This has to be our favorite Chinese food restaurant in North County. We have been here several times and are always amazed at the quality and flavor of the food. The staff is excellent and will take care of you quickly. The prices are reasonable and you certainly get what you pay for. Highly recommend you try this place out.

I used to travel 40+mi from home to get good asian food and I never expected to find a gem near my place! Tucked away in Bonsall, this is what I would call Authentic Chinese food.

It's so sad, the quality has gone WAY down and the prices have gone up. We had the Mu Shu wraps and vegetable noodles. It was terrible,.old stringy overcooked vegetables. We won't be going back.

Food took 35min for rice I ask for refund and the lady still made me wait. Rice was over Cook and meat was mainly fat. smh

Very good lunch, very calm and quiet setting, cheerful and excellent service. My wife and I hadn't been back here since before Covid19 kicked off, but they haven't lost their touch and we were not disappointed at all! We've been here at least four or five dinners plus a few lunches - we're always looking forward to come back!

What happened to this restaurant they used to have great service great food now you order chicken and broccoli and all you get us a couple the strips of chicken the rest Of the portion is broccoli and carrots . they have cut back on their meat but they still charge you the same price that’s stealing from the customers, Price gorging, Not good. You’re better off going to Frisco’s it’s worth their prices I honestly recommend Friscos that’s the best you are the best service as well.

Great food and service. General Tao along with the Singapore noodles was a great combination. Also got combo fried rice and sweet and sour pork. Both very favorable.

Hands down the best Chinese restaurant in the entire area.

A wonderful place for good quality Chinese food. There is always a pianist playing background music. I attended my first time on Christmas Eve. They were extremely busy however service was friendly and food was excellent. I will definitely be returning. It is also centrally located to a great many thing La in Bonsall

PW has a peaceful atmosphere. Dining with live music is a bonus. Food n Service 5 ⭐️

Stopped in for lunch and was so glad we did! The service was spot on, the food was plentiful and excellent! There are also lots of vegetarian options. My shrimp was perfectly cooked and was so good! It's a bit pricey, but costs have gone up for everyone. Plenty of parking.

Best Chinese food in Bonsall!!! My wife and I love the shrimp lettuce wraps for a healthy lunch, highly recommend! The service is quick also

Good tasty fancy Chinese restaurants with live piano music. The portions are large and served really fresh. Some items may have come directly from the market. Seating is limited and can expect longer waits during primetime on weekends. Plenty of parking in shared plaza lot. Restrooms are clean.

We've been enjoying the food and beverages at Peking Wok for over 5yrs... we have never had a problem with anything! The staff is very attentive, the kitchen prepares every dish with pride. I'm sure someone somewhere has had a less than perfect experience here... but it isn't us! We highly recommend that you stop in and enjoy the fantastic gourmet authentic Chinese cuisine.

We’ve just eaten here for the lunch offer and it was absolutely fabulous. Amber our server was super lovely and the food was delicious! Another review claims it was dirty, absolutely bizarre, it was all incredibly clean. The egg rolls are the best I’ve ever had! Will definitely be back, thank you.

Ugh! Foiled again by Google reviews. This place did not live up to the 4.7 rating. The good: server was very friendly even though she was overworked. The bad: food quality was disappointing - in particular the meat. Hard to chew and seemed third rate. Zero flavor in any of the dishes. The restaurant itself is in dire need of a deep clean. The worn carpet is dirty, as are the walls, the seat cushions and just about every other surface. All in all, an uninspired experience.

One of the top Chinese restaurants in North County for the American version of Chinese food. To my knowledge you need to go to San Diego or Mira Mesa for more authentic style.

Nice staff and atmosphere but after eating here several times, the fire just isn't that good. The Kung Pao Chicken tastes nothing like Kung Pow, as well as other dishes I've tried. It's also expensive for lunch.

The food was very good and the portions were generous. The restaurant was very clean and the waitress was outstanding, attentive and very engaging. She made the dining experience much more enjoyable. I would happily go back again when next in Fallbrook, if for no other reason than to talk to the waitress.

The best Chinese restaurant we have found in North County. We were really impressed with the quality of the food. The pot stickers were made fresh daily and were super tasty. Our waitress, Bee, was super friendly and helpful. She gave great advice and was so much fun. Thursday thru Sunday, they have live piano. It was so nice and relaxing. I really enjoyed the selection and skill of our pianist.

