August 26th lunch update. Stopped in a couple of weeks ago had the porterhouse steak wasn't cooked correctly. Had a lot of gristle in it and just was not high-quality. Stopped in for lunch today and had a filet minion. it was gristle and fat and almost tasted like It had just been seared on a griddle where they just cooked liver. I will not be coming back ... October 22 update. My cheeseburger was crunchy and good along with the bun like I love but the tomato slice was microscopic and hardly visible and the lettuce was chunk lettuce like what was in my salad. The salad was delicious but that’s not what I want on my hamburger. When I tried to pick it up and eat it all the lettuce just fell out. Then I could hardly tell there was a tomato slice on it it was so thin. I understand things are not normal right now but what makes a cheeseburger perfect for me is a couple of nice lettuce slices along with a nice slice of tomato. Last year. Love this place. We had great Steaks and burgers for lunch but the cook needs a little training on what is medium rare, medium, and medium well. Stopped in and had a porterhouse steak today and it was very good and so was the sautéed vegetables.

I have a house here in Wellington, and up north as well. I always travel back and forth and Outback is a go to for me. When John is there it makes my day! I appreciate the sports talk while watching the games on tv. Great service!

My name is Daniel and I had recently gone to this outback for a date night. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by John and Chelsea. Both were very polite, constantly checking on my date, and were very efficient in getting our food out. The food itself was fairly good and I highly would recommend this location. Definitely mention if it’s possible to be taken care of by John and Chelsea as they made a huge difference for my overall experience. - update: Went back again and asked specifically for John. He surprisingly remember me and my wife and treated us fantastic the second time around. He had even recalled my allergy and went above and beyond taking care of us. He really takes his customer service to a whole new level which made the dining experience all the more better. Highly recommend asking for him for those who go.

I recently visited Outback and had an amazing dining experience, thanks to our server, Milena. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. I will definitely be back, hoping to be served by Milena again!

Tonight’s experience was amazing, I sat at the bar and John was helping me. My drinks tasted great, came out super quick, especially with how busy they were. Once I placed my food order that came out extremely quick as well and tasted delicious. I highly recommend this location and having these people help you.

John and Daven are the sickest bartenders in Welly. On the ball, quick on the feet, heavy on the pour. Edit: I just went back, John was once again attentive and quick to help with anything I needed! His margaritas will have you floating!

Horrifying experience tonight, the waitress brought out and served someone elses eaten dish with French fry remnants included. I politely said um I believe you gave me the wrong order, there's no scallops or shrimp here and motioned at the plate. She then began to gaslight me and tell me it was the correct order and that the mushrooms were scallops. I told her I am positive that's a mushroom and not a scallop, and I'm just astonished at this point. She takes the dish back and I wait 25 minutes for the correct meal to arrive. Incompetent and rude staff. Save yourself the nausea and go somewhere else.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but John was my bartender and he was awesome! He gave some great suggestions and they were very tasty! I would definitely recommend he was so friendly and my kids loved his jokes! And they got some cute souvenirs!

08/06/2024 Running a restaurant business effectively with just one person in the dining area is nearly impossible. This results in long waits for customers and service that doesn't meet the demands or standards of the establishment. Lunch should be a quick affair for the customer, and taking almost an hour to get a Caesar salad is unacceptable. Food: The food was up to the chain's standard, with the usual presentation and portions adequate for the price paid. Service: As mentioned earlier, despite the best efforts of the person who attended to me, it's impossible for one person to manage everything efficiently. Ambiance: Regular patrons of this chain know what to expect. However, having only two people at the bar is not the ideal scenario for this place. Conclusion: Among the locations of this chain I've visited, this one is not the best.

The area I'm eating has a very bad smell, I don't know if it's the tables and the napkins. I could barely eat. They should be more careful to have the area and tables where customers eat cleaner and not smell dirty or damp.

The waitress was inattentive.. The mash potatoes were cold, the steak was so full of pepper that it was in eatable and you needed water after every bite.. the waitress was sitting down with almost all the other customers very unprofessional

Very dim lit restaurant. We got there around 8:30pm so it wasn’t too busy but there were many tables that needed to be cleaned up around us. The food was pretty good. We loved the blooming shrimp. I personally enjoyed the baked potato. I ordered my steak medium but it was served medium well.

DYLAN IS THE BEST SERVER HERE , I can’t believe he’s leaving in 3 months , hes so funny , fast service , we had the best time with him laughing non stop , love you dylan .

David B was an outstanding server! The blooming hamburger was not pink, I pulled the onion petals off and ate them separately, it had tomatoes and no sauce (at my request). I thought it would have at least the standard condiments, but it didn't. IT WAS THE BEST BURGER I'VE HAD IN YEARS! It was juicy, but in full disclosure, it was greasy, but I love grease, which is what made it so good! It was part of the $14.99 deal, brought half of it home, was great slightly heated for next day lunch.

I haven't been to Outback in some time. I really enjoyed my lunch on Wednesday, I got this new dish with shrimp and scallops pasta. Very good, And our server David was very friendly and helpful. I'll be coming again.

