We've been in Nashua 14 yrs and this was our go to place. At first, the food was good and prices reasonable. It has gone downhill. They charge you for extra duck sauce when you don't ask for extra, one time they delivered 1 meal instead of 2, their prices for 2 have gone from 23.00 to the present day 45.00 for the exact same meal. The fried rice is mushy. The egg rolls are soggy. The chicken wings have no crisp. I called last night to complain about an order placed and I was verbally assaulted. As nice as I was trying to explain that 2 things were missing from the order I was rudely told " don't come back here again" and was then hung up on. The shock of it caused me to call back and I was told they would call the police on me. Their food has declined, their prices are inflated and they have the worst customer service ever. Never again. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Orange chicken was dry and it would break a tooth. The lo mein was soggy, employees were rude and unpleasant and right on mean to the consumers. They miss use of 911 calls and need to be shut down and charged with misuse of 911.

The young kid was nice I think they have new owners or something. Well anyways ate in the dining room the guy handling the food went to the bathroom didn’t bother to spray anything stunk the whole place up lost my appetite.

The food here is the best, today I got spices greenbeans and man what a dish, I highly recommend it. Been coming here for a while now and I think the food is great.

I was missing my chicken wings for the second time ordering here. I was charged for 2 extra ducksauces(never have they charged me) and the lady said we have always charged never seen her working there before.I have been going there for years .So much for you tip 1.50 for 2 duck. Sauces.My teriyaki steak was missing a piece off it. They cut done on the rice portion. I am not going back for some time. price 20.00

Food is soggy barely any flavor and food was 2x the price

Their menu says one price then you order and the price doubles. Never again will I order from them. In fact I intend on letting all my friends and family know how much they actually suck. Losers!

I have ordered from pan Asia for years. We LOVE their food. But today is the last time we will ever order from them. Got home after a long day of work, had food deliver beforehand to my son. My son and I always split a plate. I specifically order the same thing almost every time, no vegetables because I am allergic to mushrooms. They sent the plate FULL of mushrooms. Unfortunately, my son at 1/3 of the plate before I could see it was wrong. I called pan Asia, they refused to replace the lo mein which was loaded with vegetables I always request to be held. The owner was screaming at me about my son eating the plate and my son should Have known it was wrong. They refused in the end to give me a credit or replace the lo mein, because they wanted the full plate that was incorrect back. We weren’t even asking for them to give me a whole new plate, just the lo mein. I cannot believe how unprofessional they are, I have never had an issue all the years we have gone in there. Sucks how a place that has good food can totally ruin themselves over how rude they can be.

Do not go here. Customer service was atrocious, and food is not good. They gave us the wrong order and refused to fix without paying for a new meal (what?). Awful, will never go back.

The "house" fried rice solely consisted of onions, bean sprouts, ham, chicken, and tiny shrimp. No Chinese pork, no beef, no other veg. $14.50. Might as well drive down the street to lilac blossom, little more expensive but higher quality. This rice was still delicious with all its oil, nice and fluffy, but this place cuts corners to lower costs. Liked that the rice was white, not brown colored. Open kitchen was quite clean.

Fried wontons had nothing inside them... I called the restaurant to see if this was a mistake to only find out they don't put anything inside their fried wontons!!! What??? Pan Asia said they are, "like chips". I thought I might just be an uncultured swine and this may be a more traditional way of making them, but upon further research, wontons and fried wontons are always packed with filling in both American style Chinese food and traditional Asian cuisine. They should be listed as chips then in the menu. NOT a wonton. The disappointment doesn't end there though. It keeps going... I tried the egg rolls which didn't have a good crunch, and their Mongolian beef which I could not finish due to it's strange texture. It also lacked flavor and spice. I never really have extreme expectations for American style Chinese cuisine. Mint Cafe, Crane, and Zheng Garden all have good to decent food. But Pan Asia just set the new low bar for worst American Chinese food I've ever had. The only good part of my meal was the fortune cookie, which was not stale thankfully. "Affection is the broadest base of a good life," it read. Dinner ruined, no affection from me..

