The service provided by the restaurant staff was very poor. The waitstaff were inattentive, unhelpful, and seemed disorganized, leading to a frustrating dining experience.

I absolutely love this place!!! I always get pho with shaved steak. The staff is amazing and so friendly! I have been here so many times and will always keep coming here!!

Always great noodles and bubble tea

This place is one of the of the best Pho resturant there is in the area, service and food are excellent. Quality of food is excellent. Our party of six had Pho, spring rolls, fried rice and six different coffees which was all just great. We were here previously and always look forward to returning. Not a fancy decore but the food is excellent.

A true strip mall gem. Pho is the star of the show (I recommend the dac biet & the Phnom Penh Style) but the whole menu is fire. It was packed on a recent Sunday afternoon

Love this place! Wonton soup, spicy wings and general tso chicken is some of the best I’ve ever had! Oh and try the scooby shrimp!

Place is good. Our waiter was super nice. Love the fish tank. Food was delicious, pork was a bit dry but had good taste. Fried rice was good but a bit oily, fried dumplings were delicious. Pho was the best

Scrumptious apps! Scallion pancake was very delicious, chrispy on the bottom chewy in the middle. All the sauces were incredible, however be aware of their heat intensities. BBQ Spare Ribs were extremely tender, sweet, salty and smoky. "Thai Style" Chicken Wings had a funky pungent aroma, but the flavor was incredibely delicious. #19 Pho (Small) is the way to go add Chinese Brocolli!! Extremely light broth bursting with flavor. This was my third time there, and it was better than ever. The dining room seemed much cleaner. Place was packed on a Wednesday night.

Years ago, I used to go here ALL THE TIME with my dad on the weekends - we got to the point where the servers recognized us. But when I learned I was celiac I was so sad to think I couldn't come here anymore. It's been years but this weekend I gave it a try because I wasn't as anxious about food. It's delicious, just as authentic and I didn't get sick! I sadly couldn't have my original go to: 51 with beef. But their pad tai is so good, and most of their soups can be made gluten free. I'm definitely coming back to try other dishes that can cater to my allergy. This place is very special and holds a lot of fond memories of my father and I.

DO NOT ORDER UBEREATS WITH THEM!! I would rate the food 5 star but only when you go and eat there or physically order your food !! The amount of money I’ve thrown in the garbage because they half asssss everything for deliveries ! Missing items and they don’t even call you to try to reimburse you or just take it off and refund you , they literally just send what they want! I ordered a vegetable pho and the broth was missing, the drink I ordered was missing and my dessert! You know what Ubereats did ? Give me 5 dollars and I spent 6xs the amount for that! They do it all the time! I go there to eat with friends and family and they give you everything there, but as soon as you order oh boy , the worst service I could ever witness ! At some point, if you don’t want to do Ubereats then break the contract with them already because I’m not the only who’s ordered things for delivery that they would get if they ate in person and not receive anything they ordered ! Just stay away from them on ANY DELIVERY apps! They are garbage !! And it really makes us not even want to eat there anymore ….loyal customers go here and we literally are going else where !! Step your delivery game up!

It was ordinary. It may be delicious in Idongne, but it's not even average by my standards. Still, it's a house worth stopping by while passing by.

Best pho I’ve had in New England, and in a place I wouldn’t expect to find it. Pho Horn’s is located in a shopping complex next to an Ocean State Job Lot and a Chili’s right in the Providence/Pawtucket border. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the inside is nice and pretty spacious for what you’d expect. They have an extensive menu, but of course the highlight is the pho. I also had a delicious spring roll for an appetizer, and some tea. Everything was delicious and was a great value for the price. The service was friendly and cheap, and the bonus was a large saltwater fish tank right next to my table. Was definitely very impressed by this place and look forward to returning!

Good enough. Nothing truly memorable or remarkable. It was good for what it was but I probably wouldn't go back.

The pho was cold. The flavor was ok, but I shouldn't have to put a take out order into a pot at home to reheat it.

