Delivered to wrong address had screen door open and my dog ran out he left order on my chair and left I called Papa John's the person didn't care what happened so took the order to my neighbor zero

We had our pizzas delivered. Some of the pizzas were hand tossed crust and some were thin crust. All were meat pizzas, yummy!! They were all made to perfection. We also had the Greek salad and brownies, which we enjoyed. We'll revisit Papa John's over & over. Their pizza is marvelous!!

Today my pizza was made HORRIBLE. I told the girl I wanted extra cheese on my Pizza on ny medium pizza, and I got my pizza, and it barely had an cheese on it, or sauce on it. And the manager who was the girl on the phone, said she was the manager and she made it. I told her the pizza wasn't made right and she got mad and raised her voice to me and kept talking over me and raising her voice more. She told me I was wrong as a customer and kept raising her voice over and over again. If my pizza wasn't made right, she should've agreed with me as a customer and replaced it instead she got angrier and angrier and raised her voice at me. I'm reporting her as of today. Today is June June 24th, Sunday. This girl answers the phone with a fake, friendly voice but she really is very inappropriate and very rude and disrespectful. All I wanted was my pizza replaced and all she kept saying is, no you're wrong. I am NOT wring, I am right I am the customer and the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT. I hope she is reading this so she retrains herself on how to make a pizza, because she doesn't know how to properly make a pizza, and if she's gonna argue and yell at the customer and tell the customer they're wring, then she should NOT be a manager, she is a terrible TERRIBLE MANAGER. And if I get a a nasty, threatening response back from Papa Johns, then I'm going to authorities. You have no right treating me like this as a customer. Please The store Manager, or Corporate Office read this, and do something about this manager behavior. She should never be a manager, she treats customers very baf, it all starts when she answers the phone with her sweet little voice, and then you tell her she made the pizza wrong, then she starts getting angry, and raising her voice, and talking over you, she did not even once apologize to me or or offer to replace the pizza, she just was very mean and disrespectful. Please do something about this. This happened at around 4 o'clock on June 24th on Sunday. I am very upset and I'm going to let all my family and friends to never order pizza from This Papa Johns Again thanks to this horrible Manager.

Wish I could give zero stars. Love Papa John's but this location is a joke. We've only ordered twice, but they are 2 for 2 in failing. Last night's order, two larges... the Works and the Cheeseburger. Asked for light sauce on both. The Works had light sauce but the massive onions that covered the pizza were ridiculous. The Cheeseburger pizza not only did NOT have light sauce, the sauce was literally dripping off with every bite like it was doubled. It is not edible. The veggies on the Works are so big that they don't get cooked and mainly consist of onion as if we ordered a straight onion pizza. Hoping a new location will be better. Don't waste your time or money at this Papa John's, they can not get an order right, and they couldn't care less about it. As you can see by other reviews, they also do not respond nor try to fix the issues.

Noah... is Absolutely horrible. Would not let my 5-year-old little girl use the restroom. I guess she should urinate on herself. Unless we buy something. This is his mentality. If you don't buy something, you're not to be treated like a human being thanks a lot to the heartless young man, his name is Noah. Someone needs to educate their staff on how to treat human beings. Like human beings.

The pizza you order if you want to make sure to hate pizza. This exact place makes the worst pizza ive ever had. The entire box stood i couldnt even stomach a slice of it. absolutely gross. Please i dont even want to get started on what they call wings. i took a single bite ans had to spit it out.

Second order from this location and the second time I was given a pizza that had to of been made by 2 year old. I am literally eating the toppings of my pizza with a fork as none of them will stay on the pizza. Last time the issue was that they used so much onion on my pizza, that it literally tasted like an onion pizza. You could not taste anything but the onions. I always give a second chance.... Now I'm done. Completely done. The manager was also very rude, as well, when I called in last time. I am not even going to bother calling this time. Not worth the headache.

