Excellent Pho and even better service.

First time trying this place out as we were in the area. Our server and the rest of the service was excellent. The food was incredible such as the shrimp, the pho, the chicken, and the amazing purple dessert. Can't forget the dragon drink that I couldn't stop having more of. Would highly recommend and can't wait to go here again. BTW, the french fries are BOMB!!!

Wanted to love this place, there are not many Vietnamese restaurants with such a nice atmosphere. It is very modern and pleasant. But the food was just alright. We had the Eye Round Pho and the Grilled Pork Rice Vermicelli. Priced higher than the average Vietnamese restaurants.

I personally ate the chicken pho and the house pho. The good thing about this place is how beautiful it is. The food was still good. Now, two things that I didn't like at all. Service was slow and gave me the wrong staff in my order twice, and 18% gratuity is included on every guest check. Easily, I spent almost 60 bucks. I don't think it's worthy.

First off, this was my first time visiting and it won’t be the last. The atmosphere was inviting, food was excellent and drink was average. My server Nikita was patient and helped me navigate the menu. I ordered the Curry chicken dish with pho noodles and lychee martini. The curry chicken dish was savory and simply delicious. The portion size did not disappoint and more than enough for me to consume in one sitting. I really enjoyed the vibe of this place and almost forgot that I was in Pembroke Pines; it felt more like I was in Brickell,

First time ever trying pho. It was fantastic! Our server was also amazing. Great atmosphere and the decor was very refreshing and stylish. Will definitely be back and highly recommend to others!

Fantastic broth, house made noodles, very friendly and quick service, they check in on you constantly. Surprisingly wide assortment of food and especially drinks for being a pho establishment. Truly unique, great for a quick bite or a sit in with loved ones. Everyone is super awesome, but ask for TJ, Yala, or Fritz especially; they're awesome!

Amazing Pho soup, and lychee cocktail

The good place with the delicious Vietnamese food. I ordered special broken rice and steak with egg and spring roll as well. The portion was too large for me and my husband. This is the good place with friendly staff and chill atmosphere. That's why they call "bar" because of several kind of drinks served there. We're easy to find the parking, this restaurant is located in the plaza which has a lot of stores and restaurants that you can choose what style of food you want.

We’ve been here over a week and this is as close to as authentic Vietnamese as it can be. All other places were a disappointment. Until we found this place. We ordered Cơm Tắm Đặt biệt aka broken rice pork chops. 3 different Phở bowls, spring rolls. Cafe sữa đá(a little too sweet but acceptable). Everyone in our group agreed this is the best viet food so far. A bit of a long drive from Brickell City Center but worth it.

Pho King delicious! The best Pho in South Florida. This is my regular go to spot to get authentic Pho. The wings are da bomb, get it with the fries! One taste of the broth from the Pho and you'll not want to go anywhere else. The noodles are made in house and silky smooth. They're gluten free too. All hail the Pho King! 👑 Update edit. I have to drop a star because lately, the last couple of times I visited, their quality dropped a bit. One time the wings were luke-warm, borderline cold. Another visit, the brisket they used for the pho were all fatty pieces. Another time the broth in the pho was warm. I hope this is just a couple of misses and not a regular trend because I really do like this place.

This is by far my new favorite restaurant. My dad and I were in the mood for some pho, and Pho Bar happened to be the nearest restaurant. The wings are the best I’ve ever had, and the beef pho is phenomenal. I will definitely be coming back!

I’m Vietnamese and I have to say their food is good. I think Pho Bar is the most decent Vietnamese restaurant in South Florida. What’s most amazing is that their food quality is very uniform and constant in all locations despite they have multiple locations. I myself tried in all places and they are all good. Service is also good. Overall, great place and I will come back often. The only thing I wish they could do is to expand the menu and add more dishes. They cook well and they should offer more dishes

Delicious food, worth the price. The wings were sauced and cooked wonderfully. Both ramens were good size and tasty. The steak and eggs dish was probably my favorite of all the dishes ordered. The waitress made a mistake with our spring roll, brought out chicken, we kept it, our mistake the chicken was dry and unpleasant. Wouldn't recommend. Clean establishment. Service could be better. Would return.

