I would not recommend this place for anyone of minority. I was so excited to try this venue due to its review and drove over 30 minutes to this place. I was waiting in line and the bartender saw me but pass me up for a white couple behind me and didn't even acknowledge me. I had never been to a wine venue like this before so I was really shocked. I would never returned to this place. I will definitely spread the word of how this place treat different race. Thanks but no thanks. There are too many winery venue out there with better customer service because I've been to plenty as I'm a wine lover.

When my dad and I showed up, they were in a black out. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, making the best of a weird situation.

What a delightful surprise. We spent a lovely afternoon looking at the vineyards. After trying a tasting of 4 wines we made a choice to go with our delicious snacks of cheese, breadsticks and locally made sausage. Stacey came out to share her knowledge of the vineyards grapes and and it's history. We spent a great afternoon there. Highly recommend. Note: the 3:00 tour is no longer offered on Sunday.

My bachelorette party went to Parallel 44 this last weekend and had the BEST time! The staff really made the experience so wonderful! It was my first time there but I am already planning trips to go back!

The Wine is Fantastic! . I loved every wine I tried. Very friendly service however I was lucky enough to be tasting when the owner Maria was there. She is so Nice! Great experience!!!

We absolutely love this winery. We love Steve's and Maria's wine so much that we sign up to be members and can't wait every 3 months what delicious wines we will pick up. We always enjoy to sit on a patio and sip some delicious wine. Talk to Steve, Maria or Margaret is always big plus. The vineyard is so pretty and you can walk through. This is our favourite winery in Wisconsin

Great day sampling wines with family. Very friendly and helpful staff. We bought six bottles of our favorite wines and water with breadsticks for tasting… all for only around $120.

Steve & Maria display their work ethic very humbly, and approach their business in a very down to earth and welcoming way. In addition to a beautiful variety of wines, the atmosphere and beautiful Vineyard is a complete delight. Highly recommend.

These people have truly great wine made from grapes grown only in Wisconsin! Some are rather singular and some are more complex. All are delicious and their generous tastings make it so easy to be sure of what you are buying. It is clear that they are really dedicated to creating an audience for grapes that can be grown right here in our beautiful state.

Nice winery with a nice outdoor space. Tastings cost $10 for four two oz. Pours. We also had a cheese plate that was nice. Friendly staff as well.

44 wine is the best thing n Wisconsin!

First time there. Went with a group of good friends. Wine sampling, and charcuterie 😊. Margaret was a wonderful hostess as were the 2 other ladies. Guitar player/singer was very good. A wonderful way to spend some time with good friends. Even bought a bottle to take home 😉

After volunteering picking grapes, we were treated to wine tasting. I purchased a red called “M” which was the first really excellent bottle of wine I have ever had. Also the orchard was beautiful!

I don’t understand where the positive reviews are coming from. We had the worst customer service we have ever experienced in our 37 years of visiting Door County. From the servers to the owner himself. All were rude and did not care to serve us. My husband went for a glass of wine as the rest of us were finishing our bottle of wine. They would not sell him a glass because it was 4:57 and they were closing at 5. The owner basically said he didn’t care if we came back! Well, we won’t be back.

Parallel 44 and Door 44 was recently awarded Winery of the Year for the Upper Midwest Cold Climate Region! Without a doubt well deserved! Steve is a mastermind at crafting the most delicious wines from cold climate grapes, 90% of which are grown right here in Wisconsin. His wines are sure to please even the most complex palates. He is very innovative and is always trying something new. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they enjoy their job and go out of there way to make you feel comfortable! By far the best wine this side of California!! Don’t let anyone tell you different!! A must stop for all wine lovers!!❤️🍷

We are locals who requested a pairing for 18 family and friends. Maria, co-owner of Parallel 44, delivered! Sitting on the patio on a beautiful summer afternoon overlooking the vineyard, we were served a 5-course gourmet lunch complete with a generous slice of cheesecake. The wines paired beautifully. One of our guests commented that it was like an afternoon in a Napa vineyard. So much nicer than the crowded wineries in Door County—and the wines are better too!

