The best ,especially after church.

It was my first time in olive garden and thanks to Evan I had the best time !! Everything was perfect the food and the service !

The food was so delicious. We enjoyed a complimentary dessert in honor of our 35th anniversary. We had the most amazing waitress.

Apart from waiting to get a table, everything was perfect!

Food is good but if you're a party of 12+ people, expect a long wait time. We waited 35 mins to be seated then another 1 hour before the food arrived. The waiter is not friendly and looks really tired.

It was just ok, im giving it a 3 because this place smelled awful as soon as you walk in, and if I was a manager of this place I would be embarrassed at the cleanliness of it. Our server was ok but at the end I asked for a bag to put my food in, and she acted like I inconvenienced her, and then she never brought me one back, so I was like whatever and we left.

Endless Pasta Joy ! From Montreal to Burlington ! why not. We were aware of the waiting and on a saturday we were there at the opening. I did not enjoy so much the bread... but ! I add 4 refills of pasta... Saucage on everything. Angel hair is the best in my opinion. Meatballs seems to be more of a meat loaf type of thing... Breaded chicken is fine but not my favorite. The meat sauce is excellent !!! and I do recommend it srongly. Amazingly service was perfect..not waiting for refills... also had the bellini ice thea.. excellent... Ambiance was very nice... The restaurant around 1.00pm was packed.. I understand why.. because even without endless.pasta bowl.. I would definitely go back. Yeah.. the refills seems small but the plate is deep be carefull ! we had a good time me and my wife.

Very nice atmosphere, good services and value for money.

Short staffed. Dirty. The meal was so salty, I could hardly eat it. On top of that, I ordered a chicken dish, and the chicken was so full of grizzly stuff and gross globs that I had to keep spitting bites out. The garlic broccoli was god though! The server was a sweetheart, although she brought us all our water and lemonade with no ice, and said there was nobody to take the ice out of the ice machine and fill the ice buckets. Maybe the host should have done that since he was just standing around. It was late and not busy anymore. A lot of the tables were covered with dirty dishes when we went in. They sat that way for a while, until finally a young kid came and cleared them off, slowly. One of my worst dining experiences, other than the server being polite and nice. So I tipped her well. I don't see how that place can stay open.

The bread stick is assomme but they should say that the sauce is not included! 4,79$ not worth it at all!

People as in customers have no manners and made it very difficult for all the wait staff. But however all the employees held it together and made everyone enjoy there time at their tables. Was such a good time besides 10min for rude people. Feel bad for the staff. But they did amazing in all of them. The cooks didn't miss a beat and everything was beyond perfect. 👌 👍 🥰 💞

The food is great but there is a weird smell inside and the carpets seem to be very old. The washrooms are very dirty. Because of the unpleasant smell, the food is not really appealing in the restaurant.

The waitress was absolutely amazing, so friendly and very sweet! The atmosphere was very classy and welcoming, extremely clean. The drinks and food were soooo good! I highly recommend this Olive Garden if you're in the area, everything was just perfect. Absolutely love it here and couldn't ask for better service.

Normally, I love Olive Garden. Every time I come to the United States, I like to eat there. I was frankly disappointed by my experience. The service is great, but the place is outdated and needs to be completely renovated. As soon as we entered, we smelled urine. The toilets are really dirty and damp. In 2024, carpets must be thrown away, especially in a restaurant. For the meal, the salad and bread was good and the sauce for the pasta was okay. But the smell of the restaurant was so horrible that I had trouble working up an appetite. In addition, several of my linguines were stuck together even though cooking pasta is not a rocket science.

Bathrooms were disgusting, they forgot our add ons on the plates, waitress was kind but misleading, asks if we "want dip for bread, it's unlimited", we say ok and then see 5$ charge on bill, also they put an Ipad on the table and says scan here to play, ok why not, then we see a charge for playing the game on our bill. No where does it mention that you have to pay to play the lame trivia game. Staff seemed to be all teenagers....This franchise is dying. Also the bills were all mixed up, the whole family were paying for eachothers meal/drinks. Very dissapointed. Do not recommend. We came here from Canada because we use to go every year in Florida, clearly our experience was not the same as before.

Went there for a curb side pick up. Didn’t get a text message at all. The portion size it too big and costs a lot for average food!

