Ask for Donte B as a waiter, best I’ve been treated at in a restaurant in a long time.

Waiting for over an hour never see our waiter,been to many outbacks,this one is pathetic

Shout out to Donte (might have misspelled) He came out spoke & got our wings reordered and crispy how we needed them. Good energy, gave extra sauces. Great guy! Thanks again.

We had outback style and classic prime rib, both preparations were delicious. Andrew was our server and he provided the perfect balance of attentiveness with casual, friendly service. The hostess was very helpful and considerate with our special needs seating request.

Donte is one of the best server I have ever had he went above and beyond and made me want to come here at least once a week just to see the smile on his face and service he provides

Donte was amazing after a long day of moving furniture around. Totally brightened out day perfect timing with all drinks and food very attentive.

This was the first time in over 20 years that we decided to go. The Blooming Onion was very greasy, the Sirloin steaks were cooked properly but on the dry side, the Grilled shrimp was tasty, but the Coconut shrimp wasn't great. Our Grandson had Meat loaf and he said it was good. The Chocolate Thunder from Down Under was superb. Service was very good but the atmosphere was a real let down!

Nice meal after church today! We were seated pretty quickly. Milee is an excellent server. She mentions specials and is prompt with drink refills. Great experience.

Food is usually very good but every time I order sweet potato or baked potato they are very small and WAY OVERCOOKED. It’s like mush and burnt

We went for my grandson's 31st birthday party, there were 20 of us. The service and food was great. Steak huge and tender. The appetizers were perfectly cooked, it is worth the trip there.

My family and I stopped into this Outback although I was in a rush to get to a meeting in 1 hour. I gave the server a heads up that I was in a bit of a rush and gave her our order right away. I hoped for the best. They really delivered! Food was perfect the first time and 😋 yummy. I was in and out with just enough time to get to my next stop. Thank you Outback!

Food was good - everything tasted great, my steak was a little less than hot but nothing my stove at home can’t fix! The reason for the rating is the service. Dante was unwelcoming, every time we said “thank you” he would just walk away from the table. We had to ask for refills, my drink sat empty most of the time with him just leaning up against the wall with the empty glass in plain sight… He never prebussed, the table sat with dirty dishes stacked at the end the whole meal. He just had such a bad vibe to him he brought down the entire experience.

Outback is just okay. Used to be better. Food was good. Portions are small, not a big selection on sides. Their blossom shrimp and chicken are the best thing. A must try.

After a year of health problems where I wasn’t able to eat meat, I came in for my first celebratory steak. I shared my story with the Dante and Terry, the manger., and the bought my dinner. It was so thoughtful to acknowledged my struggle and what a huge victory this was to me. Super grateful and appreciative, Thank you

First time visiting the location. Blooming onion was really good but seemed small and pretty greasy. The sirloin cut was really good, well seasoned and cooked as requested.The baked potato and potato soup were also very good. The server was very nice and attentive to check on multiple customers.

We waited ten minutes for someone to even acknowledge us …than waited 20 minutes or more for drinks that she forgot about and realized we didn’t have after I pointed it out to her ….the bloomin onion took about 30 minutes to get and was semi warm when ate it …our meals came and had order wrong …she kept apologizing ….but honestly I was tired of hearing I’m SORRY…I knew we should have left when she walked passed us a 100 times and didn’t realize we didn’t have anything on our table and than come by and ask if we’re ready to order …NO …I’d like my drink first ….!!!!!….NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER …

Amazing place for a nice dinner.

We came here for a small birthday dinner for me, usually when we come here it’s amazing customer service. But today for some reason, our waiter was just rude. He showed no interest in being here or helping us. As a customer service representative, I know even if you don’t want to be at work. You FAKE IT TIL YOU MAKE IT. But the girl who brought us our food and drink has AMAZING customer service.

Sent steak back for another one -- a lot of fat & gristle. 2nd steak tough -- threw half of it out. Waitress not attentive -- had to go to front to get help. My last time to eat there. Totally bad! The friend who dined with me says she will never go back & in past days, it was her favorite restaurant.

