Terrible service average coffee. Went on a weekday morning with my dad and sat at a table in the back after ordering to wait for our coffee. We were told to leave the table by a blonde heavy set woman as it was reserved for groups of four people only. There was barely anyone in there and there were plenty of open tables both inside and out. We thought she was joking. She was not. They have signs up inside saying how they don’t like rude people - they should take a look in the mirror. Will never go back.

I had one of the best chicken wraps I've ever had here! Everyone I was with loved their food. Lots of healthy options, but still super yummy.

I would give 10 🌟 if I could! We love this place and its other location in NPB. All the staff at both locations are super friendly and welcoming. Our pup loves the PK pup cups and there is not anything that we have tired that we didn't love!! There is plenty of seating available and the menu is extensive for all times of the day, with everything made fresh to order! P.s. Do not leave here without trying the build your own açai bowl 🤤

What's not to love about Papa Kwan's?! Whenever I'm in town, it's the first place I visit. The owner, Joel, and his staff are incredible and always make my family and I feel right at home. Highly recommend!

We were in town for a long weekend. The coffee shop came recommended by a local. We went for breakfast all three days we were in town. The açaí bowls were incredible. Ice coffee and iced matcha were great. We also had avocado toast and a croissant breakfast sandwich. We will definitely go back the next time we are in town. Cool environment and nice people.

Too many passive aggressive signs trying to PUSH GOOD VIBES! Didn’t feel the love from staff and other signs calling patrons inconsiderate if two people sat at a bigger table. Food made to order wasn’t worth the wait, avocado toast was bland. Also wish they’d do away with plastic cutlery when eating in, breakfast wasn’t cheap.

Went here for an acai bowl around three and was able to get a discount which was nice. Ordering is somewhat rushed as they just watch you wait to take it, though there was an acai bowl order form that I really enjoyed. Since the area is small, you have to wait outside and they bring your order to you which isn’t something I’m used to, and in the heat can be cumbersome. The acai bowl was pretty delicious, i’m not sure if it’s the best one i’ve had but I’ll come back here for sure.

Papa Kwans is an awesome place. Not only is the food delicious, but the portions are reasonable and the prices are somehow low. What really makes them stand out is the customer service. The staff is helpful, kind, and they go above and beyond for their customers. Each time I have visited, I have been impressed with the staff.

I stopped in to Papa Kwans today for the first time. I decided to come here based off of the google reviews. This place deserves 10 stars. The service was great, the iced coffee was top notch, and I think I just ate the best cheese danish of my life. This is my new Friday afternoon coffee spot. Highly recommend.

Papa Kwans is awesome, came down from philly to visit my mother. The atmosphere was laid back and stood out amongst the drab buildings and other buisness along the highway. What I enjoyed most was the diverse coffee options! An whats more is the food offerings!. I will deff be back next time I visit. I did find the signs promotion positive vibes to be entertaining and a bit ironic as the counter operator was a bit frustrated with us when we placed our order and were unsure of what type of milk or creamer we would like. I figure thats ok since they probably deal with a lot of jerks hence the signs. At the end of the day we came for the coffee not the personalities 😆 Coffee was awesome and im sure they were having a rough day

Papa Kwans is my go-to fast/casual hidden gem. Not only do they have the best açaí bowls in town, they also have unmatched customer service. I’ve been coming here for many years and have watched them continue to grow. They truly care about their local community.

What a gem of a place! Wonderful, friendly staff. Very fresh ingredients and everything was wonderful. One of the best acia bowls I have had. My daughter (11) had the veggie sandwich and she LOVED it, ate the whole thing! Definitely give it a try if you are in the area. Support small, local business! Will definitely return, and recommend to friends 🧡

Stopped by twice and have had fairly well experiences both times. The food and drinks are great, however the service has some opportunity. My partner has a nut allergy and I asked the cashier for coconut milk in place of the almond milk because of his allergy. I got a very strange look from the employee while she pointed to their disclaimer on the table about cross contact while saying that “we don’t really do that here”. I reiterated that all I need was them to make sure that they used coconut milk in place of the almond milk that comes with the chosen smoothie.

Love this place! Great cold brew coffee and super nice staff. You order at the counter and they bring out your food. Can be crowded and hard to find a table at popular times on weekend mornings.

True story- we had planned to put our senior dog (he has lymphoma) down last Monday bc he wasn’t eating at all and I couldn’t get any of his medication down…we had literally tried EVERYTHING and were loosing hope. We took him on a “Ned’s favorite things day” Saturday and went to the beach and then Papa Kwans for a pup cup… he gobbled the treat in the pup cup and then I asked for a couple more and gobbled those. I was literally in tears at the sight of him eating. The owner sat and talked with me and told me where to get them , and was so kind. She mentioned a trick she had done with some of her old pups and I tried it. I was able to get him to eat and get his medicine in again finally. Needless to saw we canceled his appointment and he’s still going a week later! So very grateful for her ❤️‍🩹🐕

Best place and a local favorite. The staff and owner are amazing and friendly. The food is yummy and consistent and always adding new things with customer input. The best place to hit up before or after the beach! Love the Açaí bowl and Korean iced latte!

