THE BEST Chinese anywhere in the area. We have tried place after place until we hit on this one. Consistently excellent food, friendly staff, awesome portions. This is our go-to spot.

On 05/25/24 i ordered general tao with fried rice and ended up with something that looked and tasted like goya spanish rice. Not one ounce of egg, maybe one piece of pork. Will never order here again.

They don't have ketchup much less mayonnaise...

Good food, good environment, fun overall place to go!

We stopped in here for takeout while on the way home. Very unassuming from the outside. The staff was friendly and the food was ready in about 10 minutes as promised. Not as expensive for combination plates as sone other places have been recently. Overall the food was good. The dumplings were amazing. I would go back just for them. I also liked how the chicken was cut into smaller pieces for the General Tso. It allows for more of the sauce to seep into the chicken. Will definitely be getting food here again.

Honestly, I love this place. The food is consistently good and they are very friendly. The sesame chicken is super good. Of all the Chinese places nearby, this is the one to go to.

I’m Chinese, so I’d like to think I know what I’m talking about It’s a hole in the wall. Not fancy. Which is a start if potential good food. Standard Americanized Chinese food w good flavor. You can taste the “hotness” from the wok, which is an indicator we use to determine whether Chinese is good or not. The Singapore noodles is an authentic dish, .& they make it pretty damn good. Typically all Chinese takeout is similar. But you can tell this place is better than most by the fried rice and the dough of the wontons in their soup is not "thick".

Seriously, this is the best Chinese food I might have ever had, or at least not since the 80's when you could go to a nice sit down Chinese restaurant like the good old days. Outstanding food! Personal favorite, Boneless Spareribs. Its like meat candy. Everything else is excellent as well. DO NOT CHANGE!

Man taking orders on phone was very short had no patience with myself. When I went in to pick up the order he was on the phone with other customers I witnessed his impatience along with his rudeness . When my order came up I did ask him why was he so rude to me on the phone and now ? I said I frequently support his business and I have many other restaurants to choose from and I'd suggested if he wants my business along with other's he needs to get in check with himself and be kind!

Food was delicious. Very good counter service. Delicious General Tso's chicken. Also beef with oyster sauce was very good.

Pick up only, only take cash. Although the food is fairly good, it's not authentic. ie: "Singapore Mei Fun", (a curry dish) is supposed to have vermicelli or egg noodles. It comes very dry, and the "noodles" are whatever they have on hand, like fettuccine mixed in with other pasta.

My husband and I ordered chicken and broccoli which was very dry. Their was little to no ginger sauce. We also ordered fried wonton which they totally overcooked because the wonton were hard. In fairness I would like to say this is the first time the food wasn't to our liking so we will give them another try.

This is the only Chinese restaurant I eat from in CT. If you are looking for fried rice with similar NYC taste, this is the restaurant.

Yummy Chinese food!! Their food is not too salty and very light. I had the shrimp with mixed vegetables. The man at the front taking orders greeted every single customer and was so nice! We have found our new favorite Chinese food place!

I am originally from NY and have high standrads for american style chinese food. I moved to Danbury, CT 11 months ago and it took me all this time to find a really good all around chinese restaurant. Fried rice, fried dumplings, chicken broccoli in garlic sauce beef and broccoli in brown sauce and boneless apare ribs were each all delicious. They are very busy so make sure you order atleast 45 minutes before hand. Also they cooked my broccoli exactly how i like it. Crunch ! Which is big deal for me. Very pleased and highly reccomend

I do not usually write reviews (even though I know I should) about good experiences although i do write very bad experiences to alert the public to beware........but This time is an exception. I have been to many other fast food chinese restaurants (I order out a lot due to the lack of time to cook due to my job) and the service is either good once or twice, they lack consistency with the order, and many are rude and/or unfriendly. Panda Garden is rare: Employees are polite and personable....and the food is great all the time! It has and is always a refreshingly delicious experience!

People who worked inside are very nice people, and they always remember what I have been ordered for almost 4 years, never had any problem with their food, I even feel I'm part of their family! I was pretty pleased with Panda Garden! After reading the two 1-star reviews on Yelp I was very hesitant but we gave it a shot! The Chinese restaurant in my town (Main Moon, Brookfield) changed hands recently and just isn't good anymore. Panda Garden was a great alternative. I had the egg rolls and sweet&sour chicken.

Food is good, but it's never ready on time. Call ahead and make sure you have time to wait when you get there.

Hands down the BEST Chinese take out in the greater Danbury area. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Food is always cooked fresh and hot, I would definitely recommend trying this place!

I come from Hong Kong so I think I am the right guy to write a review on this Chinese restaurant. It's a fast food Chinese restaurant, so don't expect any service. We ordered beef chow mee fun, hot and sour soup and fried dumplings. The food was freshly made. It tasted good. Price was reasonable. I would recommend it if anyone wants something fast and not expecting too much. You should go somewhere else if you want a decent meal.