I recently visited Outback Steakhouse and had a mixed experience. While the service was outstanding, the food left much to be desired. Service: The highlight of our visit was definitely the service. Our server went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. They were attentive, friendly, and made every effort to keep us happy throughout our meal. I cannot praise their dedication and professionalism enough. Food: Unfortunately, the food did not match the quality of the service. Water: The water served had a strong chlorinated taste, reminiscent of metal. For a restaurant of Outback's caliber, a good water filtration system should be a given. A slice of lemon did not suffice to mask the unpleasant taste. Chicken Wings: The chicken wings were disappointing. They tasted as if they were first boiled and then fried, resulting in a super oily and rubbery texture. I opted out of the breading, hoping for better flavor, but they were bland and flavorless. Sirloin: I ordered the sirloin medium well, but it was dry and lacked flavor. It seemed to have been cooked in a subpar oil rather than butter, which detracted from the taste. Grilled Chicken: The grilled chicken was overly spicy without any depth of flavor. I requested a second piece, hoping for improvement, but it was equally bland. Overall, while the service was impeccable, the food quality did not meet expectations. I hope Outback Steakhouse can address these issues to match the excellent service with equally good food. Thank you to our server Jaclyn for making our visit pleasant despite the culinary shortcomings.

We had prime rib sandwiches for lunch. David B was our server, and he was polite and attentive.

Had mac and cheese with pasta. There could be a bit more cheese but everything else was fine and the price is great.

This is one of my fave restaurants but this location has made it not so good anymore. Different occasions have been bad. The last time I came with my family the waitress dropped an entire tray of ice waters on my father! They didn't have foods, my orders were wrong and they tried to tell me otherwise. Example: I ordered one mac and cheese and one noodles with butter. Both were noodles with butter and the server tried to say it had cheese as if Im blind! I've come several times and asked for well done no pink steak because Im pregnant and gotten bloody meat. Today was one of those days and I'm tired of it. Im officially done.

The food and service were OK…it’s kinda what I would expect from a chain restaurant. BUT the cleanliness was sub par. The entire floor from the restroom to my table was slick with grease! Very off-putting. Also, the restroom had to toilet paper in 2 stalls

My two star rating is only for the front of the house. May 7th we arrived about 4:30. We were seated in a booth in the bar area. After 10 to 15 min, we had not been greeted by anyone. A table who was seated after us already had drinks. We were even in the line of sight by the bar tender. There were at least 4 people working in the area, including a manager. We were both in the service industry and know how simple it is acknowledge a guest in your establishment.

Outback is a classic. Great price points for good cuts of meat. This location had a great bartender with an awesome attitude that spiced up the night and left us laughing on the way out. Always a staple for a good meal when on the road.

Blooming Onion was cooked in old oil. The steaks came out overcooked with no seasoning. Medium rare steak came out with no pink. The bread for the shrimp looked like it was a piece of rubber.

We haven't eaten at this location in several years. It's a dingy old location. The service at 5:00 was terrible

Warning do not order fully loaded baked potatoes here... We dined in had some tall blondes and too much seasoning fried union, decided that's we needed two fully loaded baked potatoes and got a nightmare instead. I have a question ? Because I did not find this appetizing. If you were too look at the picture would you order this ? This is supposed to be a fully loaded baked potato. In the menu you have an amazing 🤩😍 looking baked potato with sour cream, butter, the green union sprout things, some fresh cooked bacon, cheese. And that's really it. And this is what I get, the manager asked me if I want some more of this and he was laughing at what you guys serve, I told him more of this, this is not appetizing, and left. I don't think I'll go back too the steakhouse again.

Do not order the fully loaded baked potatoes. Not worth spending money on outback steakhouse.

My wife and I had an early dinner yesterday at the Outback restaurant in Royal Palm Beach. We actually stopped going there for over a year primarily because the temperature in the restaurant had been extremely cold on numerous occasions. We actually told our hostess that we stopped eating there because it is typically very cold. My wife indicated that she was once again very cold but I was able to tolerate the temperature probably because I just finished pressure cleaning. The hostess who was very pleasant did indicate a lot of people do complain about the cold atmosphere. Nevertheless, we ordered expensive ribeye steaks that were both overcooked and not tender at all. We weren’t even sure that they were ribeye steaks. Additionally, the bread which has always been served warm was cold and was not even slightly warm. My wife’s French onion soup was good but very salty. The baked potatoes and salads did not disappoint and were both very good. My wife and I have enjoyed many Outback restaurants throughout the years but this experience was by far the worst that we have had and will not be going back.

This was our first time at this location, and it was awesome. Thomas was a great server with extensive menu knowledge, and he was very accommodating. The drinks were delicious and the food was perfect. We will definitely come back to Outback.

We used to go to World of Beer and received very poor service. We came and interviewed John tonight at the bar, he did NOT disappoint!!!! We will absolutely be back next week then after due to his attentiveness and personality.

The food was great, and our waitress was awesome.

Came here for a birth day dinner and there was 7 of us. We came in after seeing the $19.99 special for a steak and lobster tail half us is were prepared to order that when one my fellow guest asked about the filet and lobster tail and our server said ehh around 25ish we all immediately upgraded because what a steal a filet. And lobster tail the waitress asked me what size and I said whatever size comes with it and she said okay. When we received the bill it was about $100 more than expected. The waitress had charged full price for the filets and lobster. 3 of us had ordered it. Paying individually for the steak and lobster tail doubled the cost of the meal times 3. Adding tax it was about a $80 increase from what was expected over poor miscommunication. never once did our server explain we had deviated from the special when we specifically asked for it and asked if upgrades were possible with it. Either way the saving grace was the manager who was willing to hear us out and adjust the bill more than accordingly. She was very understanding and trustworthy and just a reminder of the goodness in humanity. The manager was a young woman and she was awesome! Server was great as well besides misunderstanding. food gets a 3 because my steak had no seasoning on it and my potato had sour cream when I had asked for none
