YEARS ago I mentioned to management that the flower decoration next to the table was dusty and it was unappealing. It seems as though that mention wasn't acted upon, every time someone wants to go I cringe because they're still always dusty. Not just a little dusty but gross dusty. Why!? Makes me think about what other corners they may be cutting in the cleanliness department...

I talk to the manager missy and Jake and they were horrible my food was cold and missy came over and she rolled her eyes at me so I ask for a different manager Jake and he came over and said they don’t what to tell me

A last minute decision to stop was one of the highlights of our trip ! The food was great but the server was 👏 amazing! Sam helped us nativgate the menu with her knowledge and helpful ideas * never ending pasta bowl... yes please !!!* it was a great experience and highly recommend!!!

Soup and salad combo and chicken alfredo were great once waitress finally got order correct. Waitress was nice but not detail oriented or attentive. She messed up our order several times. I'm gluten free (celiac) and she brought salad with croutons even when it was ordered without, She forgot the Chicken for the Alfredo dish and brought unsweet tea instead of sweet tea. BUT This is the FIRST time in over 20 years I have gotten an unattentive server.

Haven't been in a long time enjoyed a nice dinner.

Every time we walk in Olive Garden, their excellence is on display. The salad was as fresh as it could be. I think the eggplant could have been peeled, but it was great anyway.

We really enjoy Olive Garden! And we always want to came with family and friends! Because we love the service and the food. But this specific day, we had a bad experience. 100% because we went there around 9:30 pm. The serve was so rude with the receptionist, when she give permission to us to came 9:30. At this moment I feel that the service would be bad. The first world she said to my table , in front our friends that was enjoying vacation was: The kitchen will close at 10:00 pm. How can I help you guys”? So, we faster order what we want. She make confusion with the meals … one was “gluten free”. She bring different plates… my daughter ordem something and she forgot… So, I never recommended you guys to go to this location around 9:30 pm. We ate really quickly. We didn’t had an enjoyable time with the all confusing, and with the enormous lack of willingness of the server to serve us. The manager didn’t went to our table too. So was this…. THE BEST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! The atmosphere here is so relaxing. Unlike any other Olive Garden!! The servers are kind and attentive. I highly recommend!!

They raised prices and refused to let my 15 yr old order from the kids' menu. The waiter said it was their new policy. She eats small portions, so it is wasteful to order an entire meal.

My husband and baby and I came here for dinner and had such a great experience. Our waitress has family in the midwest where we are originally from, and just the kindness and attentiveness from her truly made our day. Hopefully when we go back, we get her again as our waitress.

Having to wait 2 and half hour for our food. Is unacceptable service. I happened before and I thought it was an accident but to have this happen again is outrageous. After speaking with the manager Missy, we were told if we had a wonderful time......NO I DID NOT!!! So much for my business 🙄

Used to be a regular picked up dinner tonight and very long hair in my chicken alfredo. Never again

Soup, salad, and breadsticks ...add alfredo...these are a few of my favorite things!!! We love to indulge in a yummy lunch occasionally... and OG hits the spot. Plus, the kids menu has many options!

Great food and service are well worth the money.

I don't love Olive Garden, particularly the one in Bradenton. However, I went to the one in Pinellas Park and I loved the food taste, the attention was awesome the first time we went there, even the manager stop by our table to ask how everything was, then we went a second time, on father's day and maybe just because of that, the attention on that day was not great, the food was still awesome. From now on, I'll go to the Pinellas Park location anytime I want to have a great five cheese marinara pasta.

The food was okay. The service was excellent. The price was good.

Worst place to eat only this location nasty food they bring you old food and cold worst location they have rude service didn’t bring my husbands order {they forgot} there dishes are never clean they brought my soup with full of oil and water lost my appetite i never left a bad review but this really disappointed me horrible lost a customer!

I'm just gonna say it. Anyone who is dairy and gluten restricted, you can pretty much write off Italian food. It's the nature of the beast. Although I will say that the gluten free pasta was quite good. So I am confident that the food here is good. Before I had to worry about a diet, the Olive Garden always delivered. But now, few options for anyone like me.

Went for a graduation dinner. Waited about 15 minutes for a table. 11 people. Food is good. Waited quite awhile for refills on our sweet teas. Portions are always good. Leftovers for next day. Dessert was yummy. Tiramisu and Chocolate Lasagna were huge. Was able to share with 2 others.

