I've done lunch takeout several times, and the food has been consistently enjoyable. The restaurant appears pleasant and appropriate to the cuisine. In Las Cruces, I found this restaurant to have the best version of Vietnamese food here. Do order at least half an hour before picking up your food. The prices seem average, about $15.00 for the entree, but you get a decent amount of food. I plan to continue eating there.

The food is so delicious. Staff is super friendly. I’ve been going there for years and they never disappoint.

Please post your Business name on building...on the rear. We missed the entrance. First time visitors...and very pleased that the Google guided us there. 8-13-24 at noon. Just us two & one other table for a while. Enjoyed the Curry Shrimp bowl & Grilled Beef w vermicelli. Fantastic flavor. This restaurant is " now" in our favorite list. When in L.C. make it your next destination eatery.

Came to have some Pho for first time. $15 for thinly 5 sliced beef and not as tasty as I am used too. Not worth the price and amount of meat. Nothing but noodles I won't be going back. No mint I love my Pho with mint. I couldof made MYSELF and enjoyed a better meal.

The food is unbelievable. It's my favorite restaurant in Las Cruces.

So delicious!! We had the “B1” bowls and iced teas. We also had a yummy mango smoothie to go. The girl taking care of us was sweet and attentive and the restaurant was clean. Absolutely loved it!

They were so kind to wait for us to arrive at 6:51pm. We picked up our pork and shrimp bun vermicelli and deluxe fried rice.

Tho the menue had many choices,and the food was on the whole quite good..the prices were a little out of line..i.e.tea $6..

Clean spacious restaurant, the price for food is good. Quality is there. We ordered the shrimp spring roll, p1 and p3 and all was delicious. Only thing I wish they had was cilantro for the pho. Everything else is great. Can’t wait to go back.

It was okay. The fried egg rolls were terrific! The noodle soup was so-so. I had to ask for the fresh sprouts and herbs for the top. I got the feeling he never would have brought it, had I not asked. I would go back and try something different.

Amazingly delicious Vietnamese food served Hot and quick. The soups are large and delicious and the stir fry is amazing. The service is over the top and very clean.

Was so glad they reopened, but the food was not good the quality was bad. They only had Noodles.nothing else. I got very sick from the spring rolls. Never will we go back.

this restaurant by far is the worst of them all. they are never open, it says theyre opened until 7 but close at random times. they never have everything on the menu and charlie is just rude. he hangs up on you and even blocks numbers on their phone. if you show up even an hour before closing time, he will not let you eat there. ive had a lot of bad experiences here and never left a review, always gave them the benefit of the doubt but enough is enough. they just need to close this place it they cant handle it.

The pho here is very good. Currently the menu, at least at lunch, is somewhat limited, but the quality of food is good.

They say there open the sign says open I ask the guy and he gets mad at me saying there closed and his was my first and last time going to this run down establishment

Probably one of the best pho restaurants I've ever been to. I've eaten at pho restaurants a lot in the US and this one is amazing. The noodles, meat, everything is amazing, and especially the broth. The service is good and our food always gets out very quick while still being delicious. I've continued to come here for years and it's a favorite of mine. The P5 is always my favorite.

For some idiotic reason, they refuse to do carryout even after offering it when I called two days before. Pho Zero is much better.

This is my first time here. Ordered egg noodle soup with roast pork and wontons which was good. The two old Asian guys weren't too friendly. Don't know how much English they speak. However, the food was good and the price was reasonable. I will return. But sad to read the review of balatent act of racism.

Rare beef pho is the best. Only 12$ and i shared it with my friend. Filled us both up!

This is my first experience in the world of Pho so I can’t compare it to anything but I can say that my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. We both had P3… The noodles and meat are good but the broth… *heavy breathing* was so damn good, Is that’s all I got I’d been a happy camper. The Thai Tea was super good. All and all for $45 we got more than we could eat and will be coming back for sure!

I am very disappointed by this restaurant experience. Unfortunately, I will not be leaving a review of my culinary experience because it was vastly overshadowed by the actions of the staff. I was eating with a friend and there was another party of two in the restaurant with us around 3:30pm on a Saturday. All customers at this time including myself and my friend were white. I was seated near a window and watched a family of about 5 or so people and a small child walk into the restaurant. Most people in this group were Black. The staff informed them that the restaurant was closed and turned them away. A few minutes later, another party of two white people entered and were served. It is apparent that this was an act of racial discrimination by the restaurant staff. I will not be returning here and if you come across this review, I don’t think you should give them business either.

A true dream come true. I have been searching the country for a vietnamese restaurant that is at least half as good as one place I used to go to every time I went to Hollywood and THIS IS IT! it was perfection. The broth was epic ( I'm excited to try their pho as I've never found pho I loved) and their pork almost made me weep it was sooo good. And so reasonably priced. If I can find delivery I may just have it again tomorrow. My new favorite restaurant. Thank you pho a dong!