Food was good. They have a Happy Hour which was awesome during the week, server offered great service, had wings, Baʼnh Mi and took home pho which reheated so we'll and tasted so good.

Pho-get about it! I just had my first fresh pho noodles experience and it's a total GAME CHANGER! The broth was on point, the spring rolls is ultra fresh & delicious , and don’t get me started on their signature drinks? Just Wow! This hidden gem is giving me all the feels! I'm hooked and I'm not ashamed to admit it. If you haven't tried pho at Pho Bar, what are you even doing with your life? Get there ASAP and taste the magic for yourself! Gotta thank the staff for their attentiveness & hospitality. Excellent food & awesome staff!! Looking forward to returning soon!

We went here for my daughter's birthday. We are so glad that we did; the food was amazing, and so was the service. Not to mention that the prices were affordable. We will definitely come back to try their other dishes.

Absolutely amazing! Everything. The service. The ambiance. The staff are so attentive. We got two bowls of pho, bahn mi, summer rolls and the passion fruit fresh pressed drink. I was amazed. Dish by dish it outshine all pho we had ever eaten. The pho was flavorful but clean and the HOUSEMADE noodles were delicious. Highly recommend!

I’ve been here twice so far. Best pho! I love the flavor. I usually get the chicken pho and they are not stingy with the chicken. They stock it up with a lot of chicken, a lot of noodles, and plenty of herbs. Regular noodles and house noodles are both great. I also love the crispy chicken wings with honey garlic. Yum. The place is also clean and the service is excellent.

The service is the first thing that stands out. Our server, Han, was super attentive and went as far as giving recommendations. He really cared about our experience there. The food was top tier, for sure. The best pho I've ever had. The broth was really tasty. The selection on the menu is impressive and everything I ordered was phenomenal. The atmosphere is pretty great too. Modern and sleek, but also not trying too hard to be bougie. It is clean and comfortable. I cannot give any complaints, except that I left too full. 😅

I'm going to be 100% honest on this review. I'm not going to lie, upon arriving I scoffed and said "oh yippee, another gentrified watered down asian fusion spot." *eyeroll*. HOWEVER, I quickly changed my mood upon entry so that I can get a clean slate and judge it appropriately. The service is AMAZING. My partner and I were greeted and acknowledged IMMEDIATELY by two different employees. Albeit, I was that customer who came in 30mins to close. They didn't show me that they were annoyed at all;(service has really gone down the drain in general) which was very refreshing. The pricing was market friendly so competitive. Now for the most important part.... the flavor. The pho broth taste like it was made in house BECAUSE I can taste the star anise. The broth this day had slightly too much star anise for my taste but definitely comparable to the pho I've had in Los Angeles, CA. So definitely yummy. The meats were great but the shank was not what I'm used to in traditional Vietnamese spots. (Still amazing though). The smoothies were yummy (wish I'd order non-dairy tho). I recommend the avocado smoothie. Lastly, THE WINGS. I got the honey garlic and LAWD, the seasoning in them were PERFECT. FINALLY somewhere that serves honey garlic and I can TASTE the garlic. Overall, I would be back. Service was amazing! Anyone in business understands that service matters most!

This location used to be my favorite desert spot. Churroholics. Seems they kept most of the same decor, but the changes made were well made. We stopped by for a quick lunch and were greeted immediately by our server. Before i begin, if you are ordering Pho, it is not going to be quick. The portions are huge and served with beansprouts. Lime. And cilantro in the side. Our server asked if we wanted a booth or table. We chose a booth. Large menu with many options, but we came for the Pho! Pho at PhoBar, baby! It certainly did not disappoint! I ordered the chicken pho, and the wife ordered the brisket pho. They were full of flavor, delicious, and with such an intoxicating aroma. We also ordered Springrolls as an appetizer. They were delicious, and that peanut sauce that was served with it was mouth-watering. However, i might have missed it on the menu, but we were unaware they had shrimp inside of them. We don't eat seafood, and I didn't notice til I had already eaten one. Luckily, I'm not allergic, and it was delicious, but not my thing. Drinks were so good that I should have ordered another to go. All in all, this restaurant should get the kudos it deserves. 5 stars all around. Kudos to the chefs. We will be back!

