They are skimping on the pepperchini, I got one tiny deflated one in my box. I got a medium pizza and paid almost $20 for a carry out at best it should have been $10!

I ordered for delivery and i was impressed with the food. I ordered just yesterday and already thinking of ordering again today.

Order a large pizza waited over 25mi to pick it up they said they never got the order went back on July 21st paid for a pizza and then they came back and told me I would have to pay for it again it did not go through they had a problem with the computer I pulled up my bank information and show them that it went through they told me too bad I still have to pay for the pizza and they'll send me the other money back this place sucks I finally had enough would never go back again if you people were smart you would do the same

If I could put no stars I would. We ordered our pizza around four hours ago for a sixty dollar order at that and still never got it. They hang up their phones as soon as they answer or rudely ask you to be out on hold. I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time or their money here. Thanks 👍

The guy at the counter was so stressed because he was working late night that he couldn't stop screaming to everybody including his colleagues and customers. Really bat attitude for an employee at retail food. If you don't like to work late, DONT WORK LATE PERIOD!!. This happened last nigh sat 6/8 about at 10:30 pm in case you need clarification. We as customers don't have have to be blamed because all your trauma

I love their pizzas. Made fresh always. Most important to me I love professionalism and their courteous service.

We placed an order and forget to request light pizza sauce. Called right back and the guy said they started making it already. We asked if they could make a fresh one,it was definitely our mistake. He then went and got the manager, they agreed to remake it. No one had an attitude on their end, they took care of it even though it was our mistake. Food was ready in a few minutes, hot and fresh. Left a tip at the counter, service call as great there and we are still munching on the cold pizza. Thanks PapaJohns

This place is a great place to work during high school. It also pays about $22 an hour for drivers.

Whenever I order from here I order the pizza well done but I guess that’s too complicated to accomplish because every single time I order from this store, the pizza is undercooked. One time the pizza was inedible because of how undercooked it was.

Ordered on line for a pick up at 9:10 pm got there at 9:33 paid and was told it would be done in 4 minutes. Took 40mins to get my order (2 pizzas). Could of at least have the decency of telling me that it’s going to take longer.

So there's a glitch in ordering online and we tried to contact customer service. Your customer service is utterly terrible and failed at every opportunity given. After I had to drive to the store with the improper order the woman working there was exceptional with her customer service and very polite and made the wrong right. However, the customer service phone line unrelated to that particular store was an absolute failure.

I ordered a delivery pizza with two toppings. It came without one of the toppings, and also the toppings were underneath the cheese. Thirdly it was undercooked as the shift manager also agreed. I called to tell them it was the most insane and hard to deal with things I’ve ever dealt with from a pizza place or any business for that matter! I’m talking to some guy and then I’m talking to somebody else. Who’s like? Oh cool, here’s the managers line and of course it rings and rings and rings and rings and rings until nobody answers and the line Just cuts off. So finally I drive up there. Mind you I’m diabetic my sugar is extremely low which is the reason I ordered delivery anyways. I told the manager on duty I would like a refund and I also would like my pizza remade. The reason I was asking for a refund because I tipped the driver for a pizza that was beyond unsatisfactory and I also had to drive back to Get any type of help. Usually a pizza place would be like. Oh I’m sorry sir. We’re sending out a better one right now.! This is the worst pizza place I used to like Papa John’s and I’m sure other locations are better than this one but Carol or Carolyn or whatever your name is you are terrible at your job and I could do better with zero training ! And your staff agrees lol I hope they fire you as a manager not to mention I’ve never heard of a business that has a shift manager that isn’t allowed to give refunds 😂 you definitely lost a Customer for life. I will never come back. I don’t care if I’m starving and y’all was the last place open around here I will get my happy tail in the car and I will drive to McDonalds lol poor excuse of a company poor policies and poor management ! Not only do you remake a pizza when a customer has to drive to return it when it was supposed to be a delivery but you also give a refund too because they definitely tipped the driver and that doesn’t get refunded. That’s why you give the refund and pizza dude it’s a rare case where your phone people are Jit doing there Job and neither is the GM unsatisfactory Managment.

