Biggest waste of $5! I got a large to-go and after leaving I noticed that LESS THAN half of the cup filled and no more. The top layer only had flavoring and the rest was ice. Def recommend the Lake Wylie or another location - always great there!

The owners were so nice and friendly! I took my 2 year old son for the first time and they even gave him a toy after he begged me for it. The owner even came out and played with him. I’m so glad his first experience was so great! Will definitely come back!

I love Pelicans! The snocones are so light and refreshing! I like that they offer sugar free options too. The Pelicans in York is my favorite and I am happy to support a local small business. The staff is friendly and helpful. Get the best bang for your buck by investing in Pelican dollars. You pay $20 for $25 worth, so it's like getting $5 for free. Trust me, you will use it!

This is absolutely by far the best place to get a snow cone. They have so many different flavors and so many different toppings it is honestly hard to choose what you want because there are so many different options. They also serve ice cream and the owner is absolutely the kindest person you will ever even meet. The staff there is always so professional and nice and so wonderful with kids and they also have a area for the children to play. I will definitely recommend going here.

My family loves this place! The shaved ice is absolutely perfect and they use just the right amount of flavoring. Get the Pelican coins. It’s 25 coins for $20 and each coin is valued at a dollar. We go enough that we can purchase those coins pretty often and save. They also have a lot of fun kids toys and playground. It’s a little dirty and outdated, but my daughter loves it. They do a pretty good job keeping spills cleaned up so the bees stay away, but they’re still there sometimes. You can’t really help that though.

Update 4-22-22 Still an amazing fun place to take the kids and grandkids! They are always adding fun activities to play. Always a great time! So many things to do and toys to play with and great prices for yummy cool treats. Cannot beat a visit to Pelicans.

We go to this Pelicans when we are at my parents.. Best Pelicans I've ever been to. The owner is so friendly and always doing whatever he can for his customers. Prices are also less than the Pelicans I go to where I live and there is nothing outside to play with or to keep kids occupied. The owner of this Pelicans has a set up outside that is awesome, both for kids and adults. I highly recommend this location and we will continue to bring business here because we've had such a great experience every time! Thank you!

If you can't find it on their menu, I'm pretty sure they'll still make it for you. I had just regular snow cream. It was soooooo goooooood! Highly recommend!

What a quaint and cute little roadside shop! We have been here twice and I have to say that each time we have patronized this snow cone shop, the customer service has been top notch and the snow cones are DELICIOUS!

4 dollars for shaved ice is too much...stay @ home use your blender and put real juice in it.

The franchise owner Brian is PHENOMENAL. Everyone was super kind, personable, and friendly. My daughter LOVES getting Pelican's and was ecstatic with the play area that he has. Will definitely be going back next season.

Love this Pelicans! They have a great selection... including pup cups for my fur babies. The staff is absolutely wonderful!!!!
