Order tonight was fantastic as usual. Pan pizza done to perfection but addition to order was the Cinnabon rolls. Fantastic finish to a fine meal.

One of the best pizzas I've ever had. The service is fast and excellent.

Their app seems to be always messed up they can't find my points now but it's not the stores fault. 2 months ago I had an issue with them using third party delivery which refused to use my information from the Pizza Hut app and used old information from their records. But that also was not the restaurants fault. The pizza is good. It's better than haystown's Domino's. Just that one Domino's has the worst Pizza I had ever had in my life and I'm not a New Yorker. I ordered cheese here and this pizza at this Pizza Hut and I get cheese. 😁

My wife and I are big on having our pizza hut pizza's well done bc we like it to have a little crunch to it and like our toppings cooked. It may just be our preference but Jake at the mariner store knows just how we like it and always makes it PERFECT. I don't even like to go to other pizza huts bc Jake knows what's up. Lol. Trying to make an order by my cell phone kept being either placed on hold or sent to the call center, I had to use my landline just to call and have someone at the store pick up. The call center will not transfer your call to the store like Papa John's actually does.

They are friendly and consistent. My order is always ready on time. My granddaughter loves thus pizza.

Do not get their fries... oh they're good fries but for $5 u can literally go across the street to the Chinese restaurant and get a serving for 4 for the exact same price! And they taste the same unless u make it Cajun. Other than that... its pizza hut. Just doesn't make sense the ridiculously small serving of fries u get for the price and fries are relatively inexpensive. Did the staff eat half of them? A toddler would be upset with that small amount. What we got was equivalent to half a small fry from mc Donald's or burger king. For $5 no cheese .. no bacon just fries. Plain old fries. Ridiculous.

Tried to put in an order at 11:20 pm on 6/4/24 no one answered called 8 more times from different numbers no answer. Guess you don't want service and we tip well too dont reccomend. Do better

They’ll make you wait 10 mins with your food in the warmer while being busy talking about non work stuff

These guys first took my delivery order and messed up the address. Double charged me because kf their messup. So my $20 total was twice now ($40) and they told me with in 1-2 days refund my money back. Its been 74 hours now and nothing back. Once i got the pizza it was doughy and cold not cooked and when i cakl them now they blacklisted my number so now they wont answer. Oh and i tipped $5 online but whenthe driver got here he was like thx alot and i said bro i just had the tip online and u guys double charged me? Like excuse me for not giving you more. F these guys they arr awful service and food was trash. Dont recommend.

Great experience. Ordered online and pizza was done right on time. Great price on advertised special, $12 for a large with any toppings made it even better. Employee at counter was super helpful. I will definitely keep returning to this location! Had Super Supreme with the classic pan crust!

They are running a special, any large pizza of any kind for $12. I place my order for a super Supreme, classic pan and it was ready when I arrived. I brought it home and it was fresh and delicious. This is a great deal!

Compared to my neighborhood Pizza hut on Ridge Road this store is 10 to the aforementioned 1. The pizza was cooked as I wanted and done on time and was not running or water or undercooked as I get on Ridge Road PH. From now on, 52 PH all the way!

Had to drive to Publix’s for a side salad when I should have been able to get it at your restaurant in the first place. didn’t realize it was hard for you people to make a side salad when it’s already at your sit down locations it’s really not that difficult guys.

Food is always good and service has been good and tonight was great!

Pizza hut used to be the best tasting fast pizza chain now quality sucked the crust tasted like cardboard and what happened to their cheese and where did the cheese go I ordered a stuffed crust and was looking for cheese when I found it I wanted to put it back sorry pizza hut you used to be my favorite

They delivered the wrong order. Then they sent the order out a second time, and it was still wrong.

I decided to treat myself to a pizza. I had never ordered one for myself before. I know I like vegetables and pepperoni. The manager asked me if I wanted thin crust or thick. I choose thin crush. Mistake! The pizza was overcooked, and the crust was crispy like a potato chip. I ordered wings, too. The wings were cooked too hard and, therefore, hard to swallow. The entire medium vegetable pizza with pepperoni and wings totaled $32.00, and I had to throw the whole thing in the trash. Well.. lesson learned.

The food was good a service sucked the atmosphere was okay

First off it would great if when someone is on WingStreet they use gloves! When I worked at pizzahut we had to do so. Reason why I say that is because I seen the guy who was saucing the wings lickhis fingers and not wash his hands. When he seen that I saw him do that he apologized as he continued to sauce the wings. I found that very disgusting. Once I seen that I asked if they could remove the wings off my order. Other than that everything else was great.

the bottom of the pizza was not done. Almost raw. skimpy toppings and hardly any garlic flavor.