Carryout order placed at 6 PM on a Saturday night was ready in 20 minutes. Food was of good quality and staff were prompt.

However I don’t understand why I get a one tiny cup of marinara for a whole box of cheese sticks which is compared to a medium pizza. That does not make sense. Very nice people inside the building. Usually never more tha. 2-3 there but the delivery drivers rotate. Fast and good food. Also big recommend on the hot garlic sauce.

ShaqAroni time‼ I am not a regular of Papa Johns but got a coupon for a Shaq-A-Roni Pizza and decided to give it a try. This NYer enjoyed the pie very much. Loaded with Pepperoni. Very Busy as well. Multiple pick-ups as well as 4 drivers waiting on their pies to come out of the oven. Liked seeing the Fresh dough balls and handmade pizzas. Don't particularly care for the phone tree system they use, but it seems like they use call centers, I don't think you are speaking to someone at the store. But the person I actually spoke with was professional & courteous, did the soft upsell which I passed on, and then they want you to take a one question survey, which I think is unfair. I gave it a 3, but that was for the phone process, the guy on the phone that took my order was good.

Ordered a pizza with extra toppings and was made regular so I let the manager know and then he refused to remake it then threw the pizza at me !!! Had my kids with me and all!! Just horrible !!

Finally went ahead and purchased another Papa John's after boycotting them for several years due to poor customer service and the pizzas orders were wrong. So I ordered a pizza and it wasn't that great but was ok. I remember when Papa John's had the BEST PIZZAS, it was the dough that made the pizza so good! The pizza dough used to have a slight sweet taste back when they made great pizzas! I really don't get why they changed the pizza dough when they had a great thing going!! So I guess if you did not ever have the original dough from Papa John's which had a slight sweet taste to it and instead enjoy how the pizza tastes today..... They you are good to go, HOWEVER, for those of you who remember how Papa John's had that outstanding sweetish dough and the pizzas were simple awesome! Well then sadly that ship has sailed into the goodnight of a sea never to return (unless the main franchise owner makes the change back to how the original dough tasted, along with hiring people who make pizzas like Papa John used to!! Where there was not skimpy toppings, I mean your pizza would come out with toppings covering the entire pizza and up onto the crust itself! Now that was some fine pizza!! I am leaving a 3 star rating for the pleasant memories of how Papa John's pizzas USED to be made. Otherwise this would have been a 1.5 rating.

The store was dirty, the person who took my order looked and acted hight AF, I was asked if I was there to pick up an order and I said no I need to order and she began to ask me if I was 3 different people picking up an order. I told her, ma'am, I'm not picking up an order. I'm placing an order. She still looked at me like she had no idea what I was talking about. The gentleman that was making the pizzas was not wearing any gloves, and had touched his face and hair numerous of times I'm not sure if he did it while he was making our pizza, but he had other pieces he was making he had facial hair and was not wearing a facial net. Some other gentleman with really long hair was putting the pizzas in the boxes. He was not wearing gloves nor was he wearing hair net. This whole store needs to be. Re-evaluated!! uncleanly as heck I was

Well I had a 5 star review but commented about how rude they were to me for giving them a $20 tip but I have to change it today. I don't see where I can attach a photo but I just spent $55.00 and tipped and the cookie pizza Iis missing half a piece and there is hair and fluffy on the rest. I assume it fell upside down onto the ground before it made it to w box but it got scooped up and boxed anyway. Thanks. I needed the fiber I suppose. To the yoyo who boxed this mess, laziness will get you nowhere in life. You'll see one day. But some people are perfectly comfortable with that. Just received my order and it is a wreck. The parmesan chicken bites are half burnt and the garlic parmesan dipping sauce lid came off making it a greasy soggy inedible mess. Now I have nothing for lunch as the cheese sticks were for someone else. That box was also a greasy mess from the sauce leaking all out. Wish I could leave negative stars. Will never order from here again.

