I've been to Pizza Scene a few times now and haven't been disappointed yet. My most recent order included the Chicken Parmesan pizza, so good!!! My kids never eat the crust with other pizzerias and I can't get them to share their crust at Pizza Crust. Definitely a family favorite!

The best lasagna in Florida. Love it.

I am in town for work training, I was tired and just wanted to go somewhere walkable. I was in the mood for pizza/italian. I searched and found Pizza Scene. I have to say I was a little worried especially for the most recent review.... Buttttt I have to say being a Brooklyn girl born and raised I loved it all. The decor was great the staff Jaymee and Gaston (sorry for the misspelling) were amazing attentive there was someone else at the register but didn't catch his name. I ate the pizza regular cheese slice and the lasagna. It was great I can only imagine if I would have ordered a fresh whole pie! Crust nice and thin a crispy just right! Lasagna was great tasy and a nice size serving. This New Yorker was very pleased and will be coming back before i head back home and I truly recommend you stop by and try it out yourself!

This pizza have changed over the years. It used to be authentic New York Pizza. No ice available, pizza taste like water from the tap. What makes a pizza New Yorker is purified water. Which makes the pizza taste amazing. It’s sad to see the pizza change. I have been coming here sense I was a kid, never have I had the worst luck pizza. Low quality pizza and tap water pizza. Pizza was dry, cheese was bland and I honestly felt using tap water ruins the pizza. I miss the old school pizza this establishment used to make, now it makes terrible pizza. Customer service could of been better.

This place has the best tasting pizza in town. The proof is in the amount of people that come in and out with a smile.

Place sucks there was a girl with a pink Stanley so rude the own always takes us at this time. But she said they were closed and laughs when there was people still eating and talking in side !

Tonight May 5th 2024, I went to pizza scene and this horrible front desk or attendant (whatever you want to call it) by the name of Keyllin, once my family of 5 came in and we ordered this lady immediately threw us outside. The place was empty in the front. No reason to throw people out. My son had it with this lady since it was the second night in a row she throws people out On May 4th I went with my family and friends, we were 8 (you have cameras as an owner, please review it), this lady we couldn’t even order as we were looking at the menu and trying to decide. So this lady Keylin threw my family of 8 outside. This night we didn’t order and we left. I’m a customer from years and I am there basically every Saturday faithful to pizza scene. I’m NO longer stepping into this place. It’s horrible treatment and also to add the GIRL WITH THE RED GLASSES with attitude. Customers shouldn’t be thrown out, if they do not know yet what to order. If you stand around the front desk to decide what we want, how else can that be decided if you have Keyllin throwing you out and the girl with the red glasses with attitude. I’m DONE with pizza scene!!! There’s better places out there you get and obviously better treatment. Zero stars for this place, as the owners should know who they have there in their places.

Uber delivery! They did not secure the order. It’s so much going on with these deliveries at least ensure food is secured to make sure no one is tampering with food. Box was not secured. I wasted money today they lossed a customer today.

The absolute worse pizza I have ever tasted. I paid $9.88 for one slice of pizza and a can of soda. The pizza was dry. It barely had any sauce or cheese and the toppings were just thrown on top and didn't stick to the pizza. The pizza was made with no love or care. My first and last time trying this place. 0 out of 10, I do not recommend.

I would give this pizza 5 stars, if it wasn't so doughy, but it's probably the best pizza in the area and others.

This is the worst pizza I have ever eaten in all of Miami and to make matters worse they left it on the FLOOR in front of the door and completely COLD I don't know how long it was there because they didn't ring the doorbell I hope the owner of said pizzeria takes action they should Refund me the money for their terrible service. I don't think I will ever buy there again and I will let everyone who can tell them about their bad service.

Definitely don’t order through door dash. I ordered $30 worth of calzone and tip and received 2 measly slices of cheese pizza, which tasted terrible.

Had to stop by here to drop a little word. Just Came to Pizza Scene had the medium special and had half alfredo and it’s my new favorite! such a fun environment Gabby Yaila And Gaston had such great attitudes made the whole interaction so positive and upbeat. Definitely recommend will be back.