My order was wrong. I called and spoke to one person who agreed to a credit the night the order was wrong. I call back to pay for the difference as agreed to the night before, but then told I could not get the correct order because it would cost them too much. As I nicely expressed how that was not my fault, I got yelled at and then told I could not order any longer. I was told I had to come and pick up the order and got hung up on. I called back to do as his policy dictated and was then told that they refuse to do business with me. And that they would call the police if I called back. All this because they refuse to correct a mistake that would cost them money. These are the kind of people they employ, so imagine how this place is run. How is the food handled if this is howtignorant and unprofessional the employees are. He didn't want to hear what I had to say and made me the problem because he didn't have the professionalism needed to navigate the problem. I was willing to do as he said, but he didn't like the fact that I criticized him for his poor attitude. His grammer was as poor as his attitude. I would have paid the driver the $4 fee. I gave the driver $5 the night before when the order was wrong. These people don't deserve your money nor do they deserve to be in business. I will do everything I can to make how professionally poor they are.

I order from here all the time and everything is so fantastic!! Best house fried rice, chicken, wings, and crab Rangoon’s in the city. The place is super clean, staff is beyond friendly and they deliver.

Worst chinese I have ever eaten I spent $50 and ate a few bites of "Pork Fried Rice" which was just mushy rice, 3 squares of pork I found in a quart, no egg or anything. Pork Lo Mein, I think it was bad, I took 2 bites and it tasted spoiled. I ordered 2 egg rolls, took 2 bites of 1 and it was overwhelmed with black pepper! Horrible food, I deserve to be refunded my money!

Called to complain about their food being undercooked. The guy on the phone said oh we’ve never experienced a bad review from food but when I look them up there are so many bad reviews! He said he wanted to see it which hey that’s understanding however they wanted me to walk there to show them. Which I could not at the moment, I could’ve sent them a photo or anything! However they were very rude about it. First timer and will never return. Thanks!!

Soggy food. Scam artist prices. Got 2 basic plates each had rice and only 2 sides. They give so much rice but very little sides. That's where their 'big portion' be coming from. For $37? 2 plates of rice and scraps that were sitting there all day. Cuz this is not fresh food here.

Parking a bit tough with an SUV but the food here is good if you’re looking for a descent take-out spot in Nashua.

Don't get me wrong Pan Asia has some of the best food around 😋 but there customer service has to be some of the worst. They seem to have a problem with any type of constructive criticism period!! Call them back to say anything about the food and they will black list you from any delivery, or they gave also said that they would not deliver to a different address that I lived at years ago and said that they didn't receive a tip and we were rude to them. Well I would never order food if I didn't have at least 5 dollars to give for a tip, and I would never be rude to anyone who has cooks or prepares my food especially with fast food. So now we just spend our money with Lilac Blossom and have been extremely happy with the top notch food.

Standard fair American-Chinese food with heavy sauce and similar flavors in their main dishes. Not going to be ordering again.

Food WAS amazing and you really got a lot..now it's made wrong and cold. I spent 60 on their food to he cold and got 3 plates when I only ordered 2 and each plate was messed up. 60 dollars in the trash.

This is the quickest and most flavorful Chinese food in Nashua. The menu is outstanding and the prices are more than reasonable. One tip, if you are ordering takeout and they say 10 minutes start driving now unless you live next door.

Horrible tasting chinese and Horrible service. If I could give this place no stars I would. I went to get extra soy sauce after I ordered food from here and the lady that worked the register made a horrible derogatory comment to me when I was walking away to get my wallet to PAY for extra soy sauce. When I asked her what she said she explained that she wasn't speaking to me but I heard her. She didn't offer an apology, only laughed as I walked out the door. If this is how the treat their customers I can only imagine what they do to their food. Plenty of way better Chinese food in the area with way better service. DO NOT GO HERE!

Ordered a large order Saturday night, was done fast stayed warm for whole 20 minute ride home. The guy that took my phone order and cashed us out was great, very friendly.