Hung up on me because he didn't have the third item in my order; so, I was trying to find an alternative on the menu for maybe ten seconds. Called back to confirm that he intentionally hung up on me. Confirmed. Lol. That's probably worst service I've ever seen in my life.

I always like to be sincere on my statements. I had upset stomach and wasn't feeling like eating anything. I came to this restaurant to get some soup. Not only was it a very good portion of food but also very tasty. I would recommend it to anyone who likes something fresh and hot.

EDIT: the aforementioned customers that were NOT rude to the server and simply wanted to eat dinner, but were turned away. I came in around 5 and there were two other customers that came in about 10 mins after. I was seated and served. And the other customers were told by the man up front that the restaurant was closed. At 5pm, when their hours say open until 6pm on sundays. A family then walked in and were seated right away. I found it extremely rude that certain people were lied to and others were served.

Honestly speaking from the heart this is the best soup/PHO I have ever tried I recommend highly to everyone. I never wanted to try it either but once I tried it changed my life now I can’t stop eating here!!!!!!! Food options are limited now but I highly recommend the soup the owner is so nice and polite and he always remembers his customers❤️❤️

I've been to at least forty pho restaurants across North America, and this visit was by far the worst in flavor and service. Tepid water, dingy interior, and skimped side vegetables. Need to step up their game.

Clean store as well as friendly staff. The menu was easy to read and the food was ready fast. Hot and delicious even on take out.

Good selection of dishes. Ha a vermicelli bowl with shrimp, eggrolls and grilled pork. Pork could have had a hard char on it to render veins of fat and for texture( personal preference). Otherwise good flavor.

This restaurant was well attended at lunch time. My friend from Thailand enjoyed the food. Unfortunately I didn't particularly. Since many others seemed to be enjoying it though, I decided it must be something in me instead of the food. I thought it was very long on lettuce and short on other ingredients and flavor. I also thought it was pricey for what you got. But my opinion may be in the minority so give it a try if you like Vietnamese food.

Y'all, this is the best Pho I've ever had. I was skeptical at first because they were out of a lot of things that we wanted to order. But we were a party of 6 so it's bound to happen sometimes. After we finally all found something we wanted the food came out perfect. Don't sleep on this place. The fried catfish had too much breading but was otherwise ok.

I travel a lot and try to eat Pho at least once per trip so I know what a good Pho is. Gave 4 stars but really 3.5, is average but it satisfies my fix when I am not traveling, best of the 3 choices in Las Cruces. No Thai Basil though, and the last time no Basil at all. The amount of rare beef and meatballs were on the low side. Fried wonton appetizer was just ok.

This is a mom and pop pho joint. It might not be the cleanest place you've ever eaten. They might not have some of the items on the menu. They might get tired and close early. If you can't deal with any of that, you might wanna try Ruby Tuesday's down the road. If you want some decent pho or a vermicelli salad, you can find that here at a good price.

We walked in and there were two dead koi fish in their pond at the entrance or whatever. In addition to that the food was not good and the cook who was also the cashier had a very very dirty shirt with food all over it, I am not trying to discriminate or make rude comments but these are serious problems when you are running a restaurant

Been coming here for years and getting rhe same thing everytime but this last time they brought me something i never order and got mad at me and told me next time i will be chargedbfor it even though i didnt order that. Never will come back.

First time at this restaurants. The owner is so sweet and the environment is relaxing. After feeling like I was starving all day the combination pho really satisfied my hunger. I recommend the smoothies as well. And honestly their water was the best water I’ve had from any restaurant.

I love this place. Best Asian food in all of Cruces besides Renoos. Their food slaps. Their Cajun boiled seafood is so good , their rice dishes are amazing, their egg noodle dishes are delicious. Their Vietnamese coffee is so good too. I literally come here like once every 3 weeks or so. I love bringing my friends and loved ones here. Complete discrimination. We were told they were only serving beef soup and 1 appetizer spring rolls. The meat was mainly tendons and fat. Rather than flank and rare beef. As other customers came they served them all different menu items. In addition Tthere were bugs in the water.

Not for people with soy allergies as they make only one dish without soy. That said the pho broth was superb. Service was friendly. Unfortunately, we ordered coffee when we arrived but it didn't show up until about 10 minutes after we finished eating. While pho broth was good, I would have liked more meat or vegetables in my dish. Accessibility is okay: parking lot is gravel but even. No ramp as door is at ground level. Door does not have auto open. Tables have chairs that easily move.

The man that answers the phone is the rudest person I have ever had service from. He hung up on me 3 times then stopped answering the phone completely! Will never give my money to this place! EVER!!!!

Great service and great food! The server was friendly and helpful. I was sad they were out of vermicelli noodles but that's how it goes these days with supply chains. Everything we ordered was cooked well and delicious! Thanks for making our last night of vacation good!

Passing through Las Cruces and stopped for the phõ. We are both phō lovers and felt this one rated a 3 at the most. Kind of on the pricey side too.

