Tastes great and was ready quick, best chain pizza in hernando.

I went into the store and talk to the manager very friendly manager and the staff were very friendly I like to take this time to thank the staff and the store itself y'all have a great safe and a blessed day

The pizza was awesome and the young lady at the counter was very nice.

The owners are an alcoholic couple that runs their store on rage and withdrawals. They unjustly fire people all while insulting, yelling at, and degrading employees. The wife wrongly performs deliveries and takes money from her own employees by doing so. The husband of this partnership, doesnt stand up or disagree with the chaos his wife conveys and so it is pointless. Here, the favored drivers get to make their own schedule, show up when they want too, even when they arent on the schedule even when the amount of business doesnt justify the labor cost. Again, wrongfully taking money from other employees that actually are scheduled. Its no wonder why there is such a high turn over. This place is a joke. One minute you are allowed employee meals and discounts and the next day you are not. This place runs on a constant state of uncertainty. Also, despite their claims and bold signage out front, their dough is NOT FRESH. It comes frozen. You're welcome.

Our food & service has always been great ! Even on the busiest nights while having to wait a little longer they are always in there working hard 👍🏻

When you spend 50 dollars, you expect to get your food properly cooked. These days, it seems impossible. Food service is definitely not how it was 5 years ago. Instead, the management isn't managing, and the kids would rather talk and play on phones. Which was exactly what was seen when arriving at the store. A bunch of kids huddled in a circle talking. Which is fine if you have nothing to do. Yet, when you receive improper food. It makes you question things. I ordered on the app. I've ordered this order several times in different states. There was no way that my order should've been done in 10 mins. Yet, my husband went and picked it up. As it stated, it was done. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with chicken, onions, and banana peppers with extra on all the toppings. I also ordered the cheese sticks with an extra cup of sauce, as well as the papa pairings cookie and brownie desserts. The pizza wasn't atrocious. It wasn't cut through all the way, but that's a simple fix. I didn't see the extra toppings. What I did notice was that the toppings were mostly on one side. The cheesesticks seemed possibly undercooked. Yet, the desserts were definitely improperly cooked. The cookie was undercooked, while the brownie was cooked hard and burnt on the outside. Not to mention, the brownie had a cut across. Both desserts were absolutely awful. This was my first and last time spending money here.

Not long ago, I had an issue with my pizza delivery not being fulfilled correctly. After completing their online survey, I received a call early the next morning apologizing & offering a free replacement, at my convenience. Later, in time, the replacement was done correctly. Now, fast forward to tonight. This time I ordered a different pizza, & I just have to say it was perfection. From the plentiful fresh ingredients, to the bake, still hot on arrival, & the always polite delivery driver, no one could ask for better. Thanks to their team!

Papadilla was awful! No cheese!!! And little bit of toppings.

Took an order for over 60 dollars worth of food and then canceled the order without any notification. I expected the staff to have the decency to inform us of such but I guess those expectations were too high. Nothing but young kids wanting to leave early. Good help/work is hard to find.

Always order the same thing and it's always made different with portion control. Had to wait a little while but it was ok. If u can't have fun at work it's not worth it. It would've been bad but they did engage with the customers as we waited

Was leaving the cancer center in Southaven Mississippi my brother decided he wanted Pizza so he chose Papa John's in Hernando price was kind of ridiculous for a medium size pizza and it was the most nastiest pizza we had ever eaten I didn't take but two bites and I was done needless to say I didn't eat dinner and if my brother had not been so hungry from not eating for over 24 hours he wouldn't have eat it either please do something to make this better it's a lot of money and you can't eat it

We ordered the large specialty ultimate pepperoni pizza. Very pleased with this. It was a special deal, so not as expensive as usual.

Shouldn't have to order off an app to get an affordable pizza. Full price on everything if you order in person.

Staff is nice; just make sure to check your pizza in the box before leaving as I have had the wrong pizzas when I get home a couple of times.

Your pizza sizes have gotten really small and I can get a five topping large for 9.99 at domines.

We've ordered there about 3 times already and it's been good everytime. Our pizzas were hot, yummy and on time!

The employees are nice enough & I have no problem with anyone there. However, I don't like their pizza (ex-wife and children do) & my order was wrong as much as it was right. If you like Papa John's then you'll have no issues with it....if your order is right

Try their vegetable pizza. Their delivery service is way better than Windy City Grille's dine in service. Friendly people, served within 30 minutes, you actually get your food and it's hot and edible. Windy City Grille should strive for these qualities.

Love the pizza and this location is the best. Fresh fast and correct. Only been wrong once and it was corrected compensated and done without debate.

I drive 12 miles out of my way to get my pizza at the Papa John's store in Hernando, Mississippi. The people and service at this store are great and the pizza is exceptional! I can't say enough good things about them!!

We order from this location every weekend. We use pick up services and it’s speedy, the staff is always very friendly, and never had any issues with our orders!

Long-time Papa John's customer here and that is simply due to the fact that I order from this store. The customer service is second to none and don't be surprised if the crew's attitude in the store turns your day around. Good people and good pizza/wings/sides. I plan to be back for the 2 large 2-topping deal for $24 again! (and again!)

I must say...I already love Papa Johns but I went Saturday and I had the absolute best customer service all of the staff were friendly, the manager Deshon Jones was really helpful helping me decide which specialty pizza I should choose and my pizza was hot and fresh just how I liked it! I will be going back!

I am a very picky eater but the new Italian hero pizza is SOOOOOO GOOD!! The environment is very friendly and Mr. Jones made me feel comfortable trying something new. I would highly recommend going here.👍

I had a great customer service experience! I decided to buy pizza for my coworkers and this is what they wanted, I dont usually eat here. I called and spoke to Marissa. She was polite and very patient with me. She answered all my questions and actually saved me some money with a special that was running. I really appreciated all the time and patients she took with me on a busy Friday night!

I tried Papa Johns for the first time, and I loved it! Marissa Collins was very prompt with my order and extremely kind! I loved the welcoming environment in the store! I will definitely be coming here more often!

My favorite pizza chain in Hernando. For so many of the staff being young, they work hard to take care of the customers. Marissa who often works the register was particularly customer friendly and efficient!

Yep! Bought 2 large pizzas and when I didn’t receive any garlic butter dipping sauce I politely asked for some in which was told they are not included with a pizza. .50 for each sauce.... WTH?! It’s not the .50 but more of this has never happened before... I don’t even like the sauce, but was getting it for guests at our house (reason for 2 large pizzas.) I don’t mind paying for it had I requested extra sauce, however one is (I thought) standard. Put a bad taste in my mouth, literally.
