Nice health meal on the pricey side

I wish they would update their hours for Labor day. Drove all the way to read a print out that they are closed.

Please make your rapid pickup not wait in line pick up, it’s not rapid. Soup seemed weird like wouldn’t blend well.

Didn't have the blueberry smoothies any longer.

Stopped at Panera for breakfast after working all night and got a simple breakfast sandwich. After a few hours I woke up napping with a gross feeling in my stomach and severe nausea. Trying to hold it back I eventually had to throw up the sandwich which I’m convinced was the cause, because I was feeling perfectly fine before I ate it. I will not be eating at this location again🤢

Horrible and Inedible. Grilled cheese not grilled at all. It was gross. Soups were pure salt. Prices have gone up but quality has gone down. I wasted my money on food we can't even eat.

Sat down with a family of three for lunch that cost $50. That would be fine if the sandwiches weren't 90% bread. I honestly thought they made a mistake with the "steak" sandwich because there was virtually no meat inside. I went up the counter and they assured me the the tiny amount of "steak" and basically no cheese was indeed what I spent $13 on. A $13 bread sandwich. Never eating at Panera again.

Two sandwiches and two bowls of like warm soup and two drinks, 45.00. I told her three times BLT that’s it, nothing else on my sandwich… out comes Turkey blt with avocado and tons of lawn clippings Soup was cold Music so loud we couldn’t even talk and it’s freezing in here We had to wrap our own leftovers. We couldn’t stand to eat them so the doggie’s will have Panera

Love Panera Bread fast & fabulous

This is a nice Panera. The service is good, and l've always enjoyed the chain. But, I'm having trouble with Panera's price point. I paid almost $17 for a small bowl of soup, salad, and a glass of tea. I know prices are high these days, but these prices do not line up with other places I eat where I get A LOT more for my money. 🤔 I may have to find a new lunch spot.

The Food Tastes Great. The Service was Very, Very Good. The dinning room was Very Clean. The amount of food given was just not enough for the price I had to Pay.

Nice place to get healthier food options on the go. A little pricey, but a better alternative than fast food.

It's better than deep fried fast foods. But, it's impossible to order a la carte items from the app.

Cream of chicken and wild rice soup is good, but not nearly $9 a bowl good.

It’s sad that cost is going up and quality is going down. If you want to charge more, at least make it worth the money. Such a disappointment to spend hard earned money on food that won’t even fill you up. I spent almost $7 on a HALF a chicken salad sandwich and $14 on Mac n cheese bread bowl that would fill up a toddler!

Good food a little pricey and the ovens need cleaned, friendly staff good place.

A most wonderful young lady took our order and everything came out quickly and was hot. He had breakfast and a hot chai and I had lunch with a cold drink. Hit the spot and kept us fueled for a long day of errands!

Joined the sip club got my first free drink today.... a large Fuji Apple Cranberry charged lemonade. It was DELICIOUS and refreshing.

Walked in, stood in line for 10 minutes, line wasn't moving, walked out empty handed. And yet it wasn't that busy and plenty of workers were on hand.

I ordered for delivery and unfortunately there was an issue with my order when I received it, but when I contacted management they went above and beyond to make things right. Food was delicious and I really appreciate the outstanding customer service. Thank you.

Thank You to the two young women who went out of their way to look up the ingredients on a menu item I ordered. I have a food allergy to onions, tomatoes, bell peppers. They took the time and thoroughly investigated the item. I am very appreciative to the ownership they took to research versus doing nothing. I would return to the Plant City Panera knowing, I can trust the staff in doing what is right for the Customer.

So disappointed, it looks like a recession on the food and inflation on the price $9.70

My mom loves their chicken noodle I usually love their cheddar broccoli but for some reason this batch clumped up after I heated it up for some reason 🙃 I wasn't able to eat it right away

I only gave 3 stars fir the Plant City because the customer service was great have they lack in quantity of food. Paid $12 for a steak sandwich it wasn’t worth $5. Same with the Napa chicken. I probably won’t go back especially for a sandwich NOT WORTH IT.

I usually have no problem with this location. I got an order tonight and it was missing multiple items. I called the store to speak to somone about the issue, 5 times and no one would answer the phone. I will never spend my money at Panera again! I understand that accidents happen and things can be missed but, the utter disrespect for their customers by not answering the phone is down right un forgivable.

Cancelled our order after a 45 minute wait and won’t even take our call. You want $15 an hour? Stop being trash.

They need a kiosk like the other Panera locations.