I love pizza hut deep dish pizza and surprisingly there wings were awesome..I will definitely go back..there honey barbecue wings are awesome...keep up the good work...a little high on the price of wings..but yummy

I placed an order at this location, and when I picked it up, I was greeted by a man named Reuben, and I was nervous to walk outside after getting my food because there were two men standing outside asking for money and seemed suspicious; Reuben noticed that I was uneasy about walking out there with my young daughter, so he came out with us and made sure we got in our car safely. I was very impressed by his kindness.

I haven't been to Pizza Hut in years don't know why it popped up but the last time I was there it was fine but that was at least three years ago

How do you pick and choose what DoorDash you can take? I wanted food, ordered food(mind you it was not a big order just pasta, a melt, and personal size pan pizza), they proceeded to decline the order seconds after I placed it, forcing me to then call to see if I can place an order in the store for pick up TO THEN sit and listen to the most ANNOYING man go on and on RAVING about how I should try their NEW online ORDERING( aka DoorDash) for I kid you NOT , 7 minutes with not one person answering. Pick a different location or just save your money because now I can’t eat because it takes 3-5 business days for the money I had to be returned to me. Maybe quit if you don’t want to work instead. 0/10 do NOT even waste the amount of time I just did.

We would order from here roughly once a week and it was pretty much always a good experience. They recently outsourced their delivery to doordash and the food has showed up cold each time ever since. We won't be ordering from here anymore. Thankfully Papa John's and Domino's are just as close.

Amazing customer service. I informed them of an error on ordering through the website and management reached out to me to inform me the issue was fixed. Ive been ordering from here for a little while now and have never once had a problem. The food is great, service is kind and helpful, and ive never had to sit around and wait for extended time periods or had to report an issue with my food.

Very poor customer service upon entry, dirty facility, no one greeted us or even made eye contact with us. Employees walked in with regular clothes and did not wash hands. Employees who were not clocked in were putting their purses on the pizza making table and taking out multiple vapes. The wait time was ridiculous and all the employees were conversing amongst each other instead of interacting with customers

I ordered online to get the best deal, but once I ordered they didn't get the correct info from my order and then tried to say I didn't put the lot number (even though it was right there on my order confirmation) and then lied and said they tried to call, but my boyfriend has NO calls from them and everyone else got through. They voided my order and didn't email or call. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Another company delivered just fine. Won't order from the Hut again.

Pricy but ok i doctored up my pieces

We ordered a three box pizza. With the bread sticks. The pizzas were not what we ordered. We never got the bread sticks. We call and it was 6:30pm its now 7:50pm and we got the bread crumbs and corrected pizzas. Truly annoying to order food and not get what you want have to sit and wait that long for the replacement. Loved waiting till 8pm to friggin eat.

Burnt onions,staff didn't care. Attitude of counter staff was impolite and annoyed. I could clearly tell they were visibly bothered that I returned a pizza. Poor attitude and unconcerned about the mistake. Now I have to go to Papa Johns.

Had the best experience last night the pizza was nice, hot and fresh and the front counter lady. I think her name was Angel. It was absolutely wonderful will definitely be back again.

The pizza that I order on 2/14/23 was awful. I would never order there again. Nobody would eat it so the money I spent went down the drain. Would love to get a reorder or my money back .

All the pizzas were disgusting. Tasted like frozen walmart brand pizza. The dough was undercooked and gooey the cheese was clumpy and the veggies tasted like they were frozen before being put on the pizza. The breadsticks were ok but not like we used to get they were very dry. The brownies were burnt and we found several pieces of black plastic in it. Will never order pizza hut again. It used to be a favorite for us on Friday nights but even my kids refused to eat it.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza for delivery. Got a raw cheese pizza. Went to the store with the raw pizza. Manager never came out of the back, no refund, no sorry. Was made a new pizza. Still wasn't 100% correct.

The breadsticks were flavorless. The mozzarella sticks tasted like a freezer and the topping on the pizza were so minimal I barely tasted the bacon at all. I had not had Pizza Hut in several years due to location. I doubt I will ever go again. Very upset to have paid over $40 just to not eat it.

At the last minute was able to switch from pick-up to delivery! Pizza was delivered quickly and it was delicious as usual.

The Pizza Hut on State Rd 52 in Hudson has hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced. Really great staff !!!! The food was delicious and hot and just the way I wanted it after messing up my online order. These guys couldn't have made the experience any better, especially after feeling so foolish about placing my order wrong online. Cudos to your staff, and the training they provide to new employees. Friendly is an understatement.
