Very good service , food are delicious ! Must try

Amazing food at great prices. The servers and host were wonderful and the food was incredible.

Was visiting the area from out of state and was recommended here, and it was the genuine highlight of the food I've eaten while on this trip. Staff very friendly and accommodating, food was fantastic, and the place was very comfortable to be in. Definitely a must even if you have to go out of your way for it.

After reading the reviews I was looking forward to eating here, so it’s very disappointing. The first thing that went wrong was they didn’t have the drink I ordered, which is fine, however, they didn’t say this until I asked for it three times. Next, after taking a few bites, my daughter noticed a hair in her food. We are all blonde, it was a short black hair. When we told them, they didn’t seem to care. They then took it aside and put it in another, to go, container. We asked for another soup, they brought one eventually, long after everyone had finished their food. We were still charged full price. Also, they did not come check on us at all, to fill water or get us more drinks. This was probably the worst service we had during our stay in New Orleans.

I stop in for spring rolls all the time if I'm around. $7 for a light meal!

On Sunday, July 28, 2024, we walked about 1.5 miles in the heat from J W Marriot in NOLA to have the beef noodle soup at Pho Tran. It was worth the hot walk ! The owner and his son were so friendly and has welcome us as their first customers for the day. We started talking with the owner and he recommended the “Chao Chao” for appetizer. To our surprise, this crab Rangoon look-alike appetizer was amazing and tasty. The Chao Chao was filled with stirred fried pork, shrimp ,onion and scallion. So yummy we ended getting 2 orders for to-go. As for the pho, we all got the special Pho Tran soup. The Pho was delicious with lots of meat and the AC was just perfect. We wanted to come back for the second time during the week but we did not make it. All in all, We had the best Vietnamese food at Pho Tran in NOLA!

Had pho with rare beef and meatballs, shrimp summer rolls, and salty pickled lemonade and it was mind-glowingly good. Was our final meal in NO this past trip and it was a highlight. I’m ready to hop on a flight right now just to have another bowl.

Pho Tran sports a clean and open seating area with nice lighting; chill radio plays in the background while you enjoy fine Vietnamese cuisine at low prices. The serving sizes are generous, and our server was eager to be helpful! This place was recommended to me by a friend, and I highly recommend it to others.

The best pho and lemongrass chicken in all of New Orleans hands down. Everything is great, other favorites are pork steamed bun, shrimp spring rolls and the baguette special banh mi. Service is great and treat you like family.

Probably the best pho I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten lots of Asian food in Richmond, B.C. and all over North America. Price point is awesome. Portion sizes are great. The flavor of the broth is magical. I might just make a trip back to New Orleans to eat here again.

dropped into this best-kept-secret spot this evening with our FAMILY OF 7 and I basically just ate the best bowl of pho I’ve ever had 😭 our server went above and beyond and assured us that the food was going to be authentic “to the homeland” with the kitchen staff… and he was right! now we’re trying to figure out how to return before we have to leave town and head home 😂 thank you Pho Tran for the 💯/💯 experience!

Excellent vietnamese food! Stopped here on our vacation to New Orleans and did not regret it! I got the grilled pork with vermicelli noodles. It was incredible! The pork had a really unique flavor, it almost tasted smoked. That mixed with the vermicelli, salad, and sauce was soooo good! My family members got the beef pho and the grilled chicken, which were also great. I tried my sister's milk tea and it wasn't too sweet and had a great flavor. Definitely check this place out if you're near by!

Pho Tran never disappoints. The service is top notch and the ambiance is chill yet welcoming and friendly! I always get their shrimp spring rolls with the peanut sauce and the combination pho. And their pickled salty lemonade is perfect for the summer. Highly recommend.

Pho Tran is definitely a must-visit in New Orleans. The vibe is totally laid-back and the staff are super friendly. I found out about this place from a travel vlog and it did not disappoint! Even after three weeks, I’m still thinking about how awesome the food was. It’s perfect for both locals and tourists. Can’t wait to go back—it’s one of my top reasons for another New Orleans trip. Don’t miss out, go try it! :)

It was raining so I just tried something close. never expected it was going to be the best Vietnamese food I ever had. I travel nation wide and overseas all the time and I tried countless places and I like to try new place. but this one was one of top 3 including real one in the actual Vietnam.