Really fresh and flavorful food, and we didn’t have to wait long at all. We tried the shrimp spring rolls as an appetizer with the Vietnamese lomo saltado and eye round and brisket pho. Everything was delicious and we weren’t disappointed Our service was great there too! I wish i caught the servers name. I’ve gone to this location and the one in Davie, both offer the same atmosphere

We had a delightful experience at this restaurant, enjoying the inviting atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food. The venue is both clean and comfortable. Our order included sharable appetizers, a main dish, and the house special pho, complemented by a fantastic selection of drinks. Opting for natural lemonade and iced tea, we were thoroughly pleased. A great time overall, and we highly recommend it for fellow pho enthusiasts. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

They make a great old phosion “fashion”. They are real attentive with their service. Someone is always asking if you are okay and if there’s anything you need. This was my first time here and this was the best experience of my life I must say I had the curry and the Thai tea with mango boba and it was amazing I absolutely loved the food and the atmosphere out waiter was so sweet and attentive this is definitely 💯 n my top places to eat please 🙏 go here you won’t regret it.

Food always good. While the service is terrible. The guy took my order while never pay attention on us. When we trying to make an order, he was looking at the door the whole time, and not listen to us. And after we finished the order, then he repeated our order. I still got wrong dishes, he said he was gonna to change for me, and then he brought another wrong one lol. I tried to catch him to changed it while he seems so busy which is not. After 3 minutes, he saw me but ignored me and walking towards to the kitchen. Another lady came to fix this without any apologies. I got the food while is still wrong while I’m tired. Nobody checked on us the whole time. Service needs to be improved.

Food is always great whether you go to this location in Pines or the location in Davie. Host and servers are very nice, possibly understaffed since the location is fairly new so it can take time to get your check but does not take away from the overall experience. The snapper, lemongrass mussels, and fish sauce wings are my favorite. There's a plethora of drinks to choose from, I'm still trying to try them all! The passionfruit sugarcane and lychee coconut mocktail are a personal favorite at the moment. Essentially, you won't be disappointed regardless of what you decide to get from the menu!

Hubby surprised me for Valentines to eat at PhoBar. As soon as you walk inn they greet you. Super cute place. Our waitress was very informative and Service was outstanding. The food was Delicious can't wait to come back. We tried the fried calamari. BAHmahi appetizers. My main course was the Pho Gia Lai. Hubby had Steak and Eggs. Mango smoothie was my drink and his was the Signature Fruit Tea ×2. Must try

Was my first time here, had the most wonderful experience! My friend went with me to put me on, she says it’s her favorite go to and I’m a big foodie so I was looking forward to trying and boy did they not disappoint from start to finish. Very nice decorations, nice vibe, very clean, and the girl at the front sat us immediately and also served us. Let me start by saying the girl was so kind and attentive, provided amazing service and was on point with all of our needs (I think her name was nicki or Nikita) and then the drinks and food? Amazing, tons of option to choose from, so fresh and flavorful, absolutely delicious. I had the grilled chicken platter with pho and omggg huge portions and so yummy!!! all the employees were kind, and honestly I can see why it’s my friends staple place to eat. Will be back and when I come back I’m going to ask to sit with the same person as I try all the menu has to offer, because again, so many choices, so delish! Oh and btw the food is authentic. Love love love!

I don't even know where to begin with my first experience here!!! The hostess and service was top notch, very welcoming staff. Our drinks were amazing, we caught the happy hour menu and ordered everything on it!! The wings are delicious HoneyGarlic and Fish sauce wings were my favorite, honorable mention are the tamarind wings!! The pork ribs are tasty but are fried so that was different but still tasty. The calamari, ban mi sandwiches (we opted for both pork and chicken), spring rolls with noodles and chicken & peanut dipping sauce were all sooo very yummy. The beef short rib pho bowl was glorious wooooow and the bowl is huge 😋 lots of meat 🍖 and so many delicious aromatics and vegetables, the rice bowls are tasty and I actually ended the night by sipping my nephews mango strawberry smoothie because he didn't like the Dorian drink (not a bad taste just am aquaired taste). Overall, this place is a knock out, fantastic experience and we will be back soon. This place is a MUST try!!

