We had heard good things from multiple friends about Parlour Donuts so we thought we'd give it a try. Soooo Yummy. I thought the Donuts were similar to a cronut consistency, light and airy. The flavors are fun and very tasty. Our group ordered half a dozen all different kids and split so you could get a taste of a few types. Coffee drinks were awesome as well as breakfast sandwiches. I wish there was a little more seating as our crew of 5 had to split between a couple tables, but the place was so cutely decorated. One of my top three donut places now!!

This doughnuts are so amazing. Really liked the cold brew coffee as well.

This Parlor doughnuts was nothing compared to the Panama City location. The doughnuts were stale and lacked flavor. Will not be returning

We live in a neighboring town where Parlor Donuts was first started (Evansville, IN). When we planned our vacation, I knew that a stop at Parlor Donuts in Pensacola was a must. It's always nice to have a little taste of home while on vacation! My daughter tried the banana creme pie and absolutely loved it. I always get either the strawberry shortcake or the turtle cheese cake. BOTH are FABULOUS. My son got the campfire one and was completely silent in the car eating it. No matter where you are, if you see a Parlor Donuts...STOP!

Was absolutely excited to find a bakery serving Gluten Free donuts. 3 of us are GF and when we bit into our donut we all spit them out. That was the awfulest, nastiest, OLD, stale, baked good I have ever eaten. Even my grandson said it was nasty. I contacted the bakery, by couple of means. I hate leaving reviews like this however, when you pay $18 for inedible product that isn't ok. The regular donuts were ok, you can tell not fresh, but apparently far better than the GF. Anything you buy at the store will far surpass the quality here. Save your money!

Parlor Doughnuts has not only amazing doughnuts, but also great vanilla matcha teas and maple brown sugar lattes! Beautiful cafe setting and fantastic staff!

It's not very filling, but they serve absolutely delectable morning treats. Recently, we had our first experience in parlor, and while the shop is small, it's got a cute and comfy vibe going for it and the 2 employees we interacted with were awesome and super personable. I'd definitely recommend the banana creme pie or blueberry cheesecake doughnut to anyone needing to start their morning off on the sweet side!

Absolutely loved everything about this place. Very welcoming from the moment you walk in. The barista was very friendly and good at her job. The coffee we ordered was delivered very quickly for a coffee shop. She suggested some amazing and delicious choices from the donut selection. Was very impressed with this place and would definitely recommend anyone to try it out. Had to get extra donuts on our way out. They were very sweet but light. The turtle cheesecake was so good.

Saw this place while walking around town and knew I had to wait to come in with my boyfriend, as he loves donuts! We got the Mayan Mocha and Caramel Latte to drink. Donuts we tried were the Turtle Cheesecake, Raspberry Filled, Cookies and Creme, Peanut Butter Cup, French Toast, and the Bourbon Caramel. All were so fluffy and delicious!

Not your typical donut shop. Don't go expected to get a dozen hot glaze, but they do have some exception specialty delights. Got a variety to take back to the family, and we were not disappointed. Might suggest a knife and fork for your dining pleasure. Their breakfast tacos were very good as well.

Parlor Doughnuts offers some of the most delicious and generously sized doughnuts we’ve ever had. We stopped in during a walk around the district and were thoroughly impressed. Although seating in the area is limited, the quality of the doughnuts more than makes up for it. Each bite was worth every penny. If you’re in the district and craving a treat, Parlor Doughnuts is a must-visit!

Such a cute little shop! I got the vegan gluten free donuts. They have the texture of cake but still super good. I love the original tile floors. Sooo pretty.

I'm glad Dunkin' Donuts didn't have my usual. Stopping in this town, I found a store with chocolate chocolate layered doughnuts. They weren't too chocolaty and had a satisfying crunch. Great discovery!

The service was friendly and patient with our questions. The donuts are delicious and the coffee is some of the best I’ve had. My wife and I had the mayan mocha ice coffee; and you can taste the coffee and not super sweet.

Absolutely the best donut I’ve ever had. We also had the pesto ciabatta egg sandwich, and breakfast tacos. Wonderful.

Was recommended this place by local friends and went in just now. The two employees were talking to someone who had made a purchase for over 7 min. There was a line of people waiting and the employees ignored everyone. Check the camera. We also videod it and sent it to every local friend we have and each of them said they wouldn’t be back due to the rudeness.