Cuban coffee. I don't normally like sugar in coffee, but this is the only exception. Very friendly people, but not a great sit and relax and drink coffee. Not really meant for that.

Acai bowls were good everything else was not pleasant. We had to ask for a refund on our tacos because the tacos had canned chicken in them…… nasty

This place has a very lively vibe. Youthful but mature, busy but good service and fast service but good food. Also, dogs of all kinds welcome inside or out. Music was a little loud, but we were setting under a speaker. It's a fun place with good food.

This Tiki Bar themed coffee shop has a high quality menu, high quality coffee, and amazing customer service. I got a cold brew, and a Korean latte, and both were excellent. They also have a cortado on the menu! Service is fast, and this place is seriously instagramable inside and outside.

This is our go-to breakfast spot in the Jupiter-Juno area. Whenever we visit, we come here almost every morning. Whether it's just for a delicious infused iced coffee, or we're coming in for acai bowls and breakfast tacos, it's always excellent. The staff is always friendly and energetic, the coffee is fresh, meals (tacos esp) are fire, and they many times have live music in the outside area. A must visit before or after the beach.

Edit: 2 years later and I came back to say that this place STILL has the BEST acai bowls in the world!!!!! Look forward to coming here every year we visit. Truly the best. The absolute BEST acai bowls in jupiter. I drive 15 minutes just to come here. I am from CA and had been searching for acai bowls and tried other places but no one compares to Papa Kwans. Recommend getting the acai and coconut bowl mix topped with greek yogurt, hemp seeds, coconut, and honey. All the bowls are made fresh and customizable. You won't be disappointed! Not to mention they have great breakfast wraps as well!

UPDATE ... The delivery service never delivered to our address! The problem is with the delivery service...Not us! Please answer this, Would you pay for something that you did not receive? My lawyer said that you are quilty of DISCRIMINATION! Your complaint is with the delivery service, not my daughter. I will file a complaint with the atty gerneral's office for discrimination. My daughter ordered for herself and me this am. They charged us 69.13 and refused to go through with the order that was to be delivered. We use them all the time but never again!!

Papa Kwan’s is not only mine, but my entire family’s favorite place to go for breakfast and coffee . Been coming here for 3+ years not just for great food, but for the vibe which the owners do an exceptional job preserving. A local favorite - thank you for giving us awesome memories

I love Papa Kwans! The food is fresh and excellent, and the coffee and other drinks are amazing. Plus they have decaf everything and all different kinds of milks. But what I like most is the sign on the door that says “we don’t tolerate rudeness“ which is so refreshing to see in today’s world. The staff couldn’t be kinder or more hospitable. There is music and outdoor seating and I highly highly recommend it. I’ve been here for breakfast and lunch and I have done takeout and dine in and it’s all great. Plus, I think they’re now open till 6 PM which is such a treat to be able to have their food later in the day too. PS it’s very casual

Me & my girlfriend go to this place often and the place was good and food awesome. Sadly, our experience today was not as pleasant we witnessed how the owner, he doesn’t know for to threat his employees, I saw twice today he was yelling at them, that’s not the right way to treat the employees, they work really hard and also. Don’t leave tips, he doesn’t share the tips property with employees.

The menu is so fresh!! The staff is fantastic!! The coffee is definitely worth coming back for!!! You can bring your fur babies!

Public Service Announcement. I reviewed Papa Kwan's online menu to make my carry out decision prior to arrival. Imagine my shock when they charged me 50% higher than what was posted on their website. How hard is it to keep your website up to date....suspicious. My tuna wrap was just ok.

I have edited Papa’s from one star to. Why? Adjust your expectations - I adjusted mine. You’ll get your food or your açaí bowl, but you got to wait! They are slow - that’s their thing and they embrace it. Want something quick? Go to McDonalds. Want good food or killer açaí bowls? Go to Papa Kwans.

Usually have a good experience here but they struggle with weekend crowds. Lost track of my order and had to wait an hour for food. Great on weekdays, not so great on weekends.

