Got take out while I’m visiting my friend that just moved here and we both got sick. I love my Pho place in Georgia and am very picky but we found this place last minute and it was DELICIOUS! I will eat here every time I visit. Quality ingredients, delicious broth, quick service- all wonderful! Definitely recommend!

The food was fresh, the customer service was excellent. If you spend $50+ you get a free drink. I’d definitely will be back to try Pho 🍲

This was rough. The summer rolls were low flavor, with minimal shrimp. The spicy beef noodle soup was pretty bad. Not actually spicy, skimpy meat portions that were largely fat. The meatball pho was ok, though also skimpy on both meat and noodles for the price. The crispy fried fat noodles had few noodles that were drowned in sauce, so, not crispy. They charged $2.50 for 3 takeout containers at least according to the sign (but we didn't get a detailed receipt). They didn't honor the free beverage they claimed they gave for spending over $50. We probably should have been tipped off by the fact that the place was empty at 6 on a Saturday, but this was bad.

First time trying this restaurant - was pretty underwhelmed with the amount I spent. I would pass on the salt/pepper calamari - for $19 I got maybe 10 small pieces. The pho broth didn’t have that deep flavor I’ve experienced in the past. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Food too expensive and low in quality and quantity. A lot of simplicity does not justify its exuberant prices.

Server is really nice always on point with his orders and on time with being food out. Recommend on others coming to enjoy their lunch here.

I don't know what happened to this place. The food quality went down. They now serve pho in a metal tray with the ingredient separated and feels like as if I'm a prisoner in prison. Why use such a tray???

Service is extraordinary in this day and age when most only give minimal effort!!! I go to this pho about once a week and they never fail to impress me with their quality and service. I genuinely think this pho has the best broth in all of Nova and there’s a good reason why I’m a frequent customer. Helps that I’m always greeted by the amazing Tony who always has a smile and knows my order in and out. I barely step in the door before he has the order placed and the food ready for me!!

Visited the restaurant with the whole group in the summer of 2019, even though it was summer, the mornings were still quite cold for Vietnamese people, so eating pho was a better choice.

For several years my family and I have been coming to Pho restaurant. As you step into large restaurant you notice a sense of freshness and cleanliness. Our favorite server Tony has the upmost professionalism bringing top quality service, very respectful, polite and with great customer service skills. We admire everyone’s dedication to making sure customer leaves happy with the service. Among various delicious food, we recommend crispy chicken wings, veggie spring rolls and beef pho soup. Tropical fruit tea and passion fruit tea are our favorite drinks :)

This place was majorly overpriced and menu had random handwritten prices all over it. Quality of food was nowhere near Falls Church pho places. Brother was bland. I left hungry. Small adult chicken pho, kid’s pho and a side of rice was $27.00. Laughable.

Came an hour and a half before closing and the waiter sat us next to only 2 other groups of people, there were reserved tables for no reason. Pho was alright but was unfortunately surprised with a $5 surcharge with prices already being a bit high ($16.50 for large pho) Not coming back to this place

I got the vegetarian pho and it was nasty af. I have been here countless times before when the food was bomb but they must've changed the owner or cook. The broth tasted like water with hoisin sauce. I couldn't even finish my food. It was so disappointing I ended up eating somewhere else afterwards.

I’ve been going here for over 10 years, and I’m really bummed. Their vegetarian pho was the best around, but it looks like they changed the recipe. The broth was so bland, no amount of hoisin sauce or sriracha helped. They added broccoli and carrots, which I didn’t mind, but my Vietnamese friend got sus. The fake meat bits tasted like a watered down version of its original self, and according to my friend, “has the texture of soggy bread”. I’m not sure if this business changed hands since none of the workers looked familiar, and the ambiance was different. The service was decent, but that’s because there was only us and another table there. We paid about $40 with tip, and we didn’t even finish our food (a first for us because we don’t like wasting food and money). So bummed… RIP Pho Hot

Took a friend to lunch here and had a nice meal. I had the #1 beef pho while my friend had the white meat chicken pho. His first time with pho and he enjoyed it. My bowl was delicious, though I would have preferred the broth to be piping hot.