Me and my girlfriend came from Miami to get the NOLA experience and us having pho in Miami we had to try it here so we came across here and from the apps to the pho we had was delicious and we felt very welcomed as well. Thank you for the pho experience here in NOLA 👍🏻

Tried the grilled pork steamed flour is good. N loves the egg noodles soup special. Till forget to photo...since so craving for it. Put chili oil in it to give more flavor.

Food and service is phenomenal. Best viet food I’ve had. Really enjoyed the bbq pork spring rolls and wonton soup. The ingredients and spices really come through in their cooking.

I only had one thing. A sandwich which was very good. Passionfruit drink was exceptional.

Coming from an American who's lived in Vietnam for 9 years, this is probably some of the best "cơm sườn" (pork and rice) I've had stateside. The marinade was perfect! The wife had the "mì hoành thánh" (wonton soup), and was pleasantly surprised with the flavors in the dish. Not only the food, but the staff was beyond hospitable. I will definitely stop by next time I'm in New Orleans.

The banhmi and pho here are delicious. Service is friendly and fast. The chia seed coconut drink it's refreshing and just what I needed from the heat outside. Prices are reasonable and quantity is good. Highly recommend this place for anyone who likes Vietnamese food.

We ate chicken po many times during our time in New Orleans. Incredibly delicious, very large portion. We bought it both for in-dining and to-go options. I also ate it in Vietnam, and I've been a po fan ever since. I would recommend. You can also try Spring roles. Crabli is my recommendation.

Classic Vietnamese restaurant. Perfect for a nice Bún Thịt Nướng and some Chả Giò to munch. Staff was polite and took great care of us. Food was out quick and hot. Will definitely be back here again!

The pho was delicious. The soup base is very aromatic and flavorful. Service was top notch. They even charged my phone for me!

Food was so good, service very quickly and friendly. Got the Brisket Pho and Pork Vermicelli bowl. Both had excellent flavors and would get them again. Ordered a Vietnamese Iced Coffee for a post-meal treat, which was very good and got me caffeinated for the parades.

I go to Pho Tran all the time. The staff is amazing— kind, great service, quick turn around on food orders, etc. I truly cannot recommend this place enough!! Lily’s down the street is great too, but Pho Tran is the best Vietnamese on this side of the Big Easy ;). Come here!!!!!

Their Pho broth was really delicious! You can tell a lot of care and effort goes into making their dishes. The ingredients were high quality and fresh. I visited nearby another Pho place during my stay in New Orleans but I should have gone back to Pho Tran. If you are looking for a Pho place in New Orleans definitely try this restaurant.

Ever since I stopped eating meat, I'd kinda given up on pho, but I tried their vegetable pho (with vegetarian / veggie broth!) and it was amazing. The broth is the most important part of pho for me, and having one that was so flavorful and veggie-based really made my day. Top notch service too!

Sooo good. This place is super chill. We both had vermicelli bowls and they came out super quick. My friend and I also shared tofu buns (the tofu was sooo good). I got passion fruit boba that was sooo tangy and delicious. Service was fast and friendly, prices very reasonable.

We had Pho Tran ( combination) $13.95 and Pho beef steak with meatballs $12.95. These were delicious and the portions were large. I also had the passion fruit punch $6.50 which came in large cup. The punch was average but the phos were tasty. Good environmental and the service was great.

The food was delicious! The bahnmi sandwich was well stuffed and tasty and the broth in both our pho and wonton egg noodles soups were on point! Service was fast and our server was very courteous! All in all a great experience!

Absolutely love this place! Their pho reminds me of my mom’s, so it always feels like I have a piece of home with me. My fiancé and I have been coming here since we moved to New Orleans a couple months ago and it’s great every time. The servers are very friendly and the food is delicious.
