Very dissatisfied. We arrived at 7pm and order taken within 5 minutes. It then took 45 minutes to receive our order, and this was after I had to search for our waitress and ask her about it. She said they were taking longer, yet I observed 5-6 plates of cooked orders sitting on top of the pick area yet to be delivered. And only one cook. It took another 10 minutes to get our food. The asparagus was over cooked and limp. My pork chops were 1/4 inch thick and dry. We had ordered a piece of pie which our waitress forgot about and when reminded she brought the wrong kind out so we had to reorder it. Besides this our waitress not once checked on us in the hour and a half we were there to refill our water glasses, etc. There was one couple who sat for about 20 minutes with no one waiting on them and they had to ask for some to come take their order. Another couple had ordered turkey and sent it back as the stuffing was not fully cooked and runny and the gravy was dry. Their waitress brought back the same plate of food saying it was a new plate. They asked to speak to the manager and she arrived at their table in clothing that looked like she just came from doing yard work. Pink shorts and a grey tshirt, definitely not Perkins attire nor professional looking. They were told to pick out any kind of pie they wanted and when their waitress returned 15 minutes later to take that order was told they were out of the kind they selected. That should have been addressed before they were told to pick any kind. And at a fourth table the order was also incorrect receiving a wrong omelet. And they had to wait for the correct one to be made. Mind you, there were only 7 tables with customers in the main dining area at this time on a Friday evening. This restaurant used to be a quality restaurant but if the service continues like this we foresee it closing. What has happened?

I really like their menu for seniors and those portions are the right size for me.

We enjoyed our time there. The waitress was very kind and fun.

On 8/21, I had the best patty melt in a long time. Beef was juicy and cooked to perfection, with 2 different cheeses, amazing sautéed mushrooms and grilled onions, all on toasted rye. 😋 Best potatoes ever, perfectly seasoned, golden, and piping hot.🔥 🥔 Recommend the cherry cola and the Chicken Noodle Soup. 👌 Waitress and the staff did a wonderful job. Will be returning.

Hats off to the chef! The service was top notch. I dined with 2 ex military boys. Nobody said a word about our conversations maybe being a little loud, a time or two. I'm pretty sure everybody was enjoying the stories and topic being discussed. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Not the best breakfast in GI. Everything tasted processed and frozen.

Food was quickly prepared and delicious. So much that the kids begged us to get more. All the staff that we interacted with genuinely cared, were nice, and knowledgeable. Can't wait to return.

Quiet, and peaceful, however they put the only 3 groups of guests around the same area, rather than spread out across the restaurant. So it was kind of hard to have private conversation with my date. Also kind of expensive

It was very busy when I got there. Even so, we were seated very quickly, the meal was great and the server was very good.

Late night the staff all seems to hang out in the dining room. Kind of odd to be seated among the stories of the day. Food was good and the server was attentive since they were all there LOL

I am in town for business and stopped in for a quick breakfast and as soon as I walked in I met Alisha V. She was so friendly. One of those people you meet only once in a while… Thank you for being the best part of my day! Oh yeah and the food was good too! lol🤪

Had lunch in Perkins in Grand Island while in town for pictures of the Sandhill cranes. Perkins is a coffee shop chain and usually good, dependable and clean. This one was all of these. We had a sandwich , coffee and pie. All were good. Service was also good and staff was friendly. All in all - a good meal.

It was the perfect place to share a relaxing lunch with my sister. I had a salad and it was so big, I took a "doggy bag" home and had a nice lunch later. I am glad we chose Perkins

Went to pick up order and was missing sprinkles on my son's pancakes and didn't have my appetizer. My son was completely devastated that there was no sprinkles called and they gave us a new order of pancakes and our appetizer- they were very understanding of the situation even though the sprinkles were triviual. Everyone makes mistakes but it is how you deal with it and the customer service was very good. Will be back. The food was great too.

Great food. Service alittle slow but that was cause of new servers and they gotta learn,so can't get down on them too much. They were pretty busy.

Hours say open 24 hrs on friday and saturday yet closed seems like gi has no place to eat late

My husband and I dined at Perkins on a busy afternoon. Despite the full dining room, our drink order was taken and promptly served by the hostess. In addition we had a lovely server who brought out our meal within a reasonable time and accurately fulfilled my husband's request for sugar-free syrup. We will look forward to dining there again!

My wife and I stopped here on our way home from vacation. We had not eaten at a Perkins for many years since all the ones near our home closed. It was a very nice restaurant. The food was good with good portions. The staff was great. We didn't get dessert but they looked delicious. Definitely worth the stop.

The lady from Wichita Kansas was so nice. My husband remembered her. I haven't eaten here in years ( no reason for not eating here). I had the salmon with garlic seasoning, green beans, and mashed potatoes with brown gravy. I was highly impressed. All I can say is perkins still got it baby!!! Just need some type of rolls.. they only had biscuits.

Country fried steak breakfast platter is amazing any time, day or night. The staff was very kind and helpful as well.

The food was ok but there's a problem with consistency sometimes it's really fresh and hot and some time's it's warm

Pancakes are still one of the best in town. Amazing service and fast hot food . Food came out with no mistakes and beautifully cooked. The manager, brandi, tonight even checked up on us to make sure everything was alright. Im a server myself, and that service was amazing. Definitely will be back. thank you for the wonderful night

There was A10 minute wait for a table, but food was delicious and wait staff were superior! Brandi and Jackie and the Hostess did a great job!

Everytime I come in I request to be seated in Ms Brandi’s section and everytime I’m told I can’t request my server…since when??!! So I leave and don’t eat there because I come there to see a great server and I’m denied being seated in her section!!