Pho Horn’s is a great pho restaurant. They offer a wide selection of pho and other Vietnamese dishes. Portion sizes are generous, and the food is expertly prepared. The staff is helpful and friendly. When Brown University and other colleges are in session, a reservation is a must to avoid a long wait. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We went here for lunch today. We had the 48 Mi Xao stir fried yellow noodles with chicken, 37 Bun Tom Thit Cha Gio grilled shrimp sliced pork and spring rolls, 28 Bun Bo Hue spicy lemon grass beef noodle soup with balled up shrimp. I really enjoyed #48, when we go back I might order #28 even though I don't really eat spicy, I loved the flavor of the soup.

I've had really good meals here but last night's take out the broth was super mid. I knew something was up when it was pretty transparent. It lacked that good Pho ness. Disappointed, not alot of places in RI for pho so hoping this was an anomaly.

We had shrimp paste on sugarcane, seafood noodle soup, and rice chowder. Seafood noodle soup was fantastic. I wish they provided fried bread stick with rice chowder but even without it, the chowder was great. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough if you are looking for good Vietnamese food

Great food. Don't go there for the service. Sat for 20 mins with no one coming up to me. Asked a waiter to have someone come over to table. Waited another 5 mins and left. Been to Pho Horns at least 20 times. Servers just don't care. They don't bus their tables and dirty dishes are left on tables for extended periods until a lady from the back comes and gets them. I was a server for many years and they are very ineffective. It's a shame cause the food is incredible. If the place was run professionally it would be 10 times busier.

Place is a dump. Really. Do they ever bus the tables? Place is dirty. Once in a while a professional waiter. But the worst was the food poisoning I got from a tofu salad! I retched for two days. Next time aspara on Hope. Plus crowded. Fair warning.

I used to love coming here until the customer service went out the window. We attempted to eat there, but were completely ignored and left waiting at the door for a table for far too long without even so much as a greeting. Ive worked at multiple restaurants and would be fired for behaving that way, busy or not. All three staff working at the front of the house walked by us and couldn't even say so much as a hello, let alone tell us it would be a few minutes or bring us to one of their multiple available tables. We drove all the way from MA to visit. We will not be back.

Our first time going to a Pho restaurant in Rhode Island and the experience was very good. We came around dinner time and the restaurant was very busy. The servers and host were pleasant. The food was delicious especially the sizzling beef in a hot plate. Would definitely go here again!

Delicious! I had a dream of Vietnamese food after being hungry for a few days so I googled local places and this one was closest to me with the best reviews! I got chicken rice noodle soup, chicken vermicelli and vegetable spring rolls, I am AMAZED by the quality and deliciousness of the meat and veggies, so fresh!! I usually have to stop eating once I am sick of a taste, even before I am full, but with so many flavors and the palette cleaners of vinegar and mint in Vermicili I kept eating!!! I’m so happy!!! New favorite foods!!! Thank you so much :D My partner ordered Pad Thai and Crab Rangoon, liked it very much and would get it again!

The Pho looked amazing - we had Bun, and it was delicious. A little "discotheque" with the music blaring during lunch but it was still fun!

amazing selection of food and really sweet service. a casual dine in or take out southeast asian spot. they put up adorable lunar new year decor and i forgot to take a pic. but i did take a pic of the yummmm vietnamese coffee, pho, summer rolls, and lemongrass beef. the lemongrass beef had an unexpected sweetness but i loved it. i ordered this take out pho before and it was still yummy three days after like what! so i really enjoyed taking home leftovers.

I have been going here for about 6 years and I have always had great authentic Vietnamese food. The food is always fresh, spiced correctly and is absolutely delicious! The restaurant is a diamond in the rough in a strip mall very easily accessible from 95 in Pawtucket. It's about 2 minutes off the exit. The inside is clean with a warm decor atmosphere. Our waiter tonight was friendly. All of the staff that brought dishes were friendly. We started wish fried shrimp paste around sugar cane with a delicious Nuc Chom sauce. Vietnamese spareribs, moist, tender with a nice flavor. Lightly battered wings with a sweet sauce were delicious. I like to dip them in Nuc Chom (fish sauce based with sugar, water etc). However the star of the show was the Pho Dac Biet! Honestly, they make one of the best in New England. I've eaten a lot of Pho to back up that statement. Very nice broth with the aromatics. Keeps its flavor when you add the sprouts and mint. We both got the Pho Dac Biet, the meat was fresh, the tripe was tender, the tendons were cooked perfect, the brisket delicious and the noodles weren't clumped together. If you're a fan of Pho and live 120 miles of Pawtucket RI, go for the ride. It's perfect!