It was a really delicious donut :) The sweetness was just right, and the donut made with multiple layers of pastry was soft and chewy, so I really liked it. The staff is friendly and the food has a variety of flavors. It's a pity that I couldn't pack much. I want to eat it again!

Terrible customer service given by the manager Aaron!! Waited for over a week and he never refunded us the money he promised he was going to give us! He kept the money! Oh well, we will never go back there again!😲

As always you can’t go wrong with any of the donuts. We were there early on a weekday at opening so parking was easy and available up front on the street. Only disappointment was that we had planned to order some of their savory breakfast options but when we arrived they were all crossed off their menu board.

Advertised as having gluten-free options but after driving all the way downtown, and paying to park, finding the gluten-free options taped over on the menu and not available. I hate having my time wasted.

We got a dozen not donuts. My wife was bound and determined get them. Not knowing what was coming (I had never seen pictures or anything beforehand) I do feel like I was kind of deceived. In MY opinion, these are NOT DONUTS. They are flaky and like croissants with toppings on them. Absolutely delicious... Don't get me wrong. I'd eat them all the time. I just feel like it's deceitful to people expecting real donuts and then it's completely different lol

They have gluten free donuts!! And I have celiac disease so I'm extra sensitive, and they were careful about it. I got the lemon glazed gf donut, and it was delicious. 😋

Was there on Valentine's Day at 7:30 AM, and many flavors already sold out. Ordered Turtle Cheesecake, and it had peanuts instead of pecans. Girl at counter was not very friendly or helpful (was our first visit) and the floors were really dirty like it had been a while since they were cleaned. Sent a PM to their Facebook page about the experience and never got a response or acknowledgement. Definitely NOT doughnuts. These are "cronuts", more like croissants, and at a cost of about $4 each one should expect something special. This wasn't it.

Best pastry ever. Don't know why they call them donuts. Worth the price.

Delicious donuts and kind wait staff. They aren't your run-of-the-mill 1$ donut they are Devine pastries, so be ready to spend at least 5$ per donut (they are worth it, just don't be surprised)

This place is awesome! The donuts have SO many layers and the flavors are delicious! These donuts are not your typical donuts. My favorite flavor so far out of the ones I have tried is the raspberry filled one. It was so fantastic! I can’t wait to go back and try more!

My family of 6 went this morning to try out a new to us donut place. We ordered a full dozen to try as many flavors as we could. They were so good! Bourbon Caramel and Strawberry Shortcake were standouts, but all were delicious. I loved the crispy outside/chewy inside texture. My husband said his house coffee was good and I enjoyed my maple brown sugar latte. We have tons of leftovers that we’ll snack on the rest of the weekend. My husband and I would definitely come here for a dessert and coffee date, so I’m glad to see they’re open til evening.

We tried four different kinds of “doughnuts.” They were good but as a donut-person, I’d probably not go back. They’re worth a try for something different…

This donut shop is very unique. The donuts aren't your typical donut with the hole in the center. They are almost like a fritter but very light and they have a slight chew, which I love! They could almost be like a cro-nut, with layers of dough. I just don't know, but they taste so GOOD

Unique, handcrafted, specialty doughnuts. Located right in the middle of downtown Pensacola. Friendly crew is always ready to share a smile and a suggestion. The best part is that they also make keto, vegan, and gluten-free donuts in house (although not as good as the real ones).

It's always a great place to visit. The gentleman who worked with me today was fantastic! He took the time going over the different beans they had for coffee and apologized profusely for the fresh coffee taking longer than 2 minutes.

A fun doughnut shop located in the heart of Downtown Pensacola🍩 I like to call Parlor the Crumbl of doughnut shops because of the unique flavors, colors, and decorative designs they offer! Atmosphere: The inside is very cozy and small. When you first enter, you automatically see the doughnuts on display:) My favorite seating area is their barstools by the windows so that you can look out at Palafox, but they also have a small outside area to sit at as well. Service: They are speedy here and mostly because they have to be! So many people come through the door that they’ve gotten down a process that gets you your doughnuts within a few minutes. Menu items: I’ve tried an assortment of their doughnuts and am always happy with the flavors. Despite the doughnuts having different toppings, the breading on the side is actually light and melts in your mouth (my mouth is watering just thinking about it😂)! Aside from their doughnuts, they also offer an assortment of coffees and teas! Even though the company is a franchise, it gives mom-and-pop vibes in our little downtown area.