It was only 11 and they just opened. The pasta was terrible. It tasted like pasta from the day before. The chicken was over cooked and good lord how about more than 1 spoonful of Alfredo sauce.

It was on my bucket list. I enjoyed the food and service and had a great time with my friends. We went to this place for a weekend getaway from Canada. Even the broccoli was good!

Very nice place in a pleasant atmosphere. We ate pasta, which was very tasty. Everything clean and in order. The attention of the staff is cordial and friendly. The payment system is very practical and easy to use.

This is a lovely plact to have a late lunch. We had several Italian entrees and appatizers and they were all good. The kitchen was fast, good and accurate. The menu was full of good choices. The atmosphere was good and inviting along with the staff. The table across from us had a party of 5 with 2 small kids and they both liked there food. I liked the way the servers delt with them. Generous portions of pasta, salad, and bread sticks! Their cocktails were delicious too. The service was really great, our waiter was very attentive and friendly.

We walked into the restaurant and a pungent, horid smell of rotten parmesan cheese greated our nostrils. Hope it would go away we walked to our table but realised we wouldn't be able to enjoy a meal with that lingering smell. Some might say we are too sensitive but we weren't. It was absolutely disgusting. The waiting staff was really nice when we told her we would eat somewhere else as the smell was unbearable. He/she/they/them said: yeah, I totally understand you guys!

Tried this restaurant because it was close by our hotel.

Cleanliness is lacking at this location, everything is sticky and there's an unpleasant smell. Service was very slow and food wasn't good. Kids meal was ok, salad was wilted and drenched in a bad dressing, Alfredo sauce had no flavor and just too much of it.

Beautiful crisp chilled salad; delicious soups--our wait person was exceptional.

What an absolute excellent staff this Olive Garden has. We showed up tonight right before closing (9:30pm) and they gladly gave us a seat and excellent service!

Food was not terrible, nor was it great. The salad is always delicious. The service or wait time after ordering was slow...almost 50 minutes. The area we sat was very warm, too.

The greeting seemed unfriendly and the service was the worst we've had at any restaurant in years.We frequent the Queensbury Olive Garden and it's a totally different experience.The S Burlington manager the Queensbury location to see how it's done.Very disappointed with our visit and we won't return.Wait person's name was Ray.

I had chicken Marsala for dinner and a glass of the green apple sangria that they prepared for me on the spot.

Was financially affordable less then $30 for soup salad breadsticks for 2 unlimited a healthy affordable lunch. Around 1 pm great time to come in plenty of seats available

Good food as always, but I've had faster service in Italy itself. This is why I don't drink on the job, and someone there named Tracy shouldn't have either.

Food was really good and plentiful, they didn't skimp on the meats in the dishes even my seafood Alfredo had alot of shrimp and scallops in it. The service was fantastic every employee we encountered thanked us for coming in!

The food was absolutely delicious. I particularly enjoyed the shrimp scampi – the shrimp were perfectly cooked, the asparagus was sweet and tender, and the garlic sauce was balanced and delightful. Our server, Madeline, truly made our evening special. Her intuition in letting us set the pace of our dinner was appreciated and contributed to a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. She is a remarkable asset to your team. If I may offer one small piece of feedback, we did notice a significant amount of staff foot traffic passing by our table, many of whom were empty-handed. Bread sticks were a little dry, but the Fettuccine Alfredo is excellent.

This was classic Olive Garden. Our server was great and we enjoyed our food. If you’re looking for a good dinner, this isn’t a bad spot.

We went for Mother's Day as we do every year. This year JP was our server, and although he was VERY busy, he was awesome and very tentative to my wife and mother in law. He answered all our questions that he could any if u sure he went and got the right answer, I appreciate that.

My first time in a chain restaurant. Indeed it is not an authentic Italian restaurant but the food is good, the service was perfect, the prices correct and there was even local beer. I will consider this chain during my next visits to the country.

This was my first time at Olive Garden and I found the food underwhelming, although the bread sticks were really good. I must say the service was amazing. Our waitress was super friendly and very fast, I haven’t seen such a great service in a while.

No longer the flavors from when they opened. Bread sticks not soft and garlicky, out of mozzarella sticks, salad was soaked in dressing. Won't go back.