How about some pizza with your hair? Not real sure how hair (not just one) gets baked in to the crust but someone is brushing their hair over the pizza. $60 worth of pizza and my family just got up from the table without eating, thanks Papa John I never realized that the "better ingredients, better pizza" was human hair.... Way to go buddy, you had us all fooled.

Very upsetting to watch the employees work. While waiting on pizza to be made. Watched the blode kid with all the tattoos leaning all over the pizza press while playing on his phone and placing his mouth all over his hand then going back to work. Watched the younger brunette girl in the back corner and the Spanish guy working the build station throw dough at each other making a mess picking it off the ground everytime then handling food. Definitely needs help with management.

Called for a take out the call center agent whom spoke absolutely no English Completely got my order wrong I called the store they told me they could do nothing about it. Will not order from these people I would not recommend you order from these people until they do away with the call center I will be calling my credit card company to file a chargeback. Order number 982362190, ordered two papa bowls chicken Alfredo and veggies one today. Unfortunately there was NO chicken in the Alfredo one. It wasn't busy, due to staff on phones and standing in the back no one up front. Order says 15 minutes to be ready wasn't started until I got there. Needless to say NOT happy.

Ordered pizza xl cheese and a buffalo pappadia. Pizza came dough was almost raw it was so under cooked and to top it off not a single slice cut into the pizza. The buffalo pappadia had sausage on it..took 50min to arrive and another 30mins to even speak to the manager

Terrible order the pizza is there doordash pizza was not done and completely sloppy brought it back for them to remake it and they told me there was nothing they could do. They call the district manager which then told them to tell me to leave. So I had to repay for a pizza to be remade because they refuse to honor their quality guaranteed oath. Emily the store manager handle the situation in a why I was very disappointed. I will never order from them again.

The speech was wonderful. The sand was white. It really has no limitation on how far that you can go out into the ocean. You can go out pretty far and the water is still shallow. There is an option of umbrellas and wine chairs. They also have concession stands which you can buy slushy‘s ice cream drinks etc. This is a beach that I highly suggest.

We ordered a specialty pizza, at the tune of $ 24.67. Our order of a thin crust with 2 toppings of sausage and green peppers took over an hour to be delivered. The pizza was over done and not much when it came to the toppings. It was the 2nd pizza that came from Papa John's. We won't be ordering any pizza from them in the future, especially at that price.

the worst papa johns i have ever been to. we first ordered the food and they declined our card because they said they didn’t know how to do it. then after a hour wait we finally got our food. it was cold, after we finally got home they called us at 1030 and then again at 1118 pm. saying that we did not pay the bill was 104$ for 5 pizzas and some wings. we called the bank and the transaction was pending so we called them and told them that. they then called us again after the money went thru this morning. they proceeded to threaten to call the cops, saying “we will give you your money back but u need to come pay agian”” if you don’t we will call the cops”

Placed an order 2 hours ahead of time to get there and was told “it’s going to be another 30 min” and the explanation was “door dash is our first priority “ carol was the rudest woman I’ve ever dealt with. I was ready to wait after being told they couldn’t refund in cash (I understand the pending charges will be released) but then Carol spoke over who I was speaking to and I’m the meanest voice said NO we don’t do that. Okay that’s fine but lose the attitude. I understand you’re under staffed (even though I know of at least 3 qualified people who’ve applied, called to inquire and never received a call back) but this was placed 2 hours ahead of time. The way we were treated was unacceptable. Carol you need to not speak over people, get snippy and tell us we aren’t priority when we placed an order 2 hours ahead. Took my family of 7 elsewhere. Even someone leaving told us “good luck I’ve waited an hour and a half and still leaving with no food” when we were walking in.