I wish there was a negative star rating for service. Our waiter had zero customer service skills. The beer was served hot and our waiter acted annoyed when we asked for a cold mug. He never offered an actual cold beer, just a huff of annoyance that he had to bring us a cold mug. Then the food came out luke warm. Just a HUGE disappointment all the way around!!!! Money is so tight now that eating out is a rare luxury and it really hurts when the experience is so bad.

We always go here as a family after some type of family event. They always manage to accommodate our large group. And we always have good food, great service and a nice time. Can't go wrong with Outback.

The food took 45 minutes to arrive, and it was cold. I didn't receive my drink until after I got my food. I informed the staff about my shellfish allergy, but they still brought out a plate of shrimp with my food. It was a late meal and I was with family, so I just passed my food to someone else. Additionally, my brother-in-law and mother-in-law had a glass of drink spilled on them, and the only compensation offered was a discount on the drink. As a result, my brother-in-law got cut and my mother-in-law got wet. We were trying to celebrate Father's Day, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a big disappointment.

We got the Endless Soup & Salad Special. It was sooooo Great, and Fresh. Of course, I will go back! It was a delicious lunch.

My friend and i came in for a quick couple of apps and sides and were very disappointed with our server Donte, he lacked all attentiveness and it definitely seemed like he didn’t want to be at work. When he finally came to greet us after 7-8 minutes of waiting at the table, we ordered everything, our two cokes, two sides and two apps. After that, he never came back to check on us or get us refills, even after he asked us what we were drinking in his PASSING by our table. That's all I’m going to say about him bc this review isnt about our bad server. The food runner however carried our entire experience, literally from start to finish. Ethan got our drinks and bread, brought out our sides and even extra butter when we had to ask him bc our server was no where to be found. At the end of our meal, Ethan was basically serving us so we asked him for our check and to which he replied, “ yeah of course, what about Togo cokes?”. Ethan wasn’t even technically our server but he took the initiative to make sure we had a good experience. Our apps took a little longer bc there was a mixup in the kitchen, we didn’t mind and obviously neither did our server lol he walked past our table at least 10 times, 3 of which were after he asked us about refills… which Donte never brought out btw, we asked the manager when he brought our appetizer (the manager was also great and helped with our experience). Ethan would be a fantastic server and definitely recommend “server” be added as a job code for him. In our opinion, this location is great, we’ve never had a problem here; Donte just didn’t provide the level of service that is expected and usually provided. We appreciate Ethan and the manager (didn’t catch his name) for turning our experience from terrible to good

My family and I were passing through while being out driving around. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess who held the door for us. Our server, Donte was very attentive to our needs and was especially sweet to my kiddos. Thank you Donte for being so kind!

Horrible. I use to love outback, but my husband and I had a terrible experience. It was dirty, and my husband’s steak was raw and full fat. The lettuce in our salad was wet and slimy. Will never be going back.

Eat here often, no major complaints, pretty constant.

Donte B at the Lakeland, FL location is amazing. My husband had mentioned the cab onion and butter but forgot to order it. When he jokingly brought it up later Donte delivered it to our table to try free of charge.Food was amazing and service was fantastic. We are coming back for weekly date nights from now on.

Call ahead was not ready. It was empty. We had an 8 top reserved. Server was incompetent. Waitress was slow on the refills and fast on excuses. My father paid the bill. If I would have been me, there would have been No tip. Did not bring my wife’s food! What is going on?! Food was not cooked properly. Very, very poor experience.

Food was great! Service was terrible. 4 tables in the donning room right now and my sever is know where to be seen. I’m waiting 20 + mins to cash out and receive boxes for my Togo. Ordered to go. No one came out so I went in. Literally 5 different employees walked by and didn’t say a word. Stood there 15 minutes without a greeting. Walked out because I would’ve been late back to work

Call a day before for Mother’s Day to be pickup at 5:30pm. Waited 30 min to get my food. The manager was busy but stop to talk to me and said he would check on my order. He came back 5 minutes later with the meal. I asked if it was hot and said he packed it up himself. I get home the steak was cold and had to be microwaved, got a sweet potato not a baked potato! The chicken in the Cobb salad was dry and not eatable. Not a good Mother’s Day for my wife. I will do this again.

just ordered the 16 ounce prime rib it had so much gristle couldn't eat it my wife's sirloin was tough and burnt