Been here multiple times and the broth is not consistent. The one prior, it was more clear and watery and my last one very dark and tasted kind of bitter, the meat was almost gooey it wasnt it. The rice paper for the rolls were dry and hardened.

Before it was good food now I don't like it anymore they charge expensive and the pho that is supposed to be tripe and tendon they put one of each and the rest is ramen.

Way way too little protein even price is not lower than other Viet restaurants.

Craving for pho after most Viet places are closed. I wasn’t expecting much as I’ve been here before several times. Their pho never was as good as the others in the neighborhood. But, this time was just terrible. PHO broth very disappointing. Bland as hell. Not going back.

Servers are friendly and accomodating. We had lunch but forgot to take photos of the food. 😋 Ordered grilled pork with vermicelli, so tasty and freshly cooked.

If you like Pho then this isn't the place. If you like to keep your food down this also isn't the place.

This is one of my favorite pho places! I've had multiple dishes like the bahn mi and different types of pho. Tony is a fantastic server who always takes care of his patrons. Would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Vietnamese food.

Ordered 2 bowls of "bun bo hue" and asked if there is every toppings a traditional bowl of Bun bo hue has. I got an answer from the hostress who picked up my phone and told me that they have but only come in with a "special" pricing. Each order cost $17.xx, which came out nothing "special" with few slices of meat, 1 piece of pork blood jello, 1 thin piece of pork chunk. Doesn't look like anything different than any other restaurant. Portion is normal, not to say it little rather small than other place for the price of $17.xx. Also ordered extra garnishing veggies was charged for $2, and GUESS WHAT? THEY SPLITTED the veggies into 2 SMALLER PLASTIC BAGS and call that an extra. Supposedly those two small bags were included with 2 orders of Bun bo hue, when they normally combined them together into 1 bigger bag if i wasn't going to order extra. Conclusion : OVERPRICED, Cheating out their own customers, food quality is ok. So far has not yet found a good Bun bo hue place! Edited: after owner respond, you dont call it cheating then what is? I ordered extra veggies because my girlfriend likes the bean sprout and other stuffs. Forgot to mention about fish ball, i ordered bun bo hue, not a bowl of seafood/beef noodle soup, and nowhere on Earth they sell bun bo hue with fish ball, making it as authentic and original as it should be. Not only you substituted the toppings for cheaper frozen fish ball which was only 1 that cut in half, if it not cheating then what shall i call it? The garnishing veggies bag was only bean sprouts and thai basil, considered the grated banana flower was too expensive to put in there, than at least do something right and really give the extra veggies that i paid for. It wasn't like i asked for free!

My friend is moving out of Virginia and he loves pho. So I looked up “best pho in Northern Virginia” to treat him before he leaves. Found undated article from NorthernVirginia Magazine with chart showing that Pho Hot beat out 31 other pho places, including my favorite place, so I thought why not, it’s online so has to be true. Our pho arrived at our table with a cover over each bowl, giving a “fancier” image than other pho places. Our experience changed after we lifted the fresh basil up and saw stale translucent bean sprouts. A key pho experience is FRESH herbs and bean sprouts, where you can smell the scent of the bean sprouts being “cooked” when you dip them in the hot broth. I had to take a pic of the stale sprouts to share. Zoom in, they looked limped, translucent, and slimy. Definitely NOT a pho experience we want to repeat. From now on, whenever I am going to a pho place besides my favorite, I will ask to see the basil/sprouts/lime plate before ordering. Thank you Tripadvisor for not banning honest reviews like another site that rhymes with not helpful.

I went to this place many times, and I have never had a bad experience as this, the food was good but the Vietnamese guy who had very bad attitude about the tips, hopefully the boss could manage their employee, I know it was hard at this time to find a good one but let a bad employee who ruin your business that's so much worse.

Service was great and the place was super clean. Though food: Pho was ok, 3.5/5 stars. Nothing good or bad, but broth was a bit bland. I also ordered #4 which doesn't come w tripe, but somehow I got one w a bunch which I was ok with. I also got a banh mi (original) 1/5 star. Idk what was wrong with it but it was not edible for me, it had a very strong smell that I couldn't eat it either hot or cold. Maybe pate wasn't fresh? I've had this banh mi many times in various places/regions but it was just too greasy and smelled not appetiting. Had to give up 1/3 way:/