We had a fabulous visit to Parallel 44. The views were breathtaking. We upgraded to a tasting and food pairing which proved to be a delicious choice. Will definitely return to Parallel 44

We go here ever time we stay in Misicot. Nice country scenery and fabulous wine. Friendly staff. The patio over looks the vineyard and is very spacious. Always bring home wine for gifts and our personal enjoyment.

My husband and I tasted 4 wines, 2 red and 2 white dry wines. We also purchased vson bread sticks to cleanse our pallets between samplings. The weather was beautiful so we enjoyed your samples on the outdoor patio. Based on our samplings, we did choose to purchase some bottles of wine.

Reserved a spot for the vineyard walk with the winemaker. Steve was great! Learned about wines made from locally grown grapes, and the different varietals that are able to be grown here. An incredible tour, and some fantastic wines. And all from Wisconsin grapes growing right here on the 44th parallel. It is well worth the time to come by Parallel 44.

Had a lovely visit this afternoon. Margaret greeted us warmly at the door and discussed the wine selections with us. We each enjoyed a glass of Brilliant while looking out over the vineyards. Nice selection of wines made from local grapes. Will definitely make this winery a regular visit!

Love Parallel 44. Always have a great time visiting and the wines are wonderful. I preferred Nouveau Rouge but the newest wine, Brilliant, is amazing. I recently had Bubbler and was pleasantly surprised. Just enough bubbly with a hint of sweetness. Our very own Napa Vally right in our back yard.

Great Frozen Tundra Wine Fest. Their wine was yummy and the Booyah burgers were outstanding.

My wife and I stopped here after I finished the long roadwalk on the Ice Age Trail which goes right by this winery. We were there on a Monday and had the place to ourselves. My wife and I both enjoyed our flights and we both selected a few bottles to buy. We also had a bag of the Corsican toasts with a garlic herb cheese spread both of which went well with the wine. There were very nice outdoor seating areas but only limited indoor seating. The staff was very friendly. Overall, a nice stop.

Easily the best winery around. Wine is so tasty and everyone there is so nice. Allie was our waitress when we went here in summer, and she was so passionate about her work, it made the experience even better. Love this place

Great variety of wines for all tastes. We each started with a flight and then shared a bottle (or two!) on the veranda, which overlooks the vineyard and farmland nearby. Live music on Saturdays!

I always feel welcome from the minute I walk through the door. That isn't true for all wineries - even in Northeast Wisconsin. I am impressed by Steve and Maria, the winemakers, for being incredibly inventive with Wisconsin-grown cold climate grapes. I am impressed with the competence and knowledge of the staff (shout out to Margaret - we had a great conversation last week), and how they bend over backwards for their guests. As a wine club member, I appreciate the great discounts and the great selections in the quarterly wine releases. Highly recommend - it's off the beaten path, it's not got the touristy vibe of Door County wineries. Love it.

Steve and Maria make the whole experience at either location special and s if you are part of the winery. Their wines are my favorite. I absolutely love their Ice Wine. My second is Blue Moon and my third is Petite Pearl. The staff is always friendly and willing to help.

Parallel 44 is such a fun place! Driving up, I felt like I was in Europe. So beautiful! The drive there from Green Bay was easy and short! The wine tasting was great. I fell in love with some wines and bought 6! :) I highly recommend!!

Not very big on the inside seating area, but when it warms up there will be plenty outside. Did the winery walk for 20 dollars each ,included some small samples and a free glass when done. Very educational walk , wines I thought were very good, but that is always individual taste.

Parallel44 in Kewaunee is my favorite winery! The staff is always so welcoming, positive, and accommodating. The winemaker, Steve, is constantly releasing new wines throughout the year and has so much knowledge about wine production. I learn something new every day I am there! The landscape is beautiful in every season too. Sharing a bottle of wine with loved ones on the patio is a perfect way to spend the day! Thank you P44