Good, food delicious and very nutritious , highly recommended . Very fair with price, the menu consist of many dishes that make up true authentic vietnamese food!!!! I will go again and again and again.! This isnt like chinese or korean or Japanese food this is classy and very good !!!!!

Ok Pho, but very skimpy with toppings we usually receive at other places (bean sprouts, basil leaves, etc) they had no basil and just a few sprouts. Seriously? Won't be back. Ever.

I had chicken fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. It was delicious 😋 and I will be returning to try more of their menu. The girl at the register was very helpful and nice along with the cook.

I went there today and they didn't have the ingredients for half the items on the menu. The waiter said "we can't make that" to everything we wanted so we left. They seem unorganized with poor planning.

The food is great, the service not so much. They won't work with delivery services and won't take an order over the phone for take out. Really unfortunate. Masks have been questionable at best.

Great flavor, fresh ingredients and attentive service. We had spring rolls and 2 kinds of pho - beef and chicken. The serving sizes are generous and came with fresh bok choy to add. Our waitress was friendly and helpful.

Very good Vietnam cuisine. Spent many years in the Orient in the Navy and the food at this restaurant is just as good as the food over there. Good, quick service as well.

After a night of disappointing NM cuisine, we decided to try the ONLY pho restaurant in Las Cruces and were pleasantly surprised. This is a small place but its clean and the food was HOT and prepared well. We tried the beef pho and the chicken and rice noodle stir fry. Both had great flavor and plated very nicely. I would try it again!

First time, and definitely not the last time! It was delicious, we had their version of chicken noodle soup, and spring rolls and ribs and all had a great taste. The place is clean and the staff friendly.

Not to bad. The food was good got the Hawaiian beef fried rice. Meat was tender and flavorful. They service needs a little work lol. The bathroom was a little dirty but it was after the lunch rush so you have to cut them a little slack.

The lobby sign said “please wait to be seated”, and we waited forever. I had to hunt somebody down, walking into the kitchen calling hello! hello! No masks no aprons just dirty T-shirts and jeans cooking in the kitchen. “Sit anywhere you like” I was told. We searched for a clean table, picked the least dirty one. Dishes had smears, silverware had spots. Food was OK, not great, not bad. We had been here before the pandemic, and it was fabulous. Now it’s just two sweaty old men sloshing around in the kitchen. No masks!

Love the P1 used to eat it all the time with my friend 🤤 definitely something you dine in to eat tho my friend loved the broth

So an update to this review: Today my family and I were craving Pho. We just got back from a long road trip to Cali and literally couldn’t find a good Pho spot. Zero Degree was closed so I brought them back to Pho A Dong. Charlie, the guy who works there, was running around like a chicken with his head cutoff. The poor dude had a room full of patrons and was by himself. I just counted 17 people in the dining area and five have already left. The phone rings a lot also. My man Charlie is over worked. I’m changing this review from a 2 star to a 4 star. The food is very good. The broth is awesome. I’m giving a 4 and not a 5 only because i feel the owner needs to get this man some help. I’m leaving my previous comments for reference. This used to be my favorite Pho spot. The food has always been good but lately, the service has been terrible. We have literally spent thousands of dollars at this place. I just called and Charlie answered the phone. In the middle of ordering he told me, “can you come to the restaurant and order please” and hung up on me. The time before today, he rushed me off the phone and asked me to hurry up and order because he had other customers waiting. I have literally NEVER left a google review. This has gotten so bad I had to. This used to be my go to spot when I went to lunch with friends and my family. We will be going to Thai Delight in Mesilla from now on. I won’t be spending money at this place any more.

I had the vegan steak salad. It was delicious. I couldn't tell the difference from steak. The owner was so kind, he brought out another dish to just "try", no charge. It was just as delicious and their home made "vegan sauce" was amazing. I tried to get him to tell me what was in it, but of course he wouldn't tell!

First time eating here. Didn't know the menu. Asked if they were seating people and owner said no and left back to the kitchen. Waited for over 20 minutes to finally place my order. And I ended up taking home the wrong order. My original order was lo mein and chicken. Ended up getting bacon and pork soup. The bacon and pork were raw. And everything was separated instead of mixed in the soup. I ended up spending another 30 minutes cooking the meal at home. Food was great! Paid $25 for the wrong order and I could have just gone to the grocery store tho...

Poor reviews on service but the food speaks for itself. The broth for the pho is very clean, with no oil droplets lingering in the broth, some people say they only offer soup now which is totally okay considering this pho is the best in the area.

I dont know what it is about Pho but I love it, im sure you do also!!!! I love it from Pho A Dong and the homoncules ( perfectly porportioned human being) ;) is a great and nice guy ! YES!

Went on TripAdvisor to find a restaurant close to hotel we were staying in. Found this restaurant and super pleased with food selection and quality. Ordered carry out noodle and vegetable dish with shrimp and a shrimp lettuce salad. Both outstanding. Each order and generous amount of large tasty shrimp and a salad ingredients very very fresh and tasty. Also very reasonable in price. If we travel through Las Cruces will definitely stop here again