Couple's dinner on July 30, 2023 a little after 4 p.m. We greet DJ, the general manager who came to see us at the table for a little friendly chat to make sure we were satisfied, which was greatly appreciated on our part. Our dishes were not expensive compared to several equivalent restaurants in the United States since the damn pandemic served as an often unjustified pretext to scandalously inflate prices everywhere, even here in Quebec. $12.99 each for our two tasty dishes with unlimited salad and bread. An excellent deal! Our waitress Lilla was friendly but lacked a bit of experience in our opinion such as ensuring our water glasses were always full so we didn't have to ask for cheese on our second helping of salad. The good atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant are worth highlighting. We enjoyed our visit. We have already been there twice but several years ago. Total of $33.28 with tax and tip. Every time I go to Vermont, usually I go to Olive Garden. The staff is friendly and service is great. The prices are reasonable in today's economy and you simply cannot go wrong with ordering the all you can eat soup, salad, and breadsticks! Don't forget the side of Alfredo sauce to dip your breadsticks! I highly recommend 👌 😀

I felt l8ke my meal was straight out of the microwave. I had the Tour of Italy. My chicken was very rubbery.

Overall experience was not to be desired, the restaurant was extremely dirty and everything seemed greasy, cutlery dirty and food was slop on a plate. Truly an unfortunate experience considering chain restaurants are usually a safe bet… you missed the mark here Olive Garden

The service by my waiter Zack was amazing, but their shrimp scampi gave me food poisoning. I had it around 3:30pm and around one hour in I did not feel the best. I then drove back home and proceeded to throw up and go to the bathroom uncontrollably, all the while shivering with body sores. It's currently 3 am and I'm still a mess..

We were here from south jersey where we go to one every week. This one was just like the one we go to. Waitress very attentive and food came very quickly. Shrimp scampi is very good and low calorie. Zuppa Toscana really good also, chicken Alfredo with broccoli. Apply directly to hips black tie mousse cake awesome. In the fall- pumpkin cheesecake 😋

Anna was our waiter and Jeremiah was the manager on duty tonight. The service was excellent. We were seated quickly, our appetizer came out quickly. Food was incredible! It’s my girlfriend birthday. She got a coupon for a free appetizer, we are not crazy about desserts so we asked if we can use it towards an appetizer and Jeremiah said yes. This is our first stop in Vermont and so far the experience has been pleasurable. The experience for out of town guests starts at the restaurants. Great job Olive Garden and staff, the city of Burlington is lucky to have you here. To top it off our meal was under $40! Burlington here we go!!!

I was here on 2/24/24 was told it would be a 20 minute wait I decided to wait in my when I came back apparently they've already called my name and said It would be another 20 minutes. I waited in the lobby. It wasn't until the party that came in after me with the exact same number of people got called that we decided to leave. They didn't even start asking people for their phone numbers until I brought this up to them. Please do better Olive garden.

Worst experience ever tonight at olive garden south burlington vt shelburn road. Asked waitress if she could request My my egg plant parm. Thin and crispy her response was I'll try. I let that go untill she brought my egg plant out extra thinker and not crispy at all with a kitchen staff I believe who said we make our egg plant one way. How rude and disrespectful. We usually go there once a week lately service has been lacking and food hasn't been as usual. Safe to say last visit there.

I always enjoy going to Olive Garden. The food is good and the service is friendly. I wish there was one close to us in Montreal.

Solid as always. Got the fried shrimp/peppers/onion app and it was delicious. The chicken marsala fettuccine and the tour of Italy were great. The Italian margarita tasted weird, but now that we know we'll just skip it going forward.

Joined the wait list online. It said 10-15 minute wait "estimated". Got to the restaurant after 10 minutes passed and was told we still had 20-25 minutes and that we were 6 on the list. Are you JOKING!???? WHATS THE POINT IF HAVING A TIME ON YOUR WEBSITE when ITS NO WHERE NEAR CLOSE TO THE ACTUAL TIME???? I'll make sure I share this experience.

We enjoy visiting OG periodically, despite not being big fans of chain eateries. The staff are uniformly attentive and responsive. The food is consistently good. We almost always take home a meal's worth of leftovers. One cannot make reservations in advance, unfortunately.

The food was good, but the service was okay as they made the order wrong!