Very poor customer service by Samantha Rodriguez. She has clearly gotten away with this type of behavior before. I asked a simple question and was met with nasty attitude, yelling aggression and she's extremely argumentative. This was my first time at this establishment and my very last. I've worked in corporate HR and if any of my clients was to ever be treated like this, that employee would definitely be terminated. Not once did I raise my voice, I simply asked a question. Pull your cameras and you can see her disgusting behavior, while other employees stood there in silence as though this is a common behavior/ reaction of hers. I didn't even get a chance to taste the pizza. I had to get a refund after her disgusting display of "customer service". Maybe she's tired and over worked and even if that was the case, it does not justify her behavior. In all 43years on this earth, I cant recall being treated this bad over some darn pizza.

Not a very good experience on Tuesday. It was my daughter's first time. She won't be back.

Original New York Style Pizza and my Buddies from New York all agreed that the food was Amazing! The wings were also perfectly seasoned and the Atmosphere was Amazing! As we enjoyed the Jumbo Pie, we discussed the wall art of New York City! I definitely will come back! I did ask did they do deep dish pizza then I realized that they were all about NYC!!!❤️❤️❤️

I’ve always given good reviews on the Slice app and recommended this restaurant. I would order carry out every 1-2 weeks but I’ve noticed the past 2 times I’ve ordered (around May and again last week) there seems to have been a change in the ingredients for the crust of the pizza. The crust is now like an unsalted cracker, no flavor and almost stale. Im guessing this may have been some cost cutting measure or maybe an effort to make it healthier (?) but it’s noticeable—and not for the better. Otherwise they have always made an excellent pizza.

I ordered a pizza from this place through the Slice app and the delivery guy marked as delivered my order and I never received it. I tried to call the restaurant regarding my issue but they just told me that they use a third party app to make the deliveries so there’s nothing they can’t do to help me.

Ordered food online thru slice guy came with slightly open box pizza felt cold wings felt cold and forgot my 2 litter bottle wich me and my son where waiting close to 1hr for , called pizza scene to see if they would get my order corrected send me a fresh pizza with everything I paid for lady at the phone said she couldn't do that they waiting for a full refund , they lost a costumer for life and anyone I could recommend stay away from this place at all cost.

The best pizza place in town. Amazing staff and great tasting food. I order every week, its our tradition. Once you try it you will never forget it.

HORRIBLE!!! Overpriced & not of good quality. I was charged $15.00 for 2 pepperoni slices of pizza and a Pepsi can. I will never go there again. They lost another loyal customer. Thank you Pizza Scene.

Overpriced, definitely not a good quality pizza, it was undercooked, too much sauce and i dont know, it was just not worth it for the price at all. Oh and also they gave me the wrong pizza at first. But its ok we all are humans… 🫠

Cauliflower pizza was okay. Expensive & small. Toppings were $1.80 extra & the cashier did not tell me what they were. Cashier seemed like she didn’t wanna be at work, having a bad day maybe. I had to look on the screen to find out. Pizza had dairy cheese on it so it’s non-vegan friendly. Won’t be back here again.

The Pepsi and Gatorade was delicious.... Horrible Calzon, Horrible dry Cesar Salad. I've never eaten a Calzon that was filled with cold Ricotta cheese no pepperoni and a side of frozen sauce. The worst $34.00 I've ever waisted and a Cannoli that tasted like spoiled cream cheese with a dash of Robitussin

Just ordered the baked ziti with meatballs here. The price is not what they quoted (they added a dollar at checkout) on the menu and they told me three meatballs would be in the dish and instead they only had two. When I asked the store manager about it, she snipped back at me that they had changed their policies and that was that. No offer to make it right. HORRIBLE customer service and seriously bland food. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