The Chinese food is top tier and incredibly good. Food is cooked to order and they will prepare any special or custom dish not already on the extensive menu. The wine and beer list is very good and they are very attentive to patrons wants and needs to ensure an excellent dining experience. I highly recommend each person buy 1 dish to share with the entire group and also buy the soup and side add on for $7 or $8. This ancient Chinese tradition ensures everyone has a wide choice of meats and vegetables to choose from. You will be pleased.

Literally the only reason I eat Chinese food. Normally I don’t like most if not all Chinese restaurants but this place is so good that I make my parents get it every time I visit them.

I've been a customer for many years. The best quality food anywhere in North County. Ann is the hardest working person and makes sure everything is perfect!

The service here is top-notch and food is delectable and reasonably priced. We had potstickers to start, and shared Country tofu, Singapore rice noodles with chicken and Raspberry Drop cocktails. All were amazing in taste, temperature and texture. On Thursday nights, a pianist fills the room with a lovely twinkling of recognizable tunes and everyone seems to be in a great mood, conversing and laughing over a delicious meal.

Fantastically delicious food prepared perfectly. Huge menu, excellent wait staff. On Thursday evenings, piano is plany a 101 year old man. I ate here twice in one week, every morsel was delicious. Thank you, Peking Wok.

We were looking for a different Chinese restaurant. Found this one on Google maps. Super short drive from our house. The food was delicious! It was very flavorful. You know how most restaurant are kind of bland... well not this one. Egg drop soup was really good. We ordered the combo fried rice and orange chicken. Wow! Great flavor! Service was great as well. David was our waiter and he was very attentive and polite. We are definitely making this place our go to place!! Great job Peking Wok!!!

Need more help. 1 hour for the food to arrive and it was cold. Not eating here again.

Lunch menu is available till 3 PM on weekdays. Most of the staff is friendly. The food is very good with large servings (enough left for take out)! Prices are somewhat high but not expensive. The noodle soup with veggies was supurb as well as the fried shrimp, dumplings, egg rolls, lo mein, and cheese wonton appetizers!

One of my favorite places. This time I ordered the noodles and I should have stayed with my usual shrimp dishes Service as always excellent. Just not what I wanted to taste

Excellent food and service in a nice little faux village square

This is our favorite Chinese restaurant. The food is delicious and the service is always friendly. I especially love their spicy Japanese eggplant; so scrumptious! We always start with their Egg Drop Soup. They add more veggies that most recipes I've seen which makes it extra delicious. We had more than enough leftovers for my son who decided to stay home today.

This review is biased. I've been coming to Peking Wok since before it was in this location. If you haven't had Chef Peter's chicken, you're really missing out. The dinner portion sizes are large and well worth the the price.

I ordered the Moo Goo Chicken and the Won Ton soup. My husband and I ordered a noodle dish to share. It was very good! The won tons were a nice size and full of meat; not mostly dough like other places in my experience. I will definitely return to eat here again. The staff are very kind and friendly.

The staff was super on it and very friendly. It was a really busy Valentine's Day, so it took about 30 minutes to get our food but that was OK. We didn't have a reservation and we only waited about 5 or 6 minutes to be seated. I think the food was tasty, but but it didn't really feel it really feels great in my stomach. I think it was good for for restaurant food. They had live piano music which is a really nice addition when having a special night out. The pianist was very good!

Food was amazing and all their sauces are made in house! The chili sauce even has star anise in it! Definitely try the Hong Kong style noodles! It's to die for. I'm so happy we have a great Chinese restaurant so close!

1/2022: We came here for my birthday dinner. We had 3 children in our party. Restaurant always delivers with excellent, friendly service and delicious food. The shrimp and beef are always cooked perfectly. Kids love their plain cm noodles:).

We visited our very favorite Chinese restaurant last night and I was absolutely delighted with shrimp and lobster sauce. My husband loves curry and decided to try the lamb. As far as flavor, it was excellent.....but the quality of lamb meat was not. The meat was tough, gristle and hard chew. We love this place and will return whenever we can

Mongolian Beef plus braised string beans are our go to take out feast for two. I sauté a few extra veggies (broccoli, mushrooms, and maybe some yellow bell pepper and fresh spinach) with the leftover beef and easily serve a second meal. We also enjoy dining in with live music. They’ve done a great job when pandemic protocols demand takeout only, even creating a one way walk through to minimize risk picking up orders. Best place in Bonsall to stay safely GF.