I just left this place and would like to get the attention of anyone who may have or would like to go here. We were seated right away, but sat about 15 minutes and had to go find an employee because nobody came to ask us for drinks or take our order. A nice gentleman came to us that wasn't supposed to be our server and took care of us. Our food and drinks came out very quickly. My meal was great, but my dates order was wrong. The gentleman took care of it without an issue. Another woman then came to our table and introduced herself as our server and asked if we needed anything. Very confused, we told her no and she walked away. Manager came to our table and apologized and offered a free dessert. We requested the gentleman be our server as he did all the work and we could tip him acc for his service. The manager said she would switch it. The girl kept coming to our table AFTER the gentleman did all the work and asked us if we needed anything.....she also kept taking credit for fixing the mistakes. Everytime she said she'd do something, she'd disappear for 10-15 minutes. We were there for 2.5 hours .... Most of which, was waiting for no reason. We were told by the manager one of our meals would be comped for the mix up, but when the annoying server brought our ticket, not only did she switch it back into her name, she charged us full price so she could get more money. She basically tried to steal from us, and another server. I approached the gentleman and told him what happened and handed him a cash tip, and he fixed our ticket. So the food was good, and our secondary service was good, but our original service was awful. That girl should be fired. Her name was Trinity. Avoid her at all cost. Spare your wallet, and double check your tickets before paying. We will not come back to this location. Manager was somewhat helpful but did not follow through. Very disappointed.

I remember when they first opened, that blooming onion,outback stood in line 2 hours. omg, I crave that onion it was delicious, I would love to try it again, and the steak ,I wonder if they deliver I have not had a steak since I became a truck,liquid Nitro ☢️driver in Tampa ,Florida of course not now and drove 18 passenger Limousine,to all fancy places I am in Tampa so I need to find one!!!!

Mason was our server , polite, friendly, helpful, great attitude and extremely attentive to our table. Dante a manger came by to check on us even giving us a blooming onion gift card for the future when he checked on the service. Ethan and Marisa were the supporting cast of servers never letting a drink go empty and offering more bread if wanted. We had the steak and lobster special and it was all great plenty of warm butter and steaks rare just like we asked for. Mason even offered us the option of grilled vegetables which were delicious. The overall vibe was this must be a happy place to work as everyone I saw had a genuine smile. This was the first time in 30 years eating at an outback and I will be back. Plenty of value, great portions and tasty food the servers acted like they were looking for a reason to above and beyond to please us and they did.

The food is always great. The service is good. But it takes to long to put ur order in and to long to get ur food. And to long to get ur check.

The service was great but the food was the same quality as a 3 star diner. The food should be at least slightly better than fast food for the price. This was my first time at Outback, and sadly, the last.

Worst experience, we were seated 38 minutes and were still waiting for water & bread. We did receive our blooming onion, however, it was soo burnt we haven't been to Outback in years so we asked if this was normal & was told no...it was burnt & shouldn't have came to the table....but it wasn't taken away or corrected! After a burnt appetizers, still no water, no bread, and now 45 minutes later we left because this was ridiculous! We enjoyed a nice dinner somewhere else & will never return to this restaurant! It's a shame to, we go out to dinner every weekend & was looking forward to something new! Please hire better help!

Kandance took my to-go order the Friday evening. Kandance was amazing, kind, and most importantly thorough. She made sure all request were met, doubled checked and was so sweet. Excellent guest service. Great attitude! I came very close to offering her a job at my company, she has a great personality, and represents Out Back like her family owns it. Best to-go experience post COVID!

The service was awesome his name was Mystro he was on top of everything we need and was always around asking if everything was OK.

Our server Andrew was amazing! He was very attentive and made sure everything went smoothly. I have several food allergies and he was able to answer all of my questions and made all the necessary accommodations. Me and my friend had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

The food was yummy. Staff was a little off today, but it was still a great time.

I ordered a cheeseburger with cheddar cheese and a baked potato. The burger was overcooked and dry It either was frozen or left over from lunch.The Baked potato was soaking wet either overcooked or left over from lunch. Either way really disappointed in the quality of food.

Took an hour to get our good, all of it over fried. Waiter was ok but kinda cocky and rude. Probably won't go back to that location again.