I was a regular customer up until last week. I placed an order over the phone to pick a chocolate cake and to confirm asked the person on the phone if she was sure they had chocolate cake she confirmed. The reason I asked to confirm was BC the 1st time I ordered they didn’t have any even though they said they did over the phone it’s fine I let it go I didn’t complain I was working in that area at that time. But When I ordered for the 2nd time it happened again I arrived she turned around opened the fridge to get it turns back to me and asked me if I wanted something else that they only had strawberry cheesecake I was like 😱 🤬 asked her why would you confirm over the phone that u had chocolate cake, why make me drive 20 mins if you didn’t have any. I left 😡 then a few minutes later I decided to call asked to speak with Gaby supposedly the manager. A manager that needs extensive training on customer service and attention to detail not only for her but her employees as well. What kind of manager says if you don’t want to order from us then don’t do it doesn’t care of losing a customer I guess it’s not a big deal it’s only 1 customer she doesn’t matter. She started with excuses saying things like we are all humans we make mistakes then she said they were busy mentioned they had a big order that they had to make 30 pizzas blah blah she ended up using my son as an example 🤬. When I arrived they were so busy that there were no customers and the cashier was just standing doing nothing. I understand we are all humans and constantly make mistakes. But it happened twice, 20 mins drive seriously simply unacceptable. As a manager you need to check your inventory regularly and communicate with your employees if items are low or out of stock. Apparently there’s lack of communication. A dedicated top notch meticulous employee takes her time to double check if there’s an item or not. If there’s none in the front then check in the back put her on hold if you have to that’s what I would do if I was in her shoes. Some People work just to get a paycheck.

Quality has gone done.... ordered pizza and taste was not good. Pizza fell apart when I tried to pull slices. Called and customer service just terrible, attitude and said that's the way it comes. I live in miami lakes and have ordered from here over 40 times.... but last 3 or 4 have been more than disappointing.

Did Uber and it was hot, tasty, and fresh. Would order again. Not bad spot, was hesitant because of other reviews but glad I went with it. Was good!

I went here the first time because I went to the movie theater right by it to see the new& final James Bond movie.so we wanted something to eat me and my husband while walking & looking and some suggested here.I loved it from the first bite,it reminds me of Chicago pizza,thin,not to much sauce and cooked perfectly,,,then went again for my birthday which was December 22, and ordered and entire pie and added sausage also,it was good ,I went again 3 days later and ordered and entire pie me and my husband ate all 8 slices.I loved the staff there,and they bring the food out to you.it’s my favorite spot now I have put down pizza hut& little Caesars ,domino’s down for them..I love it here,keep up the great work and awesome pizza dough that’s made from scratch and twirled in the air…10 stars from me..🥰🥰🥰

The pizza was great. Hot and crispy and not too thick. Hubby said the lasagna was excellent also and he is picky about lasagna. The prices were very good.

For years, We’ve heard great things from this place but we really haven’t had the chance to try it out. So now with everything going on we have the time but we’ve been a little hesitant on ordering food. Tonight, We took the chance & oh my goodness!! The food was fresh and tasty. We ordered the meat pizza and chicken wings! Soooooooo GOOD!! Our biggest regret is not ordering sooner 🤦🏻‍♀️ Definitely ordering from them again. This is a good time to support our local business. I really pray a blessing upon this restaurant. It’s a GEM.

The best NY pizza you’ll find in MIAMI. Customer service is always so amazing even when it’s busy in there. They’re so friendly and their food is delicious. Only complain I have is WHY ISNT THERE MORE LOCATIONS? Pizza is toooo good! The pizza here use to be good, been comming here for the past 7 years,went recently and they change something in the ingredient that taste like cheap pizza, i think it was the sauce, please do it as you use to do it, no short cuts.

Pizza is good. But $7.28 for 2 pieces of cheese pizza is ridiculous. Im from NJ where they sell pizza by the slice and this is definitely an over charge.

The pizza tastes great. They also have a decent variety of pizzas to choose from. If you're not a fan of grease, grab a few napkins and place them on top of the pizzas to remove excess grease because there's quite a bit of it. If you plan on coming here on a Saturday make sure you try and come before noon to find some parking. Being inside of a mall, it should come as no surprise that this pizza spot is located in the food court so it can get a bit noisy and crowded.

Pizza was great New York style. Service was slow, took 45 minutes to make a jumbo pizza. Employees wouldn’t dispose of our large pizza box so we had to carry it out around Main Street and look for a garbage can..

I don't know why all the negative reviews... My order was quick and delicious. Edit: I come here at least once a week and they have yet to let me down. My 5 star review still stands months later. If you want good pizza come here. I can honestly say my favorite thing on the menu is the calzone, best thing there in my opinion.