After the cashier repeatedly asked for ingredients on my garden fresh pizza(questionably in a trolling manner), i received only one garlic sauce and only one pepperchini though I emphasized i wanted several of each. 👎

If I could give this place a no star I would. I placed my order from this establishment at 1:23pm and it sat in preparing station until 2:34pm after I had called the first time at about 2pm. Then at that time I had already arrived at the store and was told that driver has food and it can't be undone. So I asked for a refund due to the food arriving cold and length of delivery time. I was told to drive back home and bring back the cold food in order to refund my money which I did. So the customer service was even more herrible for acting as if they couldnt just accomadate my request. As they did not even need my card to reverse the charges. But I would never recommend this place to a homeless person let alone let them remake my food to wait another hour or more which is what they wanted me to do. Yeah it's a NO for me for ever order Papa John's again in life. Domino's has never disappointed me like this and I went straight there to get some food.

It's a standard Papa John's. Occasionally the good takes a little longer than expected but it's consistent and accurate each order.

The food is very good from the location. I have only had delivery and the time to deliver varies depending on the demand, as expected. The "tracker" times listed when ordering online are accurate.

Place was slammed but staff was doing their best. The 2 "ladies" in front of me were so very rude and aggressive with the guy who was trying to help them while doing 3 other things. Nobody deserves to be treated or talked to like that so I would like to give this place 5 stars because if i was that kid I wouldn't have handled it as good as he did. I did not catch his name but I picked up my order on 5/14/2021 around 6:45-7pm. So whoever that young gentleman was at the register, 5 stars to you!!!!

Pizza is great, but their call center ordering is frustrating, like calling the cable company.

Out of all the pizza places/chains out there, Papa John's is my favorite. Kids never complain with the pizza from there compared to the others. (They like the garlic sauce that comes with it) more than anything.

Ordered a "papa size" pizza. Crust was really thin and overcooked. Seems like they just stretched out the large instead of actually making a larger pie. Decent cheese and toppings though. Staff was friendly and the store was clean.

Just had to try their sandwich, cannot spell the name, found out I could get it fixed my way so I ordered sausage, pepperoni and pineapple with ranch on the side. This thing was large enough for the two of us and was delicious. Also ordered a large pizza with my choice of topics. It made for an excellent late night snack, breakfast and lunch. We really enjoy everything from Papa John's except trying to use their order on line app because the order is never right and most of the time impossible to use.

Excellent choice during these unusual times. Delivery time quicker than expected. Food hot and had a taste of freshness.

Very dissatisfied with my pizza tonight! I use to order alot from Papa John's and it seems to just be getting worse. I decided to try again tonight and unfortunately it was not that good. It saddens me especially since I worked at this store when it first opened. My pizza had no flavor and very little sauce. My roommate and myself didn't even eat half of our 16" pizza. Staff was friendly just the quality seemed to go down. I usually don't do reviews but had to get this off my chest.

this is a great Papa John's. The staff is always frienly, the food is always ready on time, and just as ordered. Just got the heart shaped pizza with dessert for my grandson and his girlfriend. They loved it.

Wanted to try the new parmesan cheese crust. Decided to order on line for their special pricing. MAJOR MISTAKE! Took 45 minutes to get to their Hudson site. Took another half hour to get to menu and locate their new crust portion of the menu. Whenever husband tried to order anything but the pizzas shown he could not. When he tried to order from the fix it your way he could not. He finally gave up and ordered the white sauce with beef and extra sauce--not at all what we wanted. When he got home with the pizza it was regular crust with sausage and white sauce. I called to complain only to be told what we got was what we ordered. We ate one slice each and put the rest in the frig. Not all that good. Anybody want some pizza??? Lol

My order was online and paid for not by me. But anywho they got here about the time they said, order was hot and when I opened the box the order was wrong. So I see that it's got onions on the pizza which I can't have. allergies, so I call the store and talk to a lady who was super nice and helpful said shed send the order right out. So happy about that when the guy delivered it I said oh thank you so much and he kinda looked at me and said well okay? 🙄 Went back to his truck looking very upset I'm gonna assume bc I didn't tip em or something? Idk but I didn't have cash or money so I couldn't. That's why it wasn't paid with my cards or whatever. But other than that really pleased they handled it and got it taken care of ty!

Always liked Papa John's Pizza , you do pay more for the better ingredients, better pizza motto. That's the only reason I rated it a 3. Probably order more often, Just prices tend to be higher than average.