Wow!!! Almost missed this hidden gem. Food was unbelievably amazing!! Coffee was delicious. Make sure to have your order ready before you get to the register. They are quite busy. Lots a people that all knew each other and the wait staff- so you know they are regulars… I would definitely become a regular if I was living down here!

papa kwans is the absolute best (not so) hidden gem in juno beach! best acai bowls ever, i’m obsessed with the creamed coconut as well - try it with your next bowl! yeah it might take you a bit longer to get your order but they’re a small business and always slammed for a reason because it’s goood food and good vibes! 10/10

This used to be my favorite place for breakfast, but now it’s constantly crowded, they never answer the phone or accept online orders, and they’ve raised their prices by a lot. I’m sure the food is still good but it’s not what it used to be. To be clear, this is not “punishing” the business for being busy, but more so how they have handled the increased business and how it affects their once loyal customers. Perhaps instead of being defensive, the owner should learn to accept feedback and make adjustments to improve their business. Also, in response to the owner’s comment: online ordering is not always on. Frequently it says that “orders are not accepted at this time”.

Cute place with delicious baked goods, we only had coffee and iced blended coffee, but I noticed many gluten free and vegan options. Got breakfast items- wraps, paninis and bowls all looked really good. Service was fast and friendly. Lots of signs saying to be nice and respectful, so I ask our cashier and she said sometimes people a pretty rude when they have to wait. Since everything is made fresh- one would figure there would be a bit of a wait- some people just suck. Will definitely stop by again when we are in the area!

A local GEM. This tiny hole in the wall restaurant really packs a punch. Despite how insanely busy they were, we got our açaí bowls pretty quickly. And they were delicious. Very cute and charming place, and I will definitely be returning

If I could rate 0 I would. Waited an hour for my food and when asked about it they tried to tell me I did not order an hour ago. I said I took a picture when I ordered… and then They had JUST started the food and told me another 20 minutes. Of course they are so kind when you’re ordering but the minute something is wrong they were ALL RUDE couldn’t believe it. funny the guy that told me you didn’t order an hour ago put his head down as soon as I said I have a picture of the time of my order. They dont like being called out

Victoria providing live music sealed the deal and created a nice surf/beach atmosphere. Super quick service despite being very busy. Managed to get a seat despite a rude couple trying to hog a whole picnic table (4-6 seats) to themselves. Cute mixed seating. No problem finding parking. Açai bowl was delicious and iced latte tasty. Highly recommended!

Love this place usually… today we were standing in line for a few minutes looking over the menu and waiting to order (behind 2 people) and the second it turned 4pm they said “We’re closed” and wouldn’t let us order even though we had already been in line for a few minutes... Super rude. They could’ve said something sooner, or just served whoever was in line before 4pm... They saw we were waiting in line to order. We went across the street to Thirsty Turtle Express and they were happy to serve us.

Awesome food in a chill location, easily accessible off US1, near the beach. My favorite is the chicken taco wrap, an absolute essential is the side of street corn. The rum coffee is great too.

Good acai bowls, atmosphere, and snacks. Their ordering process is a bit annoying as they constantly are yelling out names. Also, the online ordering is awful. 30 minute lead time is fine, but both orders took 45 minutes plus.

My favorite local spot for açaí bowls and a nice light breakfast. Egg salad sandwich is unreal with the crispy onions on top, and egg sandwiches are basic but great. Pricing is fair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE ASIAN SLAW. UNMATCHED. Coffee is great as well!

Have been coming here for years — food and smoothies are good but the operation of the restaurant is poor. We recently waited 40+ minutes for a single breakfast wrap and eventually gave up and drove 2 minutes down US1 to the Green Garden Cafe — bigger menu, better food, and we were served in under 5 minutes, plus they actually had enough seating inside out of the sun for us to sit and enjoy a leisurely breakfast.

I’ve eaten here 7 days in a row it’s my favorite! And the staff is so kind !

Very much enjoy this place however not a fan of all the authoritarian signs around the store. They want you to get into the vibe feel but their signs are preachy and demanding. They even have one that tells you to leave if you don’t have the time to wait for your food. I can appreciate food being made by scratch but you also need to understand you’re a cafe and people are coming by on their lunch break and don’t have 30 mins to wait for a coffee and a sandwich. In conclusion, love the food, not a fan of the owner being such a control freak.

As much as I want to love this place, for the price I just can't. I ordered the breakfast avocado toast which came to 10.70. It was two pieces of Dave's Killer Bread that you buy at publix….some avocado with hardboiled egg, scallions, and balsamic. Should've made this at home for like a buck. Their corn side and tuna is pretty good but again way too pricy :(

Had an excellent Italian wrap. It was like several slices of meat lovers pizza with fresh mozzarella wrapped up in a tortilla. Delicious!

Got the tomatoes, mozzarella with pesto on toasted naam bread. Delicious great size. Really enough for two and an actual bowl. Leave out the coconut next time.

Great place but please get rid of the completely ridiculous doorbell thing. I had to get my bowl to go as that thing was so annoying.