I usually have good experiences here but not all the time. Orders can be wrong and take a dreadful amount of time. Also, service is very hit or miss. Food is tasty and relatively cheap.

Found this special gem while riding my bicycle yesterday. It was packed with lots of happy food lovers. Great service, natural fresh ingredients and giant portions (not the norm these days). This is a special place and you deserve to eat here. Get on over here already! Highly recommended.

Okay first off, wonderful customer service. The ladies at the front were so kind to me 😓😓 it’s my first time having pho and I loved it. I ordered to go and got the chicken pho, the lady at the front told me how to eat it and such. She was so kind, next time I’ll eat inside!!💗💗

Love this place! Our favorite half-way-to-Foxwoods lunch stop. Great service, best best pho (I love how they don't overcook the noodles) and delicious crab rangoon. We went two days in a row and I can't wait to go back! They are a BYOB establishment. We brought a bottle of wine and the fee was $10.

I have been coming here for years. I have been to many different pho spots and I am always comparing them to see who truly has the best pho. I consider myself a pho snob and this place, BY FAR, is always my #1. 100000/10. NOTHING compares to this place. Hopefully one day I can travel to Vietnam and get to eat pho there. But for now, Pho Horn's, you win. Get the Beef pho. You're welcome.

This place is legit! Don't let the best up sign fool you, because if you are a true foodie you know that the worse it looks on the outside the better it is on the inside!!! The #28 large pho with thin cuts of steak, tripe, and added meatballs was divine. The flavorful broth was so rich and the noodles perfectly cooked. If you are a pho lover this is the spot! Another honorable mention was the vermicelli noodle plate with grilled beef, with fresh veggies and noodles as well as rice paper to make your own spring rolls. DELICIOUS. The egg rolls were fantastic as well as the Thai iced tea but I could've passed on the scallion pancake. No scallion flavor and wrapped in wonton wrapper. Reasonable prices for the portions and great service! Don't let yourself miss out!

Worst Vietnamese Crepe I ever had. This is going in the trash. The yellow egg wrap was too moist and sponge like texture. It doesn't look like it was fully cooked. Pho still good.

Excellent pho. The flavor is deep and generous portions of meats and noodle. Crispy egg roll was also good. They were extremely busy when we got there but reason for 4 star, not 5 is because a waitress was smoking outside when we arrived and when she returned to work she did not wash her hands and returned to serving food.

Pho was sooo good. The meat was nice and tender. The broth was SO flavorful in of itself. The spring rolls were so good. I don't like peanut sauce, but this peanut sauce was SOO good and tasted fresh! The only thing I didn't like was there was some trash under our table. Hands down will be back!!!

Horrible experience ordered the seafood pho it came smelling horrible of boiled chicken when I asked them to fix it the helper came over to table yelling and screaming if I think he is crazy cuz he worked here for 3 years !!!!! Horrible customer service , wrong way to treat a customer let’s remind you I come here every week so I know what it tastes like and to be treated that way is uncalled for!!!!! You guys have lost my business and I will be sure to let others know how horrible y’all are!!!!!!!! Plenty of other pho spots that are better ✌️

Ordered takeout. The noodles were undercooked. Tried microwaving the noodles soup, didn’t help. My kids ended up just eating the tripes and the broth. Was gonna call the restaurant, unfortunately, they were closed.

I have been going to Pho Horns for years. But after my experience 2 nights ago, I will NEVER go back there. When we first arrived, I thought it was strange that so many tables were empty. I found out why. The food had no taste at all! The sizzling beef and pad Thai were totally insipid. I called the waiter and he took 10% off my bill, $4.20. That was insulting because what we ate combined wasn't equal to 1 entrée. (Note:The scoopy shrimp appetizer was still ok.) I asked to speak to the manager and he took the pad thai off the bill. I spoke to him constructively so he would tell the owner or cook something needs to be done or that restaurant will close for sure. I would hate to see that. I hope they take my experience and do some changes. I told the manager I was going to give them bad reviews. He just apologized. But until then, STAY AWAY! You've been seriously warned.