I dont know what happened here recently at this location but as you can tell by recent reviews,it's has gone down hill. Ask for mushrooms and pepperoni for toppings on pizza barley get any 3 mushrooms 6 pepperoni on a medium pizza that is 8 slices ,order a 2 liter don't even receive it...this is not the first time but 100% the last at this location.

Tonight I order pizza for the family one of the pizzas had Hair in it and I also paid a price that was different from what I was told on the phone. I called the store the manager she was nasty and kept putting the phone on hold until I hung up. She offered to give me a credit but I did not want a credit I wanted my money back due to me over paying for the pizza and the hair situation. She informed me that it’s not her problem that I over paid and she cannot fix that.

Manager wouldn't allow 20 percent coupon because I didn't order ok on line.. so I usually visit the DeLand store who are more than happy to allow the coupon in person...many other pizza places around. We were in Orange City so we visited the Papa John's Pizza here....

Got delivery, super expensive but real and generous ingredients. Ya get what ya pay for. 🥴

I'm over this place!! ... this location anyway. For franchises, I've always loved Papa John's the best, for at least 20 years; then I moved to DeBary and this Orange City location has failed 4 out of 5 times in 2023, with the one time being only mediocre. I've had to have 2 of the 4 failures be replaced, after 1st getting home and then having to drive all the way back and go outta my way and endure the frustration only to get a barely tolerable pizza which we still ended up throwing half of it away. Failures include wrong toppings (including ones we don't eat or that make us sick and that we obviously didn't order); undercooked pizzas, overly soggy pizzas; etc.) The included picture is of our pizza from tonight, one that is overly soggy and undercooked. This after getting to the store for pickup and they couldn't find it. It's not like they were even a little bit busy. There were only 4 pizzas sitting to be picked up with employees standing around bored, so 3 of them were looking for my lost pizza. They start making a 2nd one when my original mysteriously shows up. By this time, I'm so frustrated and pissed at myself for ordering from this pie hole place again after the other calamities that I just take the pizza and figured I'd just nuke it at home. (To be clear, the manager did offer to remake it, but other than being 30⁰ hotter, I didn't figure it would make any difference ... and for the quality, I probably wasn't wrong.) So this time, after I got home and pulled out soggy slices of uncooked pizza to put on our plates, I opted for cereal and threw mine away. My wife tried to eat one slice, but she could only eat the area closest to the crust of one slice, and then she agreed that the rest of it needed to be thrown away. All this is coming from a guy who LOVES pizza ... almost any pizza. But unfortunately, I can't help but admit that I'd eat any frozen or gas station pizza before I go back to this Orange City location. I exceeded my limit of multiple chances, and tonight's pizza, I'll just chalk up the cost as stupid tax because I'm too frustrated to call them and complain. Hello, Raisin Bran!!!

Nothing like ordering a pizza at 8:00am for a 11:45am pick up but they text you at 11:27am saying it’s ready. When I walked in at 11:50am to pick it up they were super dead with no other pizzas waiting for pick up. By the time I got home at 11:58am the pizza was room temp and I had to reheat it. Glad I spent $25 for unhot pizza / breadsticks.

They don’t wear gloves, hairnets, or beard guards. The same person making the pizza is also handling dirty cash. They should really update their food health standards. Even Wawa & Sams Club wears gloves Jesus

The last 2 pizzas were poor quality. I think they are using cheaper ingredients now. They were not the same as a year ago.

Haha I tell people now "Papa John is my hero" lol! Seriously though they delivered before, during, & after the hurricanes, and the delivery drivers are always super friendly. Food is good, something for everyone.

Called and ordered a pizza and a person with a Indian accent answered, said it would be 30-35 minutes for delivery and ended up taking over two hours. When the pizza delivered it was cold. Very unsatisfied.

Usually happy with this location. This time took over an hour. The esimated time was 30 minutes. I also saw manager handle the register, then go and handle food without washing hands. Disgusting!!!