The kids menu chicken nuggets and fries were REALLY well seasoned the hubby and I kept stealing their food 😂. The happy hour drinks did not skimp on the alcohol 😅 the mango margarita and lychee martini were delicious and STRONG in the best way 🤤. The house special Pho was tasty as well. Good portion sizes and inexpensive for the quantity of food we ordered. Would recommend for a family night out to expose kids to different cuisines without feeling too uptight and spending too much money. My one year old loved the pho. My one recommendation would be bendy/short straws for the kids cups 😅.

We enjoyed our entire meal at Pho Bar! The menu is full of delicious choices and it was hard to choose. We ended up selecting spring rolls (pictured), fried egg rolls, chicken pho and chicken w French fries for the kids. The Thai ice tea was tasty and the kids enjoyed a strawberry smoothie and a taro boba. 😋 There is plenty of indoor seating and the atmosphere is cute. There is also seating out front on the terrace. Def will go back!

The homemade noodle so far is best in south florida. They said the dry noodle is the best but unluckily was sold out when i came. Would come back to try again

Upscale and authentic Vietnamese food, which is a rare combination to come by. Everything looked perfect, from the atmosphere to menu and food/drinks presentation. The manager was able to keep the calm and relaxing environment when the busy time hit. Everyone was attentive and professional. We had the sauté squid and banh xeo, both was delicious, could use a bit more veggie for the banh xeo. The squid was done just right. Banh xeo was crisp and tasted authentic!

Food is decent, the environment is simply the best.

We were trying to find a new spot for Pho, and then we found this place. They also have a location at Davis. The atmosphere is very nice. The restaurant has Great vibe! It is clean, organized, and great location. The service was friendly, helpful, and always with a smile 😊. This is a place you will bring friends and family. We will definitely go back again soon. This place was awesome. We had the sticky ribs, chicken curry, beef round pho, and a pot of black tea. The sticky ribs were tender and crispy and delicious. The curry and pho were so flavorful and the portions were good for the price. Definitely worth it and we will be going back often.

Had the fresh sugar cane juice which was good. I enjoyed the noodles. They are served with the veggies to the side allowing you to put as much or as little as you prefer. I added chili pepper sauce and it just added to the dish. The chicken wings were well cooked but not really a hit for me. This is not their specialty so I understood. The wings lacked flavor. The beef was tender, flavorful and delicious. Staff friendly and a beautiful restaurant serving very good & fresh Phoking noodles!

My wife and I came out for dinner on a Thursday and everything was amazing. The Pembroke location doesn’t serve liquor but the drinks were still top notch.

My husband and I first time here. We caught happy hour so we ordered 3 appetizers; spring rolls, egg rolls & honey garlic wings. The spring rolls were ok, better with the peanut sauce. Same for the egg rolls, they were ok, but better with the fish sauce. My husband said the honey garlic wings were pretty good too. For entree we both had the beef brisket pho, which was really good. The broth was really flavorful! I also had a sugar cane juice, which was really good and refreshing! Everything was pretty good. Not the best I’ve had but very doable. Service was good and it was fast! I would recommend and I’d go back to try other things on the menu.

I’ve eaten at Pho Bar about 5 times since they opened, which was pretty recently. The food is always so fresh and delicious, and so reasonably priced. The place itself is so nice, with great seating, great presentation, and just overall really enjoyable to dine in. Each time I’ve come, I bring someone new because this is definitely a place you want to share (also great plates for sharing). This time I brought my parents, and our service which is always great was even better, with the waitress Lisa being very kind and open with us, and other waiters also checking in on us often. My parents are Hispanic so they can be picky with other cuisines, but we all shared and finished everything and they were so pleasantly surprised by how much they loved the food and how quickly everything was served. Bring others to this place, they’ll love you for it. I apologize for not including images of all our dishes, we were eager to eat the amazing food 😂

Overall, great experience. We got served quickly and I love the noodles used for the pho, they're thick and chewy. I love their happy hour offers (definitely try the Mule!) And my friends and I all left satisfied. Will come again.