Pho Horn cooks some of the best Vietnamese food anywhere. The wait staff was fantastic, was attentive but not overbearing. The restaurant was packed but our food came in a reasonable amount of time. Our bill was right in line and the only critique I have was that the atmosphere was darkish but that's about the only thing that can be a negative if you can say that that's a negative. It didn't take away the fact that the food was top-notch.

Decided to try after reading all the reviews and were very disappointed. The place is very uninviting, service is poor and the food is bland. When you walk in the door no one is there to greet you and had to search for someone to tell you to take any table you want. The service during the meal was poor because our main course came while still eating our appetizers, none of our used dishes were removed during our meal and the server did not come to the table once to ask if anything else was needed. The fresh summer rolls only contained lettuce and chicken. Usually would be mint to increase the flavor. Our two main noodle courses were also lacking flavor and ingredients could be fresher. On a side note not sure how much the restaurant can control it is not comfortable eating when others in the restaurant are wearing pajamas or all revealing tops and shorts. Certainly will not return

Best bowl of Pho you'll have, always a comfort food for my husband and I! Everything is good! Service is quick! Eating out is getting expensive everywhere but the quality of Pho Horns is worth the price every time! :)

Absolutely terrible my Beef Soup came with completely raw and uncooked beef as did my partners. Her was half cooked meat and the other not cooked at all. Mine was not cook period. The noodles were mediocre at best I will never order from here and neither should you.

Orderd take out... all cold. Minimal effort in the preparation of the food. No vegetables when they should have been. Nothing but noodles and cold broth. Very disappointing. Maybe next time.

Overall 4 stars, we just moved from Boston and it’s definitely not as good as the pho from up there but they make it work. It’s sad this is the only place for pho around here we wish there were more. We love to get the Thai iced tea from here with our pho.

The pho here which is their speciality is top tier. The place itself is damp, dark and doesn’t exactly inspire a sense of cleanliness. The service is a hit or miss but the pho makes it worth it. Simple and short. Try it out.

I love this place. I come about once a month. I always get the same order, number 25 Pho with chicken. This restaurant never disappoints!

Place needs a good bath. It’s grimy and dark. Each table was covered with dirty dishes. You cant use short staff as an excuse because it was slow and the staff was just hanging around doing nothing at the desk

This place was great all around. The food was very flavorful, fresh and a good value for the quality. I've eaten in quite a few Asian restaurants and this was some of the best Vietnamese food I've had in years. I also want to give a big shout out to the staff for graciously accommodating our party of 16 that walked in with no reservation. We took the last few tables and they got us in, out, and completely satisfied in one hour. We will be back when in Pawtucket!

Bad service as most reviews state, food was also average… large chunks of fat without any meat attached floating in the broth and flavor of the broth was average. The whole place needs a quality upgrade.

Customer Service was bad. Not busy at all. Laid back vibe there. Lady welcomed us in and told us we can seat anywhere. They didn't seem busy at all because everyone else was eating. Next thing maybe 25 minutes later of waiting I sensed they forgot about us. No sorry for the delay, no menu or water - nothing. We walked out.

Ordered beef pho via delivery. Very disappointed. Broth cloudy and was bland. Rare meat was good but brisket was tough and tripe was stringy. Only a few vegetables. I have had some dynamite pho locally but this was not good at all.

Ordered 80$ forth of food and they forgot half of it. We ordered to go and they gave us the pho Soup with no beef or seafood. The beef teriyaki sticks are over 6$ for 2 sticks. Everything was burned or soggy. Grose hole on the wall that we will not be going back to. Broken sign cramped dirty feel of the place. Not sure what I was thinking. On top of they they wanted to give me a store credit only or I had to wait for the owner to come for over 30min. Very disappointed.

After a long day/night in the waiting room, I found this place on google. Close to the hospital, I made it before they closed and they encouraged me to sit rather than take away. I got the large beef pho noodle bowl. At first intimidated by the size, the warm aromatic steam literally cleared my head of hospital and parking lot smells and I dove in! The meat cooked to melt in your mouth, the broth was rich and complex, hydrating and nourishing. Before I knew it I had finished the bowl. Not stuffed but filled and grateful and pleasantly tired. Go there.
