Haven't had Papa Johns in years and thx to this location it will be my last. The pizza was flavorless. Just blah. Won't be coming back

Today I bought two pizzas that tasted undercooked and old. It was made sloppy and without any love.

I ordered two NY style pizzas from this location on 8/16. The cheese pizza I FOUND TWO HAIRS COOKED INTO IT! It also had very little sauce on it. A time prior I ordered from this location, the pizza was under cooked. I'll be findings another pizza place to order from.

There is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. It never fails and the staff gets mad at YOU for their shortcomings. Completely unprofessional. Lack of customer service.

Never answer the phone. not recommended.

I just made a BIG MISTAKE ordering from this place AGAIN! The driver that dropped off my pizza is super rude !!! And I’m sure that was the same driver that left my pizza on the floor last time . I will NEVER order from here again . Management needs to do BETTER . Don’t order from here Miami lakes papa John’s 0 stars

I usually buy my pizza here, because I like it better than Pizza Hut, Domino's Pizza or Little Caesars Pizza. Even if their prices are lower like Little Caesars. I'm only comparing from the three I've mentioned here. And I haven't given this place five stars for food, service, nor atmosphere. Because I know there's a better place that has rightfully earned those five stars. Only that I'll probably end up paying more. I usually only buy the veggie thin crust pizza here though. Plus it's not far from where I live and usually I pick it up myself. Sincerely speaking my experience and review. J. Ponce

If I could give half a star, I provably would. The pizza her has just been awful the past 5 times we’ve ordered. They’re extremely thin, the dough is hard and they taste like they were made days ago. I’m done with Papa Johns!

very bad experience, we came to order at 10:45pm and the woman manager said that they were close and I told her that it says there open util 12am and she said only for delivery and online it says there open util 11:40pm. She really doesn’t want to work, feel sorry for this company.

Management is beyond rude and disrespectful. Calling me to tell you don’t deliver to my home when you just had a driver drop off an order 20 minutes before you called. Not taking the time to do your due diligence and find a solution. Instead, we are rude and disrespectful, refusing to answer my calls and provide his name.

Bad Service cold food rude employees...

Absolutely dreadful experience. The individual taking our order over the phone exhibited rude behavior, and to top it off, the pizza we received was served cold. It appeared hastily assembled, as if it were composed of leftover slices from another pizza, with noticeable gaps between them. Needless to say, we will not be placing another order from this establishment. 😡👎

Believe me or not I have gone 15 years w/o ever ordering from Papa Johns and I have to say I am quite surprised. Menu has a lot.of choices specially sides. Even one of the employees inside even carried my order and opened door for me. In these days that means a lot.

This place have changed the employees. Here are awfully rude. I came around 10 o’clock at night and some lady working there grab the door and slammed it in my face told me there were closed. I saw the sign that says that they were open for business to 1am so I got in my car and made a phone call then a guy answered, I told him I would like to place an order and rudely. He said he wasn’t taking orders he’s closing because he wants to go home. I told him that I was gonna report him then he called me back to harass me. This place should be shut down from this area never again am I coming here this happened 2/16/2024 10 pm

I am a customer of that place since I work in the same shop. I have always liked the service of the place, especially Mr. Mike, the manager of the place, in addition to the preparation of the pizzas, but on Thursdays it is horrible to order the preparation of the pizzas in that place. It's horrible, they almost take them out raw, also without cheese and with a lack of products, poorly cut and without aesthetics so that a customer leaves satisfied and happy. In fact, today, Thursday 02/08, was the last day that I will place my order at that location. I hope that the company do something about it to improve quality and service especially on Thursdays

Excellent I travel a bit further from my home to eat a a pizza here. The you guy in the morning has excellent personality and very friendly

The pizza was good! But the girl on the phone was rude to me when I tried to explain that I wanted my pizza delivered and I had made a mistake on the order.

They have the rudest, most disrespectful and crass delivery drivers.

Spoke to a man on the phone. Rudest man I have ever spoken to while trying to order a pizza. Was extremely rude when I asked for meat lovers saying "we dont have meat lovers. you want meat?" to just hand up on me when I tried to clarify. Horrible attitude.

Placed order online for pickup. Order and transaction has been placed and accepted. I even got confirmation from my American Express that Papa Johns had a transaction. Few minutes later went for pick up and manager LEE said I need to pay. I told him i already paid online and showed my Amex account and it also showed other transactions ’Pending’. He accused me of getting “free things” from these other vendors. He said “our system shows you haven’t paid and I NEED to pay again, and if both transactions go from pending to complete then I would need to dispute one with Amex”. Mind you I have been ordering from this location for years with Amex and never ever had an issue. Amex and other debit/credit cards always ALWAYS show pending for like a day until it clears. Are you saying no order will ever be delivered on time???? I’m more bothered that he called me a thief. Will order from somewhere else from now on.

