OMG I bought two pineapples and passion fruit desserts to bring to the beach… and it was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. So beautiful, sooooo tasty! Not that sweet! Just perfect! Very friendly owner! Thank you!!! Lets all support small businesses!

I love this place. The dumplings, perogies, macaroons, the spinach pie, it’s all delicious. Very nice friendly people.

I'm sure the food is delicious. But my experience is the issue. I went to the store around 5:19pm. They close at 6 so I figured I'd have some time to look around. The moment I walk in, the lady says hi.. cool. I start looking around at the desserts. 15 seconds later the same.lady comes around the counter and rushes me because she has to deliver a cake somewhere. I just said I'm good and walked. No way will I give my hard earned money to a business with such rude customer service. There was a proper way to inform me that you are on a tight schedule. I'm a teacher so I would understand. But that attitude lost a customer. That's bad, cause I rarely write reviews..

We came in late when they were busy with a large order, and the owner politely and quickly served us. The coffee was fantastic and the cakes even better.

My wife and I were looking for a quick coffee to start our day off. What we found was a really great experience at a local cafe. The owner was very friendly and willing to share his culture and give us his picks for some authentic food and drink. We left full and very satisfied with everything including the friendly owner. If you should happen to be near this incredible establishment i highly recommend that you stop by and sample some great coffee and authentic food. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Wow! We just used this bakery for a special order birthday cake for my mom’s 90th birthday. We ordered a chocolate cake with fresh raspberries as a layer and a not too sweet icing. Osaka’s hit this out of the park!! Every single person at this party raved about how delicious this cake was! Easily the best cake I’ve ever bought. The cake had like 10 layers of super moist cake with a fine soft crumb. The chocolate flavor was good and not too intense, fresh raspberries complemented the cake and the icing was so light and not overly sweet, just as we had hoped. This is the only place I will order from now on

We had the most amazing dessert cakes! We didnt know which flavor to try, so we bought 3 flavors. We were blown away at how good they are! Light and not overly sweet. Perfect!

A fabulous Ukrainian bakery/restaurant in low Keyed Flagler Beach, FL. Wonderful variety and potato pancakes (latkes) better than NYC! And my gal won't share the bacon!

The name is misleading. We just had the best schnitzel with Ukranian cabbage salad and pierogies. Excellent. Dessert was chocolate mousse which was also delicious. Then we had to get frozen pierogies to take home.

Very fresh and delicious cakes!

First found Oksa's Cakes on Flagler Beach my first trip to this (relatively) quiet part of the coast. This was pre-pandemic. We drove to Flagler from up closer to Jacksonville and just were exploring this part of a quiet beach. Then we made a couple of turns off of the coast road and there was this little place with an open sign and in the window it said "Oksa's Cakes." A quick parking job right in front and walked into heaven! In this small space was a very open and bright area with the displays and counters right along the front of the store. In it were such a profusion of foods representing much of where Oksa and her husband were from, Eastern Europe. Everything we tried (both in the store at lunch and what we took back to our hotel) was incredibly delicious. The quality of the food is so good you realize its a blessing on the little beach town with a profusion of foods, but none like you'll find there. There are a few small tables you can use to eat in house, but most of the people tend to order in advance or walk in, buy and take out. Either way, Oksa is happy to help with how to best serve it at home, or talk to you if there is a few minutes between customers. They are incredibly nice, much like many people I've met over time from Eastern Europe, particularly Poland, Ukraine, Romania and Bulgaria. If you want a large family sized portion or just a small one for yourself, she'll cut it to the size you want. But the best thing is to try their pastries cakes, meats and specialties in one portion size until you find what you most like. I have a problem because I haven't yet (2 1/2 years after my first visit- and we go back every visit to this area...it's THAT good), that I don't think about and start salivating. Their take on a Napoleon is much different than Provence's, but just as mind-blowingly delicious!! I hope you can Oksa and her husband and increase your gustatory experiences while reducing your cortisol. I love it here.

This is best place for cakes, pastries, pierogies and much more. I'm so happy I was able to find in US European style food. I love everything about this place, all homemade hight quality foods. But recently I bought their chicken with black truffle salami. Now it's my favorite!!! Today I came to buy a second one, because last one we finished in couple of days...me and my husband love it! Thank you guys for working hard and making best European food in this area.

Driving along on our mini vacation and in need of 3pm coffee, we found this gem. The cappuccinos are delish and the hand made pastries are amazing. We highly recommend this cafe. Stop by if you are in the neighborhood and say hello to the owner.

Delicious cakes and salmon with bagels. This is a picture of the napoleon cake i took home with me after a verifying bite. Also went in one day for take out lunch and had a huge lunch of ukrainian meat and potatoes with borsch soup and it was excellent.

Such an amazing bakery. We tried a sampling of the cakes and they were all delicious. The black forest is my favorite. We also asked for some custom cakes and they were able to accommodate all our requests! Plus you can pick up some locally smoked meat at the same time!

The homemade pierogi is so delicious. The dumplings are amazing and the smoked bacon they make is so tasty you can still taste it 15 minutes after eating it. They are great, hidden gem!

We got here at close to closing so there weren't many choices left, but of what there was I made sure to try and they were delicious. The textures and taste. The smell of her Turkish coffee. Exquisite! She deserves her 5 stars.