Horrible service...ordered curve side pick up because I'm pregnant and with an infant in the car. Long story short I had to go in there with the baby to get the food that had been done for a while Very lazy and uncaring

I like panera for lunch but decided to try the breakfast this morning. Definitely not worth it! I got the bacon, egg over easy, and cheese sandwich on brioche for 6.19. The over easy egg was sunny side up and still slimy. There was 2-3 pieces of bacon thatbis that precooked stuff. My sandwich was mostly slimy egg and bread. I also got the cinnamon crunch latte which was pretty delicious. I finished my 450 cal sandwich in 2 mins and I am still hungry 😭

Clean, pretty friendly. Only reason not giving 5 stars is because of how little cheese they give in French onion soup.

Rapid pick up is a joke. You place your order, you drive there to watch them make the order while you’re standing there. The asiago bagels are so over cooked the cheese is burnt on the top and the bagel is hard. One person working the front while 4 others wonder around in the back chit chatting. Another one is on the clock making herself coffee at the coffee bar. If I can help it I try to avoid the Plant City location and go to Lakeland.

I ordered my food at 1030am... they took it to the wrong place... finally got a replacement at near 1pm, no apology, and they made it wrong... easily the worst food to order in plant city, soup was good though.

I had the worst experience ever a plant city Panera! First the food was way to expensive! And I had to wait for the employees to take my order due to the fact they are talking with each other in the back! Plus only two people on the cooking station due to the manager having one of them follow them around, how are they suppose to get orders out on time with only two people! I’m not sure what the mangers name was but she needs to get her stuff together!

really good food but some of the food is out there as in vegan oriented which ids great if you’re a vegan which i am not. the sandwiches they discontinued would get my business with a comeback! lk the smokehouse turkey!

I grabbed a yummy smoothie. I Wish there were different sizes of smoothie but meh 🤷🏽‍♀️. Still was yummy.

Horrible experience. The cashier forgot to put my sandwich in the order and nobody cares even the manager acts like she did not care. I was traveling from another state and did not expect such a bad service.

The food was as expected being of a good quality, order was nothing complicated soups and sandwiches. However initial service was a tad slow

I had a hazelnut coffee and an orange scone and both were very delicious!

I enjoy Panera soups and salads. But don’t try the flatbread the sauce is not good. And the pizza dough they are not cooking it long enough.

The meal was real good. I liked the Broccoli and Cheese soup as well as the chicken sandwich. The Blueberry muffin was good as well. It was pretty expensive for what I had (I thought). But, the staff was very friendly and the service was good.

Food was delicious but the service was not good at all.

I had the chicken sandwich grilled chicken without the bun. Put the chicken on top of lettuce with a little bit of I guess mayonnaise or whatever it is that put on it and it was absolutely delicious without the bread. Great staff very friendly. And this was Panera bread in plant City.

Food was subpar at best, bread provided with meals wasn't even warm, and given the menu price, you would assume the portions would be larger.....

I always get the same sandwich, today it was not something I'd order again if it was my first time. My guest had avocado peel in the salad.

I've been a long time customer of Panera in general including this location. I have always found the staff to be friendly even in stressful times like these - Bravo guys! The food? That's different. The quality, the portions and the preparations have been so poor the past 2 years that we have decided to only go to Panera for coffee. This is really sad as we had always appreciated the food in years past. We miss what you used to offer.

I ordered about 14 sandwiches $150.00 order and they are about a 20 minute drive from us so I decided it would be faster for me to pick it up rather than us a delivery service so I did it was a conference meeting and everyone wants their own special sandwich, so I pick it up ask the girl if she is positive everything is in the bag and she says yes it was double checked everything is there so I get back to the conference room and 14 people look at a bag of sandwiches with stickers that have a full list of possibilities but not 1 sticker has a mark on it to tell what the sandwich is so now someone has to thumb thru everyone else's sandwiches to find out who gets what . needless to say not a bunch of happy people and then we find out 1 sandwich was missing so even more awkward that every has to eat in front of 1 person that doesn't have a sandwich. probably the worst sales meeting I have ever been a part of and the owner was not happy with me at all. Long wait for food. Good but expensive. Also on last two visits there’s employees sitting in “do not sit here” tables. Very strange. On edit: don't order a bowl of soup, $6 and it's a rip off. Second edit: went on 10/10 for an egg and cheese bagel. Out of sesame bagels at 10am on a Sunday. At the pickup window I saw bacon on it and let the guy know I didn't order bacon. He proceeded to pick it off and hand it back to me. Well I could have done that. Very poor customer service. Probably my last time there, very greedy.

The only thing i could say is that the staff could be friendlier

The Mediterranean Veggie sandwich and Butternut Squash Soup was amazing.

DoorDash didn't deliver like they should have as usual. I called the restaurant and the girl that answered the phone wasn't sure what to do. She put me on hold for less than a minute and the manager Jessica answered the phone. She said that she would get me a full refund! That is customer service! Thank you ladies!!