I don’t know who my delivery driver was for my order, but the sense of entitlement to a tip was absurd. My order was $35. I provided $40 in cash and requested my cash back to tip the driver $3. He mumbled something under his breath and did not want to take my tip as if it was nothing to him. The horrible attitude reflects on this store and I will never order from this store again.

Pizza is good but maybe you should consider hiring people that speak English. Its so frustrating trying to contact the delivery and no one speaks English.

Their pizza is really good. Tried the gluten free and it was gross (my opinion). Can’t pick up after 9:40 and they charge a $4.99 delivery fee - which doesn’t include tip. I think it’s excessive.

Food was good. Pricy compared to others like Domino's, but nowadays everything is expensive. Parking is not always easy and the spaces are for compact cars.

Please attention every customer of Miami Lakes!!! Don't ever ever order pizza from this place. I asked for a manager for over two hours on and off. Super unprofessional, they forgot to put me on hold. I heard the conversation every single employee. Clowning around cursing. Singing laughing not doing their job like they're supposed to. They send me a pizza with no cheese super disgusting. I called so many times they were laughing. Refuse to help me and refuse to put the manager on the phone. They told me that the manager said he's busy and he doesn't have time. All I wanted was my money back. I really hope that I will get in contact with the corporate office ASAP they need to do something about this place. What a horrible experience. I will never call these people ever again. Finally someone got on the phone and said they're refunding the money. Will see 🤬😡😡😡😡 They got a bunch of little rude children working there...

Muy mala atención en más de doce años de pedir y comprar en esa tienda y es primer vez que me dicen que no hay delibery para mí dirección en Miami garden dr y la 69 no una sino dos veces y el pedido de pizza que hice de masa fina ni recogiéndolo en la tienda me lo hicieron me dieronsds gruesa y después hice el pedido en otro papá jhons de opaloka que queda un poco más lejos y me hicieron el delibery que tristeza. y hoy volví a pedir una pizza y la pedí de masa delgada y me la dieron gruesa y el pizzero dijo que no podía hacerla más delgada que mal servicio,👎😡😡😡👎 ese papa jhonsde Miami lake es un desastre que tristeza que se aya acabado el buen servicio y la buena pizza y los buenos pizzeros

Everyone was on their phone, manager didn't care that they were on their phones. Employees had oversized shirts and the pizza barely had cheese.

Very poor customer service and serious incompetence running a business. An order with 2 family sized pizzas was lost in the system. My credit card was charged right away but when I called 50 minutes after placing the order, the manager Michael Lee, could not find the order in the system. He offered to send the pizzas for free and advised to dispute the charge with the credit card company. I agreed to do this but it was a bad idea. I had to wait another full hour to get the order and they charged another $25 on the card. Unacceptable, bad service, overcharged, unhappy guests waiting for food at home. The manager has no clue who is taking orders and how they could have possibly lost and order but my credit card was charged. How do you not have an order in the system but my credit card was charged? How is the total amount not what I was told? Did your employee buy personal stuff with my card? Michael Lee could not explain anything about this.

Worst place ever..they don't even pick up the phone..I hope it goes out of business soon...

Love the ease of ordering online, the prices and the food is always delicious. They are always on time in all the years I've been ordering from them. Also, the delivery people are always friendly! Papa John will always be my number one for pizza!

Called last night, around 10pm & was told they “ran out of cheese” and that they didn’t have enough employees. Long story short, couldn’t order the pizza. They didn’t even give me the option of going to pick it up (which would have been understandable since it was raining & they were probably low on drivers).

This mornings service was amazing gentleman in the front was very quick and super friendly I usually go in the afternoons also and service here is great actually. And food is always fresh

My Takeout order is always ready ahead of time.

I ordered two pizzas to have them delivered to my home and this is what I received. I tried calling the restaurant and the person murmured a greeting, told me to hold and proceeded to hang up. So, I left a review. I don't know what happened, if somebody dropped my pizza or the driver was driving too fast and had to hard break, all I know is that I just wanted it fixed or my money back, but I cannot service this to my family.

It is what it is. Pizza is rarely bad, some are just better than others. This is good pizza for the price. But not the best pizza.

Best in class, pick up / delivery. We sent pizzas to Town Hall to thank our Police Department for going beyond the call of duty one day and the owners of Papa Johns did not let us pay, they said we were spreading good will and they wanted to support our efforts. Highly recommend! Best pizza ever!

Customer service was excellent! Even though the system was down ( and I was confused and upset) when I ordered a pizza online, I went to the store and they didn't have it registered...Mr. Lee gave me an outstanding customer service. I will absolutely go back to this papa Johns pizza place! I work in the same inviroment with customer service and Mr. Lee absolutely surpassed my expectations. Thank you sir and papa johns. 😻

The pizza at Papa Johns is always good the delivery however is very expensive buy the time you get your pizza and it's delivered and you give the driver a tip it turns out you could have gone out to dinner and eaten something much healthier...Papa needs to cut down on the delivery charge.