I loved them. Never had a problem. For 3 years. But I fell asleep one time... set an alarm for the delivery but they where early for one time in their life and don't wanna do business with me the threaten to call the cops on me... they said an hour and then called me alot sooner and sometimes it takes them an hour an a half to deliver to me but I've never complained.

Food was terrible cold and dried out was like it was made on July 4 and sold on the 6th🤬

Been my regular place up til 2 minutes ago. They hung up on me then blamed it on the line disconnecting if it's in hold too long. (Maybe you shouldn't have me on hold for 5 minutes!) Yes I had a bit of a tude when they finally got to me 8 minutes later. That is no reason to say that they don't deliver to my area. I'm 2 miles away! Good way to lose a customer. I'd rather go to over-priced Mint Cafe now. Good luck in the future Pan Asia. By the way they close if it rains or snows.

Food was amazing as always portion sizes are huge ordered one meal and it was enough for me and my daughter the cashier that work there I believe her name was Kelly was super nice while taking our order

Food isn't fresh. They make large quantities and it sits around. They shut down earlier than advertised which is very discouraging!

The only reason I’m not giving them 1 star is because they’re very nice people with good service. But that was by far the worst Asian cuisine I’ve ever had. Everything I had very little to no flavor and made me feel disgusting after especially with how greasy everything was.

I got the shrimp with lobster sauce dinner plate with pork fried rice chicken wings and I got a side of Singapore rice noodle food very fresh and hot some of the best I've had

I'm a very picky eater and THIS place had thee best steak teriyaki soooo tender and plump. It didn't come looking like a piece of leather belt with a glaze on it.

Food was great. They run a terrific place. So clean. We went back again last week. Still amazing! Such good portion sizes. With the rising prices everywhere it's nice to know you can still go somewhere and not get ripped off. Highly recommend!

Update: tried ordering today. They Hung up on me 3 times without me even saying anything but yes. 1st order eggrolll had plastic string. Second order , some food was stale. Tried to order again but couldn't. Order Delivery from PanAsiaNH.com accurate menu and pricing. They deliver in NASHUA. Normal prices! As of 9/4/21. Yup! That's right. Serving size is generous. Food is decent. Person taking my order on the phone, an absolute delight. The delivery person. Was really cool too. I have too much food for 40$ appetizer and dinner combos. I recomend.

The was absolutely delicious! The menu was huge with so many wonderful dishes to choose from. The descriptions of the dishes were written in great detail so that you would know exactly what you were ordering. The staff were fast and efficient and they all seemed to be in a good mood.

LOVE Pan Asia food now sooooo yummy. Freshly made with good quality and flavor. Lived in Nashua for a while and wasn’t impressed years ago. Then tried again a couple years ago and now won’t order anywhere else! Anything I order I love. Am partial to Kung Pao. Always a tough decision because everything I’ve tried is delish so it makes it harder the next time I order. Kudos to chef and staff. Much appreciated

There is no crab meat in the Rangoon. Real crab in not too expensive, come on put some tasty real crab in there! Everything else was good.

Good choice for take out food. Best wanton soup in town, loaded with goodies and much lower salt than other local Chinese restaurants.

One of the last great take out places in Nashua . They never disappoint, good portions , great food . Every time I go in there they are always very friendly above and beyond. They are good and loyal to their customers . I love the open kitchen I have ordered during high volume times and the kitchen is always clean with nothing to hide . I don’t mind spending my hard earned money here they deserve it !

Pan Asia is a great place to get Chinese takeout, they're fast and affordable. They have a small dining area, but I've never stayed there for dinner, I've only ever gotten takeout (I live outside of their delivery zone so I can't give any rating on their delivery service). They may not be quite as fancy as an upscale Chinese restaurant (like Lilac Blossom or Chen Yang Li) but in general their food is good. I was a little disappointed in their Sweet & Sour Chicken the last time I got it (the batter was a bit too thick), but everything else we got (Pork Lo Mein, Egg Rolls, Crab Rangoon, Egg Drop Soup) was quite good, and their Beef with Broccoli was excellent.