I’ve written several reviews of Olive Garden over the years, all of which were positive about the great food and atmosphere. But I needed to do another about the fantastic server Jon at this location. He was so polite, friendly and easy to talk to. His attention to our needs (and those at other tables) was outstanding. One of our orders got delayed because someone took it for another table, but he came out to let us know and apologized for it. You could tell that he genuinely cared about his customers. Thanks again Jon. As we said as we were leaving, feel free to drop by to see us if you’re ever in Canada! LOL

My family came in for supper tonight. Let's just say Miss Ashley and her team deserve a raise for their dutiful service to their craft. I ordered the tour of Italy and noticed a single strand of hair in my food. Ms. Ashley was able to get the food remade, and her manager comped the meal, which I was appreciative of. Lest to say I will be returning as the group here is nothing if not wonderful. Great job guys amd gals!

Empty restaurant, food took over an hour. For pre made dinners 🤦🏻‍♂️ Waitress did her job perfectly. Looks more like poor management. Will not be visiting this location unfortunately again.

Since I usually travel by myself I sit at the bar service is fabulous food is pretty good as in it's Olive Garden I enjoy going there..

Chicken Alfredo was delicious. Salad was amazing as always. Took my grandsons to lunch after church for a wonderful meal.

I always get the Tour of Italy at the Port Richey location. We were in St. Pete and decided to try a different location. The food was not as good as usual. The server came out 15 minutes after we starting eating to see if we needed boxes. We felt rushed.

Good, consistent food and service. Still have excellent table wines. Still great food and service.

Isaiah was our server and he went above and beyond for us! He kept the breadsticks and the Alfredo sauce flowing. Never once did I ever have to ask for a refill. I’ve been going to this Olive Garden establishment for many years now, and he was by far the best waiter I ever had there.

Really enjoyed our visit to Olive Garden. It was very good! I loved the soup and salad. Of course the famous breadsticks are delicious. My husband and I both had the tour of Italy. The lasagna was so yummy! Chicken parm isn’t usually my favourite but this one changed my mind. The Alfredo pasta was also good! Kids enjoyed their meals as well. Definitely worth the money.

Olive Garden is always good. We lingered for a while after lunch, and the wait staff was very nice to us, offering drink refills for the extra hour or so we stayed. Nice people!

Had a great experience. The food was great and brought in a very timely manner.

When my family arrived they took us to the left of the restaurant. As we walked through there was a strange odor that could best be described as the smell of wet carpet left to dry. My nose finally got used to the scent but things still didn't improve. The waitress seemed "rushy" with us the entire time (although they were not that busy). My wife ordered a drink that tasted horrible. She complained and changed drinks to a margarita, however that wasn't that much better. We went on to place our order which was also a disaster. Her food and my son's food both came at the same time. His food was good (the fries were a little burnt but still good). Her food was cold (room temperature) and the soup was not the greatest. By the time my food arrived, my wife had finished eating hers (my food arrived approximately 13 mins after theirs). Overall the experience was not the worst but far from the greatest. It will take some time but I probably will eat at Ovile Garden again. Definitely not in the near future and I'm almost certain it will never be at that Olive Garden.

My favorite Olive Garden! This Location is full of great servers & staff. The manager Jake is awesome! Food is always wonderfully Delicious! Always consistent… Everybody works great together and tries hard to make sure the guest is happy.

The place stinks, we barely could eat anything

Delicious lunch for two hungry travelers. It's been so long since I've been to an Olive Garden for lunch that I forgot how delicious it is. We both enjoyed the minestrone soup, endless salad and too many bread sticks. Excellent server, too!

My friend and I just had lunch at this location and our server, Isaiah, elevated the entire experience. He has such a great personality and was very efficient with taking our orders and bringing the food, and he had us laughing every time he came over. I would come back to this olive garden just for that level of customer service. 10/10

Great italian food and service by Dean. Best bolanaise, vodca sauce and meatballs. Good selection of wine. Can't wait to go back.

Food is good love the pasta and soup

Got the usual. Don't care if it's a chain: don't like gobs of freaking tomatoes in my sauce. Decent portions too considering 2023.

More pricy than it should be. Pasta was great, but since it's been a while since I've last been. The quality of breadsticks has decreased. The Cabernet Sauvignon wine was really not great.

Fast service, delicious food, large servings. (We all had leftovers to enjoy later). Would definitely go again.

All you can eat soup, salad & bread sticks is such a great deal, but it is also always delicious. Service is always great. It is hard to beat an Olive Garden for great food & service.

I only had soup. And salad. And the soup was not that good.

Just had lunch here with my girlfriend and everything was on point, salad was fresh and delicious soup was hot and tasty and the service was excellent I believe her name was Arta, not sure on spelling, but she was awesome! Even the sweet tea was good! Will be back soon!
