cozy and inviting environment, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Customer service is amazing here! Their appetizers are phenomenal- get the pork belly and the short ribs! All of the steaks were really good as well. Highly recommend going!

The flavors are outstanding it is a little pricey but I always say you get what you pay for and you definitely get your moneys worth here. They are not to busy yet just getting there word out I would recommend everyone who sees the reviews or Just the sign to stop and eat there is nothing on the menu that is bad everything is amazing. Gabby the waitress is also just outstanding she treats you as family. Please go and pass the word to everyone God bless you all.

My husband and I cannot rave enough about this establishment. The service was beyond welcoming, with an invitation from the chef to see the cooking process, to our waitress going above and beyond with our food tasting. Dont sleep on stopping in for good people and a GREAT meal!! By far the best place we ate at in the area. Recommended by a local and it did not disappoint. The server and staff were extremely friendly and the food was some of the best food I’ve had ever. Will be back!

After reading the reviews, I wanted to try this place on our vacation and it didn't disappoint! The meat was tender and flavorful, the mashed potatoes fantastic, and the spiciness of the mozzarella cheese croquettes' sauce is great. My favorite meal of the trip so far.

The port house steak and rib eye were "off the hook" really well prepared. Sides were delicious and creative. Lots of love and soul in every dish. Recs: mushroom, micro green salad, truffle fries, testones , oh and the ice cream with tiny churros filled with caramel!!! So good

Delicious!! Super unassuming store front, but once you walk in there’s plenty of seating and the restaurant is clean. The service was great, we had Gabi help walk us through the menu. The food came quickly and was delicious. Small thing was we asked for our ribeye to be medium rare but it came more like ~medium. Still delicious though. Meat was high quality and very simple condiments: salt, chimichurri, creamy cilantro, and hot sauce (but it wasn’t spicy). We got the OTH platter, 18 oz ribeye, 3 pc lamb chops and yuca fries. For 2 people we definitely got more than we needed but we wanted to try everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and even stayed for dessert. The warm churros paired perfectly with the ice cream. Despite being stuffed from the meal we finished everything. Give them a visit!

Stopped here when heading back to Miami from Key West. So glad we did. Delicious! For a restaurant that is just sitting on the side of a country side road, the food is on the same level as what you will find in a very good restaurant in the city.

I am thrilled with the portions and quality of the meat this excellent venue delivers every single time I eat here. Tender, flavorful, and salty picaña is hard to beat. You get what you pay for. Slightly on the pricey side when it comes to eating out in Islamorada, but if you’re craving premium beef prepared in proper Brazilian style - you can’t miss!

Absolutely amazing food! I got the lunch flap steak and mashed potatoes and I really had no expectations and I was truly blown away by how delicious the food was. I loved the sauces they gave us to compliment the meal as well! My steak was perfect and delicious. The waiter was so helpful, very welcoming and kind. You could tell he was passionate about the food and restaurant. Its a relatively newer restaurant and I never write reviews but I definitely think people need to know how great the food is, well worth the visit!

High quality meat and outstanding service. Went here with my girlfriend two days in a row while on vacation and everything we tried was well prepared, seasoned right and very very tasty. Our waitress was all friendly and attentive and shared a lot of local knowledge and good banter. Great for people on a carnivore diet or doing keto too! When I’m Islamorda, we will be back in again!

Heaven is a place on Earth and it is here at this restaurant. We almost did not go to this restaurant because the name of the place was confusing and hard to look up on Google. The one in Key West kept coming up and I did not understand it was a restaurant from the name. Then their sign out front is not lit up so we drove past it. So glad we pushed past our hesitations and went in. Best meal I have had in my life. We just kept ordering more. If you like good food, fast service and a clean environment, go here. Going back tomorrow for lunch!

Looking from the street, we would NEVER stop and eat here. BUT, oh boy, we would be wrong! All meat was superb, tender, juicy, perfectly cooked. Sharable sides very good as well. We stopped by here after a full day of fishing. We all ordered OTH meat platter. I had the yucca steak fries on the side and another had brussel sprouts. All of the food was amazingly good. Meats were prepared perfectly to how we liked it cooked. Service was great and they made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend Off The Hook and will definitely come back again.