Way easy experience with call ahead / ordering and pickup. Oder was accurate (sometimes I have had troubles with our usual Papa Johns in giving the correct sauces ordered) and cashier was prompt with communication from the moment I walked in. Literally the easiest food pickup I have experienced in my life. Thanks for a quick and hassle frees dinner pickup!

All was good except they sent the wrong dipping sauce. Did not notify them, so in all fairness it should not be held against them. Still ate the pizza!

Pizza is good, the drivers need to learn to knock on a door when delivering. 3 times now, we've had pizza left with no knock (even without the contactless option). Literally just leaving pizza without letting anyone know. The only reason we know our pizza is here is the creak of our screen door. Take 3 seconds to knock!

Had 1 order of philly cheese steak papadilla and as always , excellent. We decided to try there new double cheeseburger papadilla and it was like having a pickle sandwich. The meat inside was so thin that a person could shave with it. I had to open it up to find the cheese. Even after doing so, could not find any. However, if you love pickles, order this. There were so many on this thing that it was quite literally disgusting. Stick with the philly cheesesteak, they can do this meal real well. For there "New" sandwich, take behind the barn and shoot it.

Love these new papadia sandwiches. I want to try others, but the philly cheese steak is a keeper I want to continue with. The sandwich is good for 2 (unless your starving), but no matter how you look at it, this thing is excellent.

The guy that took my order was so pleasant, that I requested him to bring my pizza out... Just to tip him extra....never paid that much for a pizza but after Moe's did me wrong it was worth the 100 dollars

Called for takeout at Papa John's, one of the worst experiences ever. One use to be able to call the store directly, but no longer. Apparently you have to go thru a 3rd party to place order. Unfortunately, the person I got had trouble speaking English and was confused with the word "papadia". After 5 min got connected to store to place order. Horrible, just horrible customer service, but food good.Would have given 4 stars but call in service left a real bad taste in my mouth.

Not just once but absolutely everytime I order from here the customer service is great, food is hot and delicious, and it's all provided with delivery faster than anyone else. I've called and complimented them before but this time they took it to a new level. My delivery driver spotted my pup at the window waiting to greet her, turned back to her car, and brought her back a treat as well. This is going above and beyond yall! Had placed an order with the Orange City FL location. When I got home I realized one of my pizzas was made wrong. I called them, told them my problem, and they remade my order free of charge. The customer service I spoke with were friendly and resolved my issue.

We order online and pick up every Friday and always have a good experience. Good pizza, great price and friendly staff. We will continue getting our weekly pizza here!

Had a coupon for a bogo (by one get one free) large pizza so I ordered one lg pepperoni and one lg cheese, thin crust pizza. I thought the price for one large, on topping pizza was a little high (The total with tax was close to $16.00) but it wasn't bad with the two pizza's. The crust was very fresh and good and flakey and it had plenty of pepperoni and cheese topping on both pizza's. There was only one girl in the store when I was there but she was friendly and courteous. I would order my pizza there again. 🍕

Its not angelinas or good fellas but its half the price.

They usually have great deals. Today I ordered and the driver was nice enough to come inside and put the pizza down on my dining room table since I'm on crutches and couldn't carry anything. He was a very friendly fellow who was nice to my dogs as well. My issue with Papa John's is that they charge $12.99 for a pizza, bread sticks, and drink which is pretty good. But they charge $3.50 which doesn't go to the driver + tax + tip. You wind up spending twice that by the time it's all said and done.

For ages I have not been able to eat pizza because it blows me up like a balloon. But Papa John's has a gluten-free crust that's pretty good. I order it with mushrooms and black olives and I'm one happy camper. Yum! No bloat for me... Thanks, Papa Johns.

I've gotten so sick every time I go here. They put so much sauce on this pizza. You pay for extra cheese, and they never put it on. But they wanna charge you extra. Employees are pretty rude. Bathroom was gross. They take forever too, you'll be waiting over 30 minutes. Turn around and go to Angelina's in Deland, you will be amazed when you taste their pizza pies, from Heaven. Stay from Papa, Papa needs to go back to pizza school.