Food was burnt way over cooked.

No one worn hair nets and no one washed their hands when preparing my food. A piece of plastic attached to my toast. Staff friendly and nice.

I've gone to Perkins to eat more times than I can count. Usually the food and service are good however tonight was much different. I went in to eat around 10pm and there were only a few tables with customers. I ordered some ala carte items...hot chocolate, biscuits and gravy with hashbrowns and french toast. The waitress didn't tell me that they were out of whipped cream for my hot chocolate until after she served it to me and walked away...I had to ask her about it. I wouldn't have ordered it had I known and barely had 2 sips of it. The biscuits and gravy were so so. The biscuits were a little dry, and the bottom of the biscuits were hard like they had been microwaved, and I had to ask for more gravy because there wasn't enough put on the plate. I waited for my waitress to come check on me and make sure my food was good but after 10 minutes of waiting I got up and peeked my head into the kitchen, as I was the only table there at that point, and asked for more gravy. My hashbrowns were not cooked all the way, and there was barely any color on them and so I didn't eat them. My french toast was good except the waitress brought me brioche french toast when I ordered regular. They hot chocolate and hash browns were taken off of my bill completely. I still wound up paying 19.52 for 2 pieces of french toast and 2 sausage biscuits with gravy. I also drank a glass of water with a small slice of lemon. It was an unpleasant experience and definitely not good food or a good waitress. Plus, the price for the food I received was expensive, and not worth it.

Just had the best mother's day dinner ever. Haven't been to Perkins in years so we went for a late lunch. It was still pretty busy since it's mother's day but we were seated within minutes. The server was great thanks Brandi. The food was amazing and the dessert was to die for. The new management has done awesome things can't wait to go back

The food was very good. They stepped up their game. The country fried potatoes were excellent. The service was very good also. The bathroom was a little messy, but they were pretty busy.

Our meal was wonderful, I had the Country Fried Steak and it was delicious. The side of broccoli I had was perfectly cooked. And our Server was Great.

Very good service and very good food. Jaclynn our waitress was awesome. She interacted with our grandkids in a very positive manner. Restaurant was clean and every worker I observed was polite and doing their job. Kudos to all that are involved in this restaurant.

My food was great but the blueberry muffin I ordered had no blueberries in it but had nuts in it. I didn't realize it till I got it home. Had to throw it away I can't eat nuts

Service was great! I wasn't a fan of the breakfast burger. My wife and son were very happy with their waffles and omelet. Also the blt was pretty good. We will go back. Also ordered a Carmel apple pie to go. Absolutely wonderful and enjoyed by the whole family!!👍

Perkins Restaurant has it's own personality with some great and wonderful employees. They have any and everything, from high-end sophisticated foods to everyday easy comfort food, and also great bakery goods. Personally I love breakfast at any time of the day, eggs, potatoes, sausage patties ( they have outstanding sausage patties), and toast. Of course we must take home some giant muffins. Give Perkins a try, you won't be sorry!!

The food was on par. Comparable to Dennys or IHOP. The staff was super friendly even when you could tell they were tired and understaffed. We enjoyed our visit and the pancakes, French toast, and eggs we had.

Manager refused to give me military discount. I have used for many years, even earlier in the week. Used lame excuse computer issue. Lost my business because poor Manager. VETERANS GO TO IHOP!!!!!!!

We have been to this Perkins a few times now and have had a great time every time we’ve been there. We got take-out and they were very efficient and the sandwich was very tasty. We have eaten in a couple of times, too and have some really good food. The breakfasts were good, eggs and such were well prepared; a waffle was delicious! They make a great waffle, with butter and syrup or with strawberries and whipped cream. I had chicken fried steak (one of my guilty pleasures) with mashed potatoes and green beans with bacon and it was outstanding. The coffee was great, very hot and very good. The service was excellent! We have had a few muffins from here and they are delicious, too. Today I learned of their but three, get three free deal. We immediately bought three and got three free and are looking forward to eating them later in our hotel room or on the road as a snack. We will be going back there when we are in Grand Island.

I just want to start off by saying I absolutely love this perkins location. My family and I come here often when we want a good breakfast meal or just a good home-y meal and dont feel like cooking. The food and service is usually wonderful, but tonight we didnt have a very good experience and it honestly seemed pretty shady to me, so I think Im going to leave a 1-Star review and let me explain to you why. My wife and I just got our late night to-go meals from Perkins and we are FAR less than satisfied. Not only was my food cold, but all of our meal sides are completely wrong. We customized our sides to what we wanted online, I ordered mashed potatoes and Broccoli with my pot roast, and my wife wanted breakfast potatoes with her omelet. Upon finding out they were wrong, I called them right away and politely let them know about the mistake. Her very quick response was "Well what does the ticket say?" And when I dug up our ticket, it shows all of our sides to be changed or modified to ALL ASPARAGUS. Once she knew the meals did match the receipt she gave me a quick "Have a good night" and hung up. This leads me to believe that, because we ordered an hour from closing, they modified our meal orders to get rid of what was leftover instead of making up our full order. And they used the edited receipt as an excuse so they didn't have to fix anything, like it was my own mistake. But we double, triple checked our meals before we hit Pay. ...Like seriously, I don't mind it sometimes, but who would order this much asparagus??

Service was decent, though a little pushy to order,as we had just sat down. The place seemed decently clean, until you went into the bathroom which was a wreck. No paper towels or soap. Overall, the food was decent and timely and we would go back.

Nothing I can say for 100 characters about French toast, eggs, bacon and coffee. It was good, staff was polite and quick with a refill. The rest room was clean.
